I live in Gurgaon.I own an Electrolux Airconditioner, 1.5 tons, window type. This was giving trouble and I complained to customer care early in May 2013. A few days later it was checked and they found that the gas had leaked. Someone from "Reliable Customer Service" was sent and they refilled the gas. I made the full payment of Rs 2000/- and I have the cash receipt No. 127 dated 13/05/013. But after just about 15 days the Airconditioner stopped cooling again. Again I called customer care and they said they would treat the matter as urgent. On the 2nd of June they sent someone to check it and said the gas had leaked again. Since they are supposed to fill the gas free of cost as this has happened within the 3 month warranty period, they are now not bothering to do the needful. We have a small 10 month old baby in the house and we are facing a lot of inconvenience. I really dont know what to do. Please help. I would like to file a legal case against Electrolux and the so called "Authorized Electrolux Service Centre".

Electrolux Air Conditioner — service

sir purchased electrolex 1.5 tan ac from bindra electronics baccha park meerut (U P) on 19.9.2007 in the time of purchased they told me i ll get 5 yrs free service but from that day up to now they not givrn any service. im living in out of india (oman).that i took b, coz of my mom .and i was not accapecting this type of service such a big co.so kindly take the nassesry action againest them .how they r cheating the customer.and my ac also not cooling.

Electrolux — AC not Repaired

Hi, I bought one Electrolux AC [ 1. 5 Ton Split. SL No: 202019] from Rakesh Sales, Agra on 14/07/2005. Recently I have complained for “NOT COOLING” properly as the commpressor not working. Now that the same fact was post into the knowldge of service persons in July late via complain no. AGR[protected] dt 20/07/2009. The Split was taken by the service persons and still they havent returned it to us as they are saying we dont have commpressor. Follow up was done since then but still AC(in Working Condition) is not returned till date.

Electrolux — 3rd reminder in 6 days

in last 6 days contacted customer care no [protected] 5 times. every time they given new complaint no ( ind [protected],ind[protected], ind[protected] ) for same old complaint., which was cancelled by their unknown executive for some reason which noone knows. on repeated call they had once given no. of gujrat sales service for madya pradesh. then 3 no. of indore centre which were wrong. vvery very poor customer care centre.

    I have bought Air Conditioner just couple of years back and already I am experiencing the problem with the quality of the Air Conditioner. Cooling has diminished substantially. Currently, the Air Conditioner is not in warranty. Understand I would have to pay, IF the engineer coming to my place would do some Service of Air Conditioner. Even I confirmed the same with the Electrolux Call Centre number 1860 –200-1212. After I lodged a complaint with Electrolux Call Centre I received a call from Mr.Sunil followed by Mr. Jeetendra from Cell No.+[protected] saying even if the person would visit my place before actually doing any service he will charge INR 450/- Per visit and other parts extra.

    This is absolutely unacceptable firstly with the quality of the product and on top of the that asking not required service charge. I would request relevant authority to take serious action. This is really hampering customer rights. My Contact [protected]

      Till today my service request is not attended and no progress. They can not even tell me the service dealer/engineer contact number. It has not been even 6 months I purchased the refrigerator.

        Hi

        I purchased an Electrolux window AC in 2009 from a dealer in Old Faridabad, since 1st year it showed its real quality which is very bad.
        In 1st year itself i faced problem in the product. It didn't cooled in temperature more than 44 degree C. I called customer care, they told that some one will come in 24hrs surely, but than it took 3 days for the engineer to have a visit and i was shocked to hear the answer of complaint from engineer, he told me that if the heat is more AC will trip and compressor will stop cooling for that we need to throw water on the body periodically.

        Since than every year i make complaints to Electrolux service center but they are unable to provide a solution.
        i am writing this mail so that at least some people would read my comments and will think before buying Electrolux products.

        At last in Just 4 years i am thinking of throwing Electrolux AC to garbage and get a new AC of some good company.

        ELECTROLUX WINDOW A/C — BAD PRODUCT AS WELL AS BAD SERVICE

        Myself Narendra Kumar Bansal, R/o A-1/279, Lawrence-road, Keshav- Puram, New-Delhi 110035 (INDIA), having some problem regarding the quality of Electrolux Products :
        I have purchased one Air Conditioner on 05/05/2009, model no. EA18WCRFAI having Serial No : B82100715 & PNC No :[protected].

        for last 14 days my A/C is not at all cooling, as its compressor is not working. I have lodge a complaint over here locally @[protected] vide complaint no. DEL[protected] dtd: 28/06/2009. but they have informed me that we have to pay the service visit charges & bear additional charges as well. In this regard I would like to know then what is the use of warranty on Compressor ??

        I HAVE MADE SO MANY COMPLAINTS AND IN RESPECT OF THIS THEY SEND THERE TECHNICIAN WHO TOLD US TO GET THE IN THE WORK SHOP FOR A PERIOD OF 5-6 DAYS MEANWHILE THEY DONT PROVIDE US ANY SUPPLEMENTARY A/C TO GET THE WINDOW HOLE COVERED FOR OUR PROTECTION.

        EVEN THE REPRESENTATIVE AND HEAD OF THE DEPARTMENTS USES ABUSING LANGUAGES.

        As this type of service (after sales) quality is providing by the Electrolux, who is going to purchase the Electrolux Items ?? I am having two more A/C in my home (GENERAL & GODREG) from last 10 years, till date I have not faced any problem in that. But in the case of Electrolux, the compressor is down in just 02 Months (very poor quality).

        Really its a pathetic product quality, I have ever seen in the corporate industry.

          I bought a Electrolux Microwave through Star CJ Live on 3rd May 2013. The delivey happened on 5th May 2013 - however the Microwave is not working. I tried to call Star CJ Live Customer Care 5 times between 11 AM and 5:00 PM today (5th May 2013) but they are not ready to take down any complaint. They keep on saying that the System is not working. I spent Rs 5490 on this purchase and will like to get my refund. Kindly help as I am really stressed out. - Thanks Nupur

          Electrolux — microwave

          we have a microwave oven. cockroaches getr inside the front glass panel! and whole appliance stinks!
          everytime i have to take it to service for cleaning.
          and get charged also!
          why is the design like that - space for cockroaches to get in!

          Electrolux Microwave — Fault in microwave

          I have purchased Electrolux Chasis No[protected] from Vijay Sales. Within the warranty period, the bulb got fused twice which they relaced after payment for bulb cost.

          Now the microwave got defective again. Sometiems it worked the other time not. After complaint they vistited and charged Rs.170(visiting charges) and Rs. 750 PCB (service sharges for PCB) and installed the PCB after 4-5 days on 19.06.08. However, the microwave is still not working. Even after repeated reminders the service technician is not visting the home for rectification. I understand the charges for service of PCB of Rs.750 is abnormal.

          Please look into the matter and suggest the company in this regard.

          i bought a food factory means as a food processor company name as Rico on 26 April 2013. however the Rico mixer is not working more then 3 min and i have to wait for 12 min to restart the machine and in TV i have seen the ads so in that the machine was to big so i have order that in 2650 rs and in market the machine price is not more then 1500 rs and after delivery of product the machine was so small and it is also not working properly i am calling the star CJ for giving me big machine or to refund my money so they are not receiving my call n not giving proper answer misbehaving with me...

            We have taken Loan from you against AC split The EMI was calculated Rs. 2000 in eihgt months through ecs PNB Naraina vihar New Delhi but Our Accounts Shows insted of Rs. 2000 You have withdrawn Rs.3838 which is matter of concern.In Feb 2013 we visited your office at Peetampura Delhi and gave them all details , the concerned person assured us that your money will be refunded soon with intrest but til now we have not received our money back.               I have Electrolux elita washing machine which I bought on 27th Jan'13. It worked fine in whole Feb but since March it started creating trouble..I logged the complaint which had been attended but not resolved due to which I had to re-log it again.

              Last Sat one mechanic visited and told that sender needs to b changed which would b done by Mon - Tue.
              Another Sat has come but nobody turn up. Now when I called customer care they Told me that the complaint have been resolved.

              Request you to please revert me tomorrow by noon or I'll treat it in my own way..Complaint no. Is EGUR[protected]. This Is showing resolved while I haven't signed the service report.

                I purchased a 190 Lits capacity Electrolux 2-door refrigerator, Model ECP204DH from Capital Electronics VIP(Unit of Anand & Co. Electronics Pvt. Ltd.) Kolkata on 14.12.12, at the full price of Rs.13,500/-(inclusive of VAT) which was delivered to my Kolkata residence(address CF-171, Salt Lake City, Sector – I, Kolkata – 700 064. Phone No.[protected]/ Mobile No..[protected].

                The fridge was delivered to the above address on 15.12.12 and was observed to badly dented on both sides and also was observed to be noisy with excessive vibrations. This defect was reported to the Electrolux Toll free telephone No.[protected] immediately. They gave a complaint registration number, but did nothing about same. I kept on complaining & every time they gave a new complaint registration number. After in-numerable calls to the dealers(m/s Capital Electronics) & also to Electrolux they sent technicians, who came, inspected the fridge and went away. On each & every service report, I (the customer) endorsed that the fridge was dented & making too much noise. No action was taken by the dealer nor by Electrolux. The fridge was not used, thus causing me and my family much hardship. On informing them that if the fridge is not replaced, I intend approaching the Consumer forum, after which a new refrigerator was sent on 14.01.13(after1 month of purchasing the fridge) and the defective refrigerator was returned.

                The replacement refrigerator was removed from the sealed carton in which it was delivered by the Electrolux technician on 16.01.13 and was again found dented and noisy(though less dented and less noisy than the first one). I immediately made several complaints both to the dealer and also to Electrolux on their toll free no., but till date nothing has happened. On 04.03.13 another technician came and inspected the dented fridge, but no further action was taken by Electrolux. Since then, several complaints were made, new registration numbers were given and strangely these complaint registration numbers were also closed by them by simply sending an SMS without checking if the defects were rectified or the fridge replaced.

                At one stage the visiting technician stated that the dents were not very very deep/serious. I fail to understand as to why will I accept a dented fridge when I have paid the full price for same. Would anybody accept a brand new car from the show room with slight dents ?? If I had purchased a “seconds” refrigerator at a discounted price, I would have agreed accepted a slightly dented/noisy fridge but why should I accept a defective/dented set at the full price ?? I suspect that intentions of Electrolux are not honest and they are trying to pass off 2nd hand or reconditioned refrigerators.

                I am absolutely fed-up with the services of Electrolux and their high handed attitude towards their customers. I suspect that all their 190 lts refrigerators of this model are defective/second hand and they ( a one time very reputed British Company) are trying to palm off these defective units to gullible Indian customers. I demand that they take back the refrigerator and refund me the total cost ( Rs.13,500/- inclusive of VAT), as both their refrigerators were observed to be damaged and I expect the replacements to be also damaged and have no faith in their product any longer. They have caused much hardship and mental trauma in regard to their product and their dealings for the last 4 months.

                WE FEEL CHEATED AND NEGLECTED TO UNDERSTAND THE APATHY IN AFTER SALES SERVICE. THOU SERVICE IS PROMPT BUT THE REFRIGRATOR IS DEFECTIVE.

                YOU ARE REQUESTED TO EITHER COMPENSATE FOR RS. 2000 PER PROBLEM X 5 TIMES = RS. 10, 000 FOR THE PERISHABLE KEPT IN REF. GOT STALE AND SMELLY. OR REPLACE THE REFRIGRATOR.

                PLEASE UNDERSTAND AFTER PROMPT SALES SERVICE DOES NOT MEAN THAT OUR HOUSE IS UTILIZED LIKE A SERVICE CENTRE.

                TODAY 04-07-08 : 7:00 AM AGAIN THE PROBLEM HAS COME (SAME) : ALL PERISHABLE HAS BECOME SOUR. KINDLY RETURN THE PAYMENT AND TAKE THE REFRIGRATOR AS IT HAS BECOME A HEAD-ACHE. IT IS A DEFECTIVE MODEL PLEASE UNDERSTAND AND DON’T LINGER THE PROBLEM GIVING BAD NAME TO YOUR COMPANY.

                Electrolux — new fridge bought but defected sold

                Dear sir,
                I had bought a new regrigerator from Great Eastern Dealer in Kakurgachi, Kolkata on the 28th december, 2008.However, it did not freeze properly on the very first day itself. On informing the dealers about this they sent someone to repair it. However the problem keeps recurring every now and then . On complaining to them i have received no sympathy and i suspect that i have been given a product that wasnt new in the first place . recently the electric bill has also risen a lot. Kindly help by letting me have my money's worth of product by exchanging the defected one .

                Refrigerator — Replacement of defective part in new refrigerator.

                I purchase a double door refrigerator from samsung authorised dealer at Jwalapur on 10/03/10.
                But the ice cool pack was defective when I open the refrigerator in the presence of man who came for delivery. Then I inform to the dealer but that defective part is not replaced sill now. I fedup to do phone to dealer. Please take necessary action.

                  First of all I would like to mention that please do not buy any product of Electrolux & even if you buy one, just throw it when it needs repairing, all thanks to the customer service provided [protected]. The executive's attending the call do not have any information about their own products and if you want to speak to their senior (because the executives cannot solve any problem), they are always at lunch.

                  And Ruchika Services( Hari Nagar Ashram) an Electrolux Authorised service centre is the worst ever service provider. They ask for advance amount and when they receive the amount, these people just disappear. I have had my life's worst experience with this service centre. The best part about this Ruchika Services is that the manager never picks up the call. Staff is rude.

                  It has been a week since I have lodged my complaint with Electrolux, my problem is still there, the service centre took money from me for nothing. I am just waiting for the engineer to arrive so that I'll just throw my Electrolux dysfunctional fridge onto him and Ruchika Services staff.

                    The refrigerator arrived at our residence on the 26th December, 2012. When the technician from Electrolux came to install the fridge, he realized that the appliance was not working as there was a leak in the gas tube and all the gas had escaped. So even before we got a chance to use our new fridge, we had to get technicians to come over and fill gas so that we could use. This process took 3 days. The fridge worked fine for 3 and half months when on 9th April 2013 we realized that the fridge was not working again. The inside of the fridge was getting hot again and all the food had gone stale. We put in a complaint to Electrolux who informed their service agent Infocool( Shop No. 6. Neelkanth Arcade. Plot 94, Sector 17, Koparkhairane, Navi Mumbai). Since we had the same problem we knew that the gas had leaked again. We repeatedly informed the service agent and Electrolux, however none of them bothered to listen to us. Finally late in the afternoon on the 10th April, 2013, they sent a person over to take a look at the fridge. He checked us and informed that we were correct and that the fridge had lost gas again. However, he did not have any gas equipment with him and so he rudely informed us that he would not be able to solve our problem and he said another technician would come over next day. By this time we had already not used the fridge for 48 hours. On 11th afternoon another technician came and filled in the gas and asked us to turn on the fridge half an hour later and he said the fridge would work again. This rude technician said slight movement of the fridge had caused another pipe to leak. After 5 hours we noticed that the fridge was not cooling down. We again called up Electrolux to report the problem. We even said that maybe the service agent was not doing their job properly and if they could send us someone different. But the same service agent called us back and said that they would come and have to take our fridge to check it before they will return it to us in two days. By this time 72 hours had already passed since we had used our fridge. When we asked the service agent for a temporary fridge while they were servicing ours, they said they could not provide us with one. We have a two and half year old son and we are having a harrowing time because we are not being able to use our fridge.

                    As you can well imagine that this is a 3 and half month old fridge, we have still not finished making payments for it and we are having so many issues with it. I do not think this is what we expected when we bought an Electrolux or the really poor after sales service we had received. We have spent days in just pleading and requesting Electrolux to come and repair our fridge.

                    electrolux fridge — fridge is not working

                    i have taken a new electrolux fridge in Agar the month of april which is not working after complaing so many times their engineer checked it thrice but still not working, and they are not able to solve problem we have also sent a consumer court notce to the shop owner but they are not ready to receive court notice also not able to solve the problem.

                    kindly do the needful to solve the problem.

                    Electrolux — refrigerator is not repaired

                    I have a DF$) model of electrolux refrigerator which is not cooling and Ihave complained to the call centre several times and though with repeated calls the frig was attended but without any results. It seems the local service centre M/s Micron care india are not having any expertise in repair of frost free refrigerator as well as they do not take any interest in repairs for reasons unknown. The refrigerator is out of order for more than two months now. I donot know the contact nos of the company electrolux service manager to directly talk to them. I am now hope lessm of getting my Refrigeratoe which cost me Rs 30 000 ,repaired. If any one knows any private expert repairer of frost free Friz in Lucknow may pl inform us so that I may contact them.

                      Dear Sir/Madam,

                      I had purchased a Freeze of Electrolux on 11th April 2009 with 5 years warranty of compressor. My freeze start creating the problem and I have logged a complaint with the customer care of the company with complain id EGZB[protected]. Even after the number of follow ups my complaint is resolved by them.
                      I need your kind intervention as help as my freeze of Electrolux is still in compressor warranty period. I will be grateful to for your kind help.

                      My request is being cancelled by the customer care.
                      The actual case was that my freeze is more than three and half year old and having only 4 year extended warranty of compressor.
                      6 month back while due to some shifting issue the gas was liked and I have made it refilled. As the warranty cover is for the compressor only. But no rampaging and intervention was done with the compressor. Again 10 days back my freeze stop the cooling functionality and when I called a guy for it he told me that the problem with the compressor and I immediately stopped him to not to play with it as I already have the compressor warranty.
                      Week back a person came from the Electrolux and he demanded Rs 250 service charge before checking the actual problem. When I requested him that I will pay you the required amount first check the freeze for the actual problem. He refuse to do so and left my residence.
                      I don’t know that what he had reported back but based on his information no step should be taken as per my understanding.
                      I’m still very hopeful for your kind help and more of my such problems are resolved by you people. Kindly help us to resolve it also or suggest for the next step I can take. As I’m on the right here I will go up to any extend to make it correct by Electrolux people.

                        We have purchased an Electolux split AC from TMC Kukatpally Hyderabad on 30th March 2013 and the Showroom has promised that product will be delivered and installation will be done with in 48 hours of payment but till today installation was not done and every day i used to call the TMC showroom for more than 15 times and every time they used to tell me that at any cost installation will be done by end of the day. Till today (5th April 2013) they repeated the same story and installation not done yet. They tortured me a lot for this whole week by not providing the service they promised for. It is my kind request to lodge a complaint against TMC showroom and Electrolux company. Kindly do me a favour by taking proper action against those companies.

                        Electrolux AC — VERY POOR SERVICE

                        My electrolux Ac failed to start on 8 /sept/ 2010 I made a complaint to my service center on 10 sept 2010 .One service person came and told that panel is not working .Now beside repeated reminders no one had bothered to rectify it .It had caused me a great pphysical and mental agony

                          Our Electrolux Washing Machine Spin Dry is not working. We have registered complaint no: EHYD[protected] on 5th March. We have received couple of calls from Service centre but no one came to check on the machine. We registered a follow up call and got a call from Electrolux service personnel. But again - no one has come to check the machine.

                          Any attempt to escalate means waiting in the "queue" for 10 minutes and then getting disconnected. I have been disconnected 3 times today (10th March) while waiting to "Senior Executive".

                          Please send the service personnel at the earliest, else we will take the required actions.

                            Hi:

                            I have bought an Electrolux refrigerator from TMC Electronics, Malakpet Branch on 27/01/2013. After delivering their product at my home I got to know that the product was defected and I called customer care, which they sent their executive for repair. After repairing it 3 more times, the problem persisted again so I asked them to replace it which they said it will be done in 1 week, but it didnt happen even after 2 months. When I called their manager he is not receiving the phone and not responding properly, so I request "consumer complaints authority" to take some action against these frauds who cheat their customers.

                              Hi,

                              I bought Electrolux Refrigerator in May 2005. It started showing some cooling problem in September 2011, then I called the Electrolux customer care and lodged the complain. Electrolux service engineer visited my house in Gurgaon and charged Rs 330/- and confirmed that compressor of refrigerator is failed.

                              Electrolux authorized service engineer replaced compressor of my refrigerator in September 2011, I paid Rs 7330/- to Excellent Service (Authorized service center of Eletrolux in Gurgaon) on 29th Sep 2011, for compressor & applicable servicer charges as my refrigerator was out of warranty, charges included compressor cost (Rs 3250/=) , filled gas in refrigerator (Rs 1850/=) , repairing of evaporator assembly (Rs 850/=), duct cover (Rs 650/= ) , transport (Rs 400/=) & Service charge (Rs 330/=). Service Engineer told me that compressor warranty is for 5 years and I asked this is not written on bill, but he confirmed me that all new compressors comes with 5 year warranty.

                              Again after 4 months (February 2012) I faced same cooling issue and called Electrolux customer care service and again Excellent services replaced heater (Rs 1550/=) & bianetel (Rs 850/=) and total they charged Rs 1350/= after discount of 1050/=.

                              Again in November 2012 we observed that our refrigerator cooling has deteriorated but due to winter season this was not much observed by me. In first week of Feb. 2013 we observed that there is some cooling issue in my refrigerator again and called Excellent services again and their engineer confirmed that compressor is failed again. I checked with customer care service of Electrolux and they confirmed me that if Electrolux has changed the compressor than warranty of compressor will be of 5 years.

                              Then I called the Excellent service to replace my compressor as they have replaced it around 15 months back, but Excellent service told me that warranty of Electrolux compressor is only for 6 months and you have to pay the whole amount again.

                              I called to Mr. Rajeev (Excellent services, Electrolux Authorized service center) and also discussed with Mr. Aman Verma from Electrolux. But nobody is listening and asking to pay the whole amount again for compressor replacement.

                              I need your help, as I am following up from last one week to Electrolux service center and customer service center, but all these follow-up are ended up with no positive results and have to pay the whole amount again. I am mentally harass from last few days, as I have paid around Rs. 10,000 which is equivalent to a new refrigerator price to Electrolux service center but again I need to purchase compressor with my own money with no further warranty.

                              I am fed up with services and customer care of Electrolux, please help me to get replace this compressor as early as possible.

                              To Whom So Ever It May Concern

                              This is to inform you that my Electrolux Refridgerator developed compressor problem and I did raise a complaint regarding the same. The authorized service people from GX Systems from Wilson Garden Bangalore did visit my place and advised to replace the compressor. We agreed to their advice and did go for the compressor replacement. On the day of the compressor replacement, since I was preoccupied with my job, my mother was at home and the service people have replaced the old compressor with a Videocon Compressor Model Number SD59HELA. Having done that, they had taken the old compressor with them. Three months down the lane, cooling problem developed again whereby the lower part of the fridge became redundant. I again raised my complaint EBLR[protected] and the service people came and told me that there is some gas problem and the fridge might work if the gas is filled. I was not convinced by their recommendation and asked them why a Videocon compressor was installed for a Electrolux Fridge and they told me that Videocon compressors are the only one which are being suppled by the company. For my satisfaction, I took a second opinion from another fridge mechanic who told me that the compressor was of 200 Ltr capacity whereas my fridge was 275 Ltr capacity and since there was a mismatch there was cooling dysfunction. When the service people closed my complaint without giving a valid reason, I did raise another complaint EBLR[protected] regarding the same and again the service guyz told me to pay for gas refilling and have closed my complaint number EBLR[protected]. I would request anyone from Electrolux to kindly clafiry if the installed compressor is of 275 ltr capacity or if there is any other problem to be looked into.

                                I have bought refrigerator in 2004 since then i am observing that my electriccity bill is more due to this refrigerator as it consume more power ,on my complain your company engineer has changed thermostate but still the problem remain same.
                                My observation is that it run continously without break.So please attend the same problem as soon as possible.

                                  Now maching function is not working properly, all the LED's are blinking at time of machine is working. its creating problem becuase i am not sure which function is working, sometimes water is going to dran with fresh water & detergent.

                                    This is to inform you that I have purchased Electrolux Refrigerator from Croma Store in Faridabad on 23/10/2011 Model: V60G it stopped working on 4th December, 2012. I have registered complaint Electrolux Complaint Centre EGUR[protected] on 5th December. the engineer visited and two days after and there was no power at home and he checked from outside and said there does not seems to be any issue and use the machine. In case the problem persist then call me. We were out for a day and day after when we switched on the machine, it was dead. I called up engineer and he said please log the complaint again. I again called up the customer service center and the complaint was showing pending and they added remark for visit. Engineer had not visited till evening and I got a message that complaint has been closed. I called up again at the service center and they raised the complaint again EGUR[protected]. I asked for an explanation in writing why the complaint has been closed and till date I have not received any response/resolution so far.

                                    I called up several times and ask for seniors to inform me about the issue and resoultion. Till Now, nothing has been done and is only causing mental harassment.

                                    I want the compensation apart from the repairs.

                                      My fridge DFF 40 Elecrolux has been creating problem since last three years and charged many times for repair as detailed below :

                                      During the period of Year 2009-11 even after complaining at Service center and Electrolux care nobody attended the fridge for almost 1-1/2 years till the new Service agency and after many mails written.
                                      M/s shivshakti has also made many attempts through different service engineers by experimenting different things , nitrogen purging, moisture removal, gas filling , gas reducing , installing new additional condensor coil etc etc. and charged more than Rs 11000/-

                                      Now agaian service center shifted to M/s Hi- Tech , they have sent engineer who has taken PCB for repair after 10 days he came to inform that PCB can not be repaired and fixed the same PCB, agter that even the upper comartemnt cooling and other function also stopped working and cutomer care closed the complaint informing matter disputed

                                        I have repeatedly complaint to Electrolux Customer Care that the power consumptio of Refrigerator is more than the Power Rating. The service person have visited the house and checked the AMPs of the Compressor and informed that there is no problem with the Refrigerator. Again my second electricity bill have generated and shocked to see that the power consumption of the Refrigerator alone is 190KW or 190 Units.

                                        Again complained to the customer care on 15/Nov about the power consumption. This time the service centre people started arguing that there might be some earthing issue/ Voltage Fluctuation/ Cabling Issue

                                        At the first visit of the engineer, he have explained the same and requested the building electrician to check the same. Electrician have confirmed that there is no issue either with earthing/ Voltage Fluctuation/ Cabling

                                        My last refrigerator used in recent past was LG 450Ltr Double Door, which used to consume 2.5 KWh/Day with high usage

                                        Currently i am alone and doesn't use the refrigerator for more than 5 times a day

                                        If the Electrolux team is not able to resolve the issue, let them take back the product and pay my purchase amount at the earliest
