Hello, I purchased the Electrolux EBP163 refrigerator but it sounds on auto-cutoff.The problem was there from the first day itself. When I registered complained to the customer care they somehow replaced it with a new one but again the replaced unit is having the same problem. Now, no-one is listening to the complaint and the customer care people keeps cancelling the complaint given. Also one of the engineers called me telling that this problem is universal.     I bought AC for 30, 000 INR in March 2014. Which stopped working exactly after 3 months. The next day i called customer care number. They told me i will get service within 48 hours. There is no cooling happening and lot of noise which is really irritating. Now, it has been almost 8 days and my AC is still in same condition. Last 8 days i am calling service center and they give me false promises of giving service the very next day. After paying amount of 30, 000 inr i should not get this kind of service. Need urgent service here

        Elkw[protected] dt. 06/06/2014 this is my first complaint no.
        The technicial from your local franchise reports on 07/06/2014
        He declares that the compressor of fridge has knowked off hence needs to be relaced.
        A token amount of 1000/- is taken by him for compressor to be brought from the store
        The compressor installed is of lower capacity suitable for 165 ltr. Fridge.
        When confromnted the service center he refused to accept his foly and blames on company saying this is what is supplied by company
        Elkw[protected] is second complaint lodged.
        The technician comes see compressor is under sized installs a new compressor which
        Is making lot of noise seems to be refurbished compressor
        Elkw[protected] is third complaint lodged after speaking to prabhu srivastava.
        The techician comes changes the relay and starts the fridge but for noise in the compressor regerts his inability since the compressor in itself was making so much noise that needs to be changed but he has no power.
        I have been constantly being trying to press the point that if compressor is not faulty please see to it that it does not make noise or otherwise change the compressor.
        Since your service people have already taken the full money in advance along with old compressor they are leat bothered to attent to my compalint.
        Since i have given this complaint to the company it is the duty of company that coustomer do not suffer in hand of thier service franchaisee
        You are requested to take stern action in this regard

          I had given a service request on Electrolux on 19th June, 2014 and the engineer came on the same day. He told me that problem was with the compressor and it is required to be changed. He took an advance payment(Rs. 1480/=) from me and told me that the compressor was in warranty and i have to pay him for gas, service and some other charges. He told me to come back within 48 working hours to do the service but its 26th today and i am waiting for him to come. Such a poor service this is from Electrolux and now i feel like mistaken taking an Electrolux Product!! My service request number was EDEL[protected], Registered mobile No. [protected]

              Pls note we had gvn a freeze complaint on 18th june and till today none of the engineer called or visited to our place

              really need ur help my freeze is not working(cooling problem) urgentlky take actiuon or if company cannot repair the freeze they shld replace my freeze if they dnt have people to repair the product they shld not seel such product

                  I registered my complaint to ROHINI SERVICE CENTRE taking its contact number from the internet. My complaint was of foul smell in all the items kept in the fridge. The complaint was attended on 25/05/2014 by a mechanic named H M KHAN (M;[protected] ).He diagnosed the problem to be of the TIMER and changed the same and charged 1500/= (reciept enclosed ) .
                  The fridge cooling became nil and when contacted he send another man named SONU (M;[protected]) who refilled the gas and charged Rs 2000/= for the same. But still the fridge didnt work. Then started our real torture as the Delhi temperature was souring 45 to 47 degrees and our fridge was not working at all.these mechanics were not picking our phone calls and the service centre tried to make us communicate with Mr Khan who visited us and gave me a option of buying my fridge for 4000/=
                  Now i am left with no option but to take help of consumer complaint forum to get justice.The guilty should be penalised so that they may not continue their loot in future.I request that my rights as a consumer may be safeguard and the guilty may be penalised for non performance and cheating.

                    Raised complaint on 12/12/2013 but still dint get any solution. Warranty expires on 15/06/2014. Request canceled with reason Commercial solution given but as of today i dint get any solution still canceled request. No one responding to mails and phone.

                      As per complaint no EKOL [protected]

                      As per your service center (Ad ream Service) collect the Refrigertor on dated 26.05.2014 and also delivered the Refrigertor 30.05.2014 and charge the amount in 2290/- but yesterday(04.06.2014) onwards same problem facing

                      We have purchase the Refrigertor 04.10.2012 after purchasing and till now facing the problem.

                      Please rectify this immdiatly

                        I bought an electrolux split ac from vijay sales a year and a half back and now the compressor is failed due to which they are charging me 5000 rs wherein the compressor under warranty would be replaced but gas refilling and service is 5000. On negotiating with service provider i got the same finalized at 3000 rs.
                        Now i get a call that even the condensor is leaking and asked me to pay 5000 more.
                        Buying an AC at 23000 rs and then paying 10000 rs for an under warranty product is just so frustrating and unethical.
                        You can make out the quality and disguised service charges from this
                        Beware of electrolux products.

                          I bought a microwave on 11.11.12.

                          In march 2014 it stopped heating. I wrote a complaint about it and got a call from some vendor of electrolux

                          They visited and said that some component would change. Since it is under warranty it will be replaced free of cost. I did not have the document so the fellow said he would come again

                          After sometime i got a message that your call has been cancelled.

                          Visit 2 - i wrote a complaint again and someone else visited the place and took the copy of the invoice for the records

                          Then i got a message your call has been cancelled

                          Visit 3 - i wrote them another email and now i am getting calls from them that you are supposed to pay the visiting charges first.

                          My point is there is no written document or something which i could see what are the charges to be paid.

                          The second person who visited didnt ask for any visiting charge. Some 3rd person who visited ask that first pay the charge then only it would be replaced.

                          My concern is whats the guarantee that these people are authorized from electrolux???

                          They are so unprofessional

                          Can you please share this email to some senior responsible official????
                          WORST SERVICES

                          I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO BUY ANY ELECTROLUX PRODUCT TO ANYONE BECAUSE OF POORER CUSTOMER SERVICE
                          I HAVE BEEN JUST BOUNCING LIKE A FOOT BALL TO GET A SIMPLE THING DONE. ITS MORE THAN A MONTH AND NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE.

                            Dear sir, with regret, I'm Sanjay Ghosal having log a compliant (Call No EDEL [protected] on dated 13/05/2014 & subsequent Complain No EDEL[protected] on dated 24/05/2014) for ELECTROLUX REFRIGERATOR, 285litrs Double DOOR dated on from GLACIER, Rohini Delhi with in 2-3 days, after refilling Gas & Timer the Fridge stop working & there is no cooling inside. Repeating follow up with the Customer care, no one till date has comes to check & repair the fridge yet. The Technician are unskilled & giving wrong commitment. It become a trauma to attend service from above serivce centre. & because of this we are opted changing the fridge with other brand. GLACIER is putting down the brand name of Electrolux. From Now onward I'll not recommend anyone to purchase any product for Electrolux . Regards//Sanjay Ghosal
                            with repeated follow up with Customer care, One technicial visited my place on 3rd June'14. He again suggested me to replace one sensor in refrigerator.Is It is a mean to collect money from customer. It become a truma that inspite of spending 3000 bucks for repair still not Refrigetor not working. Poor service & false committment by technicial leads to replacement of my fridge.

                            No action has been taken still on.

                              Electrolux service partner M/S Hi Tech service (Ghaziabad) has charged us 950 INR for Relay + OCP as well 450 INR for visiting engineer but nothing has happened and still our refrigerator is not working. There is no prompt response from either company or their service partners. Requesting further for an early and prompt action from company's side.

                              World leader companies are failed to provide good service in INDIA but bound to be loyal to their international customers. why this difference is here now its high time. Indians have equal right to get premium service so all readers please avoid such brands who maintain such service track records. Here is one electrolux and their service partner Hi Tech Service Ghaziabad.

                                Below is the mail i wrote to customer care about 1.5 months ago after repetitive follow ups over telephone to a number of service centre guys in gurgaon including the regional manager and still didn't get any response. people who are considering buying any electrolux product, please think again after reading the below mail: FW: Replacement / RAJAT KUMAR YADAV / EGUR[protected] / GGN EGUR[protected] (5) Hi Aman, Though we had words over phone a number of times regarding the below mentioned issue and every time you failed to deliver your commitments, the only purpose of writing this mail to you today is just to acknowledge you that you can't escape just by making false commitments as per your conveyance and can keep the customer on continuous mental harassment by just not attending the phone calls everytime just because of the trust of the big name "ELECTROLUX" . Though you are already aware of the story, but let me repeat it once again. I made a mistake to purchase an ELECTROLUX split AC through online shopping portal a month ago.The guys from your Gurgaon authorized service center (Excellent Services) came to install the unit on my request and found that the outer unit is damaged. The service center guy told me that we will forward your request for replacement and you will get your AC replaced in next 2-3 days and you need not to follow up your seller as we are electrolux authorized dealers as well as service agents for Gurgaon. After that what I get for the another three weeks is just the false commitments from your Gurgaon service centre that your request is under process and your unit will get replaced soon. After repetitive follows up by me for continuous 4 weeks what I heard at the last is that your request for the replacement is rejected and you please contact your seller from where you have brought the AC. My only question here is why you guys have made such a false commitment to me that you yourselves will be forwarding the request and I need not take the pain to reach the seller.Now also if it be the case why you guys have not informed me timely so that i can get the product replaced from my online seller or get the amount refunded. As you guys have already taken one month just to deliver me the result that we can't replace your product and you please approach your seller and that though on repeated follow up only by me. The only question of mine here is which online seller in your knowledge has the replacement policy after 2 weeks, as you guys had kept me on hold by just making the false commitment that you yourselves will be taking care of the complaint and I need not to worry, please justify your answer that How you guys can say after 1 month that your request is rejected and please contact your seller. The only conclusion I derived here is ELECTROLUX customer care is a constituent of refined crooks having no values of its customers and the slogan of electrolux "Thinking of you" only means that if you as a customer are are thinking of yourselves than please don't buy the pain along with spending your hard earned money to buy any electrolux Scrap and to take the pain with dealing with the arrogant and incompetent persons as you on the name of electrolux.. But this story will not end here, though I will have to throw away your product in the dustbin as i have wasted Rs. 25000 only for getting the pain for 1 month from the lair customer support team of electrolux like you and getting the scrap on the name of AC, the only pain here is not for the money but the trust that you have broken on the name of electolux. As I am not the person who will sit quite after getting fooled by the persons like you who treats customer as the biggest fool who will trust in the lying words you guys commit to him/her and will keep getting him/her mentally harassed. If the above mentioned problem doesn't get solved, I will definitely will not be sparing you guys to make your confidence higher that your practice for making every customer a FOOL is working fine. Consumer court has a lot of remedies for the guys like you and I will definitely make a favor for you to bring the remedies for all your such habits of making customer fool every time by just making big commitments and at last just delivering only the regret that "WHY WE HAD BUY ELECTROLUX" IF the relationship manager for haryana is such a big liar and having illusion in his mind that we had already fooled the customer and he/she can done nothing, than i am hoping that consumer court is definitively have some alternatives for the crooks like you.                                       Dear sir, I Mr Nirmal Chitta Bala purchased one ELECTROLUX REFRIGERATOR 190 LTR, SINGLE DOOR dated on 04.02.2014 from GREAT ESTERN, with in two months the light inside the REFRIGERATOR was gone and on 22.05.2014 evening onwards it is not working. I gave one complain on 02.05.2014 with the complain no EKOL[protected] but they cancelled it "due to wrong call allotment" and again WITHIN 2 min the registered another complain automatically with a complain no EKOL[protected] and its very unfortunate till date no one can't able to come to repair it.Another very bad experience I got today when i called to your customer service no[protected] from my CELL no [protected] . At 6:20 pm when i called first time after listening my complain they kept me in hold for 10 min and cut the line without reply and again when i called them one lady picked up the phone and they are transferring the call here and there. As a customer I really face a lot of problem from your side which is not expected from a esteemed company.
