This is to inform you that I have purchased Electrolux Refrigerator from Pratima Sales, OPP. Plaza Cinema, Ranchi on 02/03/2013 Model:ECP204SM.It got fire in upper door on 25/11/2013 night and burned all the housing from inside.So I have registered complaint Electrolux Complaint Centre on 26/11/2013 ERAN[protected].Same date service engineer came and examine the status of refrigerator and said it need to replace within a week & till now I have talked to all seniors & juniors of the centre my problem is not solved. I am been suffering & harassed by your services. so kindly consider and rectify my problem.

    Hi, I had bought an ELECTROLUX AC in Jan 2012. Its model no. Is SW33 I somehow feel its been our worst experience in the electronics range that we have purchased till date. In tge first month itself we hsd cooling issues and when we called the electrolux guy he said that the gas was over. I do not understand how is that possible incase of a new AC. Then there was an ice forming problem 4 to 5 times in the next few months. Post that there was a clogging in its pipe which led to dirty water coming into our room. Then again we faced tge uce forming problem. Last time when I complained for the cooling problem the guy said it need cleajing. He clwaned and lett and in 1 week again the AC was back to its bsd behavior. Another guy came to clean itt abd said that the earlier guy had done a job. Ehat does this mean . Electrolux servicing team not doing a good job. Ans ever single time we end up spenfing a mininum if INR 450, cannit skeep peacefully for at least 2 nights and get our house into a mess during every servicing. I hope yiu will appreciate that spending so much every single time n yet coming back to square 1 every time is not why we buy these expensive products. Today why am I writing to you guys is because there is a nww problem m faced with. The AC is showing an F2 error and again there is no cooling and on complaining I gave been told that the guy will come on Monday. Wgat di we do till then? We are electronic fanatics and have every possible items small or big tgsrs required in a home. I have 5 ACs in my house. But the only one giving me a problem is the one which is my newest purchase. The ELECTROLUX I am sorry to say but I will never buy or recommend your product to anyone I care about. Nidhi Sheth

      i brought a washingmachine on january 2013.after six months the dryer is not work. i gave a compliant in service care at two times. They are called from karaikal and he said that he give a information to nearest ASC kumbakonam. but the people was no care about in. and my compliant was cancelled at two times without any reason.

        Sir, I wish to bring to your kind notice the non cooperative and deficient attitude of your service centre for repair of my Electrolux Refrigrator. My above refrigerator got some problem of Compressor/Gas Leakage about two months back and I visited your service centre at Patiala and they visited my place and asked me to send the Refrigrator to their service centre. Although I was hesitating for the same to avoid any scratches or damage to the Refrigrator during transit and to avoid transit charges.. But they did not agreed to my request and feeling helpless had no alternative except to send the refrigerator to their workshop. When I visited for delivery they charged Rs.350.00 totalling Rs.1400.00for the above visit for which no prior intimation was given to me. To my utter surprise the above Refrigrator got the same problem again after 2 months and I was shocked to learn this that as to why I had spent such a big amount on it and paid it to the Authorised Service Centre when the same repair is available in the market on a considerable low cost. I visited the authorised service centre again and they conveyed that I will have again to send the Refrigrator to them and will have to pay them Rs.1400.00 to which I had no option except to pay for it. The attitude of your service centre people was not good towards me. Seeing no end to my problem I contacted Mr. Kamal Kaushik, Area Sales Manager, Chandigarh and he assured me yesterday i.e. 20.11.2013 and he assured that the fault will be rectified without any charges today but after giving him four time calls nothing was done and his assurances proved to be false. At the time of purchase I was conveyed that the Compressor contains guarantee of five years and I fail to understand as to why I have been charged and asked to send the Refrigrator to the workshop and also why the same defect has re-occured after two months of repair by them. Moreover, your representative Mr. Parveen at Patiala also used rough language which is not appreciable from a concern of good repute like yours. All the above acts amount to deficiency of service for which I reserve my right to seek appropriate legal remedy at your cost, risk and responsibility. I hope you will look into the matter and try to redress my grievance in order to maintain loyality towards your product and maintain healthy relations for future.

          My Most recent call for DEMO, Call no- EPUN[protected] on 8/11/13 I bought Washing Machine (ELectrolux) in the month of APRIL 13 for my second home. Since I bought this machine for my second Home, I don't stay there regularly. For Last 8 months, I have been trying to arrange for a DEMO call. I use to book call atleast 3 to 4 days in advance fix an appointment with the company, but every time the company person never showed up, the company person called me after 3 to 4 working days later & say I m coming for call now, Now this seems ridiculous every time this is happening. NOW recently I called the company service and asked them to arrange a call, my request for call was well in advance 3 days before & they gave me assurance that this time the call will be surely attended. I felt assured & just to remind them I again reminded for the call 2 days before. On the appointment day, I waited there for whole day, but the company fellow didn't show up. I repeatedly called the company service on that day, they kept on saying that he will come soon. I also spoke to so called Area Manager (Service) Mr. Pramod Dudhane & fully explained my issue. In spite of all this headache, the company fellow didn't showed up. By this Complaint, I want to show my extreme dissatisfaction towards the company. I would also urge the readers to think twice before they buy ELECTROLUX Product. By taking DEMO from the company, I just wanted to make sure the product is working fine & has no manufacturing defects, otherwise starting a washing machine using manual or otherwise is a KIDS job.             12.10.2013 Consumer Court New Delhi To whomsoever it may concern Dear Sir I am writing this letter to make a documented complaint against my Electrolux Refrigerator model no. ERP285 FF (double door) at our premises in 48A, 2nd floor, Gali No. 2, Pratap Nagar, Mayur Vihar 1. Several complaints have already been registered at your complaint no.[protected] under mobile no. [protected]. We bought this refrigerator in 2004 and since than it was working quite fine.. the problem we faced with our refrigerator was that it was not cooling. The above complaint was forwarded to Kaiser Electronics and since than they have been fooling us and spoiling the reputation of brand ELECTROLUX. Please find below details in chronological order. First visit. Technician Manoj from Mayur Vihar service center visited, Dryer, Gas refilled and copper pipe.. we paid Rs. 1200 (receipt. 6392 dtd. 26.07.2013) and it was assured 3mths warranty which we thought is too little. Second visit. Technician Pervez visited, Changed fan and gave 1mth warranty and took money Rs. 450 (receipt. 7479 dtd. 19.08.2013) again. Third visit. Engineer visited our place, Extra Gas was released and settings were changed from behind. Fourth visit. Technician Pervez visited to examine the refrigerator which was again not cooling.. he assured to send Engineer for identifying the problem. Fifty visit. Engineer Sikander visited our place and after examining the refrigerator put some copper parts and asked for money, which we refused as it was not working properly. Regardless of above we have still made another complaint today 12.10.2013 on above nos. EDEL[protected]. In lieu of the above, we request strict action to be taken against the person responsible as they have ruined our refrigerator even after making payments and still not repairing it to satisfaction.               Dear All, This is to bring in to your notice the extreme harassment that we are facing in our house with your Electrolux Refrigerator. All this started some 45 days back when all of a sudden one fine morning the fridge stopped functioning. Complaints were raised and there was a mechanic in our house who came and replaced a part and charged us some Rs 1500. The fridge was working that evening after replacement of the part, however, the very next morning the same stopped working once again.. Again a complaint was raised and after umpteen number of follow ups with the customer care dept, there was finally a mechanic who visited our house and again replaced a part. This time he charged us some Rs 800. That evening the fridge was again working after the replacement of the part. The next day morning again the same stopped working. Once again a complain was raised. Again after repeated follow ups there was a person who visited our house and said that the fridge needed to be taken to some workshop for repairing. We said ok thinking that the problem will be solved once and for all. We were without any fridge for some 2 weeks. Post that the fridge was returned to us in the middle of Sep. Today morning again the fridge has stopped working. I am really really at the loss of words right now and I do not know what more I need to do to get this matter addressed once and for all. In West Bengal there is Durga Puja starting today and we are once again without a Refrigerator at home. There will be guests coming to our house on the occasion of Puja and we do not know how to handle all this. Would request you to take immediate action on this matter. I myself am working in a service industry and I have never seen customers being harassed like this. This is truly so surprising.                   I Dr Pradeep Girigosavi had purchased MICROWAVE OVEN 25-EC-85 from RADHIKA SALES CORPORATION Pimpri on31/05/2005 receipt no.CM/026557 .Till last month I had no problem at all when it stopped getting hot upto the mark.On 04/09/2013 I lodged a telephonic complaint to Radhika Sales Corporation regarding the same.On 05/09/2013 a phone call came from your authorised franchise VIVA ENTERPRISES Ajmera colony Pimpri and the person came to attend the call but since no light was there he went back.On 06/09/2013 he again came and demanded that the oven had to be taken at the service centre and went back as there was no one with him to take the oven .I told him that I will deliver the oven in my car but he denied and told that it is his job.On 07/09/13 he came and took the oven- this time also I told that it is too heavy and that I would deliver in my car but he did not listen.On 08/09/13 I received a call saying my oven was ready and I was called to take it.When I reached there to my surprise I saw that the oven was damaged with big dents on all 3 corners,the door was broken,the inner rotating glass was broken.How can you deliver such a damaged piece-still the person was telling lies.On further questionnaire he admitted that he had dropped the oven while transport and therefore the damage was there.I was furious that why are you hiding your mistakes?In reply he told that he would be replacing and giving it to me.On the same day I reported this incidence to Mr Sam from Radhika Sales -he also told me that he would look into the matter.After this almost every alternate day I used to call but no satisfactory answer was given to me by Viva Enterprises. Regular reasons like non availability of the spare parts was given.On 18/09/13 I visited the centre -my oven was not there in the service centre -it was in someone elses house- again surprising.I was told that the spares are still not available.THIS IS RIDICULOUS SPARE PARTS OF SUCH A REPUTED COMPANY NOT AVAILABLE FOR 15-15 DAYS?Just few minutes back the same reply was given to mr by Mr Sanjay Shirke the director of Viva Enterprises.At regular intervals I have been informing this to Radhika Sales.Through out this period the telephonic conversations with Viva were very bad.I am really now fed up of all this.KINDLY GUIDE ME FURTHER AT THE EARLIEST

                    I bought micrwave oven of Electrolux model no EE25CBGKMG2 in year jan 2010 with three years warranty on magnetron.It stopped working in Nov 2011 then its major part called magnetron replaced under warranty.Again it stopped working in Aug 2013.Service engineer of the company checked the micrwave and suggest to replace magnetron after paying the cost of the part.I want to state that if the same part becomes faulty in every year then why should I pay for it.It is the complete failure of the product and reputed company like Electrolux should replace the part free of cost without any argument.

                      Display screen of my 1.5 t A .C is not working. As i complaint earlier many times ( from June till now) , one mechanic come to attend but not solve the problem, as he request for some time as he don't have that particular part with him at that time, after that no body come and when i call to custmore care they always tell me that they are aiting for the material.

                              I Purchse Washing machine of Electorux form Surat (Gujrat) Next Retail store.. Now Live in Vadodara(Gujrat). Few Day back machine not working , so i register my complain in Toll free no and company executive visit and check and as per Executive MAchine PCB not working so machine send to Electrolux service center (Vadodara).. Last 12 days No Replay form Company EXecutive and Company Service station Still we Wait for my machine ..

                              i visit compnay service station two times but Same reply PCB not avaliable so We cant deliver your machine... Why Such Delay If PCB Stock not avaliable in Your Service station than customer not resposbile .....

                              If Machine not Delivery within two day Than We go for Legal Process....

                              Subject: - Very poor After Sales & Service of Your Make Refrigerator Model No EKP 275 Lts Purchased from Aakash Enterprises 77, Sorojini Nagar Market New Delhi. Bill no 1968 Dated 09.11.04
                              Dear Sir,

                              I like to bring to your kind notice that I am presently stationed at Bokaro. My Refrigerator as stated above was out of service in November 2008 & I have used the Services of Your Local Dealer at Bokaro M/S Digital Electronics & Refrigeration Works. Your dealer had Charged me Vide Invoice no 1294 Dated 26.11.08 of Rs.1220 /- , as they have charged Gas & a few other items. The repair / rebuilding of the fridge was not given services. Again I have to take the services of your Bokaro Dealer as they have repaired / overhauled by changing the Gas cooling system, Gas Charge etc costing me Rs 2375/- Vide Bill no 463 dated 08.07.2009.

                              Again My Fridge got defective since 22.12.09 & even after repeated reminder to your Bokaro Vide Complaint no 4440, but in vain. No response from your dealer. They have promised me earlier that the fridge will give trouble free Service as I have invested more than Rs 4395/- including Transportation Charges from your Dealer Works to my residence.

                              Please let me Know that your Model EPP 285FF Sl no 43900328 is defective , or else why the units of the fridge is constantly failing and I have to pay the repair bill from pocket. Fridge is an Essential commodity item and without fridge how a family can run with out basic amenities.
                              It is also bring to your kind notice that your Bokaro dealer response is awful and does not bother to take care. Please refer service call no 4440 about 10 days back and even today none had turned up to take care the after sales support.
                              Please advice your Dealer at Bokaro to take the Fridge and get the fridge replace with a New one as I have already invested 50 % cost of a New Fridge as repair Charge. If you and your dealer at Bokaro does not replace with a new One, I shall have to report to Consumer Forum for their intervention.
                              Please take care your business prospect and customer relation in the state of Jharkhand, and advice your Dealer to take suitable step to avoid embarrassing moment.

                              I have Purchased A Brand New Electrolux Air Conditioner On 21/04/2010.after Two Days it Stopped Working Due To Gas (Coolent) Leakage Or Lack Of Gas.I Have Complained The Company But They Have Not Taken Any Action To Solve The Problem.I am Continuously In Contact With Them But They Are Not Responding Properly.

                              i had complaint on phone no. [protected] about my refrigerator on 28/03/12 first times. they send their engineer and commit me to call back my refrigerator in next day.but no response had been taken on that. i had call several times but they always made excuse.Again i have complain for same problem on 26/05/12. Again engineer commit me to refill gas next day but yet today my refrigerator have not repair. i have call in office sevral times.From last 10days i am calling a guy named Tanveer who promised me to do my work but lastly he told me today to re-register my complain then only he can help me.i have been frustrated by this attitude please do something in this regard and take some proper action against this.

                                i have purchage a single door freeze (Refrigerator) our home town dealer dt on 29.11.12.at kanpur (u.p.)
                                i face recently heavy noise problem when it use... first time it was checked by local customer care, heavy noise due to compressor problem , compressor.change by local customer care unit but when it was change i faced cooling problem and little bit noise...
                                but i asked our electrolux company how it was happened newly brand freeze, i was not quality tested or defective unit.......and i face due to which lot of problem and resister complaint againt nos given below but still no solution.....

                                  I have purchased the Electrolux Refrigerator on 10/11/2011 with 5 year warranty on Compressor. On 15/07/2013 i have registered the complaint and technician visited and found there is a problem in compressor and ordered to company for the replacement. Electrolux not provided the Compressor till now. Bill number 11361 / 06/Nov/2011 Girias Malleshwaram. Electrolux Complaint number : EBLR[protected] They dont have courtesy to update the status also i have contacted customer care several time i will receve the update within 48 hours it will be resolved. I dont know how they are calculating the 48 hours .

                                  Electrolux/Refrigerator — TROUBLE WITH THE COMPRESSOR UNDER QUARANTEE PERIOD, COMPLAINT GIVEN TO THE SERVICE DEALER BUT HE WAS NEGLECTING FROM 15 DAYS

                                  I HAD PURCHASED THE ELECTROLUX REFREGERATOR IN THE MONTH OF OCTOBER-04, IT WAS GOT REPAIRED BY CONCERNED DEALER IN THE MONTH OF JANUARY-08 FOR FILLING OF GAS AND NOW AT PRESENT SUDDENLY AGAIN IT WAS NOT WORKING. I MADE A COMPLAINT THEY CAME AFTER LONG TIME AND SAID THAT COMPRESSOR WAS NOT WORKING AND IT HAS TO BE CHANGE. YET NOW 15 DAYS WAS GONE THE CONCERNED DELER WAS NOT LIFTING THE PHONE AND NOT ANSWERING THE CALL.

                                  PLEASE TAKE ACTION ON THE COMPANY WHICH WAS TROUBLING ME A LOT.

The shop of your dealer has closed. I have been in contact with service centre. But frequent change of service centre and their numbers are constantly changing. So I have been unable to get my Refrigerator properly checked this Year. Now my refrigerator is out of order. And as per my knowledge goes compressor is not working. As Compressor is under additional warranty of 4 years. I am liable to get replacement from company, if it is defective. But since last 2 months I have been trying to contact your service centre with no avail.

                                    i had purchase refrigerator fm the above said company around 18 months ago since then its compressor is getting u/s frequently approx 05 times since purchase and the people fm company had also replace it but 03 days ago its compressor has become again u/s. i request you to kindly intervene in the said matter and i want a new refrigerator in lieu of this dirty piece which the company people supplied to me. kindly xpedite into this matter as soon as possible

                                      I have bought a washing machine Carina - ES60CAGL from AALAP ELECTRONICS,AHMEDABAD on 26.12.2012.
                                      but Within 6 days of purchase it motor of the machine got damaged internally and stopped functioning. Further, as on 09.06.2013 again it got damaged and and stopped functioning. We tried to contact local dealer of the company from whom we purchased the said washing machine. He replied not to replace the machine but just to replace internal spare parts which got damaged.

                                      Looking at the seriousness and critical damages in the machine we request to change the washing machine instead of only internal spare parts. We have been using the same kind of washing machine at our another home, which functions properly. Considering the same only we purchased the said washing machine.

                                        Dear All,

                                        I approached Electrolux (PE) customer care for the service just one year back and good thing is I am yet to receive the solution.....
                                        May be within a month after the complaint they have deputed the service person & he has attended the complaint and taken one part from the machine year back and since then machine is just occupied the space in the house like waste box.... Neither they have repaired nor return the part take from the machine .....
                                        Surprisingly in between ,they have changed their service provider too....
                                        Electrolux Washing just washes the pocket of the customer but customer has to have the alternative to wash their clothes .....
