This complaint regarding EPF which is not transfered to my Saving A/c. the details are produced below

PF forms were submitted on12th Nov 10 by the employer (ICICI Securities Ltd) but when i checked in EPF website about the Status of my claim.It says No Records Found Either Claim is not submitted or Claim is settled / returned before 1/01/2010. I have tried so many time to contact through phone but i am not getting any response.

Kindly I Request you to please look into this matter and update me the status

Dear Sir,
I would like to inform you that I have submitted my PF & Pension transfer application to PF office, Shillong regarding PF- transfer from JH/13/132181 , ACC Ltd, Cement House, 121, M.K.Road, Mumbai to PF no. AS/4184/225, Calcom Cement India Ltd on 25th Oct, 2010, but till date I could not get any information at your end / Shillong office. As per PF- office, Shillong, the application has been forwarded to Mumbai PF- office at above address, but no any information received till date.
Hence, you are requested to transfer my PF / pension from JH/13/132181, ACC Ltd, Cement House, 121, M.K.Road, Mumbai to PF no. AS/4184/225, Calcom Cement India Ltd & kindly communicate the same at my below address.

I applied for withdrwal of PF account no DL/1169/15262 in May 2003. I did not got amount till. I ask EPFO regarding this matter by email. I got answer by trailing mail in the month November 2009. The mail sent by EPFO is as under.

The PF A/c No.DL/1169/15262 has been settled as per following details:-

PF - Rs.24525- Ch.No.881578 dated 14.3.2006

EPS - Rs.8610- Ch.No.056401 dated 14.3.2006

The above cheques have been sent to State Bank of India, Hamirpur, Himachal Pradesh for the crediting amount to bank a/c no.[protected]. The member may contact his bankers for information regarding credit of the amount in the bank account.

I contact personally in the avobe said bank. But before issuing of these checks my account had been closed. I ask Bank Manager about checks, but he told me that checks may be return to EPFO office as your account already closed. I ask many times EPFO regarding status. But no responce I got till.

Dear Sir,

I had not yet received my PF since last 3 months, as per the rule i am suppose to get my PF within 45 days but still its pending from thane PF office. My Employer had submitted my PF withdrawal form on 11 Jan 2011 on other hand when i check my PF status on below link http://www.epfindia.com/indiaepf/loginnew.aspx its showing me that Your Claim Not Received by this Office! I don't know what the exactly issue with my PF.

Please assist me in this issue as soon as possible..........

I was working in a private software company in Pune. Our company was regularly deducting PF amount from my salary. When I left the company, I submitted the application in December 2009 to withdraw PF amount to EPF office in Golibar Maidan Pune. I have given all my details like bank account number, PF account number, company name in which I was working. They have given me acknowledgement for the same. But still they did not give me my PF amount. It has been 1 and half year now. When I tried to call them in the provided phone numbers, they never pick the phone calls.

I tried to get the information from the staff in the office. He told me that they have sent the cheques to my bank account. But I did not have any transaction in my account with that cheque numbers which he told me. I am in urgent need of money and one can understand the situation when he does not get his own money when needed.

sir please release the money of mu epfo at the earliest as i have submitted my documents on 4th jan11 at wazirpur . it is taking long time than mandatory time specified by delhi govt. my a/c no is DL 12438/ 27375 . sir please release the payments and do the needful. my bemail id is [protected]@gmail.com mobile no. Myself Tula Ram I had submitted claim form 19 for PF settlement for member A/c no is DSNHP[protected] and I get claim ID DSNHP[protected] on 14/2/2011 by SMS for withdraw PF. But PF is not transfer in our account. It is humble request that kindly help me for settlement my PF.

Complaint : no updation of epf transferred amount by epfo , surat office

Referrence : EPF no. Gj / SRT / 31563 / 2540

Detalis of cheque given to them :Chq No. 382178 dt 23/01/08 for Rs 6,66,856. Personally handed over in Surat office on 3 April 2008 and taken the acknowledgement.

Details:


1.Along wiTt Form 13(revised) , Annexure – K,Cheque no 382178 dt. 23/01/08 for the amount Rs 6, 66, 856 / - with a request to EPF transfer was given in RPFC – Surat on 3 April ’08. ( Copies enclosed)

2.When EPF statement of 2007 -08 was received in Aug 2009 at our factory and found it was not updated, we have checked in your office and informed that it will be coming in the next statement.

3.2008-09 statement was received in Aug 2010. Surprisingly again the same transter amount was not updated. The matter has been taken up in your office through our Rajashree Polyfil staff, who is dealing with EPF activity. It was assured by your office that it will be updated in the next statement.

4. 2009 – 10 statement has been received now and it is a shock to me that the transfer amount has not been updated.

I AM REALLY DISTURBED TO NOTE THE KIND OF SERVICE YOUR DEPARTMENT IS RENDERING.
KINDLY UPDATE ACCOUNTS AND REPLY ME BY 30 TH APRIL’11 OTHERWISE, I WILL BE CONSTRAINED TO TAKE UP THE CASE LEAGALLY FOR THE NEGLEGENT ATTITUDE OF GOVERNMENT SERVANTS AND THE MENTAL AGONY BEING CREATED .

This complain is against PF department and pf commisioner of chennai. they have not only mentally, financially harrased me for my retrieval of pf since last 2 years, but also giving stupid and in decent excuses for my not transfering my PF. since 2009 I have been fiollowing for my PF and they are giving me daily enw excuses. they have given me partial amount and for next partail amount they are making unnecessary tac tics. At times I am unable to connect there extension numbers , if at all they get connect they dissconnect the phone in between. Til now i must have made 100's of STD calls to there department but everytime they dissconnect there calls after completing there stupid reasons.
I NEED MY next AMOUNT WITH FULL COMPENSATION NOW.

I had attached my confirmation letter wgich i submitted on 23rd sep 2010 in tambaran PF office.Still now i didnt get my PF amount.not able to find the status also.I called 100's of time to that office no response as of now and even if some one is answering the call no proper reply..i sent lot of mails still no reply.Feeling bad about the way a government organisation is working.My PF Number: TN/40393 A/1052.

I got a feeling that everything goes fake when it comes to government sector .They mentioned mail ids,telephone numbers in website but no use of it.I am not sure how good this compliant forum is,just have a small hope atleast anyone in govt office will be having courtesy to do their duty thats why i am posting my concern.

Still as a citizen,i am wondering why government offices are functioning ir-responsible like this.

Subject: - Have not received my PF Settlement Amount till date.

Dear Sir,

This is with reference to my PF account number UP/32214/1342. I have applied (Form 19 & 10c) for PF Withdrawal on 12th Nov 2010. On Feb 12th 2011 I received an amount of 4725/- thru NEFT to my bank account. I worked for Xansa India ltd for a period of 4 years and as per my knowledge I need to receive an amount of more than 208,800/- including interest till date.

So I have raised complaint in the grievance cell (www.epfindia.gov.in) regarding this and following is the response from them. Please see below mail.

Point I am concerned is, I have never applied for PF withdrawal during the year 2005 and I am very shocked to see how come the PF department had settled and issued the below cheques. I have not received the cheques.

Kindly request you to look into this matter and see that my hard earned PF amount along with interest is credited to my ICICI bank account [protected] IFSC code:- ICIC0000048. Please let me know if I need to fill any forms for claiming the PF amount.

The balance amount left in your EPF account i.e. Rs.4725/- after the above settlement was lately paid in your bank account. As such nothing is left as balance in your EPF account.

My complaint is regarding my pending EPF Claim. This issue has been going on since 2008. In 2008 my previous employer submitted my EPF Claim and within 4 months I got the dues from the employer and also cheques from the EPF Office. However, the checks were sent to a wrong account number because of which they never got deposited and got misplaced. After a number of emails to the EPF office, I was informed that the cheques had been sent and I should contact my bank. On contacting the bank and after they were able to locate the cheques, I found out that the cheques never got deposited to my account due to the above stated error by the EPF authorities. This was in 2009. Since, then I started following up with the EPF office in Delhi and was informed after numerous calls and a number of emails to them, that I needed to send an Advanced Stamp Receipt along with the cheques, post which the rectified cheques would be released. This I did in Oct 2010 and I got the delivery confirmation from the Post Office. However, since then again, I am yet to get the rectified cheques from the EPF Office. I have mailed them since, but have gotten no response, have also tried calling but have not been able to get through to anyone.

This is regarding my PF Claim. I had submitted my PF documents to the PF Office, Dwarka Sector-23 on 28th January, 2011. I was told that the money would be transferred within next 45 days. Today it is 16th March, 2011 and I haven't got the money yet. When I check the status on the EPFO Website, it says: STATUS for Member ID: DSNHP[protected]

I am Surinder Singh Dua, worked with Lark Labs[protected] to[protected] and transfered my PF amount from DL/6655/2250 to CHD/12804/290 in year 2000 when I joined Unimarck Pharma a chandigarh based co.. The Transfered Amount was mentioned on my slip of 2000-01 as opening balance.. But now I have received the refund o[censored]nimarck only. My tranfered amount is not in the record of Chandigarh PF office.

But till date there is no positive response from PF office vadodara. whenever i was called at PF office they replayed that Your PF application is under process. i cant understand that how many time they are taken for that. i was called every day there but always same replay.
