Employee's Providents Fund Organisation [EPFO] Complaints & Reviews

My EPFpension is attached to EPFO /Delhi/South office of which was recently shifted from Nehru place to Sector 23, Dwarka, Delhi.I personally visited the Dwarka Office and submitted my Life Certificate dated[protected] to concerned officers who ensured that my pension would be remitted to my HDFC Bank account promptly thereafter.
But till date my pension has not been released(last payment was on 14th January 2011). All my efforts thereafter...

I had submit PF clain form against PF GGN/2608/614 (Pavan Kumar Singh) & same approved by PF office on 05.05.2011 & Pension find transfer in my saving account but still provident fund amount not tranfer into my account. i try lot of time to contect Pf office but nobady picking phone & i write mail as per attached but not recive any reply . Kindly do the needful to get PF amount resolved the same. to know why not PF amount not...

I have not received the provident fund money which was submitted during the month of December 2010. I request you to please solve this issue at the earliest and help me receive my Provident Fund money at the earliest.

I had surrendered my form for my Provident Fund claim in June 2010, I was told that would receive the amount within 6 months to my bank account, ( bank account details given ). Now 11 months to 1 year is over and I have not yet received my dues. Kindly check and let me know, details given below.

I am trying to get in touch with the Pune RPFO but dont seem to get any help. The PRO numbers listed on the website are busy most of the times and when they ring they are not answered by anyone. think they are used for personal calls and are of no help whatsoever.

In todays scenerio rate of interest is increased to mitigate the effect of inflation. Banks are allowing interest on deposits for more than 9%. Even EPF rate is increased to 9.5%. My humble suggestion is that the Government should also increase interest rate on PPF form present 8% to more than 9% than only general public who do not have EPF account can take the benefit of the scheme to full extent....
