This is Nitin Gunjawate work in HDB financial services Ltd my salary monthly deduction esis Amount I have claim for esis center satara in last year Feb 2017 but can't response to me esis office satara and Mumbai I have provided all original documents my father deaths claim to satara office but he is forwarded Xerox copies documents to Mumbai office then call to Mumbai office tell me provided original documents but I have already submitted all original documents in Feb 2017 but satara office staff can't responding up to date can't claim pass. satara as well as Mumbai office can't receive any calls plz help as soon as possible

I Harcharan sachdeva insurance no [protected] is on bed seriously injured from left side leg due to joint problem . From one month whatever the medicine doctors write from hospital dispensary never give that medicine. Today employee of ESI dispensary seelampur pushes me so badly who gives medicine said that agar hamare staff ke liye medicine nhi hi to auro ho kha se de it means staff is first patient lives or die. I m a news camera man if something came in my x rays l will go to court having evidence that all this happened due to ur ESI employee.
Sir if you will not take action l will.

My name is Nishith rana and i want to get the information that how can I get some necessary medicines(Like Morphine) from ESIC which are the life line of cancer patient.

(He is a patient) has a last stage of cancer and two major surgery had done on him till now

Dr suggested to take following medicines on daily baisi

(1) Morphine 30MG(1Tab per day)
(2)Duragesic Patch 50mcg . (Need to change every week)

Now he is unable to do job and he has no another source of income as he has only two daughter and no any son.

I visited Bapunage ESIC hospital and Maninagar dispensary to get required medicine.

Unfortunately Pharmacist of Maninagar told me that they don't have authority to provide such a category of medicine.

I know they are right and I have to purchase the required medicine every time by paying cash.

Kindly do need full and give me the process for the same .

Dear Sir/Madam,

I'm Mr.Bharath Kumar resident of srirampura, Mysore & employee of Adecco India private limited assigned to work in Himalaya drug company, Mysore

There is lot more people to take treatment in main ESIC everyday located near sanatorium hospital Mysore.
The number of patients will be more than 200 & more coming in que everytime .
People come across Mysore around 50kms
It's impossible to take treatment most of the times in one day period due to large number of patients come across the nearest cities who are reported to the main ESIC.
But my concern is there is only 2 Doctors are appointed to look into the general patients which is not enough, also doctors are appointed on shifts and in that too sometimes anyone takes leave, nobody relieves their place that means patients cames across have to travel back and travel again after.
And also there is a Doctor named Mr.Lingachari is worst in attending patients.
To look into his attitude here they have to face directly.
Mr.Lingachari isn' t having patience to attend any patients here and not giving proper resolutions in one time.
And I suggest we need more Doctors to look into the many patients coming.
People are leaving the treatment in their own contributed salary due to this problem.

So kindly look into it in high priority and do the needful for the best of employees of our state.

My name is sushil suresh mohite.my insurance number is [protected].find the Attach ESIC received copy .my wife was delivery on 17/09/2018.I had submitted all documents in Vashi office on 15/11/2018, but they not accepting my documents and also they give me mentally harassment. If i gone to any inquiry they givs me ans that after 2 years the Money will be given but already i had gives 75, 000 in sewood hospital which my wife has a delivery. In vashi ESIC hospitals all staff are very helpless. please help me

Dear sir,
We submitted all medical paper as per law but employers hi-tech international plot no 99 sec 05 imt manesar gurgaon not submitted contributions as per govt law so esic local office gurgaon payments not provide when we take medical leave. We all proof given local office but not resolved.

Also if you check all employees account then you found employers salary given below 21000 but esic & pf contributions not submitted so i am request to you please help me.

If problems not resolved with in 10 days then i will submitted rti (Why not release payment from esic local office)

My father has fracture in spine doctors of esi had suggested bed rest and my father can't stand up now on his legs, his legs is not working i had told this problem to doctor of orthopedic so he give me a p1 form to transfer any private hospital to neurosurgeon but commety had canceled p1 form to transfer private hospital they had given me a passed form / documents of transfer to basaidharapur esi hospital. I had reached with patient but hospital department is not admiting he has told me that you meet doctor of opd but doctors is not available on the time security guards tell me that doctor will come after 2:00 pm so i have no time to wait because my father condition is very bad i back to go in esi okhla i have told to medical superintendent but she is telling me that you can go sadar jung hospital please help me that what am i do. 😭😭

1. I infrom you that esi joka hospital blood bank close. I request to you please open esi joka blood bank and available all group blood stock. 2. 2. Esi doctor always busy mobile or doctors friends takings not caring pretion.
3. All medicine & blood not available joka hospital.

My self had personal expression and i enquired esic members facing lot of difficulties in terms of treatment.

Especially to getting reports in hospital very horrible to get blood report we have wait minimum 4 hr. What the facility you people giving to esic member.

There no proper plan during emergency situation all # documents doctor will ask. You people are killing the name of digital india'.
Dotor availability less patients are more. Doctor can't treat properly.

Kindly take action on this.

I am a pregnant woman, i use to visit esi doctors/ hospital for my routine monthly checkups (Esic super facility hospital, s. D-beliaghata 9052, manicktala esi hospital).
1. First of all the timing as per rules is 10 a. M to 4 p. M for opd, but there is no such discipline, anytime any day the staff can say doctors unavailable.
2. Toilets are so dirty its just unbearable, its almost 7 to 8 hours of period to complete whole procedure (Panel to doctor to medicine etc.) but we wont be able to use the toilets.
3. There is no such seating arrangement particularly for pregnant woman.
4. Unsatisfied doctor checkups, hardly 5 minutes for each patient. They don't even attend the query of patient.
5. Extremely lengthy procedure, to visit a doctor & medicine why so much sign/form, each day for a followup patient also.
6. More over to visit a doctor patient gets more trouble than treatment.

Sir esic quota me admission lene ke liye, ip of ward ko esic quota ka benefit deeya jata ha kintu usame esic act me admission lene ke liye bhi group a, b, c joki five, four, three years pahale group a ko veriyata di jati ha or bad me bachi seats par group b ko, uska bad group c ko variyata di jati jabki esic act me ip of ward ko 21years tak hi benefit deeya jata ha jabki jees ip of ward ka group c me ha or usaki age 21years ha to us candidate ko veriyata di jani chahiye or group a me lena chahiye esic act ke s. No. 9 me (3) me ko note me leekha gaya ha ki us candidate ko group a me mana jayega

My esi number is [protected] i submitted tha bill for reimbursement on 19/3/18 to my local office but the local office stransferd this bill to rdd office calicut for further action on3/7/18. Till now the payment is not came to my account when i am enquiring about this the esi staff in rdd office speciality section is behaving very badly. I calked there 5or 6 times whenever i am calling she asked me to call on another day. Pls do necessary action against these type of govt staff.

No one hospital taken to do surgery.
Plate has done to joining of bones

Mostly they registration window not open proper timings
Mostly open the window after 8.00 am but open time is officially 7.30 am.
Kindly humble request for you.

I am tapan ku. Podder, insurance no, [protected]. My father asok ku. Podder is a patient of suger and high pressure for last few years. Even being a aged patient like my father your doctor of joka, kolkata hospital always repeat the same medicine without further investigation. That caused his bp fall seriously and resulted to hospitalize him at midnight (Not esic). Its exhausted me financially a lot.
Most of time i bound to purchase medicine from outside due to short supply &hospital authority don't cooperate to arrange my purchase value refund.in case of hospitalization they argue to allow patient party give written permit for allowing more then one patient in a single bed, as my point of view the over all quality of esic treatment has subordinated in recent years.
Such a very low earning people like us we are very much dependent on esic treatment due to our poor financial condition. We became very disappointed when face neglect from a responsible public health authority like esic.
I hope esic authority will sensitive enough to response my complain so that esic dependent employee like me and us fill safe from medical risk.

Have submitted one of medical bill on 19/3/18. 1364/18 amounting rs1054. My esi number [protected]. When i enquired about this in my local office chakkorthkulam calicut, they told me that they send this bill to rdd office calicut. When i am calling to rdd office they are not giving a proper reply. And they are not giving my reimbursement amount. I called there 5or 6 times. When ever i called the section clerk asked to call on another day. Pls do need ful for getting back my amount as early as possible

Since June 2018 my mom is visiting esic hospital jhilmil for back pain they are just giving her multivitamins again and again and in March 2019 we went for private sector where they did MRI which is never done by esic in past 9 months, in MRI it is seen that spinal tb caused 2 vertibrae dipped in pus.
Now, on 1st April we took her to the jhilmil hospital in casualty
But no. Doctor was provided till morning also the CMO didn't refred to other hospital and in morning dr. Rohit prescribed some medicines and asked us to wait for the next day as dr. Alok Garg (HOD) is absent today.
We talked to MS. She also asked us to wait till tomorrow and we waited she kept crying in pain.
On the next day dr. Alok Garg came and in just 2 mins he said "theek he ye dawai Lelo ap dispensary se aur ghar jao"
He didn't even check MRI.
Now it's been more than 2 days at home she is constantly crying in pain.
I don't trust dr. Alok Garg and they are refusing to refer.
Why?
We don't have any right to take better treatments just because we can't afford to go directly there
Can't just esic refer to any better hospital.

I have submitted my file 8 months ago. I have already call customer care and also visited kolhapur esic office but they are saying they don't have any track of my file. What should i do now. Its very disappointing service from esic department, please help me with this.
Esic is helpless, bad services, if you not providing good services so why make roles for companies for compalsation of esic deductions.
