I am chinmaya kumar sahoo, from bhubaneswar my mom is on dylasis from last 5years but each time when i am gone for renewal letter the esic medical has change some thing they are open from 8.30 to 11.30 if some one has any emergency they don't listen anything. I have have gone also superintendent but he is telling that what can i do i can't do any thing also they don't have staff so it's very difficult happening there. Pls resolve the problem immediately. Sir/madam, my wife admitted in igesi hospital jhilmil on 28/06/2018 for delivery purpose. After that delivery by operation she discharge on 3/07/2018. But no any medicine give for patient in the hospital. After that discharge the patient we go to the esi dicpencery for take medicine but esi dicpencery staff says to us first discharge the patient online then they give medicine to us. It's very bad experience for me and my family.

I would like to inform that at esic hospital kamarhati gynecology doctors are not taking care of maternity patient & also not check them properly.

Also doctors are using worst language to patients.

Doctor's behavior too much worst & they pretend that they give us free service, whereas an insurance amount deduct from my salary in every months.

I am brijesh kumar insured in esic. I have heart problem. When ever i am going to esic despensery no.3 near civil hospiatl gurgaon the behavior of the management is not good and very untolerable. I didnot get full medicine. I am not able to buy them because they are very costely.

Kindly take the initiate action and resolved my problem as soon possible.

Hr manager wrongly update my parents name, my address and even nominee. Esic dispensary is alloted to very far place where i cannot go for treatment.

I do not know anything about the details entered by the hr manager.
Requested many times but still no changes.

I am dipti parab and employee of private sector. Sir i am mother of twin child and my maternity leaves finished on 2nd may but my maternity salary not received from esic. My husband many times go to esic office but not received satisfied answer from their side. I am salaried person and i have many expances and since 6 month no income come so please help for getting full salary with provident fund from esic and company.

This is to inform my father is suffering from cancer since 2-3 months, on 01/5/18 first time taken him to esi clinic after biopsy report found he is having cancer from last 49 days your doctors' didn't started treatment till date and the patient is suffering from pain, etc. Always asking him to go other department's like oncology to panel doctors to neurology to ophtamology, etc. That too after a long gap say after a week.
Please do the needful and start treatment if not let us know we will raise fund from public to admit him in a good hospital as because we are poor person and can't afford to admit in big hospital where expenses are beyond our capacity.

As the many people come here to suppose to releive from their desease... And first the need to come in long line for taking the appointment... But the electrical equipmemt do not work properly... For example - fans are not in their proper condition... Due to this... Patients are already fighting with their disease... And because of bad facilities they are providing... This also leads to fighting with some other problem... I request you cordially to solve this problem as soon as it possible

Dear team i am working with a private company since last seven years my esic claim reimbursement is pending with esic which was the emergency delievery case of my father and i already sent my original medical bill and other slip to concerned dispensary and esic hospital before three years, since they received my bills there is no response from their side for further process so i request to please help me for the issue to resolve it asap.

Hello sir, iam working in vsplash tech labs pvt lyd which is located at bulding number 20, mind space, huderabad. As per the deduction policy 1.75 should deduct from employee account and 4.75 percent of salary should be payed by the employer, but my company was deducting all the amount from my account, which is not acceptable. As my salary is very low i cant afford this much of deductions from my deductions from my account. This is happening for all the enployees in our company who has less salaries. Please look into this and do need ful.

We don't get a proper tablets, there is no proper treatments, whenever we go for treatment they suggest to do in private hospitals and then to claim, we people do not keep money all time, that's y we come to esi. If they do not give proper treatment then why they use to cut esi amount from our salary. All time for any treatment we have to go to private hospitals. 2 times i claimed an amount but its been 2 and half year not yet i got my amount back.

i applied for the reimbursement under esic as i met with an accident. But i didn't get any status regarding that and they didn't given any slip or receipt for receiving the documents.

Without receipt giving how can we track the status to whom we have to ask. (No customer care numbers are not even answering the call).

My bill submitted date ;20/05/2017.

I have to know my status but they are not even responding properly...

Yesterday night i found my mother is unconscious so we after so we took her esic basaidara pur hospital emergency they check her very causally and took some blood and samples to check symptoms and suggest us came again morning to collect all reports and shows the same to opd doctors. So today morning am again we visit hospital with my mother but the concern lab incharge miss place the all reports and blaim to each other and spoil our whole day without doing any treatments even they still not found the correct resone o[censored]nconscious.
This was very causal way to teat a patent even thy not advise us. How we trust him.

Am in coimbatore. Am conducting the neuro op docter in some illness my medical condition but that docter un available for every day... So many time i am going on that coimbatore singanallur main esi hospital... But all are not available that neuro op docter... Incase of any emergensy what can i am do...?? Please take my complaint its very hurting to me and other patients... Or close the esi. And no take in my salary amount of esi...

I was on medical leave from 22-01-18 to[protected] i. E 59 days but i was paid of 36 days only. According to esic policy, the ip should get payment upto 91 days in a calendar year. Second thing is that previously when i was on leave in june 17, the rate of payment is rs 442/ day, but in this period, i was paid @ 366/ day. The branch manager does not gives me any reasonable answer in this matter. So please look into this matter and make a solution as early as possible.

My self bhimsi jarer & my esic number is [protected]. I submitted my claim file on[protected] at d-2 vadaj, ahmedabad, gujarat dispensary. But yet i am not received any claim amount and also not received any communication from them but when i complaint online they yesterday they called me & also they are not answered properly and talk roughly.

Then i go to regional esic office-income tax ahmedabad, gujarat & meet piyushji & kushal sir, and found that my claim rejected due to not completed 2 years of service and kaushal sir from smc office also said that this not sst case they (D-2 vadaj dispensary) need to submitted in secondary.

Then i goes to d-2 vadaj dispensary & said whole conversation but they are not ready for it & also said that it will take 5 to 6 month time.

Is this type of your system in esic??? This is ridiculous and if claim is not settled so why at that time of claim submission they are not said that types of rules. I know this information when i compliant online and then after they are said me that type of excuses.

Kindly look into matter & help to resolve it as soon as possible.
