B., have purchased a dr aquaguard nrich h [protected] through babita rajak, sales representative, code 9095571 (W. B.) who assured me of providing one cover & one hygenic bottle after purchase, but even after purchase on payment of rs.20490/= she denied/refused to give me all these hitherto. Pl. Note po no. So805212 dt-21/11/2018. Under the circumstances like this, you are requested to look into the matter and ask such sales representatives to refrain from such mis-sellings, otherwise the image and the reputation of the esteemed company will be turnished.
