You are pretty aware about the need of clean drinking water which is the most important criteria for good health. But ur service staff is very careless i approch them. To service my product but each time they have an excuse so they has caused both physical and mental agony to me and damaged your reputation also. So please sort out my problem soon so dat a relaibility maintained in both sides

Hi,

we have send some courier on 01.01.2019 but not yet dispatched.

when we asked to the franch express people in cochin they are simply saying it has been missed.

In that documents there was lots of bills.

so kindly solve issuse ASAP.
Vacuum cleaner is not going to start it is in warranty period and automatically it Stopped working. I do cal to customer care helpline but not get properly response, kindly help us to resolve the issue by any means. Appreciate your effort.

    Hello audience, i bought a aquaguard superb ro uv uf tds for 19000 in april 18 and in dec i called for a second service when the agent cane and said i will have to get the filters changed which will cost me 5000 cause i have consumed 6000 litres of water in 6 months. We were out of country for 2 months and how can 2 members in a family can consume 6000 litres of water.
    The agent who came had no clue of this aquaguard and broke the body also.
    I am 65 years old and i call customer call almost everyday and they say we cannot help. I will take this to the highest authority and will make sure i get my complete money back and the company will pay for fooling customers like this

      We bought a EuroClean Steam Cleaner in June 2018. After using it for 15 times, it broke at a connecting point. This product is of very poor quality plastic. It is We put complaint# [protected] for resolution and did not get any response. We put service request # [protected] for escalation and did not get any response.

      We followed up with Mr. Sanjay Tripathy from Eureka Forbes(Bhubaneswar) many times but he showed no interest in resolving it, rather provided cock-n-bull story. We also tried to contact the person who (Mr. Madhusudan Rout) sold this to us and his phone is not reachable.

      We escalated the issue and did not get any response.

        Placed a complaint to service water purifier throng toll free no. [protected]. Service technician came to my place and attended. He did not give bill. Paid him and after 45 min he left the water filter stopped working. When i called him again he said he cant do much and not even willing that re-visit. Later i called customer care to inform abt the same but came to know that the person visited was an unauthorised person. When i asked them how can someone visit my place without the information like my address and phone no. Etc, they were not ready to accept and investigate. Actually my info and details was passed parellaly on to this unauthorized company by someone within their network. And was done by a non authorized person. So beware even your personal info can be leaked in this manner.

          Never never buy aquaguard from eureka forbes. Worst service provider. Also don’t recommend to any other.

          I had logged service complaint on 5th jan 2019 but still problem is not resolved.

          I had called multiple times to check for the status and why it is not addressed.

          Customer care said, service engineer will attend the issue shortly but no response yet.

          Today again i called customer care and got the same response.

            Hi,

            I have relocated to noida from pune. My customer code is [protected] in the name of divesh kumar. I took 2 years of amc service from eureka water purifier service in pune (Attached is the receipt).

            When i relocated to noida last month, i contacted local eurekaforbes agency and asked to send some person to install the eureka forbes. For this some lady said that i would be charged @ inr 700.

            When the representative came to my place, he informed us that the filter along with the membrane needs to be replaced. We informed the representative that our water purifier is under amc but he confirmed that there was no amc registered for my purifier. Also the amc booked in pune would not be applicable in noida. Since we were in urgent need of the installing the water purifier, we trusted the eureka forbes agent. So over all we were charged inr 4500 (Inr 700- water purifier installation, inr 3800 - replacement of filter and membrane). But after few days when we unpacked after stuffs in the new place and found the amc receipt, we realized that we have been cheated big time by eurekaforbes.

            We also tried to lodge the complaint over phone to customer care. Got a call from lucknow office[protected], komal), however she has not yet reverted over the fate of this issue. Its been more than 7 days since she called me. Triedf to call back, but could not connect with any representative.

            I would like to get the compensation for the same from eurekaforbes asap.

              With reference to subject cited above this is to inform you that amc was renewed on 20.07.2017 for two years, payment was made vide cheque no. 246484 dt. 20.07.2017 for rs. 3400/-. Servicing was due in july, 2018 and january 2018 but your technician was not attended the same. Yesterday your technician visited our place at house no. 289, dixit nagar, nari ring road, nagpur - 440026, refused to attend the servicing for want of receipt and i have to pay for servicing and change of filter. The amc is misplaced. Kindly issue duplicate receipt and take necessary action for early servicing. The change of address may kindly incorporated from d. H. Dhanvijay, powergrid, qtr.                 The machine was not working as the water intake was not happening.

                  I wanted a but ro water purifier after little research, decided to go with aqua guard as i already have aquaguard old version. An agent by name reshma swetha (Id#9055597) came and gave us a quote and asked to pay cash, i didn’t have cash so resorted to account transfer, i did the account transfer after confirming her authenticity as agent with the company, like id card, visiting card and even their customer care confirmed that she is their agent. The payment happened on 31st dec with an expectation that unit will be delivered on 3rd jan. To my surprise, she took the money and vanished, she didn’t even log the order request until 3rd jan. When i called her she says admitted in hospital and all other stories and said will be delivered by 4th jan, next day (5th jan) i got a call from rajesh, sales manager (Ph-[protected]) asking pending payment because of which they didn’t assign the unit. I said i already paid the entire amount to the agent r. Swetha to her account and even shown account transaction. He says this girl is creating problem for the last one month by taking money from the customers and taking long time to deposit.

                  I said when you already know this girl, why didn’t company didn’t take any action and removed her from the duty? He didn’t have an answer. He then gave me an number chandra sekhar (Ph: [protected]), looks like he is divisional manager but has no qualities of manager, when i told him the story, he didn’t say sorry and said, will call you in 10 mins and hung up and never answered.

                  I also logged a case with aquaguard (#[protected]), i got a call from escalation team (Priya) land line[protected] saying that she will handle it and give me an update by 5th jan eod but never did.

                  In the whole process of escalation to the aquaguard representatives at various levels, no body owns the responsibility and tells that if my money will be returned or unit is assigned.

                  This is really ridiculous from a company like aquaguard which is across pan india.in this case, the agent belongs to aquaguard and despite of that no one takes the responsibility and address the problem

                        I bought eureka forbes product dr. Aqua guard magna on 29/10/2018, very next day i cancelled my order but till the date i didn't receive my money back.
                        Eureka forbes customer care executive given me lots of fake promises and it's sales person is also a cheater, he didn't help me to provide resolution on it. So many times i called customer call and drop lots of emails but didn't get positive response.

                        On 15th Aug, 18 from Croma Its just 4 mnt started facing problem of water leakage in the above . logged the complaint with the product company 25th Dec, 2018- complaint no [protected]. The technician Mr. Vinod Gorekar the leakage due creak in the Pressure Switch changed the part after that its stop completely. Request for replacement.

                          I exchanged my Existing Water purifier with a new one after paying Rs. 9190.00/- through my Credit Card and I received the machine, on May 26th, 2018. But I did not Receive the Bill and Annual maintenance Contract (AMC) documents promised by the Company Representative as promised.

                          I raised 3 complaints and I did not get any resolution form the company.

                            I have been cheated by eureka forbes by selling products related to home security. I gave cctv, intrusion detector, movement sensor and video door phone. For one i was exhorbitently charged for products and installation. Most marketing people from the company have fraudulent practices and so did mine. Most products installed for not work and nobody turns up from service. I have service tickets pending
                            For products that cost lakhs and eureka forbes does not provide support.

                              Please find below copy of my complain in the customomer care section of the company, for necessary action please from your end:

                              "dear sir / madam,
                              During change of filters as per amc contract of my aqua guard superb model (Amc contract receipt no.[protected], your service person forcibly took away the changed membrane, in spite of my repeated objections. He handed over his mobile to one of his supervisors to talk with, who even threatened me that he won't issue amc to me in future if i don't hand over the membrane. They could not show me any clause in the contract to the effect that i am bound to hand over the membrane.
                              The service person replaced the 'waste water valve' (As he called it, a t - shaped tube with one blind end) with not a matching valve but a tube which he called" capillary".
                              Claims

                              1. Please return the membrane which is my property upon which you have no right.
                              2. Please replace the" waste water valve"with a new"waste water valve"and return me old one
                              3. Please take appropriate action against your staff who threatened me that he won't issue amc to me in future.

                                On 23.12.18 we called on eureka forbes helpline no.[protected] for enquiry about water purifier. Within 2-3 hours one mr. Rahul having mobile no. [protected] contacted us and came to our residence in the evening. He gave us briefing and told that aquaguard magna nxt uv will suffice our need. He told that the machine has 7 ltrs of tank and we can fill upto 14 ltrs in the morning upon that we told him that 14 ltrs are not sufficient as per our requirement so he told that we can fill another 14 ltrs in the evening so we booked the purifier. On 28.12.18 a technician visited our residence to install the machine and he told us that we can fill only 16 ltrs water in a day and if we fill water beyond that the candles will have to be changed after 6-7 months which was not told by rahul, sales person at the time of briefing. Accordingly, we contacted him and asked him to take the purifier back and return our advance money in turn he seek time to meet us. On 29.12.18 rahul came with his senior named diwakar jha mobile no. [protected] and told us that the candles can be changed any no. Of times in a year in warranty period and after warranty if we will take amc than also the candles can be changed any no. Of times. Trusting upon them as they were representing eureka forbes we made the final payment to them. On 30.12.18 when we called on eureka forbes helpline no. To confirm about providing candles free of cost any no. Of times in a year we were amazed to know that the candles can be changed free of cost only once a year within warranty or amc as well. Accordingly, we lodged a complaint bearing no. [protected] for return of money due to non fulfillment of our requirement by the machine. On 31.12.18 we called rahul to visit our residence in the evening time which he assured but did not came. When we tried to call him on his mobile no. It was showing switched off. Accordingly, we called the another person diwakar jha who refused of his given statement of 29.12.18. When we told him that we are going to lodge a police complaint against him for selling the product on false pretext he stated laughing and told us quote "sarita vihar se nikalte hain yahan tak hame kon hath laga sakta hai. Aaj ke jamane mein kon harishchand hota hai" unquote. He started threating us. On hearing this we were shocked to know that eureka forbes has started hiring persons like rahul and especially diwakar jha who did not any fear of anything and openly threatened customers. As we are prestigious customer of eureka forbes since 2006 we were in the impression that eureka forbes is a well renowned company and employee persons only who are well educated and having a good background but hearing all this through diwakar jha we were shocked that the company now taking help of criminal minded persons to sell their product. Experiencing all this we have lost our faith in the company and request your goodself to take your product back and refund our money and take stringent action on people like rahul and diwakar jha.

                                    I took the contract on 02.12.16, contract receipt# 27139287, in surat. the day i took it, all the things as per contract had changed for once (it should be twice as it took the plan for 2 years). thereafter on placing a complaint i get a service.
                                    But after that till today no service had been given. as i shifted to kolkata i updated my address on 30.07.2018 (request#[protected] by calling [protected], the lady i communicated with assured me that after the address update (as it take 3-4 days) i will get the call from kolkata service center for service visit .
                                    Today (26.12.2018) afternoon i got a call from surat asking for service visit, even after address update of 4.5 months still i got the call from surat. As per conversation today executive told my wife he is transferring the call to kolkata and i got the mail from you at 6:10 pm

                                    We hope that your Mandatory Service Request - no. [protected] was adequately attended to by VIJAY DIXIT.

                                    Now again one more express cheating issue from great eureka forbes, I shifted to kolkata on 02 May 2018, requested for address update on 30.07.18 (Request#[protected] and your surat service centre is showing that they had not only serviced my RO but pre silver carbon filter assy spares are also changed on 10 aug 2018.

                                    Now this is the extreme of cheating, now i get it how eureka forbes is maintaining the expenses of their company.

                                    I GET TO KNOW ALL THIS BECAUSE THE TECHNICIAN CAME FROM KOLKATA SERVICE CENTER REFUSED TO REPLACE THE SPARE PARTS FREE OF COST AS PER AMC, BECAUSE AS PER SURAT CENTER ALL REPLACEMENTS HAD BEEN DONE ALREADY AS DETAILS ARE AVAILABLE IN THE SHEET.

                                    As per sheet service given on 12.12.16 is OK, rest others are doubtful because its parts had been changed for once only when my amc started and after that nothing has been changed, it is true that i made some complaint regarding tank over flowing so for that visit has been done but no spare had been changed. But service on 10 aug 2018 is a 100% false (cheating) because when my RO is not in that city how its been serviced and spare had replaced.

                                    I WANT MY CARD CONTAINING DETAILS OF SERVICES GIVEN TO ME WITH MY SIGNATURE THAT IS WITH YOUR SERVICE CENTER SURAT BRANCH.

                                    I think i must take this issue further, because like me eureka forbes must be cheating lots of consumer on daily basis.

                                      Hi,

                                      I have paid Annual Maintennce Charges (AMC) of Rs. 5020 on 16-Dec-2018 online but my Annual Maintenance Invoice is not yet received. I have checked with my bank and they have confirmed the amount is credited to the Eureka Forbes as beneficiary. But when having call with Eureka Forbes representative at their customer care number [protected] and they diverted to call me at their online department number[protected]. And the online department told me to write an email at [protected]@eurekaforbes.com. The first email sent explaining all issue on 20-Dec-18 and got the acknowledgement with Ticket No:[protected] that they will get back to me. After waited for a complete day and then sent another email late evening of 21-Dec-18. They responded immediately again to ask me to have call on [protected] but I responded back mentioning how I have been diverted to the online department and than they asked for register email which I on the same day i.e. 24-Dec.

                                      They immediately responded mention they will get back to me and since than no response. Than I talk to online department representative (Rekha) and she was again asking me to send email to [protected]@eurekafores.com instead of checking the previous history of conversation. Then I explained all and than she told me that she will get back to me in an hour, I asked her to transfer to her manager than I have been put on hold for approx. 15 minutes and later she responded that no manager available and she will arrange a call back. So I am not sure what to do now. Kindly look into this matter and do the favorable action to the company like Eureka Forbes. This is my 2nd experience with them.

                                      It is not resolved. As usual still struggling. I have spent about Rs. 5000 on medical and Rs. 1000 on buying water because of not having my RO serviced for last 18 days. I would like to compensate this. Also still the RO is not serviced yet.

                                        I purchased aquaguard reviva 50 ro
                                        Gwpdrev5010000 worth ₹ 12, 190 on 4th november, 2018. It was delivered on 9th november, 2018. After submitting multiple requests to install the water puridier, your plumber came on 21st november, 2018. When he opened the product to check it's filters, we found a crack in its base inside the water purifier.
                                        My relative gave me advice to purchase ro+uv purifier instead of ro purifier because of the water that is supplied here in homes. I wanted to return this product and to purchase another model (Ro+uv) in return. Therefore, i called your team to convey same but she in her records on my behalf, placed a replacement order. I never wanted replacement, i wanted a superior model which is ro+uv. From that day i tried to contact your team but they failed to help me (Especially hindi dept.in your customer care team). Finally on 29th november when i contacted your online sales service team, he told me to place a return request for the same. I officially filed a return request on 29th november, 2018. The return id is 18541. On 30th november, i got a call from your executive to know the reason behind returning, i told him and he said that return would be done in 2-3 working days and refund will be done in 15 days after receiving the product. My customer id is [protected].
                                        Even after placing a return request your one team was keen to know whether my problem is resolved or not. Another said replacement would be done even after placing a request for return and not for replacement.
                                        Finally on 8th december, 2018 a courier boy from delivery came to pick the product. On 10th december, it reached your warehouse, i tracked the information from its awb no. Now your 15 day time period is over and till now i haven't received my refund in my account.
                                        I wrote a mail too, because most of the time your phone is busy for no reason. I tried even many no.'s which you have mentioned on your website but those are useless no.'s. Nobody answers on those contact no. Even on one no. A caller says that it's wrong no., it's not eureka forbes no.
                                        Kindly tell me in how many days i should expect my refund, so that without wasting my further time i can officially file a complaint against you. Even if you won't take action even here, i will file a complaint on 1st january, 2018. Now it's up to whether you want to solve it or want me to take a legal action against you. I am attaching the screenshots of all the mails that i have got from you. Find it in attachment. Hope this will help you to understand my case better.

                                        Cheat fraud, u have debited all my amount. This company is a big cheat. I am going to police station tomorrow to recover all my money. They have debited all the amount in name of credit.
