I had taken amc for 2 years by paying rs 8175/- via google pay on[protected] from aqua guard service person he had changed the 3 filters also in my water purifier.

When i booked for a new service on 03/03/2019, another service person came with his colleague and he open the purifier and told me that the previous filters installed was fake ones.
And told me that amc was not updated in the system also.

I am writing this email since am not sure who is right person and which filters are genuine. And in both cases the service person came after dialling the customer care number and its not a direct call to service person's. Since i feel there is case of fraud here, am planning to file a police case which will help to catch the faulty person here.

Meanwhile am writing to you make sure from the company perspective if something can be done

I filed an complaint no [protected] which for last 3 days when i followed up, customer care executive says will get the problem resolved and its never resolved and they close the case

Its such a shame that eureka forbes has such a low standard service. I had written to deepa. Customercare 3 times and every time the case gets closed without any actions

I want the fake filters changed and update the amc in the system or get my cash back

    I have purchased the product week ago, and still nobody has contacted regarding installation. I raised a complaint and service center people contacted and said only service related queries are addressed nothing related to installation. They provided a number [protected], now this person tell that they wont install the specific models. Then i receive another number [protected], this person tell ask the person who sold to call him. Post that only he will call. My foot, what the heck show is eureka forbes running. Playing with customers and consumers.

      Dr. Aquaguard classic + was installed at my below mentioned house address on 16.12.18 by mr. Senthil (Service engineer from devi associates, coimbatore) but the bill was received by the undersigned only in the 1st week of feb’18 after several follow-ups through phone calls as well as visiting the local coimbatore office (Devi associates/ramnir associates, coimbatore). The bill was received without any gst no (Bill no.[protected] dt 22.12.18, amount-rs.10, 690/-). Copy of the original bill (Without gst no.) is enclosed. The gst no. Provided to the service engineer was 33aaaci1681g1zw on 16.12.18 during the time of installation. I had booked a customer care complaint (Complaint/request no.[protected] dt 8.2.19) requesting for fresh original bill with gst no. Included in it and delivered to the below mentioned house address. As you are aware providing a bill without gst no. Is illegal.

      Till date my issue is yet not resolved. I had suffered for almost 2.5 months because of your poor service. Request you to take up and provide me the original bill with above gst no included on top priority before 10.3.19 to above house address as the bill would cross 3 months.
      I had also received a phone call from mr. Hari, head office, chennai in the mid of feb’19 for providing me the original bill before 10.03.19 to my house address which is yet to be received as on date.

          Taken amc of water purified as they said everything covered for repair but now some issue with motor now they say if you have taken amc for 2 years then all these covered. Looks like fraud guys and cheating customers in the name if amc. While selling they say all covered now they say only some are covered which are less cost or repairable things. Looks like cheater company. Please take action asap

            Dear sir/ madam,
            This is to inform to your good self that i was the employee of eureka forbes ltd from dec 2003 to 2017. I resigned the company in april 2017 in proper manner with one month notice period and submit all my document to my hr dept three time through proper channel. But sorry to say no one can respond about my pendency of pf or neither we receive any information to getting my pf benefit. Request is this that even we visit to my local pf office but according to the staff our pf retain or deducted by our company and retain with a committee in head office bangalore. We need your intervention to get my benefits asap.

            No one ready to listen my complaint... Please help on this issue asap...

              I bought Euroclean iClean one month weeks back and I am yet to receive the bills. This is very bad on your side that still not given the bill or send the bill to my id. I am keep getting SMS saying that bill be ready but nothing so far.

                Service complaint regarding water quality has been raise on 26th of feb 2019 at around 1.00 p. M and requested to attend the complaint on the same day as this is an emergency request as already the entire family members health got affected.
                The same has been conveyed to the customer service person and she agreed to send the service personnel by 6.00 p. M on the same day and i have been asked to buy amc contract through online and i have completed the same formalities (2 year contract) around 2.30 p. M but till now nobody has attended the complaint and in the meanwhile i have contacted the customer service at least by 10 times,
                This is the worst experience i have underwent in my life time for these type of issues. Gone through lot of stressful time for the last three days and my health got affected

                Need proper reply and expecting proper compensation from your side...

                  Bad quality service of your customer service. Many executive are selling your products wrongly for their incentives and making trouble for the clients. Which makes trouble for the clients they are telling that it's a life time free service and they r selling the product in a wrong way. Now customer is in trouble that yearly amc cost of your product is nearly 5000 why you people r giving fake information and selling your product. First product and worst service from u guys.                     I have raised a new complain again with service request id [protected] due to trouble faced in eureka forbes aquaguard enhance ro+ purchased on 07-june-2018. Now again i am facing the same trouble which was raised on the equipment on 02-oct-2018. My equipment is choked and making knocking noise and purification process is totally stopped.
                    I had raised 6 complaints already for this product in period 8 months. Still i am being troubled by the equipment. I already asked for replacement of the equipment, it was deliberately not replaced.
                    Now when i ask for annual maintenance charges, they say that it will not include the spare parts. Assuming that i bear the cost of annual maintenance, why should i bear the cost of spare when i see that the entire equipment is faulty.
                    @eureka forbes - as you can see the equipment is damage piece with lot of manufacturing defect. You should consider this and provide me additional warranty or at least not charge for the spares after the warranty period.
                    When i ask for buyback offer, i was told that i will get only rs 500 for this new equipment. This is really annoying, either as a sign of good gesture extend the warranty for another 6 months to 1 year for this damaged product with total manufacturing defect.                     Eureka Forbes aqua guard Service engineer mr. kamalakanan was technically knowledgeable. He replaced the adapter which solved the problem. Immediately. We tested for 2 days . It is OK now.

                      Aquaguard magna purchased 4 months ago is not working even though it has warranty of 1 year. The mechanic who came to repair told that the candle was not functioning and at the same time told that the candle is not available in their store. Since 4 days no sign of anybody for repair of the machine. Horrible customer service the people working at your company don't even know how to behave. Since 4 days we are uaing boiled water for drinking purpose. The numbers given on the pamphlet also don't work.

                        I have purchased eureka forbes water purifier and got only 1 service in 2 years...
                        What the hell is this i lost my 20000 for this purifier.. Please don't purchase any product from eureka forbes as you will not get any after sales service.
                        I am going to file a case against them to consumer forum which will waste my money and time but there is no option left for me as i tried my level best to get the service from them but they are #..

                          I have aqua guard classic in my home but now the service centre people are not helping me... They have fooled me and looted my money... They said me filter for aqua guard classic is not available but now they are telling it's available... Eureka forbes people are in sales mind and cheap people... I'm facing issue with the filter and they are not even responding me... If i call them they are not even responding my call... My money is totally looted by eureka forbes... I paid around 12000 for this water purifier... I want a proper solution from the eureka forbes... They just made me fool... I want them to provide me a proper resolution as soon as possible..

                              I got a call from Dr Aqua claiming to do service to my Kent water purifier by checking its water quality. Even when we had absolutely no issue, the technician did some cleaning and removed the filter cap and put it back chargers ₹350. Ever since then since the last 5 days we have been having trouble with water leakage and it is not in usable condition now. Repeated calls to the customer care is a waste. They say they will send a service person but nobody turns up. This is a mental harrassment. Somebody called Shiva from JPNagar branch called up and confirmed on sending the person. He also does not attend calls now.

                                It is a humble request me my mother and grandma have called u several times for service request but there has been no response by your side.

                                    I purchased this enhance aquaguard on 27 december 2018 its jst two months passed nd this machine has given me lot of trouble i have launched 4 to 5 complaints in just two months the after sale service is very poor i had a problem of water tank filling very slow it ws resolved after 3 days of follow up to customercare again it worked good for 5 days again i called cc bcoz water completely stopped fiiliing i have to call again nd again to the dealer nd customer care dealer says contact customer care nd cc is least bothered i really not expected this type of service from a brand like aquaguard im really disappointed with the service nd will soon file a complaint to consumer court for the same

                                      There are two complains that i have raised on the call centre by talking to your executive multiple times.
                                      1) replacement of part:
                                      A part needs to be replaced. (Plate below the water tap to keep the bottle)
                                      Raised complains 3 times, but not getting any response. Every time an engineer calls asking 'have you raised a request for servicing of the device?'. On explaining the details nobody calls back.

                                      2) yearly contract issue:
                                      We had signed up for yearly maintenance contract in march 2018.
                                      Until feb 2019 we have only received 1 free service that too after my multiple follow ups.
                                      Highlighted this issue and requested to either extend the contract or refund the contract amount.
                                      Have not received any resolution on this.

                                      Have sent an email as well with this complain.

                                        This is a complaint regarding the misbehavior/ rude attitude of the technician (+[protected] from the hyderabad service center.

                                        Even after 2 weeks of raising the issue and concern with the manager, mr. Pratap (+[protected] from the hyderabad service center, the issue is not solved but there have been 3-4 technicians who have been calling me and harassing me further.

                                        This i feel is because i raised a concern about one of the technician that mr. Pratap, instead of resolving the issue wanted to harass me further and asking the other technicians to call and insult me, which is really sad.

                                        Having paid the amc this is what as a customer i get more of harassment and ill-treatment. Even though i have raised the same concern with the customer care about 10 days ago, they keep sending the issue to the same manager who in turn keeps harassing me further.

                                        I think that the entire organization is trained in the same way which is that if a customer raises a concern they would be harassed further but on the other hand would also keep pestering the customers (Me) by stating that my amc due for 15-20 days from this time and that i need to pay the amount, which again gives me a feeling that the entire organization is chasing money at the cost of harassing, insulting its customers and nothing else.

                                        Hello, I am very sorry to say that the issue that I had raised against the Head/ Supervisor Ms. Mahalaxmi (I guess I have mentioned her name correctly) has not been resolved. The issue is getting sent to either the concerned person against whom I have raised a concern or to her subordinate who call me and tell me that they cannot do anything in this regard and that they would send a message to the HQ stating that they have talked with me and mention that the issue is resolved.
                                        Hope the senior management who is above the supervisor can attend the concern I have and call and talk with me and get it resolved or else I wish to take it with the CONSUMER COURT stating that this issue being raised about 1 1/2 months is not being resolved even though the concerned person was rude and started harassing me over the phone as if she was paying my AMC all these years as well as it is our fault that we asked the technical last year to change the candle with different specifications etc.
                                        As customers we don't even know anything about the candles that needs to be installed on the water filter and this person falsely (in order to protect herself and her technicians) claiming that we are the ones who wanted some specific candle to be installed.
                                        It is very sad that even after 1 1/2 months the issue is not getting resolved and I feel that the Management of Eureka Forbes is only looking to make money from the AMC that we pay. This lady also started speaking in such a way as if I was working under her and starting dictating terms by saying that the technician cannot do anything better than he did and that we need to adjust ourselves and pay the AMC and told me that the issue is resolved.
