I wanted a but ro water purifier after little research, decided to go with aqua guard as i already have aquaguard old version. An agent by name reshma swetha (Id#9055597) came and gave us a quote and asked to pay cash, i didn’t have cash so resorted to account transfer, i did the account transfer after confirming her authenticity as agent with the company, like id card, visiting card and even their customer care confirmed that she is their agent. The payment happened on 31st dec with an expectation that unit will be delivered on 3rd jan. To my surprise, she took the money and vanished, she didn’t even log the order request until 3rd jan. When i called her she says admitted in hospital and all other stories and said will be delivered by 4th jan, next day (5th jan) i got a call from rajesh, sales manager (Ph-[protected]) asking pending payment because of which they didn’t assign the unit. I said i already paid the entire amount to the agent r. Swetha to her account and even shown account transaction. He says this girl is creating problem for the last one month by taking money from the customers and taking long time to deposit.
I said when you already know this girl, why didn’t company didn’t take any action and removed her from the duty? He didn’t have an answer. He then gave me an number chandra sekhar (Ph: [protected]), looks like he is divisional manager but has no qualities of manager, when i told him the story, he didn’t say sorry and said, will call you in 10 mins and hung up and never answered.
I also logged a case with aquaguard (#[protected]), i got a call from escalation team (Priya) land line[protected] saying that she will handle it and give me an update by 5th jan eod but never did.
In the whole process of escalation to the aquaguard representatives at various levels, no body owns the responsibility and tells that if my money will be returned or unit is assigned.
This is really ridiculous from a company like aquaguard which is across pan india.in this case, the agent belongs to aquaguard and despite of that no one takes the responsibility and address the problem
