I have purchased eureka forbes water purifier and got only 1 service in 2 years...
What the hell is this i lost my 20000 for this purifier.. Please don't purchase any product from eureka forbes as you will not get any after sales service.
I am going to file a case against them to consumer forum which will waste my money and time but there is no option left for me as i tried my level best to get the service from them but they are #..

    I have aqua guard classic in my home but now the service centre people are not helping me... They have fooled me and looted my money... They said me filter for aqua guard classic is not available but now they are telling it's available... Eureka forbes people are in sales mind and cheap people... I'm facing issue with the filter and they are not even responding me... If i call them they are not even responding my call... My money is totally looted by eureka forbes... I paid around 12000 for this water purifier... I want a proper solution from the eureka forbes... They just made me fool... I want them to provide me a proper resolution as soon as possible..

    I need the AMC money I paid...Don't fool me...
    I purchased a vaccumm cleaner Eureka Forbes on 23/08/2018 from Croma store Jayanagar Bangalore called Eureka technician two times visited my place couldn't rectified the problem so I think it's useful going for this Eureka brand and buying items from Croma store

Ravi nemad he has providing quotation with gst but still i have not receipt of gst invoice and my bank complling me for submitting gst invoice otherwise he has debiting my account in this regards i already lodging various complaint still no body resolve my bill problem.
      Finally i am requesting you to provide gst invoice otherwise i am returning your product or i am going to consumer court.

        I got a call from Dr Aqua claiming to do service to my Kent water purifier by checking its water quality. Even when we had absolutely no issue, the technician did some cleaning and removed the filter cap and put it back chargers ₹350. Ever since then since the last 5 days we have been having trouble with water leakage and it is not in usable condition now. Repeated calls to the customer care is a waste. They say they will send a service person but nobody turns up. This is a mental harrassment. Somebody called Shiva from JPNagar branch called up and confirmed on sending the person. He also does not attend calls now.

        Complaint not resolved and ended up paying extra ₹7000 from Dr.Kent. A good condition water purifier was serviced by Dr.Aqua and I ended up paying ₹9000 because of their service. Not trust worthy.

          It is a humble request me my mother and grandma have called u several times for service request but there has been no response by your side.
          I have a euroclean wet and dry vaccume cleaner. We have registered complains for service but no personnel have yet been send.
          The product has been out of service. We are really fed up now.

              I purchased this enhance aquaguard on 27 december 2018 its jst two months passed nd this machine has given me lot of trouble i have launched 4 to 5 complaints in just two months the after sale service is very poor i had a problem of water tank filling very slow it ws resolved after 3 days of follow up to customercare again it worked good for 5 days again i called cc bcoz water completely stopped fiiliing i have to call again nd again to the dealer nd customer care dealer says contact customer care nd cc is least bothered i really not expected this type of service from a brand like aquaguard im really disappointed with the service nd will soon file a complaint to consumer court for the same

                There are two complains that i have raised on the call centre by talking to your executive multiple times.
                1) replacement of part:
                A part needs to be replaced. (Plate below the water tap to keep the bottle)
                Raised complains 3 times, but not getting any response. Every time an engineer calls asking 'have you raised a request for servicing of the device?'. On explaining the details nobody calls back.

                2) yearly contract issue:
                We had signed up for yearly maintenance contract in march 2018.
                Until feb 2019 we have only received 1 free service that too after my multiple follow ups.
                Highlighted this issue and requested to either extend the contract or refund the contract amount.
                Have not received any resolution on this.

                Have sent an email as well with this complain.

                  This is a complaint regarding the misbehavior/ rude attitude of the technician (+[protected] from the hyderabad service center.

                  Even after 2 weeks of raising the issue and concern with the manager, mr. Pratap (+[protected] from the hyderabad service center, the issue is not solved but there have been 3-4 technicians who have been calling me and harassing me further.

                  This i feel is because i raised a concern about one of the technician that mr. Pratap, instead of resolving the issue wanted to harass me further and asking the other technicians to call and insult me, which is really sad.

                  Having paid the amc this is what as a customer i get more of harassment and ill-treatment. Even though i have raised the same concern with the customer care about 10 days ago, they keep sending the issue to the same manager who in turn keeps harassing me further.

                  I think that the entire organization is trained in the same way which is that if a customer raises a concern they would be harassed further but on the other hand would also keep pestering the customers (Me) by stating that my amc due for 15-20 days from this time and that i need to pay the amount, which again gives me a feeling that the entire organization is chasing money at the cost of harassing, insulting its customers and nothing else.

                  Hello, I am very sorry to say that the issue that I had raised against the Head/ Supervisor Ms. Mahalaxmi (I guess I have mentioned her name correctly) has not been resolved. The issue is getting sent to either the concerned person against whom I have raised a concern or to her subordinate who call me and tell me that they cannot do anything in this regard and that they would send a message to the HQ stating that they have talked with me and mention that the issue is resolved.
                  Hope the senior management who is above the supervisor can attend the concern I have and call and talk with me and get it resolved or else I wish to take it with the CONSUMER COURT stating that this issue being raised about 1 1/2 months is not being resolved even though the concerned person was rude and started harassing me over the phone as if she was paying my AMC all these years as well as it is our fault that we asked the technical last year to change the candle with different specifications etc.
                  As customers we don't even know anything about the candles that needs to be installed on the water filter and this person falsely (in order to protect herself and her technicians) claiming that we are the ones who wanted some specific candle to be installed.
                  It is very sad that even after 1 1/2 months the issue is not getting resolved and I feel that the Management of Eureka Forbes is only looking to make money from the AMC that we pay. This lady also started speaking in such a way as if I was working under her and starting dictating terms by saying that the technician cannot do anything better than he did and that we need to adjust ourselves and pay the AMC and told me that the issue is resolved.

                    I have raised the installation request on 13 Feb 2019. As per their policy it will be installed in 48 hours. But they have not responded to the request. They keep on telling that they will install it in priority but seems that the priority is so less for providing post sales service of installation. They are justforwarding the request.
                    After putting the matter on twitter they gave me call back and to my surprize the Technitian was asking for installation or else it will take more time for installation. I guess they have the habit of making money like this. The customer care team is not trained to handle the service request. If they cannot provide the service, it’s better they should stop selling their product in the market. They are just another company of fraud.

                      I have purchased aqua guard water purifier, the salesman made an offer of an assured gift along with the product.
                      Once the product was delivered, the gift worth rs.2500/- which was assured was not available.
                      I mentioned the same to the service guy who came for installation, he mentioned that it will be delivered separately.
                      I have been following up for the last 6 months but no response.

                      I think this is a new sales tactic to sell their products.

                        On 5th of this month my machine which is under amc (Customer code [protected] & reg contact no [protected] & [protected]) was attended by your techinican for service. After service there was waterleakage from machine and same was informed to the over phone. Next day they attended and repaired. But to our surprise now water is over flowing and heavy leakage of water is observed. Even machine is not working. The same is complained to mr. Arjuna rao (Kakinada a. P service point)
                        Cell no [protected] on 12th of this month. He promised to depute one person to attend the same. But so far no body turned up. This is the worst service given by your people here at kakinada. We experinced this type of service earlier also...

                            I have purchased a water purifier on 05th february 2019 from the website of eureka forbes.
                            Their claim was that the product will be delivered within 48 hours and installation would be done in 24hours.
                            Due to urgency, i have purchased a water purifier from website because the water quality is very bad at my new location.
                            As per the claim of website it was supposed to be delivered within 48 hours.
                            But after placing the order the customer care of eureka forbes said that normal delivery period is 7days. There is no need to raise installation request. Their technician will come to install it within 24 hours.
                            The product got delivered on 10th feb. But no technician contacted me for installation.
                            I called customer care and their representative asked me to raise the installation request. But as per earlier communication there was no need to raise the request.
                            After raising the request, on 11th feb the representative said that their response time is 48 hours.
                            I called the customer care to check the status of request when their representative asked me to raise the installation request again.
                            So i told them that i have already raised the request.
                            So they told that their technician will come by today only (12th february).
                            But no one has come to install the device.
                            This is very bad and disgusting experience from eureka forbes.

                              Despite having received full payment for water purifier on 02.02.19 and duly acknowledged by the company original invoice and warranty card not given. Complaint made on 04.02.19. No action taken. Totally irresponsible attitude and do not bothered attitude. Complaint no [protected] made on 04.02.19 no action taken. The customer response team talks very rudely and challenges the customer to go to court of consumer forum. The customer escalation team functiing in gn cherry road tnagr were one lady responded without any care for customer complaints and very irresponsible attitude

                                I purchased eureka forbes water purifier.. They replaced a machine after 9 month.. But service guy asked for Amc I m refused to accept a Amc.. Bcs of 1year warranty... But they are not accepting... Tat machine is not suitable for my residence.. Sales and service both r not given a awareness of tat machine.. They itself telling sales and service target.. At Last they are accept the mistakes but they are telling this chip machine not suitable for ur residence.. Pls try to change it as motherboard.. But at last as a customer we suffer a lot.. In my point I need a new machine but which is feasible.. They r not ready to change a chip...both sales and services making me as I m fool.. Pls considered my query and recover soon...

                                  The tank is leaking. Inspite of repeated calls eureka forbes local office unable to repair the same. Have been a eureka forbes customer for long. It really shows the deteriorating servuce standards of the product and service of the company. The local technetians are unable to properly repair the same and the service center is totally not helping. Dosent feel like a tata company anymore i guess

                                    Kindly note that i am really not happy with the after sales service team of particular vadodara gujarat field, i am owner of nano ro and since i have bought the system the first year was fine then from the very next year the field staff / service persons visited and started their observations as the water is hard sir you need add a mineral guard to remove heavy metal, so i did add that on, on second visit as there was a leak problem from the lines i have requested and then got the problem resolved on temporary basis, on their routine third visit they again asked me that now heavy metals cartridge is to be replaced, and with a cost concern and their good will to sell the amc contract they suggested me that sir go for 2 years amc where one time parts any will be replaced if found problematic, i agreed and had done a contract on 17/03/18 with receipt no :[protected], and here receipt given to me is showing address of cg road navrangpura - ahmedabad, now as per my assumption the main contact office not aware of how the things are run at vadodara dealers.
                                    Now as an ultimate resolution kindly refund my full amount and then only this will be settled, also due to your team negligence we as a customer have used that ro water without any changes and found that i was effecting our health, i want to discontinue the use of this eureka forbes products and will also suggest my other family members to discontinue any type of contract and products from eureka forbes.
                                    Finally i am also going to write to mr shapoorji pallonji company regarding this matter and loss of faith from the products and services.

                                      We have recently bought aquagaurd ro on 18th oct, 2018 and now it has got some problems. We tried contacting your customer care centre who kept on giving us different numbers, after a long hustle we got a call from an ro engineer, but when he came to know that we have free service then he denied to come, gave a tons of excuses and asked us to contact customer care again.
                                      What kind of response is that. We bought aquagaurd because some of our known had it but we are thinking of never recommending this to anybody.

                                        I have purchased eureka forbes eurovigil system with several products. All of these are either partly non functional or have issues. These are still within warranty. I have raised complaints several times and your technicians have not turned up.

                                        The latest complaint is [protected] dated 3/2/2019 and spoke with one biswas who assured me that complaint will be attended within 48 hours.
                                        Since no one turned up i called again on 5/2/2019 and spoke with opin who assured me that it will be attended by end of day 5/2/2019
                                        Since no one turned up i called again on 7/2/2019 and spoke with karunya who assured me that it will be attended by end of day 7/2/2019

                                        Again since no one turned up i called again today 8/2/2019 and spoke with shobhana who assured me that it will be attended by end of day 8/2/2019

                                        This is totally unacceptable!!! I have been exorbitantly charged for products that do not work. Please have a technician attend to this immediately
