I have purchased your Enhance Water Purifier on 2 Oct 2018 and it was a defected product.After chasing your customer care, I received replacement product 1 week back.But the product is still not installed.How long should I wait to get it installed after purchasing your product 1 month back.The customer service is really pathetic .If this is how you care for your customer, I do not want to buy or recommend your brand anymore.

    I purchased one aqua guard water bottle and an offer was given to me for getting a water bottle. that is I have to give 5 references. I did it . I got the above referral no. but water bottle is not yet received and my efforts to get the matter sorted out with eureka failed. hence this complaint.I have made complaint with eureka forbes too

      My vaccum cleaner's cord binder was changed on 10 oct 2018 nd i paid 1200 rupees including servc charge... Wthin 20 days it again stopped working... I regstrd a complaint on 31 oct 2018 bt still no response frm eureka side.. M seriously fed up by the servc... I dont knw wht to do nd where to go these ppl think customer is a fool... They r jst wasting my time... Useless customer care... Fraud company... Cheater. I vl never ever recomend any1 to go for any of eureka product

        I have called customer care of aquagaurd to complain about amc was i am not able to make payment in online their payment page is not loading so i called their customer service and they asked me what is the problem and i said i need to check tds and water purity as i am bit doubtful about water so they said they will raise service request on behalf of me and asked me to pay the amc amount online once the pages is back so i followed the same instructions now they are aaking me to pay extra amount for service request as. Service request is raised before amc payment i need to pay extra amount that is 450. I never expected such a big company looting customer money without providing proper information. I request all to think twice before you buy any product from eureka forbes.

          Dear, with due respect, i am to state u that, to buy only dr. Aquaguard classic contact with ur representative mr. Arijit gayen (Baruipur area) and mr. Mantu (Incharge, baruipur area) and i gave him a cheque, but i was not satisfied with price, so i told him not to process, i will give them a new cheque the amount of 10190/-. But they don't care my word, and processing the cheque for further, again i call mr. Mantu for smooth processing but he disconnect my phone with dignent. I cant bear this kind of misbehave, so i am waiting for ur reply, other wise i can go further.

            Writing to you on regards to cancellation of my order and requesting to refund the amount.

            The above product delivered on time and we have requested for demo on 28th oct which did not happen, finally they came on 29th for demo and opened the packed box for demo once they switched on smoke and burning smell came the product was not working defective unit was given to me after that on 30th online compliant was raised reference no. 18203. It is almost 3 days now they is no response from the company.

            Not happy with the service given to me please request you the cancel and refund the amount.

            Please do not give wrong information I am getting only calls from you team but NO action has been take till now it is almost 2 week know.

            One of the vest Organisation I have ever seen. If company cannot fulfil the commitment which has been informed to the customer, please don’t comet.

            I want my amount to be refund by next 2 to 3 days. If not, I will take this issue to social Media and file cheating case and the company has to pay penalty of 10 Lack.

            I have all the mails, documents and call recording from your team which will help me to file a case.

                Purchased dr aquaguard water purifier on 24 thoct 2018 with a buyback facility, sales executive abhay, (Mumbai malad) has not yet come to collect old machine n has not yet delivered the cover n pipe as promised, their sales head chanrajeet who had come to collect payment was suppose to send someone to collect original old bill of amc, but he too has not yet done that.
                I have been reminding both of them abt it via sms n wats app msg, both only assure that it will be done but has failed to do so till date.
                Will a senior person look into this matter so that it doesn't feel like only tall promises are made by eureka forbes sales team at time of sales n once sale is done start harassing the customer with zero communication at their end

                It's been almost 24hrs tht I received a call from sapna ur Mumbai off executive, who discussed the entire issue wit me and said she wud get back in some time, but there has been no call or SMS etc.
                Wud like to know does the customer care Dept perform the same way like ur sales executives, will I have to keep following up on this issue.
                If this issue is not sorted, I will be forced to take stern action Bec it seems all o[censored] at eureka Forbes r taking the customer for granted

                  I had purchased a magma ro online.
                  On the day it was installed, it stared leaking and the electronic panel was not working. After several request, for either to replace or refund. Finnaly the team agreed to refund after reverse pickup.
                  Now after 2 weeks with many followups the reverse pickup has happened. Now there is information on the money being refunded.
                  I have been calling customer care but they seems to just put blame on other departments and keep me on hold for over 20 to 30 mins.

                    Writing to you from bangalore, regarding sales order number[protected], to bring into your notice the #false_promises made by your sales executive mr. Dikshit gowda (Team lead).
                    My requirement for water purifier was very clear that :
                    1. I want hot/cold/normal water option,
                    2. I need wall mounting option as there is no space in the kitchen shelves, and
                    3. Minimum water tank size to be at least 7 litres.
                    Based on my above mentioned 1st requirement there was dr aquaguard fusion hot n ambient n cold (Rs. 38, 690) product available. But it was not meeting the other 2 requirements which are very important, due to which i was showing interest to buy dr. Aquaguard magna nxt hd ro+uv (Rs. 20, 490) which will meet the requirement of both 2nd and 3rd requirement.
                    Then mr. Dikshit gowda has insisted me to go for dr aquaguard fusion hot n ambient n cold (Rs. 38, 690) product with following #false_promises and associated benefits;
                    1. On the occasion of anniversary of #eurek_fobers is offering below 2 offers, if you are placing the order by 21st sep 2018. As it was delaying until i confirm the product for which i wanted to finalize he asked me to pay rs 2000 as advance so that he can register the purchase request so i can get this anniversary offer. But there was nothing like that and no blocking has been done, it is all bogus selling false promises.
                    A. One is rs 2500 worth watch is free and
                    B. Another is ac adapter worth rs.1500 is free.
                    2. As this is desktop and not wall mounting product and i showed the concern. Then he told no problem we will make one stand in the wall and fit it and give you with no charge.
                    3. But still i had one more concern on water tank size which was not feasible at all so was deciding to go for another. For which he told it is currently 4 litres tank, and to help with your concern of running short of water storage specially during guests visits or power problems. I will give you a water bottle set of 3 worth rs.1800 free of cost, and these are special bottles in which we can store and keep the water up to 1 month compare to normal water bottles in which we cannot store water for more than 8 hours.
                    4. When asked about the amc and annual maintenance cost, he told it’s maintenance cost is same as the one i was currently using (Aquaguard enhanced ro) which used to come around 4k including amc and replacement of all the filters.

                    After all the above benefits and promises, i got convinced to buy the dr aquaguard fusion hot n ambient n cold (Rs. 38, 690) product and made the payment through debit card. Once the payment is made from next day he was not picking up the calls and no proper responses as compare to previous when i used to call before placing the order. I literally had to follow-up a lot for the delivery to happen.
                    When delivery is done, i saw no wall mounting, watch and the water bottles that he promised. When asked, he told the watch and water bottles will come within few days through courier directly from the company’s courier. And regarding wall mounting he told he will bring their technician the next day to take the measurement and fit it and give it.

                    But surprisingly during the demo i witnessed it is only 3 litres tank and not 4 litres which he explained before the purchase. And then from 2 taps, he had explained that one is for always cold and another tap is for both hot and normal. Where for hot it there is a child lock when pressed hot water will come and otherwise normal. But during the demo we saw that either hot or normal water comes from the tap and not both. And the main reason for buying so costly product is to get the benefit of getting hot/normal/cold always and not either. Again explained it wrongly here. Due to all these issues, i did not sign the delivery acceptance form and wrote my complaints on it. All false explanation and hidden truths to somehow sell the product.

                    Later, since it is already delivered and i don’t want you to put into any trouble, so i am ready to adjust with this but only after the wall mounting is done and those water bottles are delivered to me. It is being almost more than a month he is not responding properly and saying i have gone on vacation to my native place, i will come back and do it. When asked about water bottles delivery, he told it is dispatched but it is never reached.

                    When asked finally if he is doing this and giving it or not otherwise i may have to escalate this matter. He told he will not do and i can go ahead and escalate this. I have all the chat history on whatsapp and the call recordings.
                    I want strict action to be taken against him as i see on the internet he has done similar #false_promises and frauds with many people and they have posted their complaints with his name and employee id number. This needs to be stopped.

                    If not what is the disciplinary action do you take against these #unethical,
                    #false_practice that your staff is doing.

                    Let me ask you this question, why do you send executive to door step and make tall and fake promise, is this your strategy of selling?
                    Do you train them to be unethical sales man?

                    1. Take back your product - return my money as i have never accepted this product nor i signed the delivery acceptance form,
                    3. If the process of refund is getting delayed, i want you to pay interest burden on the amount.

                    The complaint/concerns are never resolved. 1) After the complaint i first got call from Ms. Surabhi from Bangalore head office from phone number +918041717167 and told they will investigate and resolve the issue ASAP. 2) Later i got call from branch manager Mr. Sreenivasulu M from mobile number +919741758888 and told the false promises made by the executive is wrong and he is not picking up there calls also. But we will fullfill the promises made and requested to give 2 days time to address the issue. But never got call again and no news. Got call from Surabhi again following up if anyone contacted then i explained. Then she told we will follow-up and get back. 3) Then again got call from Mr. Muthu Raj H R from mobile number +919743119148. He told we are in process of resolving your issue. They have also placed the request to send the water bottles which is one of the promise and will be delivered in few days. But it is been almost more than 1 month but no news or update. i tried calling him once, then he told he is at customer place and he will callback after 5 mins. but never received any callback. I tried even calling Ms. Surabhi, she was not available and colleague has spoken and told she will ask her to callback but no callback or follow-up to know if the issue has been resolved or addressed. It looks like just for formality they made some calls but no intension to address the issues/ concerns. Appreciate help on this to escalate this matter.

                    The issue is not resolved yet. They called me and told they are sorry for the false promises made by their executive. They are now processing a request to send the water bottles which was promised by the sales executive and they will help me with the wall mounting as well. it is been more than 3 weeks still no response. I tried calling them today and they said they will callback after 5 mins but never received any calls.

                      I ordered water purifier on 30 oct 2018. I got the sms that the product was delivered on 31st october. But no one has delivered the product to our house. When contacted the customer care on the same i was informed that the delivery was taken from delivery center on our behalf. But we never authorised anyone to take delivery. The customer care do not have any further response to this. We are very much irritated by this issue.

                        I bought this product (Aqua Guard Magna) on Jan 2018 and it is not workinc from Oct 22 . Raised
                        complaint three times and my issue not resolved yet. Explained my issues in detail and it will tell you
                        how horrible the customer support of this company
                        1. First complaint on October 23. Se rvice Request number is [protected] . Service Engineer visited my
                        home on the same day and he informed me that there was an issue with the circuit board and he said he
                        don't have the facilities to check the board and informed me that he is corning on next day to solve the
                        issue .
                        Next day (October 24) he called me and said, it' s an issue with the filter and it should be replaced which
                        will cost RS.4500. I replied, why should I pay when the product is under warranty period and it usage is
                        also less than expected . He asked me to contact customer support.
                        2. Then I contacted customer support and registered complaint on 25 of October (they tracked this on
                        the same request number), but no response from technician and the ticket is marked as resolved
                        3. Again I contacted customer support on 27 of October registered a complaint (Service request number:
                        [protected]). This time also the ticket is marked as resolved without any technical support.
                        What kind of customer service is this? Am struggling to resolve the issue for 15 days and I escalated as
                        much as possible to the customer care executive. Asked them to record my comments in the ticket. But
                        my issue is not yet resolved .
                        Am not sure whether my complaints and concerns reached to the respective team in the company.
                        Hence am escalating via this forum. Expecting positive response from them

                          I have purchased one aquaguard zeneus water purifier in the month of sept, 17. From riya electronics. Mehsana. Gujarat. Although the ro was commissioned but only one free serviceing was carried out. Now the ro is having some problem and service request was also recorded on 15/11/18. Technician reported after 2 days and told me to register for amc as already 1 yr had been completed without attending or rectifying the prob. Now as per complain record the request has been shown closed.

                            I am a valuable customer (Code: [protected]) of eureka forbes using dr. Aquaguard geneus + (Ro+uv+uf) model no. Gwpddrgns10000, po no.-so333371, 14.07.2017 and amc is done on 07.09.2018 w. E. F 15.10.2018 to 14.10.2020, so all candles membranes are to be installed on 15th oct., 2018. But your sevice technician (Samaresh adhikari) after failing four consecutive dates from 15.10.18 to 29.10.18 finally told me that membrane is not available and so work due is not being performed and on 31.10.18 between 11 am to 11.30 am i must come. But when i contacted at that time he does not take the call (Twice at 11.20 and 11.25 am). This type of gentleman your service technician is!! What is very astonishing to me is that if you are unable to supply the service to your product then why you take huge amount of money as amc charge (Rs.9360/- for two years only) from customer in well advance almost two month's earlier? Whether this type of harassment is not some type of cheating? I have to stay at home on those four days, unable to go outside. Your that technician always asks me not to lodge service request which is due, i would be available on time, but every time things happens otherwise. This is service you are providing. I think that for every technician you should demand online rating report after each service and accordingly new technician should be recruited for the better image of your company.

                                I had purchased dr. Aquaguard magna hd+ro+uv on 2015.
                                While servicing the product the next year (2016) the technician replaced the filter with a duplicate one. This was found out while servicing was done on 2017. Same year another technician replaced the filter with an incompatible one which i came to know few days back. I am in chennai now and the filters were replaced while i was in bangalore.
                                The service manager (Mr vignesh - chennai) has no interest in solving my issue since the filters were replaced in bangalore.
                                I have asked them to replace the filters at no cost because of the mistake they did and the health risks associated with drinking unfiltered water from the so-called purifier.
                                Sr# [protected] opened on 23rd of oct 2018 was closed without providing any resolution.
                                Sr# [protected] is currently opened.

                                  On 18/10/18 I raised a service request([protected])(2 year AMC) to replace broken waste water pipe only, water filter was working fine. The Technician came on 19th and replaced the pipe. The problem started from here on, drinking water was not coming . We called up the technician he came after an hour and told he has done some mistake he will fix it now . But drinking water stream has become narrow and waste water was coming excessively and taste of water is not good. I raised another service request ([protected]) . Another technician this time took out the water filters and started hitting with screwdriver and kept them back and told me he has fixed the issue and left. But the issue was not solved so I raised another Service request ([protected]). The same technician came back now he tells membrane is not working you need to pay Rs.2500 to fix the issue.

                                  I tried to escalate the issue through the escalation process "https://www.eurekaforbes.com/escalate-service-request" to my surprise its not working(Escalation.jpg) getting failure message . I tried on many browsers but for no avail. I have 100mbps connection.
                                  I called their customer care number but to my surprise they have no information about the escalation process.

                                    The water filters tap handle is not functioning since 28th october 2018. I am unable to draw drinking water from the aquaguard as the handle of the tap has become loose and is not functioning.

                                    The aquaguard model is magnum hd+ro+uv. Purchased on[protected]. This is under amc vide contract receipt no.[protected] dt. 18.08.2018.

                                    Request you to send the engineer immediately along with necessary spare parts. I also request the engineer to call me on my mobile before he comes. He should also carry and display his identity card when he comes.

                                      My name is nikhil. Am from cochin. It’s been a month since am behind the customer care of eureka forbes to get my vaccum cleaner service. Its out of warranty and am ready to pay for it.

                                      Every time i complaint new ticket number is being raised. It’s almost ten new comlaint tickets being raised in a month now and no one has turned up. A company like eureka forbes are bound to give after sales service. Am not asking for free service. Am ready to pay for it. I regret that i bought eureka forbes product which i will neve do again.

                                      Will make sure that i will go to any extent to get the redressel.

                                        I have a aquaguard classic water purifier, for which a service contract was entered into for three years effective from 31.01.16 to 30.01.19. Payment of 3880 was made. Customer code is [protected]. Receipt no.[protected].

                                        For the last two years they have not provided any service. My repeated e mails have gone unanswered.in fact the mails have not even been acknowledged. I never expected such behavior from eureka forbes and am feeling having been cheated. Will eureka forbes check up and take immediate action.
