Hi vinath / deepa,

Please go through my case history. I had purchased a new water purifier on the 7th of november. The installation person came 7 days after the delivery of product. Bhrath was extremely uncouth and misbehaved with my husband, on the verge of being insulting.
Post which he did not install the wayer purifier and left. No one came to install our purifier after that. I started following up from 20th onwards with no imapct. On 22nd i finally rasied a request to cancel my purchase and refund my money. I was promised a resolution with 24 hours

I am now tired of following up with your escalations teams with no result. I have called every single day to get status since your teams have not been calling me.

I just want you folks to take back the nrich water purifier delivered at my house and still sitting uninstalled after 12 days. I have escalated and done escalation on escalation, but your sales person openly told me on call with escalation team that the product cannot be returned nor refunded.. The only option i have is to get it installed..

What a shame. I have been an old customer of 10 years and hence wanted to get a new aquaguard only.. But not anymore

I am glad that i did not purchase the vaccum cleaner which was also something i was planning to buy.

Please help resolve at the earliest

I purchased Dr. AQUAGUARD classic on Nov 17, 2018. I was promised a delivery and installation within 2 working days. Today, Nov 24th, I haven't got the installation done and the sales and service people are not responsive and are rude.

    I am rajendra patil from managuli taluk basavan bagewadi dist bijapur 586122. I am using expert model purifier in my home. It's under amc coverage. Last month i got a message from company that my unit is due for mandatory service on 18th november. But till today nobody have been arrived for mandatory service. Every time it is happening. It's not good enough for a renowned company. Kindly arrange to send some technical for mandatory service. Cell no. [protected].

    OK. I will wait with patience for another fifteen days to get mandatory service under AMC coverage of my aquasure expert water purifier unit. But if mandatory service is getting late then what about emergency services. Perhaps it will be out of reach of customers. Thank you so much madam.

      I'd opted to take service contract for my aqua guard nova gold water purifier and entrusted the amount with the service agent who visited my site on aug 2018. Due to bad weather he was unable to complete the service set-up on the same day and he left committing to come back next day along with a spare part which he needs to collect from his ho. Since then he has been absconding and im unable to reach him nor his superiors at his office.
      Even the ag area manager was non responsive inspite of multiple calls and multiple follow ups. Such a pathetic state of service which is deteriorating as every passing year. The agents & local service center are keen on collecting the money upfront and then they revert based on their whims & fancies

      With ref. to the complaint launched earlier, the team had come and resolved it temporarily and were supposed to revert back since few spares were not available and still not yet reverted. Also, they r not picking mobile calls since long. I was out of station there after and I need this to be fixed. Pls. ask the concerned team members to contact me ASAP.

        I have been trying to renew my amc since october first week.
        When i login with my number and the otp they send, i ended up seeing the same message "your email address is already registered with some other number"
        I had also called and verified with cc team is there any mismatch, they had verified both my email id and mobile number and confirmed no mismatch.

        I have sent the screenshot to [protected]@eurekaforbes.com

        They raised a ticket to contact helpline number : [protected]

        When i contact helpline number, i was informed that its a online issue contact[protected]

        When i dialed[protected] number, i was informed that, this is a known issue and we have been receiving this from many customers and we have forwarded to company to fix it. Hence please mail to [protected]@eurekaforbes.com with a screen shot, now the customer again get into the loop.

        I don't understand how one of the leading company in water purifier taking such a long time to fix login issue.

        Link between email id has been removed from my account. Once done I was able to login and renew my AMC. It didn't through any error message that "Your email id is already registered with another mobile number"

          I have purchased water purifier of above company model no. Dr aquaguard magna hd ro+uv (Nxt) origa dated 14/03/2018 of rs.19490/-. This product is under warranty of one year, but company demanding for change of filter cost of rs 4000/- approx which is most unreasonable. While at the time of sale company sales person not inform that you have to pay rs.4000/- every time for change of filter if machine stops working.in this 9 months every month i have to make complaint and every time i am mentally harassed by eureka forbes service employees. Without knowing technical specifications sale's person sale product to us. It is not possible for us to buy new filters. Zkindly resolve the matter.

            I apply for eureka forbes aqua guard. One guy Came and checked the water condition and suggest for 'clissic+' aqua guard and taken a 2000 rs booking advance, after 15 days i paid full amount of that aqua guard(that means that booking advance is extra amount which is i paid extra for cheating) These all happens 2 monts ago that persons keep telling tomorrow i willl come, today i will come, i registered a complaint in customer care from a month ago, i called customer care more than 10 times, and i talked even higher office, every body called me and promised me like this issues will resolve within 24 hours, but this also happens a week ago still i am waiting for aqua guard, and i keep calling to that sales person, and customer care, but nobody cares...! Eureka forbes is BIg fraud..i will post this message in FB, TWITTER, And i will tag A eureka forbes in that And i will also register a complaint on police station..Thank you Eureka forbes For 2 Months Harassment...!

              We bought an aquaguard super ro on sunday 18th november, 2018. We were promised installation within 48 hours. We bought the product solely due to this promise as we need the product to be installed as soon as possible. We won't be in the station for too long. It's been 4 days now and no action has been taking. Upon calling the customer service we were directed to the local representative of the company in wayanad. The man claims he cannot install the product before friday - almost a week from our purchase day! Very disappointed with the service. Please fix the situation and send someone for installation as soon as possible. The installation requested registration can be seen in the picture.

                Within 2months of my purchase my aquaguard had just stopped functioning properly. Its out of order. None of the customer care staffs were attending to solve the issue. Moreover the seller promised us to give a cover and a bottle as giftd before purchase. But he didnt do so after almost 3 months. Poor service and unprofessional behaviour of the sellers. I would request everybody not to buy aquaguard.

                  Very recently I had service done for my Aquaguard classic water purifier brought from Eureka Forbes in Sept 2016. The person who called to depute service engineer claimed to be calling from Eureka forbes and reminded the service is due and we believed that the call is from eureka forbes and fixed the service.

                  Mr. Avinash - [protected], service executive visited our premises and attended the water purifier service and has replaced the candle stating it is damaged and expired. He charged Rs. 1600( 300 for service, 1300 for candle) and claims he is from aquaguard. He has issued a service receipt in the name of ION EXACENSE PVT LTD (AQUACARE). Image of the receipt is attached. Within 2 hours of his service the water purifier started leakage from outlet and after we called Mr. Avinash for rectification he said he will attend and later on no response till date even after hundreds of calls.

                  This is very bad remark on Eureka Forbes losing customer trust and sharing customer details with 3rd party.If i dont receive receive proper response within next 2-3 days time, I'm sure going to file a case against ION EXACENSE PVT LTD (AQUACARE), Mr. Avinash and Eureka forbes as well for sharing customer details.

                  But no use. Eureka forbes try to put blame on customer stating we are encouraging such agencies its sad to hear. Your person contacted me and he himself called the helpline no. of Aquacare holding me on Conference call to fix an appointment, but no help aquacare just finished by saying they will deploy engg and later no response.

                  Your people accept that this agency is doing such cheating to customers and Eureka forbes doesnt even have concern to alert its customer by sending fraud alert messages or publish it in their website/ socila network.

                  This shows what trust the brand keeps on its customers.

                  I request people not to buy any Eureka Forbes products henceforth.

                    I purchased amc for my ro at price of ~4500/year.

                    I logged complaint on 12th-nov as machine was not working, fortunately after 3 days technician attended but not resolved and complaint has been closed by customer care. I again raised it on 17th and technician visited on 19th but still problem is same.

                    I raised it on facebook but they are shameless and lies that we have sent it to concern team.

                    Their escalation portal it more funny, it shows that your ticket id doesn't exist.

                      Purchased this product from adishwar electronics, bangalore 560064. Bill no.[protected] dt.24.06.2018. At that time sales person told that it can be used for floor cleaning continuously for 30 mts. But while using we found that the unit switches off automatically after 10 mts o[censored]se. We returned the product to the show roomon 16.10.2018 and we are now told that everything is ok with the product and we have to use only for 10 mts and for every 10 mts use we have to keep off for 10 mts. As it will be difficult to use the machine like that, we want the company to take back the product and refund the money paid by us.

                        I have purchased water purifier of above company model no. Dr aquaguard hd ro (Nxt) vide bill no. [protected] dated 28/11/2017of rs.15890/-. This product is under warranty of one year, but company demanding for services and change of filter cost of rs 3500/- which is most unreasonable. While at the time of sale company sales person not inform that you have to pay rs.3500/- every year for change of filter and services charges which is much higher because product cost is only of rs.13500/- (Excluding gst) this is comes around 26% per year.

                          Have raised the complaint thrice on your webpage for refund and it's processed. Your technical team came to the residence and dismantled the unit, however since october 15, 2018 we are waiting for someone to come and pick the aquaguard and till date none have picked the product. Whenever we approached the customer care they have provided new dates and none have come to pick the product nor as promised refund amount we haven't received on the promised date.
                          Hope you keep your brand value of eureka forbes by not making false promises.
                          Expect someone to reply and process for immediate refund. Deepa at your customer care is promising new dates for refund and has prolonged since long time.

                            Hi, i am writing this email after a several escalation to customer service department and service team.

                            This is to keep you all inform my experience after delivering the product.
                            Problem started after couple of months from the perchance date with the issue and based on the request made replacements (After several reminders!!)

                            Very nicely made us to sign a amc ro, where all parts has lost its life time even the pumping motor - we paid the amount as equal to new purchase of ro.
                            This has not stopped even after replacing all the parts, started getting regular issue and we were waiting for service man to attend after the request with customer service team.

                            Very pathetic situation: service man with bad quality of taking care of issue and customer – totally ignored, there are incidents would like to bring to your notice.
                            - once customer signed for amc, service stopped once the payment is made – at least service man was responding before – but after amc there was a total ignorance of customer.
                            O service request was closed without looking at the request
                            O reach us, with their convenient time no formal communication
                            O doesn’t respond properly to the customer
                            O after escalation with staff name it was a great insult placed the same person to attend the issue and he has not done anything to resolve the issue.

                            - customer service team to facilitate the customer with the issues
                            O but, there is no tracking on the customer complaint, we have to remind executives if issue is assigned, allotted service man, etc.,
                            O escalation cell, deal the problem but it does not get resolve immediately and at least in one day – takes one week to deal a problem.

                            My message to management, i have already stated this comment earlier during my call with the service team to discontinue using the your product due all these bad experience
                            Product you built for a customer is not serving the purpose and team build to take care of customer, doesn’t do their job.
                            If there i experience even one bad experience after this top level escalation, i shall go for a consumer complaint portal and redressal council (India) – switch to other brand and message will be shared on the other communication portal on eureka forbes – aqua guard.

                            Final message to all, not a big surprise – when i logged into product portal, service request now gone no longer valid. This is a very good example of your product and service.
                            Note: i have recorded all incidents emails, voice calls and service requests. This will be filed as a case study against your organization under – consumer law.

                                We have brought a eurekha forbes aqua guard. The dealer visited our home gave us a demo and we brought the product next day (09/09/18). Dealer has promised us that he will bring invoice next day along with gifts worth 2500/- as we have done cashless payment. After that they have tortured us calling 5 - 6 times everyday do we want to buy a aquaguard. When i said i already brought one asked about invoice they said they will send soon. I have filed complaint with eurekha forbes twice and every time they close the complaint with out even solving issue. It's been two and half months and they didn't send us invoice or gifts.

                                    While renewing the service contract the person comes before schdule date.
                                    But at the time of service no whereabout of the co. Person.

                                        I have given the complaint last week. My address is reliance infrastructure limited, adb road, ida peddapuram, samalkot - 533440, east godavari district.

                                        Water is not coming from the aqua guard. Few day back person attended but it is not working. I have fed up by giving complaint. They are telling person already started and will be reaching within an hour. But no response till date.
