Hi,

I have paid Annual Maintennce Charges (AMC) of Rs. 5020 on 16-Dec-2018 online but my Annual Maintenance Invoice is not yet received. I have checked with my bank and they have confirmed the amount is credited to the Eureka Forbes as beneficiary. But when having call with Eureka Forbes representative at their customer care number [protected] and they diverted to call me at their online department number[protected]. And the online department told me to write an email at [protected]@eurekaforbes.com. The first email sent explaining all issue on 20-Dec-18 and got the acknowledgement with Ticket No:[protected] that they will get back to me. After waited for a complete day and then sent another email late evening of 21-Dec-18. They responded immediately again to ask me to have call on [protected] but I responded back mentioning how I have been diverted to the online department and than they asked for register email which I on the same day i.e. 24-Dec.

They immediately responded mention they will get back to me and since than no response. Than I talk to online department representative (Rekha) and she was again asking me to send email to [protected]@eurekafores.com instead of checking the previous history of conversation. Then I explained all and than she told me that she will get back to me in an hour, I asked her to transfer to her manager than I have been put on hold for approx. 15 minutes and later she responded that no manager available and she will arrange a call back. So I am not sure what to do now. Kindly look into this matter and do the favorable action to the company like Eureka Forbes. This is my 2nd experience with them.

It is not resolved. As usual still struggling. I have spent about Rs. 5000 on medical and Rs. 1000 on buying water because of not having my RO serviced for last 18 days. I would like to compensate this. Also still the RO is not serviced yet.

    I purchased aquaguard reviva 50 ro
    Gwpdrev5010000 worth ₹ 12, 190 on 4th november, 2018. It was delivered on 9th november, 2018. After submitting multiple requests to install the water puridier, your plumber came on 21st november, 2018. When he opened the product to check it's filters, we found a crack in its base inside the water purifier.
    My relative gave me advice to purchase ro+uv purifier instead of ro purifier because of the water that is supplied here in homes. I wanted to return this product and to purchase another model (Ro+uv) in return. Therefore, i called your team to convey same but she in her records on my behalf, placed a replacement order. I never wanted replacement, i wanted a superior model which is ro+uv. From that day i tried to contact your team but they failed to help me (Especially hindi dept.in your customer care team). Finally on 29th november when i contacted your online sales service team, he told me to place a return request for the same. I officially filed a return request on 29th november, 2018. The return id is 18541. On 30th november, i got a call from your executive to know the reason behind returning, i told him and he said that return would be done in 2-3 working days and refund will be done in 15 days after receiving the product. My customer id is [protected].
    Even after placing a return request your one team was keen to know whether my problem is resolved or not. Another said replacement would be done even after placing a request for return and not for replacement.
    Finally on 8th december, 2018 a courier boy from delivery came to pick the product. On 10th december, it reached your warehouse, i tracked the information from its awb no. Now your 15 day time period is over and till now i haven't received my refund in my account.
    I wrote a mail too, because most of the time your phone is busy for no reason. I tried even many no.'s which you have mentioned on your website but those are useless no.'s. Nobody answers on those contact no. Even on one no. A caller says that it's wrong no., it's not eureka forbes no.
    Kindly tell me in how many days i should expect my refund, so that without wasting my further time i can officially file a complaint against you. Even if you won't take action even here, i will file a complaint on 1st january, 2018. Now it's up to whether you want to solve it or want me to take a legal action against you. I am attaching the screenshots of all the mails that i have got from you. Find it in attachment. Hope this will help you to understand my case better.

    Cheat fraud, u have debited all my amount. This company is a big cheat. I am going to police station tomorrow to recover all my money. They have debited all the amount in name of credit.

      I have bought dr. Aqua guard magna hd ro+uv nxt water purifier vide invoice dated 30.07.2018. At the time of buying the above, my old aqua guard classic booster model was exchanged. I have already entered into amc for my old aqua guard for 3 years which is valid till 19.06.2020.

      At the time of buying the new model dr. Aqua guard the sales person from eureka forbes informed me that the old amc will be converted to cover the new product for the remaining period i. E upto 19.06.2020 by paying the differential amc cost. Based on my repeated request for about 2 months, during the last week of september the sales person had collected original certificate of my previous amc along with photo copy of new magna hd ro+uv nxt invoice.

      Ever after following up the matter with eureka forbes madurai sales team and service team i have not received any positive reply from their side. Kindly solve the problem.

        Respected sir, i have purchased one vacuum cleaner model no. Euro clean-1 vacuum cleaner (Sr. No.[protected]) from one distributor of eureka forbes of the following address:
        Ground floor, 37 narendra nagar, near l-9 bus stop, dunlop, kolkata - 700056 and tax invoice no.[protected] invoice date:[protected] and sales order no.[protected] sales order date no.[protected].
        One mr. Sumit nandi (Sales employee of code[protected] and mobile no. [protected]) called me several times with a reference of mr. Debasish saha (Mob. No.[protected]) of eureka forbes water filter dept. And visited my home to sell euroclean vacuum cleaner with some promise of assured gift from the company/distributor and first-time service demo of the equipment. He came with mr. Kartick (Mob. No.[protected]) and collected cheque of rs. 10690/- (Ch. No.000008, dtd.[protected] on[protected] and assured that the gift (One wristwatch and one demo euroclean bag to keep the equipment with the accessories in that bag) will be delivered within 24 hours. I. E., withing[protected]. But he never returned with the assured gift items as well as not came here to show the first time after-sales service demo and though he had been contacted several times in his mobile no, but he never received my phone call and nor even contacted me.
        Thus i feel cheated with false promise and mutual trust to have a healthy consumer-service relationship and being a law enforcement official servicing for the society for 24x7 hours got shocked.           I purchased vaccume cleaner model no wxd in may 2018. But i have facing problems about on/off switch, but sales person not resolved problem properly. Within six months vaccume machine have big problem.
          Never purchase machine from eureka forbes.
          In udaipur sales person is very bad. They never give good response after sold machines. I call to sales person yasif but he not give proper answer....

          I am customer with an amc ; the service representative never turns up on time and when he does he disappeared with the outlet and cap. After calls over three days, still no response.

          The choice now is to file a complaint at the local consumer court for derilication and wilful cause of health risk or just throw the product out and buy another water purifier.

              Team,

              I am using a aquaguard ro since almost a year. They give one service when i called them, then the time came for second free service they guys called several times since a 4 months and on every call the aquaguard ro customers executive promise that they will send the service person tomorrow but no one came till yet.. Now i called them since 5 days they again promise and said you no need to have give any charges because this is our fault. They send one service person named was vijay pratap they came in morning and suddenly without having check the ro and papers they said you have to give extra charges and he using profane language in a very sarcastic manner, i again called your customer service, but no response at al... I filled your online survey nd give a poor rating then miss divya called todays morning she again not listen me and start using wrong words she said i don't have time she disconnect the call i called her again she discount several times and by using again profane language.. I not able to understand why the all not have any respect over the consumer... She make me irate a lot.. Please do the needful action against these two specific executive and resolve my problem,, or else i move to legal process. Thanks you so much...[protected]/[protected] these are the above numbers for harassment complaint... The name was divya... She abuse me as well.

                When ever I try to contact customer care, they just assign new complaint number and their job is over. Its 3 weeks since I have registered complaint. Till date not received any call or visit from service engineer.
                Every time I try to escalate the complaint server gives error. Eureka forbes dont want to resolve complaint and not interested in providing service to customers. They just follow up for selling their product and service contract renewal.
                When we buy from Eureka forbes we believe that we will get good product with minimum maintenance and good service. But vacuum, cleaner need to replace part in just 8 months. They are sending part from Pune since last 15 days. This shows quality of Eureka forbes product, service and how they value their customers.

                  My compact classic model of aquaguard unit is under amc for many years. Last time under[protected] : 3 years contract, 6 filters (2 filters per year) are supposed to be provided, but actually they provided 5 filters and now aquaguard franchise is refusing to give the 6th filter. The new franchisee at kharghar - ramya services now not replacing one filter which is short supplied in last contract.

                    As per contract was supposed to replace pre filter candle and carbon block. However the same was not done. When contacted they say that their contract with the comp[any is changed and need to contact existing service provider. When contract ws signed matoshree was the service provider in thane.
                    Don't know whom to contact.
                    Sales person of eureka forbes say they are not concerned with services and not their look out. Have been fooled by the company. This is fraud.

                      We requested for replacement of dustbag in the vacuum cleaner as ours is damaged. We raised the request on nov 23rd (Number: [protected]) - this request was closed without resolving. We called customer service multiple times, however to hide the delay, they raised a new request (Number: [protected]) on dec 15th. The new request is also not serviced till date. We can't use the vacuum cleaner without a dustbag. Please either provide service, without which the product is useless.

                        Our aquaguard details like service due and telephone numbers are being shared with fraud private servicing companies. They come home in the name of aquaguard. They force you take amc. They replace original candles with duplicate ones and spoil the aquaguard machine.
                        These fraud companies say they are authorized by eureka forbes. Because they have all our details, we tend to believe them and sign up for their fraud amc

                          I bought a waterpurifier i want to return it. But due to problems in management of companys sales man approach. They did not approach me properly they said return and replacement not possible but in the companys website return and replacement is possible upto 30 days from buying the product. So i demanded for the money refund first. They promised me they will initiate the refund first and then only they will take the product. Many days have gone by but i didn't get my refund yet

                            I have purchased dr. Aquaguard magna water purifier in the month of august'2018... Machine is not working since more than 1 month... I have been following up with the local technician since that time... But i have not got proper response from him... Then i complained to the customer care over the phone on 24th nov'2018 with service request number [protected]... They assured that they will send a technician within 48 hrs... But no one has come... After that again i contacted customer care.. They told same thing again... Since that time i'm calling everyday to the customer care... But i'm getting same answer since last 1 month... I'm fed up with these customer care people... Now i'm thinking that i want to return this useless product... Kindly help in this regard to return this product... I cant bear any more please... Other wise finally i have to go to consumer court only... I don't have any other option please..

                              Dr. Aquaguard nrich hd uv water filter dated 02/12/2018 order no [protected] sales person mr tanaji gole and vishjieet patil told me your filter came on tuesday, they not told me anything about fitting and other any charges. But tuesday filter not done delivered. So i call customer care no and ask about delivery they told me your filter stock no available in our ware house, so i am cancel my order dated 05/12/2018. But your side not taking seriously about my cancel order and deliver filter dated 08/12/2018, your engineer come to assemble filter and he told me charges of water power control machine is 700 /- your sales person not told me about this charges so i don’t know about this charges,

                              But they are sending me filter, i alredy cancel my order,, so till date no one collect
                              Dr. Aquaguard nrich hd uv water filter and not giving my refund

                              Communication and service is very poor, they don’t need costumers

                                I’m appalled at the terrible service given by @eurekaforbes, despite all its tall promises made at the time of sale, and on all its advertising.

                                I bought the dr. Aquaguard classic + water filter on 28 august this year. It’s only been 3 months, and it has already given a major problem. Five days ago, water stopped coming from the filter, and the filter light was blinking. After logging a complaint, the service engineer visited and said that there is a chip in the filter which has a capacity of 3, 000 litres of water, which is now over, and the filter needs to be replaced. The engineer also said this is not covered under warranty.

                                I raised a protest right away with the visiting engineers (Mahesh? And tutti) and the sales person who sold me the filter in august (Satish pandey[protected], that it was impossible that only 2 people in the household can consume 3, 000 litres of water in 3 months! Just how can a filter be designed in such a way that it stops working within 3 months of normal use by a small family and needs replacement? Moreover, at the time of sale, nowhere was it mentioned by satish pandey that the filter has a capacity of only 3, 000 litres and the unit would stop working as soon this limit was hit! This is a material fact and should have been disclosed upfront as it has major implications on the purchase decision. How can a regular customer be expected to know this on his own?

                                On raising a protest right away, the visiting engineers spoke to their boss, and said they would replace the filter free of charge within the next 24-48 hours. After waiting 24 hours and following up on the status with the engineer (Mahesh sharma[protected], he directed me to customer service[protected], who now told me that the filter is unavailable, and will take at least 3-4 days to arrive, post which it will be fixed. How can it be possible that the filter part, which is the heart of a water filter, for aquaguard’s flagship current product, is unavailable, in a city like mumbai? I find this an appalling evading tactic!

                                The overall customer service experience has been a disaster across the board. There is no support from anyone and only empty promises, and i keep getting pushed around from person to person. I have raised this query on eureka forbes twitter account on friday, and today is monday morning and the resolution has still not been provided. Without access to clean drinking water for 5 days, how is a customer supposed to survive? Terrible service from a company that’s been in the business of providing water filters for over a generation, and for a company that belongs to the shapoorji pallonji group.

                                Please help to get this fixed asap, else this will be escalated to the highest authorities. Just unacceptable!

                                  25/4/2018 dr. Aquaguard magna hd ro+uv nxt water purifier (With 7.2 ltr storage) - the sales person was aware of our manpower in office staff. The date of purchase till now machine is kept as a dummy, reason until we dont flow the maximum water the tds level of water won't come down, suggested by theeureka forbes engineer and flowin the water as leaded the machine stopped working. Multiple times the complaint has been raised but the solution was still the same (Mam please let the water flow once the water flow for an hour the tds level will come down. We changed the water purifier of rs.4, 000/- and still the water is not getting filtered. And when we asked to exchange the water filter the revert was "we will buy back this machine for rs. 500/- and you purchase a new machone coasting 40, 000/-. The water purofoer is still under warranty kindly get the permanent solution. Worst experience ever with eureka forbes.

                                  After registering the complaint on toll free I'd received a message "service request number [protected]" let me tell you the same engineer had visited last week 13th or 14th Dec 2018 he replaced the old filter to the new one's and charged 4000/- rs. After he left, I went to check the water TDS it was showing 201ppm. The next day when I called Sudhir Kamble he asked me to let the water flow for an hour which I did, still it did not worked. On saturday I again called sudhir he again asked me follow the same procedure. Morning 10.00am till afternoon 4:30pm we were just letting the water flow from the purifier to get the TDS low in water. What type of service is this. Let me tell you Sudhir Kamble told me "Mam this purifier you can only consume 7.1 ltre water per day" DUDE we have wasted more than 10 ltre of water in a day so that the water TDS comes down. But it still remained the same 200ppm-160ppm. Our 19900/- + 4000/-= 23900/- invested in wrong product. My recommendation to EUREKA FORBES will be a BIG NO (to everyone at my office premises) AND RATING I WISH I COULD GIVE -0 .
                                  Pathetic service and the product is menat to be kept as a dummy.

                                  We are being patient since the date we have purchased the purifiyer. When your engineer visited on the very forst time after 3 months his statement was " Madam the TDS should not be above 50-60ppm and last week when he visted after I submitted a complaint here his statement changed "madam minimum water TDS you should drink is below 100ppm. Here is the results when your engineer made a visit last week and today still we are drinking the same 290-300ppm water.

                                  We are being patience* the date we have purchased the purifiyer.                                   The issue has not been resolved. The engineer spoke with me on call that he will arrange a call from the branch manager or somone from head department. Your engineer name is (SUDHIR KAMBLE).

                                  Anyways if you have to close the issue on your team feedback so it makes no sense for me to break my head here. The water purifiyer is installed at our office and we know what technical issue it has.

                                  Wow hats off to your engineer. He charged us 4000/- for the new filter and that filter it seems even that cannot filter the water infact the water taste worst. And thanks to the eureka forbes for giving the wonderfull experience to not ot trust any sales person who knocks at your door. We entertained and here we go with this wonderful purifier which is kept as a dummy.

                                    Im anand from trichy. Currently i'm using aquaguard enhance ro+uv model. Presently it is under amc. On[protected], water leakage was happened in my product.

                                    I raised complaint on web (Ref: complaint no - [protected], database complaint no. [protected]) and called our regular service engineer directly. He came after two days and asked rs.3500/- for replacing water pump. I told him that the product is under amc and request him to replace the part under the amc. But he is refused to replace and saying that the fresh part is very costly.

                                    Then we asked what is the use of placing amc and he was silent and request us to speak to higher officials. But with in two days complaint was closed with message saying that your complaint was successfully resolved.

                                    Then we wrote mail to their customer service. From customer service, they open service ticket again. But after two days, i got sms saying that my complaint has been succseefully resolved without any service.

                                    Till now they refused to replace the part which is under amc and issue is not resolved.

                                    They simply cheating customers with fraud amc. They wont repair anything under amc.

                                    Don't place any amc for eureka forbes product. Their representative will cheat customers with hoping words. But they won't replace any faulty components.

                                    I took amc for Dr aquaguard, but they r not giving me the service of the amount I paid to them. No service done of my.water purifier in last 6 to 8 months.

                                    I am Mithilesh singh..staying in Gaur city 2 near Ghaziabad. I took an annual service contract of our RO +UV water Purifier Euraoka forbes for two years. Inspite of calling many times to their customer care, in last 15 days
                                    The company is not attainding service and replacing the filters.. I called to the local service agents they always interested to make money inspite of our service contract with the company.
                                    The company seems a fraud attitude.. I never recommend this company to any one. It's a big hrassment i[censored] took their AMC.
                                    How such fraud practice is in full flage.. It must be in the knowledge of authority.
