Sorry to say like, new aqua guard purchased from csd cuttack odisha before 05days
So much facing problem it’s very difficult to survived day to day and everyday purchasing water from outside which is not acceptable and becomes less believing and confident on your product because i am serving in defence there is no time to give complain more and more henceforth please rectify the defect and if possible replace the item as soon as possible so that i can grateful to you.

    We recently got out ro serviced which changed all cartreges and also charged 600 for service. Despite of all this water tastes heavy. When called cc she said your ro is not having uv so we cannot do tds control.
    Its clearly mentioned on my ro that is is having ro
    Model is aquagaurd classic with e boiling+.
    Pathetic service. Need immidiate resolution

      10th of march (2019) one of their serviceman came and did a mandatory servicing on my water purifier. And since then machine is not working properly.

      Not even after 2 minutes the purifier was damaged. And the serviceman was not accepting his fault.

      Before coming for service he said that we have to change something within a month and when we said we wont do it he must have made some changes in the machine that it wont work unless we change the same.

      That is one of the worst servicing i have seen in my life

        Eureka forbes – cheats & frauds
        I have been a eureka forbes customer since 2006. I have a water purifier under warranty initially and then under 3 year amcs. There have been service issues, but i made a mistake of wanting to buy an aquaguard water purifier again for my new residence. The bigger mistake was contacting eureka forbes to buy it!!
        I contacted eureka forbes customer care on 26th february and checked if there’s an exchange scheme on. The reply was yes and i was informed that someone would come in to do a demo and explain the buyback scheme. On 27th, 2 aquaguard salesmen turned up at my home and showed me 2 laminated cards which had details of their latest water purifiers. No demo, just laminated catalogues!! They both insisted that i book the new water purifier by paying 1000/-. I mentioned that i had informed the customer care too, that i just want to find out the latest models and also, i need to check the source of water supply at my new residence, to decide which model was suitable. They kept insisting and refused to leave the house till i paid them at least 500/-. I was promised that if i decided not to buy a purifier, they would return the 500/-. They also took away the old water purifier (E-nova), saying that they would get me 1000/- for it. Please note that i did not order a water purifier, i said i would check and get back to them.
        On 28th, i was stuck in a family medical emergency and couldn’t take calls. On 1st march, i get a sms from fedex saying that a package is due for delivery. This set off some alarms ringing. On checking, am told that it is a dr. Aquaguard magna uv water purifier from eureka forbes!! I did not place an order. No cheque, no cash payment, no verbal promise either! I did not take delivery of the appliance. The salesmen started sending me messages to take delivery of the purifier. I informed the senior of the 2, that i did not order anything and let me get back with the model number i would need. The guy kept insisting that i take delivery!! I was utterly disgusted by this whole nonsense and decided not to place the order. I asked him to give me back the 500/-. He got nasty and started abusing. Said that i cannot cancel the order. What order??!! They had promised that they would return the 500/- if i did not place an order. They proceed to place an order on my behalf and then keep hounding me at all odd hours (I have my call list as proof)!! They have my 500/- and my old water purifier with them. They refuse to give back either!!!

        The aquagaurd water purifier is very worst.
        My purifier is not working since from 1month they even not bothered repair it.
        Everyday they will tell some story.
        I called customer care arround 10 times, they simply tell they will come and not coming.

          I bought a magna nxt hd ro+uv water purifier on 21st feb 2019 from www.eurekaforbes.com. i was promised a guaranteed delivery on 25th feb 2019 but the machine was finally delivered on 6th march 2019 and the package was delivered in a damaged condition.

          Here are my complains and i want eureka forbes to compensate me -
          1. I started actively following up with eureka forbes from 28th feb 2019 and asked the water purifier be delivered at the earliest. Every day i called, i was rest assured that the purifier will be delivered on that day but it never happened. One associate even told me that if i can't wait for the purifier then i better cancel the order and i'll get my money back after 15 days.

          2. The package that was delivered to me was in damaged condition. It was open and there was a lot of dust inside.

          3. The technician came to install the product on 8th march and soon after he left the "red call button" on the machine started blinking. I called to let him know but he never cared to come back to check the problem. I called today to log a ticket... Let's see how long i have to wait now...

          All in all, it has been an absolute horrible experience till now and eureka forbes should compensate me for all the harassment.

          The product Dr acquagaurd classic plus is very useless product and it is very disappointed that serviceman and call center personnel said variety of rates for PCB 1500 RS. AND ANOTHER SAID 2000 RS.

            , in dec 2017 i purchased magna r. O. Vide invoice no.[protected] dated[protected], in exchange of reviva, which was in 2 years amc, valid from march 2017 to 2019. The paid amout rs.7400/- app.
            Those sales person anand mobil no.[protected], said the amc will be extended for new equipment to compensate the amount which i paid for old unit.
            I received a confirmation mail from area sales manager. Punithan,
            Stating that amc will be extended.
            Now the magna device stopped working, service person refused to attend, as their is no intimation of any extension, and guarantee period is over.
            My gst no. Is not included in my invoice, as promised by anand, i lost tax amount, which is claimable for me.

              I am using eureka forbes water purifier around 20 years and having regular amc s. Last amc was for 3 years from 20/07/2017 to 18/072020. As per amc 2 free services per year to be provided. I received a sms on 23/11/2018 from eureka forbes that "mandatory service of your aquaguard due in dec 18 and a tachnician will visit"
              Till date that did not materialise. I complained thru[protected] on 9 march 2019 and was assured that technician will visit on sunday (10/03/2019) at 11 am. Name of person was informed thru sms. No body turned up
              Unable to understand why a company like eureka forbes has come down to such a low level. Now there is no consideration for a customer. Services has become horrible. To say the least.

                  With reference to ticket no. [protected] - dated[protected]
                  Water purifier - red light started blinking which is the indication of that purifier have some technical issue and ticket need to be raised.
                  Which i did, few minutes later i received a call from engineer, without checking the machine, engineer said that all filters needs to be changed, better you buy amc.

                  I insisted the mr. Engineer, please come and check the machine first.
                  Mr. Engineer visited my place and through the help of one circuit, he proved that 2 out of 5 filters have aged and filters needs to be changed.

                  As 1 of my family member is down due to sickness, i had no other option to go for amc and changing filters which costed me rs. 9, 360.00

                  Machine worked well for 2 days, thereafter machine became so slow that it hardly fills 1/2 litre of water in 1 hour.
                  Again i called the mr. Engineer, we will come but in later evening.

                  Eureka forbes does not care about their customers.
                  This company and their engineers just fool their customers in the name of quality product.
                  Very very very very very bad experience with eureka forbes.

                    I have an aqua guard worth 16K named Aquaguard Total Duo WP and and still have an active AMC on it but, ive been told today that this is a flop model and they wont do any service for free and are again asking me to pay another 5K to have the filter change though I have paid 5K already and have active AMC. They are saying that this is a flop model so, you can buy a new one again for 12K and they are not even offering any exchange on this product. If your product flopped, then where is customer at fault in this and you should be proactively trying to resolve my concern as, I have been a long time customer with you and your product falling short is not my issue but yours. Fix this aquaguard if you can or offer me exchange and some discount on the new one as, I can afford another one as, I am a middle class working woman, with ailing parents and cannot afford your ###. Im buying drinking water everyday from last 1 month and dont have another 12K to buy a new one as, I had already paid AMC of 5K so, I could have servicing and filter changed for free.. Resolve this or I am taking up a lawsuit against Eureka forbes for fooling customers by selling faulty products and then forcing to buy a new product, stating this particular model of ours has flopped and we cannot help you with this product anymore... I need a resolution in next 24-48 hours...

                      It is sorry to inform that i am holding r. O. Water purifier with regular amc since more than 12 years but on my transfer from kolkata (W. B.) to ahmedabad (Gujarat), i requested for installation of r. O. Water purifier at my new address in ahmedabad vide service request no[protected] dated 03.03.2019 and again reminded to your helpline vide no [protected] dated 05.03.2019 and [protected] dated 08.03.2019. Surprisingly there is still no response from your service center which is a matter of concern.

                      I think eureka forbes service is only believe on selling their product but no service at all. Your service is very poor. Please look into the above matter urgently or i will take strict action on your company.

                        I purchased dr. Aquaguard nrich water purifier on 28.01.19 from one mr. Raghavendra ([protected]) from bangalore.
                        He, while selling told me that i will get life time free service and the documents to support the same will be made available and a free gift will also be given to me.
                        Till date i have not received any thing including the invoice for my purchase.
                        I called the sales person 63 times but no reply from him.
                        I lodged complaint in you help line 8 times.
                        Noted complaint nos. Are [protected] dated 21.02.19, [protected] dated 27.02.19 and without complaint nos. At least 5 times.
                        Every time, i call, they connect me to the escalating team and they give false promise to call me in 24 or 48 hours but never did.
                        I got a number of one mr. Kumar from bangalore[protected] and called him to clarify my problem but he also stopped attending my calls after 2 dyas.
                        I want to return the product as the service is very bad and no one is answering my queries nor sending me the promised documents.
                        Please let me know whom do i contact for my problem.

                        My problem is not yet re-solved. I dont know who told you that it is solved???
                        It is still pending. It is more than 55 days, i have not received my invoice, free gift, life time free service warranty etc. I think its high time to approach the consumer court instead of approaching you.

                          I taken one water purifier in november 2018 and machine under warranty for one year.in between i have issue in water is not purified and this machine is unusable for me. They are forcing me to take one extra filter with cost. Its totally injustice for me as customer.

                            I want to cancel the order.

                            I was told that the my product will be delivered on Mahashiv Ratri 4th March, I placed the order through Sales Person Mr Naveen. I told him to make sure the order is placed on muhurta of Shivaratri. I didnt get it. He didn't pick up my calls. In turn he texted me that he's in meeting/driving/call you later but he didnt called never from his side. Didn't even asked to call if the order is received.

                            I had taken amc for 2 years by paying rs 8175/- via google pay on[protected] from aqua guard service person he had changed the 3 filters also in my water purifier.

                            When i booked for a new service on 03/03/2019, another service person came with his colleague and he open the purifier and told me that the previous filters installed was fake ones.
                            And told me that amc was not updated in the system also.

                            I am writing this email since am not sure who is right person and which filters are genuine. And in both cases the service person came after dialling the customer care number and its not a direct call to service person's. Since i feel there is case of fraud here, am planning to file a police case which will help to catch the faulty person here.

                            Meanwhile am writing to you make sure from the company perspective if something can be done

                            I filed an complaint no [protected] which for last 3 days when i followed up, customer care executive says will get the problem resolved and its never resolved and they close the case

                            Its such a shame that eureka forbes has such a low standard service. I had written to deepa. Customercare 3 times and every time the case gets closed without any actions

                            I want the fake filters changed and update the amc in the system or get my cash back

                              I have purchased the product week ago, and still nobody has contacted regarding installation. I raised a complaint and service center people contacted and said only service related queries are addressed nothing related to installation.                                 Dr. Aquaguard classic + was installed at my below mentioned house address on 16.12.18 by mr. Senthil (Service engineer from devi associates, coimbatore) but the bill was received by the undersigned only in the 1st week of feb’18 after several follow-ups through phone calls as well as visiting the local coimbatore office (Devi associates/ramnir associates, coimbatore). The bill was received without any gst no (Bill no.[protected] dt 22.12.18, amount-rs.10, 690/-). Copy of the original bill (Without gst no.) is enclosed. The gst no. Provided to the service engineer was 33aaaci1681g1zw on 16.12.18 during the time of installation. I had booked a customer care complaint (Complaint/request no.[protected] dt 8.2.19) requesting for fresh original bill with gst no. Included in it and delivered to the below mentioned house address. As you are aware providing a bill without gst no. Is illegal.

                                I had also received a phone call from mr. Hari, head office, chennai in the mid of feb’19 for providing me the original bill before 10.03.19 to my house address which is yet to be received as on date.

                                    Taken amc of water purified as they said everything covered for repair but now some issue with motor now they say if you have taken amc for 2 years then all these covered. Looks like fraud guys and cheating customers in the name if amc. While selling they say all covered now they say only some are covered which are less cost or repairable things.                                       This is to inform to your good self that i was the employee of eureka forbes ltd from dec 2003 to 2017. I resigned the company in april 2017 in proper manner with one month notice period and submit all my document to my hr dept three time through proper channel. But sorry to say no one can respond about my pendency of pf or neither we receive any information to getting my pf benefit. Request is this that even we visit to my local pf office but according to the staff our pf retain or deducted by our company and retain with a committee in head office bangalore. We need your intervention to get my benefits asap.
