Dear sir,

I purchased aquaguard machine (Dr. Megna uv+) from eureka forbes. I also purchased contract (Amc) from this company for 3 year. I raised request so many times for service but no executive visit my place. I called so many times to customer care of this company but there is no any improvement. I paid 5000rs to the company for amc & also i have receipt for this same. I called customer care for refund my money back but they denined for give money. I attached some sreenshot of complain which is raised by me. Pls help sir.

    I had asked for the annual servicing to be done for my year old aquaguard. Ever since the servicing the aquaguard has stopped working, the technician isn't helpful and the company never responds even after calling the customer service 15 times a day there is absolutely no reply from them. It's then the company has the audacity to ask me to change my rating from 0 to something better. It's simply pathetic, complete waste of money and i have even paid them for warranty and now completely regret it.

      This has reference to subject cited above. I am having aqua guard water purifier nova model. The unit is not functioning blinking red light.in this regard i have made a complaint about non functioning of above water purifier to service centre at nagpur over mobile about 15 days back. The person concerned assured to send technician but no action has been taken till date. The water purifier is under annual maintenance contract. Please expedite the matter as we have facing lot of problems. Regards,

        Eureka fobes worst services ever. Machine gets spoil every other day. Wrong cartridge gets changed without knowing. It has been 3 years since complaining for the minerals which are necessary. But no response has been given. Had talked with with mr. Bhavesh bhai, incharge many times. But still bo response from his end. Very very poor service. Would never recommend to anyone.

        In fact local machine might work better.

        After that i received a call from eureka forbes customer care. The person told me he would look into the matter on urgent basis. Sunday is working and will do the needful. Then he told me "after talking to me would you like to change the rating that you have given poor".

        When i am compliant them they just want their reviews better.

          Our Customer Code is [protected]. We purchased this product in the year 2010 and after that we are using it and also availing the service contract for the every 2 years regularly. My renewal plan got completed lastly on 17/05/2018 then after the service executive is not taking the new contract as they say the parts are not available.

          Then in the month of August 2018 on calling the service executive he comes and changes the parts by charging approximately Rs. 4000/- . If the Company is providing the products to the customers and they cannot provide us the parts for the same then we have wasted our money.

          Its a fraud with us as on one side company says no parts are available and so that we cannot renew your service contract and on the other side the service executive comes and changes the parts and charges higher amounts.

          Eureka Forbes are the cheaters and they are cheating there customers. One cannot trust this company.

              Eureka Forbes water purifier Service was done today at my residence, replaced a new motor pump with older one, made a payment of overall Rs 4300/- motor not working, displaying a red light, Service guy not turned up as promised. Neither he was carrying his ID card, not the motor pump had Eureka Forbes logo on it as informed by the customer care executive.                 I am extremely disappointed with the way i have been treated by eureka forbes service team and would strongly suggest for any new customer to not buy products from them. Their service levels have significantly deteriorated with no intent to resolve issues, they promise service or call back and donot do so. They make customers wait for over 30 mins on a customer service call when you try and escalate. Appalled with the service levels and how the company is still surviving

                  I purchased an eureka forbes water purifier from amazon and the product was delivered quickly in good condition. I received the product on last sunday and subsequently lodged a request with eureka forbes for installation. I was informed that the product will be installed by 12 noon on the following monday and i decided to stay back home for this purpose. But nobody turned up on monday and i got another promise on tuesday that the product will be installed immediately. Again nobody turned up for installation. I called up in the evening and i was informed that the technician is busy and will do the installation late on tuesdayafter 9 pm. Nobody turned up for installation till 11pm.
                  All i was getting from eureka forbes were false promises very systematically.
                  Under above circumstances i believe it would be wise to return the product and subsequently getting after sales support and post warranty support will be a nightmare.
                  I would strongly suggest all not to buy any eureka forbes product as their service is just awful...

                    Fraud technician... He promised to change aquaguard filter twice a year and second filter change is due on 31 march 2019 and the payment is done at the time of first filter change and i have the receipt of it.. But when i called that person he refused for the same.. Fraud people..# services... Take some strict action against such fraud people otherwise no one will trust aquaguard personnel's if such things will happen like this... Pathetic service...

                      I was using compact classic cc for many years and my amc was renewed for 2 years on 29/10/17 for rs 3040/- (Contract receipt no 0021356) but the unit started troubling and hence i bought a new one dr aquaguard classic on 25/03/18 and which got installed on 29/03/18.
                      While buying the new unit i mentioned that amc of 19 months from the previous unit is remaining against which i was told that the same will be continued with the new unit after the initial 1 year warranty.

                      We had shared this with the local service person who was actually annoyed as to why the unit was not bought from him and from some other team.

                      Now the warranty of the new unit is ending on 29th and we are being asked to take the amc before 29th and being denied the older amc period of 19 months. This is very unfair.

                      I am a eureka forbes customer for the past 14 years and do not expect such treatment only because of rift between 2 teams of the company.

                      I request you to sort this out for me within 24 hours please and oblige.

                        I have been using eureka forbes water purifier since long & has been facing service issues. On 1st march my aqua guard went out of order & i lodged the complaint on 1st march however till 15th march inspite of several follow up nobody turned up to repair. At last, i thought to change the water purifier as it was 5 years old. To my bad luck, i again bought eureka forbes geneus model on 15th march at croma mount road chennai. After 3 days technician came & installed the purifier however after 1 hour it started leaking. Again complaint was made on 19th march however still problem is unresolved & we have been suffering a lot due to water not available. On top of this agony, daily i following up & your call centers executives have following set answers ;

                        We are sorry for inconvenience.

                        Your matter is noted at top priority.

                        We are escalating your complaint.

                        Tomorrow some body will certainly come.

                        I must have talked min 10 times to call center executives but same answers.

                        Please intervene into my complaint immediately else i will be forced to take legal action against eureka forbes & claim all liquidated damages.

                        I have never seen such third grade, irresponsible & useless company in my life.

                        I am forced to send the copy of this e mail to mr shroff, ceo & mr mistri to make them aware how this company is working on grounds.

                            Hello, i am very sorry to say that the issue that i had raised against the head/ supervisor ms. Mahalaxmi (I guess i have mentioned her name correctly) has not been resolved. The issue is getting sent to either the concerned person against whom i have raised a concern or to her subordinate who call me and tell me that they cannot do anything in this regard and that they would send a message to the hq stating that they have talked with me and mention that the issue is resolved.
                            Hope the senior management who is above the supervisor can attend the concern i have and call and talk with me and get it resolved or else i wish to take it with the consumer court stating that this issue being raised about 1 1/2 months is not being resolved even though the concerned person was rude and started harassing me over the phone as if she was paying my amc all these years as well as it is our fault that we asked the technical last year to change the candle with different specifications etc.
                            As customers we don't even know anything about the candles that needs to be installed on the water filter and this person falsely (In order to protect herself and her technicians) claiming that we are the ones who wanted some specific candle to be installed.
                            It is very sad that even after 1 1/2 months the issue is not getting resolved and i feel that the management of eureka forbes is only looking to make money from the amc that we pay. This lady also started speaking in such a way as if i was working under her and starting dictating terms by saying that the technician cannot do anything better than he did and that we need to adjust ourselves and pay the amc and told me that the issue is resolved.

I feel that your management is really trying to unnecessary extend this issue so that eventually I would forget it. I have clearly mentioned the issue in detail and also this is the 4th time that I am sending you my registered phone number and an alternate number and yet you keep saying that you are awaiting the details from me. Please let me know if your management doesn't have any other excuse other than by repeating the same question or is it that your management's attitude is such that it wants to cheat and harass customers like me if the customers raise an issue.

                              My aquaguard annual maintenance contract done in may 2016 for 3 years

                              Whilst maintaining the machine a few days back, it was observed by mechanic that its ‘circuit board’ need be replaced. I find that while replacing the same a repaired old used board is installed.
                              It is written in the condition that ‘the company is liable to supply you free replacement of spare parts in certain circumstances, sales tax wherever liable will be borne by eureka forbes limited’. This clearly signifies that replacement will be new one. Moreover, i saw earlier that whenever any items are replaced, a new one is offered. I couldn’t follow the reason of put an used one this time. It is, however, mentioned by ratan that new one is not available in stock at the moment.
                              As such, it was requested to arrange to put a new one as soon as it is reached in their stock.

                              I was intimated that ‘circuit board’ are not replaced afresh.

                              I would like to highlight this authority draw his attention for a

                                I paid rs.4850/- for amc of aquaguard ro purifier via cheque of 10th march but they started my services from 5th march on the card of amc (Aquaguard maintenance contract) only. From that day, i've called many times to service my ro but every time i get a response that sorry for the delay today or tomorrow, you'll get service and nobody comes yet. Also didn't get a message from eureka forbes who will come for service and call from serviceman who will come.
                                My ro tds is now 0.3 is a very low quality of water. Even anyone can see dirt on water from the naked eye.

                                  Whatever they promise you under amc is never done. It seems amc is an alternative source of revenue for them by practically not doing anything.
                                  There service representative gives misleading information regarding the inclusions in amc. Name of the service representative is vicky. Also, they charge different amount to different customers.in my case, earlier it was 4500/- rs, but afterwards asking for 4765/- rs.

                                    We purchased aquaguard from eureka forbes just 6 months back and it has stopped working 2 times..in addition to this the service providers are highly ignorant and slow in resolving issues. They will either not pick up your phone or will just make excuses for the delay of services. They just put blame on the company for the non availability of parts and cause of delay. Poor overall experience with eureka forbes.
