Updated by MHSuryanarayana My experience with the Eureka Forbes is getting worse day by day.
Since I have not heard any response from the Eureka Forbes to this complaint at the National Consumer Complaints Forum, I called them up and even submitted a complaint at Deepa.[protected]@eurekaforbes.co.in. In response to the suggestion from Deepa.customercare, I lodged a final complaint at [protected]@eurekaforbes.com.
Instead of looking into my complaint and verifying, I get a response as follows:
We like to inform you that cash back offer is only applicable if you purchase a product from online through paytm Wallet.
If you require any further assistance or have any queries, do write to us at [protected]@eurekaforbes.com or call[protected].
LET ME CLARIFY TO THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL EUREKA FORBES AS FOLLOWS:
1. we have bought the Eureka Water purifier online.
2. we have bought is using Paytm wallet.
3. We have bought it in the month of December before the deadline.
4. The Eureka staff who persuaded us to use this option now do not respond at all.
