Dear sir,

I am an ex warrior who served the country for 20 years in indian air force and now and presently working in state bank of india k. S. E. B admin complex branch at pattom, trivandrum, kerala. I was looking for a vacuum cleaner which is robust and reliable at working. I have got good experience while using your eureka forbes vacuum cleaner while we are using it in currency chest for removing dust. It was working for hours marvellously well with out any problem (Euroclean star). For last 10 years i have only good experience with your product.

So when my home vacuum cleaner (Other company) gone bad i was not having any second idea but to purchase only eureka forbes vacuum cleaner. So did tried to different phone number available at trivandrum for two days before the purchase. But no one picked up the phone.

At last i went oxygen shop at pattom, trivandrum and purchased eureka forbes vacuum cleaner treandy steel model which costed me rs 7100/-. At the purchase itself i was not fully satisfied with performance of the machine. However the better machine available there, i had chosen.

After reaching home i found that the machine is getting heated up very fast and its suction/ blowing power is far behind my expectation. Yesterday itself i informed the oxygen shop at about it's poor performance and my need to change the machine. But they are showing their inability of take back the machine. But the machine is of no use and my requirement is that the machine is to be exchanged with high performing one. (Eureka forbes gfcdecstr00000 euroclean star 1100w vacuum cleaner or euroclean iclean). I am ready to pay the difference in cost amount including the transportation charges if any.

    I am writing to share my story of health after drinking water processed through the brand eureka forbes water filter.

    I had purchased fantastic brand eureka forbes aqua guard dr magna water filter 6 months back which is posing severe problems since the day of installation, the dealer from whom i purchased it is also very reluctant and provides poor services unable to tag the problem till now. Customer care doesn’t show interest in helping or resolving, they have the standard answer, will arrange the call back for the concern team. Service team took almost 45 days to replace the faulty machine after multiple follow ups. You know what service station is next to my place and the response is amazing. They will be seating idle, but never receive the call which is next to them. After the wait, i was so happy the fantastic machine was replaced, it was like winning the war with eureka forbes. But my happy didn’t last for long the result was same.

    The replaced machine worked well for some days, later the water started tasting pathetic. I started having a lot of burning in my throat, abdomen pain and discomfort. Also, a terrible metallic taste in my mouth.
    Extreme gastrointestinal illness - i almost never post reviews but my experience is so extreme i feel compelled to share it in the hope of helping others. This product is not safe by any means. Regarding this model bangalore, belgaum, almost all karnataka technician are aware, most of these models comes up with manufacture defect. However, yet eureka forbes promoting these models instead rollback.

    Since the day, i have been complaining to the customer care on the same, belgaum service center, somehow close the complaint case by mentioning customer is out of town, not responding etc. When customer care tries to reach belgaum center, they escape saying there is audit going on, need some time to attend customer site. After so many efforts finally, belgaum service guy turns up, he didn’t give much efforts for the investigation of the issue, straight away told all the filters are defected, need to be replaced, pay us 5500 for amc, will replace all the filter which doesn’t fall under warranty, also micro chip of the machine, which is known issue with these models. I tried to escalate the issue to the area manager the person called santosh, he turned out to be blunder, he doesn’t know how to talk to customer, instead understating the situation, started educating me capacity of the filter. When i asked to prove, how come the filters are defected by consumption, he raised his voice. You know what eureka water filter states india`s no 1 water filter, but filters never last more the 6 months for consuming of 2 persons, per day 3 liters. The sales guys advertise 6000 liters capacity of the filters and fool customer, i[censored] calculate 6000 liters/ 365 days. Per day it would be 16.2 liters approx. Yet eureka forbes filters don’t last more than 6 months for nominal drinking of the water.

    This fantastic machine, which i paid 20k, has annoying feature error indication alarm, till date never alerted, yet service guy is advising, the filters need to be replaced. Wow, i really need to appreciate technical skill of eureka forbes authorized service center.

    Eureka forbes aqua guard water filter is waste of money, i dont recommend any one you will be doing to buy eureka forbes water filters, there are many good brands in a market.

    In the thick of summers it is very difficult to survive in this situation. Please help me and get machine replaced by a new one, or arrange for the refund, which is the only fit solution as per me

      Hi team,

      I have been a consumer of eureka forbes aquaguard for the past 13 yrs. It was going smooth all these years. But this time on 29th august 2018, i called up your customer care number and spoke to your executive for renewal of my amc and services. Same day i get a call from a fellow from aquaguard saying that the engineer would come on friday (31st aug) and i fixed a time of 10 am for his visit.
      Next day a guy name fakruddin (Don’t know if it’s his real name) mobile [protected]@‭ +91 [protected]‬ came and didn’t carry his id card saying aquarguard has outsourced my case to a company named global enterprises and gave a receipt of it. He did the servicing and replacement of membrane, carbon and sademade (That what he wrote... Not sure what was that) and took ₹4950 cash from me saying that they stopped taking cheque as few chequers got bounced and company doesn’t accept cheques anymore. After he left a leakage started from behind the machine. I called him but he didn’t turn up. This time i again called the customer care and logged a complaint of leakage and they sent me a guys who was genuinely from aquaguard and he confirmed that someone has come and duped me with local installation and faulty amc wherein they will never turnup for services. Moreover the office number of global enterprises shared by fakruddin is constantly switched off.
      I have one question to ask eureka forbes as how does these scrupulous guys get my details. There are loopholes in your system where customer information are leakage to these agencies and fellows who are in hunt of looting people.
      I want eureka forbes to look into these matter so that so more customer gets duped in future and refund my money or provide me a 1 yr amc in leu of my loss.

      I can provide the copy of the amc given by fakruddin for reference.

      I doubt your concern department is capable of resolving this issue. No update from Aquaguard and now I am thinking of discontinuing services with you and spread bad mouth to people about sloppy customer satisfaction.

        Hai, i have raised a complaint for servicing of my vacuum cleaner on August 31st, till today i have been calling the customer care daily the response get " sorry for the inconvenience mam, we shall take this on priority and dens a technician tomorrow" that tomorrow is never come from last one week, when i pt my ticket no, it says it is no longer valid m when i ask for escalation customer care executive (Mr Majib) says Escalation lines are busy and we will arrange a call back . ridiculous response from eureka Forbes - My complain no received in SMS is - [protected].

          the escalation management is very very poor

          We purchased Dr. Aquaguard just 2 months back and observed that water was not filling up. We called up the Executive. He sent an Engineer who said Motherboard is gone. We called him multiple times to follow up on the issue. But no response from him. We decided to escalate on it and called the Customer care where the SR was registered and closed though the issue was not resolved.

          Greetings to you. My name is Daniel Dhayanithi. I am the Pastor of Beroyah Prayer House (Church), Mayiladuthurai. Recently i have ordered six cc tv cameras from your company. Also i have purchased a vaccum cleaner from your company last December through which i gained whopping trust upon the quality products you offer from your company(Customer ID for Vaccum cleaner : [protected]). But i regret to inform that due to the following reasons i am completely displeased with the quality of products and services your company offers :

          1. A representative from your company, Puducherry visited our church on 07.07.2018 and the received the cheque for our order placed. The same cheque was encashed on 11.07.2018. After that representative did not even pick our phone calls for 20 days. Poor response.

          2. No proper guidance and information about the installation and wiring set up was given by your representative which to be done in prior for the installation of cameras.

          3. A service engineer came from your company who delivered us with two cameras and one hard disk instead of delivering six cameras on 27.07.2018. Partial delivery even after making full payment of the order placed.

          4. Service engineer blamed us for the poor direction given by your company representative for wiring set up in our church premises on 04.08.2018. When the customer is unaware of the product knowledge, how come service engineer can blame customers instead of directing us. Representative and service provider did not come together even a single time. Poor response to our phone calls and a very long delay in installation of cc tv cameras.

          5. Service engineer told us that what we have purchased is a poor quality camera and we need to buy better quality cameras from your company if we want to avoid blur image and waves in the video figures of the newly installed cameras.

          6. If the representative have told us to do cancel this order and place a new order for a better quality cc tv cameras we would have did that. Why didn`t the representative guide us to purchase a better quality cameras of your company when we asked for suggestion? And how come the service engineer can discourage us for the currently purchased quality cc tv cameras from your company.

          7.When the service engineer came hear on 04.08.2018, We asked to bring another one camera put a new place;but still we haven`t received any reply.

          8. It has been 2 months we paid for our order placed but we did not receive bill and customer id for our order.

          Kindly take notice of our regret to inform complaints of services and products rendered by your representative and service engineer on behalf of your company to us as customers, before we proceed for any further legal proceedings.

          It is not only that we complain out of infuriate experience but also it is our duty as customers to give you honest feedback.

            Sir,
            Since i am a customer o[censored]r company aquaguard for less than 1 year, i feel that i am trapped, cheated, & mentally harassed by ur service executives. I bought magma ro+w nxt origa on 17th oct 2017. But a few days ago, it stopped functioning & the red light blinked as a result of which i reported the matter to the customer care on 3rd of sept 2018. My service request no. Is [protected]. The same day ur service executive amit samantaray turned up but he was unable to fix the problem & left. From that day i am continuously calling ur call centre but till now nothing has been done.
            I think by now u might be able to imagine my state of mind and the problems i am facing till date.
            So sir, as in a senior position please tk appropriate steps so that people having faith on your big brand aquaguard need not to be dissapointed like this.

              It my experience with this company product and hope those would like to purchase the product from this company will think before purchasing.
              I purchased the product from eurekaforbes web site - dr. Aquaguard water purifiers.
              Its 4 times got repaired with 7 months and from the day one i purchased, product is not working correctly

              With in 7 months, 4 time repaired and quality of the water keep changing.

              How can i trust your product and how can i trust that it will not give me any problem after repairing 5th time with in 7 months.

              Its not about advisement about product and company should think of customer also...
              Now its not working and service team say contact sales team and sales team says contact service team.

                This is with regard to my water purifier aquaflow which is under your service contract

                When we renewed the contract the purfier was in perfect condition. After the service the purifier has been giving us a lot of problems. First after the technitian serviced it the purifier started leaking. After he solved it again in two days it started leaking. After reapeted phone calls the technitian came and then said the chamber needs to be replaced. After replacing the chamber also the problem was not solved. Then the circuit went off. Then when the technitian got my unit back the switches were not working. He said i would have to use the purifier this way only. But again after a couple of days it stopped working. Now the status is its not working and the technitian says the circuit has gone and it will take some time to get the purifier fixed. Its been more than 2months that the purifier is giving some or the other problem. A service contact is signed so we can maintain our instrument but here my unit has got spoilt instead of you people maintaining it. The person who come to repair it is

                  I bought eureka forbes vacuum cleaner model "ecicleanvacuum" on 24 th december 2017 and i have logged the complaint for the product not turn on due to power connectivity issue on 7/7/2018 but still now this issue not fixed and not providing proper responses from technician. I have contacted the customer care several time but they are replying with same resolution that it will be fixed one or two days. They are repeating this answer till now and raising new complaint whenever i give a call to customer care [protected]. Till now they have raised 5 complaints. I am very disappointed for their services and behavior.

                    I have purchased a megna (Nxt) ro+uv hd water purifier on 15/8/18. Since than it is not working properly. I received a machine with a different number which was shown on the box.                       We have paid all the emi and also have proof of noc issued from eureka forbes and also bank statements.

                      Madan lal associates are harrasing over the phone and threatening to pay money.

                      I don't understand why?
                      Looks like eureka forbes has done this to other customers as well.

                      Very bad experience and mental harrasment from eureka forbes and madan lal associates for no fault of the customer.

                        My product is under amc (Copy attached).
                        I am facing problem for the past 15 days. It is giving fault no. 5 with continuous beep. There is no outflow of water in drain pipe also.
                        Technician varun sharma ([protected]) has visited twice, changed sensor but to no use. Ultimately he said he cannot rectify and promised to bring along some senior technician 5 days back but till today no one has visited and he is not taking my call.
                        I got number of mr sandeep[protected] who further gave me the number of mr pandey[protected] who also further gave me the number of mr manoj dogra ([protected]).

                        This is total harrasement and i think they are not interested in changing the part.

                        I want total refund of my amc amount (Rs. 8680) now and do not wish to continue with this company.

                          I was previously staying at the following address.
                          Quarter no. Dakshini 6, pulses & oilseeds research station campus, ranibagan, berhampore, murshidabad, 742101.

                          In the end of march 2018 i shifted from berhampore to kharagpur due to my official transfer. My present address is
                          House of ram sundar dey, c/o. Late manindranath dey, opp. Of animal health centre, kaushallya, ward no. 25, kharagpur municipality, kharagpur, pschim midnapore, 721301.

                          Getting the message of renewal of amc, i personally made the request for renewal through sms (Twice) and accordingly service personnel of aquaguard talked to me. They have noted down my changed address. Apart from this the service personnel from my earlier station also noted the changed address and confirmed me that after the address change my renewal of amc will act. Unfortunately, more than a month is over as the due month of amc was july, 2018 but no action has been taken regarding the amc or the servicing of my water purifier.in this regard i am compelled to appeal through this forum so that my machine can get service properly within the currect amc contract.

Daily a new person contact us on & ask about the problem just for formality. Or different technicians visit our home & told we will give our report to the company. How long will we get these hurdles. We are daily buying mineral water from outside for cooking food & drink.

                              I have purchased Eureka Forbes Super Clean Vaccum Cleaner on 7 July 2018 from Amazon.in. Since after purchase, Vaccum Cleaner was having manufacturing defect, wiring problem, so sometimes it was working and sometimes not. The connection of wire is loose so if wire turns left or right while using, the power disconnects. I called amazon seller about the issue and they said please call Eureka Forbes customer care. I called Eureka Forbes customer care around 4th Aug and they registered the complaint. The complaint no. was [protected]. They ensured me that I will get the replacement within 2 days. After 3-4 days one service executive visited my home and he took the details. After that no progress. Again on 11th or 12th Aug I called Eureka Forbes customer care and they said currently our systems are down and we cannot fetch your complaint and again they have taken now complaint and said it will be resolved within 2 days. Again after that no progress. Now again I called customer care today, i.e., 31st Aug. Again today they have taken new complaint. Almost 1 month and my product is not replaced. Please help.

I am daily getting calles from Eureka Forbes and everyday they are just asking the details again and again and no action is being taken yet. Everyday new person is calling and asking for the details. How many times shall I give the details. When you will take action actually and replace the product?

                                I have purchased a product of eureka forbes water purifier on 15/8/18 model megna (nxt) ro+uv; the first hurdle I got when the machine number in box and on the machine are different. The machine gave us so many problems in fifteen days such as leakage, automatically shut down etc. Nearly 6 to 7 time the technician are visited to repair it but finally it is off now. The technician told that it couldn't be repaired. Now I am with a closed machine with no solution.

                                      I purchased a new megna ro+uv water purifier in jaipur city on 27.10.2017 vide invoice no.[protected]. This machine is under warranty at present.

                                      We noticed that it's red light started blinking and water flow got reduced. So next day ie on 18th august, i lodged the service complaint and requested to send the mechanic as early as possible.

                                      I am very sorry to inform you that service request no [protected] dated[protected] has not been resolved as yet in spite of regular persuasion by me.

                                      After lodging the complaint i reminded daily for sending the the mechanic. After 3 days ie on 21-08-18 a mechanic named mr aditya came. He saw the machine and told that cartilages of machine are to be changed which is not covered under warranty and asked me to take amc. I immediately gave him a cheque of rs 9400/- and took amc for 2 years. He assured me that he will install new cartilages next day ie in 22.08.18.

                                      But he has not come till today even after a lapse of one week, although i am daily reminding him on his mobile. I also called mr rajeev agrawal, service head on his mobile but he did not pick my phone.

                                      We did not know that after sales service of eureka forbes ltd. Is so poor otherwise i would not have purchased this machine from this co.

                                      Now i request you to please resolve my problem, otherwise i will be compelled to lodge the complaint in consumer court since you are playing with the health of my family.
