Auqaguard gives worst service as compare to other companies.in 2017 we purchase a aquaguard water purifier with in one month a water pump stop working then we complain to company after 2 months technician come and replace the water pump. We think that a technician comes from aquaguard and he replace with the original one but he install duplicate water pump as seen in images below. So my recommandation is not to buy product of this company

    A salesperson named santosh sakpal visited me from eureka forbes on 29-sep-2018. He did mis-sellibg by giving false facts about uv product and placed order. I paid rs. 2000/- cash to him. On further inquiry i came to know that product is not worth so i asked him to cancel the order in evening. But he did not cancel it and try to convince me for other products. I also complained to eureka forbes customer care, they took all details. Then delivery camefor the order on 03-oct-2018 but we refused and item got returned. I have followed up times to customer care and 100 times with sales person but he is not ready to return advance cash taken from me.

    With just replying on twitter don't help, if you know all the details why you are asking same details on Twitter rather than helping me out by calling your back end team and salesperson to refund my advance payment. It seems your salespersons are underpaid and hence to compensate them and keep motivated your company is not doing anything for past 2 weeks after 15-20 times follow up on your call centre. T&C of order says if any advance amount not taken within 3 months then it will be forfeited by company and salesperson, your company as a hole doing the same rather than refunding my money. I am going to file FIR against your salesperson in nearby police station by tomorrow if you don't return this money.

      Iam using aquaguard ro filter for the past 12 years, during initial usage i was checked the tds level as 40 to 60, but after some time i forgot to remind the maintenance person for tds checkups, for the past 2 years i am experiencing some health problem related to vitamins & minerals, so 2 weeks back i purchased tds meter and shocked to see the tds of only 10, then i complaind to customer care, they told that tds cannot be changed, and if we change the memberne it will cost rs.2500, since it is in amc, why i have to pay& and also is not my fault to maintain tds level, it is the duty of the eureka forbes for service & maintaining tds level, so it is very horrible to hear from customer service. So i decided to stop new amc and go for new brand ro other than aquaguard and also i will inform to all my friends group & relatives, not to buy aquaguard in future.

        Eurekha forbes cheating customers.

        Please please stay away from this company products.
        I bought a water purifier few years back. I am renewing the amc every year trusting the word of my entire product will be taken care. Now when the motor of the purifier got repaired, i was shocked to hear it wont be covered in the amc. Apart from spending 4500 for amc renewal, eurekha forbes making me pay 3500 for motor replacement which brings to 60 to 70 % of the product cost itself.

        They want to extract money from the customer till last blood giving false promises. Please dont buy any product from this company.

          Sir/madam,

          I brought your reviva nxt water purifier on sept 11, 2018. It was working fine until 4 days ago when the indicator light would go to green, red, blue and back to green and, water would stop flowing into the tank. I called up customer service at [protected] on oct 2 and they sent your technician mr veerendra ([protected]) on oct 3. He came in late in the evening and said that the power adapter was the problem and that he will bring a new one and replace it on oct 4. He did not come on 4th and, he has not come until today!! I have been calling your customer service line and have done so 2 times a day for the past 3 days. Every time i call, they tell me their application is being upgraded and ask for my name, address and other details each time i call. This is utterly frustrating. My problem has not been resolved and your customer service reps further aggravate my problem by asking for details every time i call. Upon calling mr veerendra, myself, he tells me that stores needs to send him the part and he is not sure if the part has been ordered.

          As a customer i do not think i need to hear about your application problem nor your inventory of parts status. All i need is to get pure water from the machine at my house for drinking – something i have not been able to do for the past 4 days!!

          A brand new purifier just 3 weeks old having a power supply adapter problem is something i can understand – but, taking 5 days to get a replacement power adapter is absolutely unacceptable.

          Please take the machine back and refund the money. I will go find another company that has better customer support and does care for its customer.

            I purchased your above model water purifier sl, no. [protected] last year. Since then till date i have not been provided even one of the two free services for the equipment during the first year. Even after repeated calls nobody turned up. The recent service requests [protected] dated 16th sept. And [protected] dated 4th october have not been addressed.
            I am very dissatisfied by the utter disregard to customer care. Will someone take initiative and ensure that the equipment is serviced immediately on free of cost.

              For filtering of water to make it use as drinking water the machine was repaired by the eureka forbes agent came in the vidyalaya on 24 or 25 september 2018, but even after his servicing machine was not giving proper filter water compatible for drinking it was giving sone rashes or some impurities in it, since i made a lot of complaint of it telephonically to the agent but after that also there was no proper step taken by them even we had paid them the charge claimed by them.

                Do not take a service contract with eureka forbes!!! Absolutely useless! I took a contract last year in august. Not one visit!!! When you call they promise someone will be in touch. If perchance a technician calls (Rare event) they do not come.
                I called again on 16-june 2018 & complained bitterly. I was assured i would get a call. Nothing. Called again on 20th & requested to speak to a manager. I was transferred to "vinayak". He assured me that he would call back in 30 minutes. That was 2 days ago...
                I called today & spoke to "vinayak" again. He seemed "surprised" that i had had no call as he had escalated my service request. He has promised to call back. More #.

                Obviously eureka forbes does not feel that customers have an option so they can treat them like rubbish.

                Time to boycott companies who have no idea of after sales service. I am going to "escalate" this to consumer protection.

                  I have bought eureka forbes vacuum cleaner 3 months ago, but shortly this starts malfunctioning and when i complaints to eureka forbes then his reply came that currently we have no technician available in your area so we will take 1-2 months to resolve the issue.

                  But, sir my business totally dependent upon this vacuum cleaner and if i not get the services in 2-3 working days then we will suffer a lot.

                    I have purchased my order on 9 Sept 2018 and return same product. Request has been raised on 24th for refund from eureka forbes. There is not any update from there. I daily need to call eureka forbes and need to take follow up about refund and it is not my job ok?. Its your job to verify customer get refund on time or not just like you are verifying product has been delivered on time or not?. Yesterday i call at your service number '[protected]'.
                    Your service executive told me that your Floor Team Lead having name shakti will send transaction details of refund on my register email id but there is no updated from your end. I call till 15 minutes on your '[protected]'. but none of your executive is receiving call of mine. Even the sales person Mr Ravi Pal (Ahmedbad branch) Emp code EMP CODE 9059726 not receiving call. I need total solution today End of the day otherwise i am going to file a case against eureka forbes in consumer court of india. Third class service and totaly fraud company.

                        I have raised my first complaint on 18 sep [protected] for water overflow and taste not good to drink.
                        Service people came and went 3 times so far but same problem exists still today and i am not able to drink water and use water purifier.
                        [protected], [protected], [protected] complaints raised for the same above problem. Still my issue was not resolved. I have contacted escalation teams (Praveen, sridhar, farhad) many times around 6 times so far. Still my issue has not resolved and i have wasted almost 1 to 2 hours daily contacting your customer care service people for the past 3 weeks. Getting frustrated to call customer service people with out getting the issue resolved by wasting time and money calling to your helpline number which is chargeable. Looting money by keeping on hold. On 02nd and 3rd of october i called 5 times to customer service people to connect to escalation team they said tha currently escalation team is busy in attending other calls and i will get a call back after sometime. Till today i never got a call from you people. Just don’t escape from people just saying like this. If you want to do the service please provide a genuine promise. Don’t make false promises like these.
                        Leaving all these aside please let me know when my problem will get resolved and whom i need to contact. For the past one week almost daily i called you people for the technician visit to look at the problem. Just one time technician visited my home and done something which is not fixed and in no time the same problem occurred again. I asked technician to wait for 5 minutes to check the issue for overflowing and teste of water once it gets full, the reply i get from him is he is busy and can’t wait. Do you guys think are we guys free by calling you guys for almost 1 to 2 hours daily and be inline for you guys to lift the call and be in hold waiting for the escalation team to answer telling again and again the same old stories wasting valuable time and money.
                        This is just like a sh*.
                        Please arrange a good senior technician who understands and can fix the problem, it’s already 3 weeks we can not drink water from purifier and is under warranty which is again being wasted for which the worst service they are providing

                          Hello team,
                          This is to bring to your kind notice that i am being cheated while buying amc for my aquagaurd reviva ro from past 3 years through a high level scam.

                          I generally call up on your service helpline number mentioned on your website to book an amc. Everytime i do that i get a call from an agency called 'aquacare insurance' and they come and change filters. They ask for the random money (Sometimes 5k, sometime 4.8k). Thinking that the technician is from aquagaurd i would always pay him and he will produce the bill for the same with aquacare written on it.

                          This time similar thing happened and fortunately i got a call from eureka forbes directly that they are sending the technician for amc. The technician checked everything and said that the filters placed were local and they didn't have proper markings.

                          This is really weird because of following things :
                          1. How can my customer id, details and phone number is getting leaked by eureka forbes to these fraudulent agencies?

                          2. Why not you educate consumers about such incidents and atleast make us understand how should we check and differentiate between original and local filters.

                          3. None of these technicians are able to produce valid id of eureka forbes when asked.

                          4. I have already paid for the amc now. How to get original filters changed again.

                          Do care to reply to this email, else this will go to social media, consumer courts, cyber police and police station.
                          I will call up police next time your technicians visit my place.

                          I have tried complaining about the incident through multiple means but none of your customer are representatives care about customers. Like i said all my personal details are being leaked by you.

                            Your franchise at forest park is harassing regarding supply of multiutility brush that i have intimated one month back. Your sales executives are insisting for exchange.                               The water purifier stopped working and service executive informs us that the candle needs to be replaced. The product is only 4 months old and its strange. Also although the product is new as in 4 months old and under warranty they are saying that the candles which cost rs 4, 500 is not covered and only service is covered under warranty. This seems like cheating the consumer by saying the product is under warranty and yet the parts are not covered. Also its been only 4 months and since we use municipal water, there is no way that the parts get damaged. Please help in protecting our interests from such kind of cheating and fraud.

                                This is in continuation with my last complaint raised against eureka forbes ro enhance. I had my problem resolved in 18-july-2018. Complain was raised below website

                                Now again a new trouble arising, equipment does not power on.
                                The equipment was bought from vasanth co north usman road on 06-june-2018. This is my third equipment of aqua products. I had not been troubled by any of the other two equipment as much as this ro enhance.
                                This is giving a poor customer experience about ro product.in my previous complaint, i had raised a concern for product and asked for replacement, but it was managed with some minor tweak. But this is not going to work in long run. I have receiving trouble again and again on this new product. Please replace the product as this piece appears to have major manufacturing defect, with minor tweak it may work but every month or 2, i do not want to be troubled again and again.

                                On 4th Oct 2018, it was addressed by your service engineer, he replaced the solenoid valve in the product which appears to be working fine without knocking noise now. But still sometimes I am facing loose contact. Power led in the unit still flicker sometimes but that is rare. Still there is minor problem like water leak(few drops) in external filter. I will raise a service request after 1 or 2 month after inspecting it properly. Overall the problem is resolved by 75%. However I feel that this particular unit of mine has severe manufacturing defects as this is 3rd time attended by technician in span of 3 months. However I must admit that your service and dedication to your customer is excellent especially the followup on resolution of the issue, I received call from both mumbai and chennai office inquiring about resolution.and response time was minimal.

                                Now I again checked the equipment and opened the power cord from the adapter and reconnect it back. It was because of loss contact between the power adapter and the equipment. I am resolving the complain for now, will get back again if problem reappears.

                                  I purchased dr. Aquagaurd, magna 11 months back,... Till now i didnt get any free service or cleaning suggestion, since one month my water purifier is not working but service not providing, many complaints given to costomer care, eventhough till now no technician has come for service,... After 5th time complaint, one technician called and asked for warrenty, i clarified that it is still in warrenty, then he replied as not interested to give service...

                                    I purchased aquagaurd from online from a sales representative devaraju, 8th mile, bangalore... Whenever i called immediately he came and installed the purifier, he collected on demand more than 1500 as original price... One year service free he said. But till now no one has come to clean or for service. From one month its not working, i gave many complaints to costomer care but till now they didnt send anybody,... For every complaint they wil start with your mobile number is not registered with us, from fun is the same number i gave complaints till now 6 times, i recieved the acknowledge messages from them. What i feel is i wasted 20 thousand rupees for such an worst product,... Till now i didnt get even one free service also. How can i get my money back from the company, this cheating should not be faced by anybody...

                                      This is ayush srivastava, from dist - baran, rajasthan. This is to inform you that since last 15 days i am facing leakage problem from outer filter casing. So many times, i call your service provider who is responsible for service in my area. He always confirmed for his visit, but by the end of day never come.
                                      At time of compliant he asked for history of all internal filters replacement.
                                      I told him that few months back all filters are replaced.
                                      Then he was upset, and told ok sir i will sent any body. But unfortunately, 15 days completed, no one visit for services... Why he is forcing me to replace all filters, whose charges of rs. 2500/-...
                                      I am sorry to say, but now in future i never sustain/believe with your product and also i may visit for judiciary.

                                        Recently purchase a new dr aquaguard machine ag, exchange of my old classic machine, through your sales person adarsa lenka, before purchase a machine he commitment with me he will give a cover of the machine on foc, but after instalation of the machine he is not yer give the cover, for this matter i have call to him so many times but, he is always playing with me today tomorrow. Also my amc of old machine to be trf to my new machine, as per his advice, but i have not yet receive the letter from from you,
                                        Now i decide to stop pmt. Of the chq, which ihave given to him on dt30.09.18, & kindly take your machine & refund my adv cash rs 1000/- with old machine & amc coly which was taken by adarsa lenka, i will purchase kent aquaguard immediately

                                        I Pankaj kumar pattanayak, customer ID-[protected], recently purchase a Dr Aquaguard ag, Exchange of OLd classic machine through your sale person Adarsa Lenka, but your sales person is failure his committment, that he will give a cover of the machine, he has committment with me before take order of the machine but, for this matter I have call to him so many times, but he is playing with me today tomorrow, also I have not yet receive the AMC copy ag, TRF from my old machine to New Machine which the copy of AMC of old machine has taken by Adarsa Lenka, Now I Am going to STOP PMT OF MY pDC chq, on 30.09.18, which I have given, so you please take your machine & return my old machine with AMC copy, I wil purchase KENT Aguaguard immediately
