Have purchased a water purifier in july2018 which after installation the technician said it is a defective piece. After multiple follow ups raised a request for a replacement. There was a lot of time delay and lack of responsibility from all the teams. I had to call the call center daily, hourly to get the same replaced. Then recieved the replacement. Ms saumya from the online team mentioned to me on call that they currently only have all defective pieces and the product is out of stock. But they again sent the defective piece in replacement. Again another defective product. The technician who installed said it is defective. So then again multiple calls and emails to get my issue answered. Again noone answering to calls or emails. I had put a complaint for refund since this would be a third replacement.
The online team is puting on other department and noone answers. The issue i escalated and now the manager also does not respond.. No person in eureka is helping getting my issue solved and an getting troubled as i have to call up to know the status. The issue is not attended and still am troubled. Due to the issue, i m spending daily money to buy water from out and call daily atleast 10 times to call center, online center to get the issue resolved. But there is not a single person who is helping to get my issue resolved.

There is no updated from the Eureka Forbes. The machine is collected almost 2 weeks back and noone has updated for the refund.
I am trying to call all the dept but noone is assisting to confirm and get my money back

Hello Shiraz,

No, the issue is not addressed. I have not received my refund and no confirmation on the same as well.
Mr. Vinith Jain was to share the details since few days and nothing recived. I called today to ask and they said they would call me today evening. But no call received. Please help as this is from July that i am struggling.

    I don't understand why anything can be so superbly pathetic until i met eureka forbes. The so called executive assured me a service of my now defunct dr. Aquaguard by 4:00 pm of the previous day i. E., 20/09/2018. However it's 21 of the next day and still no reply whatsoever.
    Even before that on 19/09/2018, i personally called the technician directly and the answer was "i am busy today but i'll try tomorrow" and that tomorrow never came.
    I failed to understand why's there so lackadaisical attitude that a supreme company like you are holding. You should understand that the product is not a desire/want but a necessity. The product has been in a non-performing state since the 18th and it's 21st today. Accidently you might have some understanding as to how hardship we may possibly be facing.
    I don't have the leisure to keep calling and running pillar to post everywhere. Moreover the product is just a month old. You didn't took time to install. But after the installation the "forget it" attitude is amusing.
    Kindly treat this with supreme urgency and dedication.

      With reference to the above service contract, I would like to inform you that this AMC was for a period of 3 years from 11th December, 2015.

      During first service your technician changed the carbon granules etc. After that it has not been replaced till now. I had brought this to your technician`s notice about 7 to 8 months back, since the taste of water had changed, but nothing happened from your side, eventhough, I brought to the notice of your representatives during their subsequent visits.

      Hence, I lodged the complaint on your customer care number on 20th, 23rd and 25th August, 2018 under reference nos.[protected], [protected] and [protected] respectively. Your technician attended all the 3 calls but did not replace the consumables for which I had lodged the complaint specifically on every occasion. Every time he attended to the leakage problem, which resurfaces again after 1 or 2 days of it`s rectification (This leakage problem is there for more than 1 year).

      After all this I visited your office in Kalyan (west) on 31st August and met Mr. Shakti to lodge my complaint. He checked the details on his laptop and confirmed that there is deficiency in service. He assured me that he will get the job done in a day or two. But I am sorry to say till this moment (20/09/2018 - 4.00 p.m.) no body has come. I would like to add that the leakage problem has surfaced again.

      I therefore expect that you take the necessary steps and also explanation.

      If you don`t attend the problem urgently, then I have no other option but to approach the consumer court.

        In the installed machine error message fault sen -1e is reflecting on the display screen. No water supply output. Machine no. B074w6tgzh is not working since last 7 days. Number of times complaint has been registered in phone. Pl attend the same at the earliest. Because the machine is installed at crucial location in power plant.           The company reputation has gone rusty. They just sell warranty and do not honor the agreement. Talking to customer care people is now a daily task till you get your things done. Be it 8-10-15 days. Your request/complaints will not be attended. That's how they survive in the competitive market. It has been 8 days and counting. My Water purifier is still in the box and waiting to get installed.May be this will ring some bells.

            I have an Aquaguard water purifier at home that started leaking water about a week back. I called up the Eureka Forbes helpline and lodged a complaint for the same. A technician visited our house and after checking the unit, concluded that a rusty portion in the exterior was responsible for the leak and that it would take a few days for the replacement part to arrive.
            However, he requested us to officially mark the complaint as resolved on the spot and said that he’ll be back with the parts when they arrive. He’s no longer picking our calls and is completely ignoring us.
            I again lodged a complaint, and another technician arrived and dismantled the entire unit, saying that he’ll be back with the replacement part in a day or two. He has been ignoring our calls too, and so are the people at Eureka Forbes headquarters.
            I want to use this incident as a proof that Eureka Forbes have a critically poor service network for substandard products, and will advise other potential customers to stay away from purchasing any Aquaguard model and go for some other competitor product.

              I bought Dr Aquaguard one and. half months back. But for some reasons it stopped working today. As per your guidelines I asked for servicing through sms request. The technician who came to attend could do nothing and worrying part is that he came to attend my old Aquagard machine(gold nova) as my Dr Aquaguard is not yet updated in the system. They (servicing center) called me several times for deleting the old one and updating new one. Surprisingly not yet done till today. Selling the product and achieving target should not be the only motto. Highly disappointed.

                  This is nilesh sarvaiya from kandivali mumbai had purchased a water purifier of brand name aquaguard of rs.13000/- on nov-2017.

                  From very third day product started providing an issues and we thereby informed aquaguard cc team to look into by sending an engineer. I even ask for the replacement but they assured me the issue won't be arising now. Very disappointing to say first each month i need to log an issue and now it happens every fortnightly.

                  After spending a hefty amount we still are not satisfied with the product as it calls for regular fortnightly services which was never expected from such a brand in a competitive market. We couldn't bear after a warranty period such charges on fortnightly basis.

                  Therefore would request you to look into the matter and provide me with replacement.

                  Yet yesterday 16th september 2018, aquaguard machine functioning got hampered and issue was discussed with senior team members mrs. Suchita harpalle, mr. Vijay patil and mrs. Shraddha. Again like earlier months new technician comes and repair it out for functioning for more 15 days. It's now a torching us and re-again requesting for refund of amount or immediate replacement.

                    May 2018 purchased aquaguard reviva ro from sales executive gajanan mandalik (Id[protected] committed 1aquaguard bottle on giving 5 references & 5 bottles on 1 referred people purchase. After purchase, he took my references & committed 1 bottle within a week but he didn't. Meanwhile i knew that he contacted my references & my customer id yet didn't register in system but when i asked him, in very unprofessional & illmannerd way he replied that he didnot mention my references with my customer id & he won't + committed bottles took by his sisters & i have no right to ask about it + himself said go & lodge complaint against him & when i asked for the same then he said forget your bottle.
                    Is this the professionalism & mannerism to deal with the consumer???
                    If he is behaving as such then what about his seniors???
                    Consumer won't die for a gift but commitment is the base for trust on the company.
                    Very bad experience with eureka forbes.

                        Wrost service experience i ever seen in my life😭😡
                        I brought aquaguarde superb water purifier from mangalore city centre on last september. I called customer care thousands of times for service till the date not made a single service from your side. Till the purchase date i’m facing problems from your side..
                        Please🙏🙏🙏 stop selling such a wrost product. It’s my first and last product from aquaguard brand.

                          Your team staff mr avanar was given wroung commtment and sell the water purifier. Very next day his phone are not working and no response, and another staff mr. Arul also guide to us and collected the bank statement, but no one mention for emi payment extra charge to be collect, he said cost of machine is 16000/- and emi cheque collect 16080/- 8 cheques, bur extra 2000/-

                              I have purchased aquaguard magna nxt through credit card payment through chennai nandambakkam trade center. During the time of purchase your sales executive promised me of one watch (Not provided yet) and havn't provided any receipt for that (Given on fake receipt). I've complaint call center still no response from them. Sales execcutives person govindaraj (Emp no :[protected] mobile no:[protected] & vishnu mobile no :[protected] not at all responding. When they were selling they informed us anually maintence free & only filter need to change per year, that too cost 1325 only. But when installation person telling the different story. Pls don't promise that ur company can't full fill. Higly disappointment and unsatisfied for this whole process.

                                I have raised a service request on 5th sep, we got a message stating we will be contacted in two days. We try and get in touch with you guys on daily basis and the reply we get is technician is on the way, we sit at home cancel all our plans to make sure technician does not return, however everytime no one turns up.

                                Mr. Shiv shankar, your employee came to my house and told that he wants to service my water filter. He showed me your company i. D so i took him in my house. I had made no complaint or called for service of filter.
                                After a few minutes he said filter is alright and started advertising about the air purifier which i refused to hear.

                                He then stuck a label containing his name and telephone number on the cover of my water filter without my permission as i was out of kitchen. The label is not coming out and has spoilt my water filter cover and hence i request you to replace the cover immediately.

                                He had no business to enter people house by saying a lie that he has come for service and than stick his label on our cover.

                                To repeat please replace the water filter cover as it was spoilt by your employee. Trust you shall revert soon in the matter and people like mr. Shiv shankar do not enter our houses with wrong reasons. If i do not receive any reply within the next few days i shall have no alternative but to take it up with higher authorities. This is a total wrong business practice which your employees are doing to promote air purifier. A few months back also a person wanted to meet for air purifier but i refused to talk to him.

                                  I dont knw if there is any use in submitting this complaint.. Anyways i need to try this one too.. I had bought dr. Aquaguard magna nxt hd ro+uv water purifier nearly 2 months back.. It stopped working on 24th of last month suddenly.. I have been calling, requesting and finally bursting out with ur service members for the past three weeks.. I even contacted to your head office.. And thankfully u guys havent even contacted me to provide ur service.. I am surprised by this pathetic response from a company like urs for a product just 2 months old... I am fed up off calling u guys... So may be this is the final option..

                                    Dear sir,
                                    I paid rs. 4305.00 for amc contract on 10 september, 2018.in one of my complaints, executive came and tell me to replace adopter. Adopter will charge rs.1700 extra. I said i don't want to pay it. I don't want to replace my adopter. So please refund my amc money. Guys denying refund. Please help me get the refund. It's my right to pay for adopter. They are actually forcing me by not refunding my money to pay extra for adopter. There is no possibility of my water filter to work without adopter and i don't want to pay extra for adopter. Please help me get my money back.
                                    I am asking a valid refund because i don't want to pay extra for adopter and without adopter, filter isn't working. There must be a provision to repair pump under annual maintenance program because i don't have money to pay for repair. It's better if company look forward to take this case seriously.

Post 9 days there is no resolution an the service person is not picking my phone. Customer service team cutting my call rather providing solution.                                       I am prashanth living in bangalore. Almost 16 months back i purchased water purifier aquasure xpert ro+uv. And i have taken amc for 2 years.in march 2018 your service engineer has taken to his office for replace the pcb of the machine after that service i am facing lot of issues with this purifier. I am here by attaching all service request slip and amc documents. I am not able to use the same. I am not at all interest with this machine and your service response. Please replace the new machine i doesn't want my existing machine otherwise i will complent to consumer court regarding this.
