I have got a Aquaguard Water Purifier bought from Thrissur on 27.01.2016 with serial number [protected]. It is working very well and I am happy on its performamce. During one year warranty, Aquaguard has done the services.
After communication with Aquaguard, the Technician visited on 26.06.18 and did service, changing two filters (1st Service of AMC) and I paid him Rs. 4, 525/ for an AMC for three years. He issued a Contract Receipt. No.[protected] with Company Hologram.
On 26th July 2018, I receved a SMS from Eureka that AMC number is [protected]. And another SMS thanking for the payment of Rs. 4525/-. Also the Customer Code was given as [protected].
Then I got a SMS on 07.08.2018 at 10.50am: "Your Service Request number [protected] has been allocated to technician Mr. Sanju Samson TSA...". And on same day atAT 11.40am, received another SMS : Your service request has been attended. For future...". And on 08.08.2018 at 8.00am another SMS was receved "Dear P. Gopinathan...help us to serve..."
But I confirm that I havent requested for any service request. Also no technician has visited to service my water purifier. So I sent an email mentioning all these incidents to customer care of Eureka Forbes on 08.08.2018 at 11.25am. I receved reply from them that a technician will attend to the complaint. But I replied them that they should find out how the SMS was sent. A technician cannot find out this matter by attending here in my residence. Only they can find out the matter from their system, how false messages reahed me. So I wrote that I suspect some fraudulant activities on this issue. Each time I sent the same story that somebody will visit you to solve the problem. They did not find out where the mistake is. Each time I sent reply to their mail, they are escalating the request giving a new number, but same subject. This continuing now also. More than 10 emails are sent and also receved until 3.30pm 0n 14.08.2018. But the story is same. Still they couldn't find out the problem.
Another complaint on a mistake in the Seral Number of the Equipment. When I opened the AMC details from the Company Web, I found out that the serial number entered in their AMC documents are wrong. Somebody has entered a wrong Serial Number in the AMC. I have informed them, but no action is yet taken. Every time they are escalaing but their reply is same.
