We purchased a new water purifier on 24.09.2018 and received the product after 3days. We clearly informed the sales person mr. Chalapatti that we are available only after 7pm he agreed to it and said he'll get a person for installation. But after many follow up they came to install only on saturday. But the machine had issue, it started to leak then we decided to cancel the product then the sales and service person they will order a new water purifier and asked us to cancel the product thru customer service. We did as they said but later we got call from aqua guard saying that they could replace the product instead of cancelling as the product charge will increase by 1000. We clearly said we will not pay anything extra as it is not our fault. As we faced lot of problems from customer service and sales person we decided to cancel the product and don't want any replacement or new product as the service was really bad at aqua guard. After cancellation the person did not come to uninstall the product after so many follow they came on 9th to uninstall the product after which we informed customer service that the product is being uninstalled and requested them to arrange for the pick up. But till date no one has come to pick up the product. The company has such a good name in the market but due to very bad customer service the company's rating will come down. Please consider this issue as we faced lot of problems with this product. We trust that this complain would be taken seriously as we want say more but could not explain in the written message.

    My aquaguard has stopped functioning and the service person has informed me that the filter and uv both are not working and needs to be changed. I was informed warrenty is for 1year from the date of purchase.
    Invoice no is [protected] and order no is[protected] and po is [protected].
    Adress is sai krupa mirabais, chalston road, cobra vaddo, calangute, goa 403516. Even though the warranty is for one year, how can a filter and uv get spoilt or stop working in under 2yrs???
    Request you to look into it and let me know your plan of action on my above query and guide me on what needs to be done.

      Dear madam/ sir,

      Sub: this is regarding fraudulent and cheating by person who owns franchisee by name ‘classic marketing’ for eureka forbes products in tumkur, karnataka india.

      The frachisee owner and the service boy stole money from us of rs.2000/- in the name of repairing our auqaguard product ‘universal water purifier - ro +uv +uf’ in addition to dammagiung the adopter in the name of checking the power issues. The adopter costs around rs.1500/-.

      We had purchased auqaguard product ‘universal water purifier - ro +uv +uf’ in 2016 from the fracise shop ‘classic marketing’, located at the address below:
      1st floor, taluk panchayat shopping complex, m g road, tumkur-572101.

      The concerned person is mr. Renuka prasad (Ph: +91-[protected] and +91-[protected]), the owner of the franchisee classic marketing’ for eurekaforbes.

      When we purchased the product from this franchisee, the person wrote above mentioned contact details on the receipt and asked to call the number written on it for any issues.

      We faced problem with our aquaguard unit which stopped working even power was not working in the last week of sep’18. Hence my mother who lives in tumkur tried reaching the number written on the receipt. Mr. Renuka prasad kept replying that his person will come to inspect the problem and nobody turned out even after a week. Then when i went to my hometown (I live in bangalore), i tried calling the person on 6th oct’18. I received a call from the service boy mr. Chetan (Ph: +91-[protected]) that he would visit in the afternoon.

      Service boy came in the noon and checked the unit, we explained the problem and also asked to replace the filters. He removed the unit back cover and said, fuse might have gone. Then later he said mother board might have gone and needs to be replaced. He said it will cost around rs.3000/-. Then to my shock he cut the adopter wire. I asked why are you cutting the adopter wire, he said, may be the wire has gone and need to check the wire condition. He went on to cut the wire. Now it cannot be used anymore.

      Later he said, i need to get the filters and also need to get the spare board and demanded advance of rs.2000/-. He also said as it is a saturday, and he has to go to the go-down for the spares and pay the money otherwise it stock team will not give the parts.

      We called up the franchisee owner mr. Renuka prasad and explained him the situation and also told him that service boy is demanding advance or rs.2000/-. Prasad asked us to give the advance of rs.2000/- and we paid him the advance. Service boy said he will give the receipt in the evening.

      Seviceboy took the money and said will return in the evening or late night if possible. We waited, he did not turn up. When we called him he said, he will come next day (7th oct’18) around 11 am.

      We waited the whole day on 7th oct, no body turned up. When we called the franchisee owner, he gave irresponsible rude reply, he said “service boy will come, you need to wait”.

      Next day i took off from my work for the work since my mother is not well and had to drink the purified water (Which is the reason why we put so much of money in buying this product which costs us rs.23000/-).

      I had to return to my work on tuesday (8th oct’18). I kept calling both renuka and chetan every day at least 3 times a day. Unfortunately nobody bothered to respond to my calls for over a week till 15th oct’18. It is a simple case of cheating and fraudulent by renuka prasad who runs the franchisee and chetan works there.

      Since we waited for long, my mother got the aquaguard issue fixed through our relative (Replacing the filters only). There was no issue with the board, there was a loose connectivity inside which is fixed at no extra cost. We paid for the new adopter (Since the previous one was damaged by the ‘classic marketing’ franchisee)

      On 15th oct the service boy, answered my call and said he will coming with another person. I told him that you need to bring the adopter also. We just wanted somebody to come so that we can collect our money back and the new adopter.

      When chetan came along with another service boy, we told him that we got it repaired since my mother is not well and we could not wait for long without any response from.

      Chetan told us to visit the franchisee the same day around 4 pm (Since renuka prasd will come to office at 4 pm) in the evening to collect the money and the new adopter as he has already given the money to renuka prasad. When we tried calling renuka prasad he simply denied to give back the money and said, he has invested so much money in getting the franchisee i cannot just give back the money. His response was very rude to my mother over the call. My mother felt like he is kind of rowdy when she heard him over the call. This is very threating to an elderly women.

      My mother and i went to franchisee at 4 pm which is located in 1st floor. My mother who has undergone knee surgery (Doctor’s had advised her not to claim stairs) claimed to 1st floor in pain. We found the shop was locked and waited for 15 minutes. I tried calling both renuka and chetan. No one responded.

      I also learnt that from his neighboring shops and few other ex-survive boys who worked here earlier that mr. Renuka prasad targets elderly people and has cheated many in tumkur in the pretend of service.

      Sir, we trust eureka forbes and the products and the service aftersales that is why we blindly select the products from you without comparing with any other brand.

      I would like to suggest that please recall the franchisee given to ‘classic marketing’ which targeting, cheating and stealing money from the customers who trust you. We the customers would be at least able to give good feedback afterwards.

      I hope you would consider the request and understand our pain and help us in getting our hard earned money of rs.2000/- and the new adopter which is damaged by these fraudulent people ‘renuka prasad and chetan’.

        Since many years we are in annual maintenance contract with eureka forbes. Recent, times their services are very bad may be lack of knowledge, trained personnel. Or negligence towards customers.
        My machine is out of service since 12 days, and nobody is ready to solve the problem. They are good enough to allot many reference numbers to our requests and everybody says it escalating to higher authorities, but there is no solution for my problem.

          This is to inform to your good self that we serve with your organisation more than with 24 year or as confirm employee 13 years, when we are in service we assured that we get the pf benifits within one month, but sorry to say for the worst experience we are facing by your team and employee's responsible. They did't even bother to pick the call of their ex emp. My request is my emp code is 9007368 six time we send the documents to our hr dept through our seniors & accounts also, but till now result was as equal to nill, as today we visit to pf dept office for get some assistance, as discuss with the officer they confirm that our amount was deducted as pf but deposit in some trust as emp pf amount.. So request you to please release my pf as soon as possible, hope that was my final reminder to team & got my all befits within week...

            I purchased aquaguard ro+uv+uf water purifier, sr no [protected] on aug 2026. Since then it started showing defects. First it stopped working all of a sudden. Next the water is overflowing all the time. I contacted aquaguard customer care many times. Very poor and delayed response. After one month the technician will come, charge high amount in the name of repair. Within two to three days the problem will be as it is. After spending lot of money we are now unable to use it. Complete waste of money. Now since two months i called the technician, but till now they have not visited even. Such negligence is not acceptable from a reputed company.

              My water purifiers pump makes a huge noise and when i complained the techinician said the pump need to be replace and it cost about rs.4.5k. When i said ok for it, he came with a pump which was in a loose pack and certainly it was not a new one. It did not comply to any of the packaging regulations and he said it was a brand new and the pumps are always received in unpacked condition. This is shocking and i told him to bring a sealed pack. He gave an arrogant look and left the place. It speaks very poor of the company and it is a very unfair practice by ef to cheat customers like this. I hope some one responsible in the company will take stock of the situation and resolve.

                I have bought this product 3 years back for 21, 000/- and belive me i have already spent 15, 000/- on this product after that just of repair. And again its causing issues i don't want to repair it any more. Stay away from aquasure line of products. Eureka forbes is not what i thought about them. Very disappointed. I could have bought bisleri instead of this crap.

                    I have purchased a Dr aqua guard magna hd ro with uv with biotron technology. The first 3 days there was a heavy flow of waste water. On day 4 the machine started giving problems. There was no waste water outflow. THE machine would simy fill up with water.. .. We called the supervisor Mr. SASHIDHARAN who sold us the machine and he told that "during that 3days the supply of water to our apartment Blueberry Platinum Residence in Mangalore had a supply of hard water and hence the heavy outflow of waste water" . However not convinced with his answer we insisted on a technician coming and checking the machine... The technician turned up and said the inflow was only partially open and hence the was no outflow!!!??!!! NOW WHOM TO BELIEVE? As soon as he left and the storage tank filled to bottom mark again the waste water outlet stopped working... Again we complained and insisted on another technitician come and check and after much calls they finally agreed to send the technician who said it is working uv and hence there won't be any waste water... At the moment I'm am feeling extremely ill in my tummy after consuming this "filtered and purified" water... CONSUMERS BEWARE!!! I am going to take up this issue with a consumer court as there are too many complaints with this machine and too much mismanagement reported online.

                      worst customer service and product

                      Bought a new aquaguard water purifier enhance (Ro+uv+mtds), within a month i have started facing the issue, raised the complaint (Service req no : [protected]), technician came and started replacing the internal parts of the purifier and still unable to resolve the issue.
                      I have raised my concern on why they are replacing the internal parts of this new product which is hardly a month old. Surely this is faulty product and i need it...

                      Forced to drink dirty water.

                        I have purchased Aquaguard Reviva RO in 17/09/2015. last month i have change filter, during change of filter technician observed leakage in filter and he warn me this leakage cane be damage adopter but after my request he could not able to resolve the leakage problem. yesterday evening my aquaguard is stopped working and i have launched a complain to customer care. today technician visited and observed adopter of the filter is not in working he also asked me sir, your adopter in not original, i am shocked how it it is possible, i never change adopter but sub-standard material in RO, it is matter of discussion. Due to inability of technician adopter is not in working. due mistake of technician i have received penalty of Rs. 1500/- (cost of adopter) and fitting of sub standard material inside RO at company level it is vary painful. So please return of Rs. 1500/- with change of New adopter.

                          I had purchased an aquaguard reviva ro+uv on 28 july 2018. Customer id [protected].
                          On 3rd oct, it stopped working, it was not getting on. I immediately placed a complaint. Complaint number: [protected]. The technician visited my place.
                          He was unable to pinpoint the issue. Finally he said the pcb has to be changed. He said he will call me and get this done the next day. But nothing was done. I spoke to neelima a senior customer care supervisor on 5th oct as well. She connected me to ayappa, technical supervisor. He said he will get the part and get it replaced. He promised to give me a call with the information. But he did not call back. I kept calling him to get the information. On 6th oct, he finally picked up my call saying the part is unavailable in the whole of bangalore!!! And then said it will come by monday. On monday (Today morning, 8th oct) again when i didn't get any phone call, i called him again. After multiple calls, he picked up and said that he will speak to his senior supervisor and see what can be done for the procurement of the part. The problem remains unresolved.

                          I had exchanged my previous aquaguard ro because i was told that the integra hi-life model has been discontinued and i would not receive any service or part. And now with the new ro am facing the same issue!!! It is very difficult for me to believe that a part of a new product is also unavailable in the whole of bangalore.

                          I am deeply disappointed. I am an aquaguard user for the past 15 years and have never faced such lack of customer care.

                          I am using canned water for the past 6 days inspite of having a brand new ro water filter in my home! Deeply concerned and disappointed!!

                          Can this issue be plz fixed?

                          Eureka forbes billed me a defective RO system and now for the last 10 days i am following up and they are not responding.
                          They are not replacing nor they are refunding me the money back.

As one year is completed, the maintenance people have to change all filters, including external one. Since[protected], requesting local mtce (+91 [protected]). Everyday, getting stock reply that the service will be done. So far nobody turned up. A lot of waste water is coming out, which is resulting in wastage of water. Earliest service including chang of filters is requested.

                              Auqaguard gives worst service as compare to other companies.in 2017 we purchase a aquaguard water purifier with in one month a water pump stop working then we complain to company after 2 months technician come and replace the water pump. We think that a technician comes from aquaguard and he replace with the original one but he install duplicate water pump as seen in images below. So my recommandation is not to buy product of this company

                                A salesperson named santosh sakpal visited me from eureka forbes on 29-sep-2018. He did mis-sellibg by giving false facts about uv product and placed order. I paid rs. 2000/- cash to him. On further inquiry i came to know that product is not worth so i asked him to cancel the order in evening. But he did not cancel it and try to convince me for other products. I also complained to eureka forbes customer care, they took all details. Then delivery camefor the order on 03-oct-2018 but we refused and item got returned. I have followed up times to customer care and 100 times with sales person but he is not ready to return advance cash taken from me.

                                With just replying on twitter don't help, if you know all the details why you are asking same details on Twitter rather than helping me out by calling your back end team and salesperson to refund my advance payment. It seems your salespersons are underpaid and hence to compensate them and keep motivated your company is not doing anything for past 2 weeks after 15-20 times follow up on your call centre. T&C of order says if any advance amount not taken within 3 months then it will be forfeited by company and salesperson, your company as a hole doing the same rather than refunding my money. I am going to file FIR against your salesperson in nearby police station by tomorrow if you don't return this money.

                                  Iam using aquaguard ro filter for the past 12 years, during initial usage i was checked the tds level as 40 to 60, but after some time i forgot to remind the maintenance person for tds checkups, for the past 2 years i am experiencing some health problem related to vitamins & minerals, so 2 weeks back i purchased tds meter and shocked to see the tds of only 10, then i complaind to customer care, they told that tds cannot be changed, and if we change the memberne it will cost rs.2500, since it is in amc, why i have to pay& and also is not my fault to maintain tds level, it is the duty of the eureka forbes for service & maintaining tds level, so it is very horrible to hear from customer service. So i decided to stop new amc and go for new brand ro other than aquaguard and also i will inform to all my friends group & relatives, not to buy aquaguard in future.

                                    Please please stay away from this company products.
                                    I bought a water purifier few years back. I am renewing the amc every year trusting the word of my entire product will be taken care. Now when the motor of the purifier got repaired, i was shocked to hear it wont be covered in the amc. Apart from spending 4500 for amc renewal, eurekha forbes making me pay 3500 for motor replacement which brings to 60 to 70 % of the product cost itself.

                                    They want to extract money from the customer till last blood giving false promises. Please dont buy any product from this company.

                                      Sir/madam,

                                      I brought your reviva nxt water purifier on sept 11, 2018. It was working fine until 4 days ago when the indicator light would go to green, red, blue and back to green and, water would stop flowing into the tank. I called up customer service at [protected] on oct 2 and they sent your technician mr veerendra ([protected]) on oct 3. He came in late in the evening and said that the power adapter was the problem and that he will bring a new one and replace it on oct 4. He did not come on 4th and, he has not come until today!! I have been calling your customer service line and have done so 2 times a day for the past 3 days. Every time i call, they tell me their application is being upgraded and ask for my name, address and other details each time i call. This is utterly frustrating. My problem has not been resolved and your customer service reps further aggravate my problem by asking for details every time i call. Upon calling mr veerendra, myself, he tells me that stores needs to send him the part and he is not sure if the part has been ordered.

                                      As a customer i do not think i need to hear about your application problem nor your inventory of parts status. All i need is to get pure water from the machine at my house for drinking – something i have not been able to do for the past 4 days!!

                                      A brand new purifier just 3 weeks old having a power supply adapter problem is something i can understand – but, taking 5 days to get a replacement power adapter is absolutely unacceptable.

                                      Please take the machine back and refund the money. I will go find another company that has better customer support and does care for its customer.
