I was previously staying at the following address.

In the end of march 2018 i shifted from berhampore to kharagpur due to my official transfer. My present address is
House of ram sundar dey, c/o. Late manindranath dey, opp. Of animal health centre, kaushallya, ward no. 25, kharagpur municipality, kharagpur, pschim midnapore, 721301.
Getting the message of renewal of amc, i personally made the request for renewal through sms (Twice) and accordingly service personnel of aquaguard talked to me. They have noted down my changed address. Apart from this the service personnel from my earlier station also noted the changed address and confirmed me that after the address change my renewal of amc will act. Unfortunately, more than a month is over as the due month of amc was july, 2018 but no action has been taken regarding the amc or the servicing of my water purifier.in this regard i am compelled to appeal through this forum so that my machine can get service properly within the currect amc contract.
