My product is under amc (Copy attached).
I am facing problem for the past 15 days. It is giving fault no. 5 with continuous beep. There is no outflow of water in drain pipe also.
Technician varun sharma ([protected]) has visited twice, changed sensor but to no use. Ultimately he said he cannot rectify and promised to bring along some senior technician 5 days back but till today no one has visited and he is not taking my call.
I got number of mr sandeep[protected] who further gave me the number of mr pandey[protected] who also further gave me the number of mr manoj dogra ([protected]).

This is total harrasement and i think they are not interested in changing the part.

I want total refund of my amc amount (Rs. 8680) now and do not wish to continue with this company.

Kindly help.

Yesterday 3 person has come to solve my problem and the matter was solved only for one day.From today morning now the water storage become empty between few minutes.i am just fed up with the product & service also.

    I was previously staying at the following address.
    Quarter no. Dakshini 6, pulses & oilseeds research station campus, ranibagan, berhampore, murshidabad, 742101.

    In the end of march 2018 i shifted from berhampore to kharagpur due to my official transfer. My present address is
    House of ram sundar dey, c/o. Late manindranath dey, opp. Of animal health centre, kaushallya, ward no. 25, kharagpur municipality, kharagpur, pschim midnapore, 721301.

    Getting the message of renewal of amc, i personally made the request for renewal through sms (Twice) and accordingly service personnel of aquaguard talked to me. They have noted down my changed address. Apart from this the service personnel from my earlier station also noted the changed address and confirmed me that after the address change my renewal of amc will act. Unfortunately, more than a month is over as the due month of amc was july, 2018 but no action has been taken regarding the amc or the servicing of my water purifier.in this regard i am compelled to appeal through this forum so that my machine can get service properly within the currect amc contract.

      Sir after buying ro+uv hd megna (Nxt) hd water purifier on 15/8/18, i am continuously facing problem, no solution for the problem is being provided by your company or service centre. Daily a new person contact us on & ask about the problem just for formality. Or different technicians visit our home & told we will give our report to the company. How long will we get these hurdles. We are daily buying mineral water from outside for cooking food & drink.

        I have purchased Eureka Forbes Super Clean Vaccum Cleaner on 7 July 2018 from Amazon.in. Since after purchase, Vaccum Cleaner was having manufacturing defect, wiring problem, so sometimes it was working and sometimes not. The connection of wire is loose so if wire turns left or right while using, the power disconnects. I called amazon seller about the issue and they said please call Eureka Forbes customer care. I called Eureka Forbes customer care around 4th Aug and they registered the complaint. The complaint no. was [protected]. They ensured me that I will get the replacement within 2 days. After 3-4 days one service executive visited my home and he took the details. After that no progress. Again on 11th or 12th Aug I called Eureka Forbes customer care and they said currently our systems are down and we cannot fetch your complaint and again they have taken now complaint and said it will be resolved within 2 days. Again after that no progress. Now again I called customer care today, i.e., 31st Aug. Again today they have taken new complaint. Almost 1 month and my product is not replaced. Please help.

        5 days passed. On call they have said within 2 days it will be replaced. I am daily getting calles from Eureka Forbes and everyday they are just asking the details again and again and no action is being taken yet. Everyday new person is calling and asking for the details. How many times shall I give the details. When you will take action actually and replace the product?

          I have purchased a product of eureka forbes water purifier on 15/8/18 model megna (nxt) ro+uv; the first hurdle I got when the machine number in box and on the machine are different. The machine gave us so many problems in fifteen days such as leakage, automatically shut down etc. Nearly 6 to 7 time the technician are visited to repair it but finally it is off now. The technician told that it couldn't be repaired. Now I am with a closed machine with no solution.

              I have been having a problem with my aquaguard water filter for the last 2 weeks. Your technician diagnosed it as a electrical loose contact. It was temporarily rectified, but recurred, another technician came and said he has to get new parts, this was on[protected].                 I purchased a new megna ro+uv water purifier in jaipur city on 27.10.2017 vide invoice no.[protected]. This machine is under warranty at present.

                We noticed that it's red light started blinking and water flow got reduced. So next day ie on 18th august, i lodged the service complaint and requested to send the mechanic as early as possible.

                I am very sorry to inform you that service request no [protected] dated[protected] has not been resolved as yet in spite of regular persuasion by me.

                After lodging the complaint i reminded daily for sending the the mechanic. After 3 days ie on 21-08-18 a mechanic named mr aditya came. He saw the machine and told that cartilages of machine are to be changed which is not covered under warranty and asked me to take amc. I immediately gave him a cheque of rs 9400/- and took amc for 2 years. He assured me that he will install new cartilages next day ie in 22.08.18.

                But he has not come till today even after a lapse of one week, although i am daily reminding him on his mobile. I also called mr rajeev agrawal, service head on his mobile but he did not pick my phone.

                We did not know that after sales service of eureka forbes ltd. Is so poor otherwise i would not have purchased this machine from this co.

                Now i request you to please resolve my problem, otherwise i will be compelled to lodge the complaint in consumer court since you are playing with the health of my family.

                  My aquaguard is not working. On my complaint regarding the same a person named gokul kumar came to repair the aquaguard. He said that some part of the filter needs to be replaced. Mr. Kumar has since then visited my house around 4 times but he could not bring my aquaguard back to working condition. He has left it completely out of order and does not turn up even when called to repair the aquaguard. I m placing this complaint from guwahati and request you to improve your customer service here which i think is absolutely pathetic.

                      When eureka forbes service engineer came to do amc 10 days before, he told me that the candle has to be replaced. When i asked him to do it, as part of amc, the engineer shyam bamu told me that he will do only if amc is renewed. Since amc was in place and he can't put a condition like this, i have countered him post which he has agreed to come and change the candle in next 2 days.

                      To my surprise the service ticket got closed after few days without replacing candle. Post that i have complained twice last week and both the time company cc executive (Told in call) told me that its wrong and eureka is bound to change / repair anything in amc.

                      Today again same engineer came and told me that he won't replace candle and amc had to be renewed. This is a clear threaten and unethical practice by your engineer and your company

                      Looks like this is the culture of the company as same issue happened with my other water filter which is there at my parents house

                        I contacted eureka forbes dr. Aquaguard.. They visited my office and after that they call me. I told them that i have immediate requirement and only saturday sunday.. Eureka forbes representative came to my home on saturday.. They promised that they will install the machine onnsunday.. They took cheque payment and credit card payment.. They took payment on satursay and committed that product will be delivered on sunday 3pm. But when we called at 3pm the person told that it is on the way.. He didnt resond after that, never called me back.. When i again called at 4pm the person told that wearhouse is closed which he didnt know.. This is totally ridicolous.. He came only for taking payment.. He didnt bother to inform us till 5pm that their promise is totally fraud.. He is a fraud person... He is only interested abiut his sell without any after sale service.. We selected the costly product dr. Aquaguard only for their after sale service.. But the person dont know about their closing wearhouse.. How this is posdible.. We are totally astonished..

                          I have purchase dr. Aquagurd magna ro+uv water purifier with iron gurd in 2016. After 1 year later i am renew 1year amc for the same, my last amc start date from 27.03.2018 to 26.03.2019. Before few days ago the machine need 15-20 min to full filled 7ltr storage tank, whereas it is now take above 1hrs to fill the tank.

                          Now, the service engineer told us that ro+uv machine always take near about 45min to fill filled tank & it is normal timing.

                          Im buyer of dr. Aquaguard on Nov 2017. still I didn't get the bill from the eurekaforbes and warranty card. I need to service my aquaguard motors. The motors are not working. How can I service without Bill? When will you give the bill? How much time you need for giving bill. It's almost one year time taken but still no response.

                            Amc period: 3 years from 25.07.2018 to 24.07.2021
                            First service was done properly, changing filters by eureka forbes technician.
                            The equipment is working ok.

                            1. I have received a sms on 07.08.2018 at 11.40am as follows: "your service request no.... Has been allocated to technician mr... It will be atteneded shortly". At 11.40 am receiceved another sms as follows: "your service request has been attended today..."
                            Neither i have made a srvice request nor any technician attended.
                            I complained on this to know whether there is any fraud going on. But they replied that technicianwill attend. And i am still sending mails and they are replying same answer. Each time they reply that it is escalated to the next level, but their reply is same. The technician is calling every time to know whether there is any problem with the equipment. I have clearly written to them that it is nothing to do with the technician or servicing of the equipment.

                            2. When i checked the amc details in eureka forbes web, i found out that the serial number of the equipment was entered wrongly. So i sent an email to correct that mistake. But their reply is same as before that the tecnician will attend to solve the problem. I replied them that it is not technician; t is from their system.

                            Meanwhile one lady from eureka trivandrum called and asked that is it only the wrong serial number is my problem. So i told there are two problems, one is about the fraud sms i received. She explained that it is done as they did not send a sms when they did the first service. So i asked her to send a sms explaining this. If you know that is the pronlem, why your staff is sending that the tec hnician will attend. She told the customer care staff can do only that way. "what else they can do?". Is it not funny that the customer care staff not able to read a complaint and reply accordingly. And they cannot correct the serial number?

                            Now i have decided to cancel my amc. When i send a mail to cancel the amc, the reply was same that the reuest is escalated and technician will attend. So it is clear that they are not reading the complaint. They are fooling us. As it is difficult to interact with their staff, i have decided to discontinue the amc. Let the refund the amount i paid.

                            There was a call from a person with mobile number [protected], introducing himself as Mr. Biju, Area Service Manager of Eureka that I should not send any e mails again on this complaint. Also he told I have to write to them that the problem is solved. He also told me that the mistake in serial number is not a problem, its only for the activation of AMC. And he also told me not to put my complaints in social media.

                            Please let me know whether this is a genuine person from Eureka. And also I want to know whether the mistake in serial number is not a problem or is it a fraud? Who is the owner of that equipment with the serial number entered in my AMC.

                            Yesterday at 1.30 pm again Mr. Biju called and asked the actual Serial Number. The number in the AMC was [protected] which is wrong. I gave him the actual serial number [protected], as I believe it was a sincere request to correct the number. But still I suspect who entered the wrong serial number and why. Even after so many e mails before they were not interested to change the number. After complaining here, now they want to correct the number. Still I suspect some fraud. Please find out who is the owner of the equipment with the serial number which entered in my AMC and why. Until I get an answer, i am not satisfied and still request Eureka Forbes to cancel my AMC and refund the amount.

                            Today I got a call from Mr. Biju, that the serial number is corrected. So now you know it is an easy matter. I complaint through on 24th August 2018 and one of the problem is solved now. Now you know that the Customer Care is not doing any thing for Customers. The Customer Care Staff of Eureka Fobes is doing nothing, except spoiling name of the company.

                            As the service of Eureka Forbes is not good at all, I want to cancel my AMC.

                            Today at 11.32 am I received a call from Eureka Trivandrum. The lady asked me what is your complaint. I told I have already informed. Now I want to cancel my AMC. She told unless there is a complaint, amount cannot be refunded. I told her that service of the customer care is not good. That is my complaint. She asked me how is the service of equipment. I told I never complaint about it. So she told it is not possible to get a refund. So they are not bothered about their customer care dept. Then why they need such a dept.

                              aqua water purifier adapter problem

                              I purchased Aqua Purifier Genius just one year two months back. Company givenone year waranty. During last free service, the company service engineer asked us to AMC. He insisted a lot. But we asked some time. After that he done something with machine. Within one week it started troubling. I complaned the customer care. Again the same service engineer visited and saying that it is adapter proble. We dont understand how the complaint comes...

                              My aquaguard machine model (Hi-flow classic) no has been installed in the year 2014. Amc for one year has been done by m/s ganesh agency, arambag, dist - hoogly, west bengal 712601 (Email id is [protected]@gmail.com and mob no [protected]) on date 18.11.17. Recently one problem has developed in the machine. The agency has yet not been able to rectify the machine rather they are asking us to buy a new machine. They are not giving anything in writing.

                                I bought Dr. Aquaguard Magna NXT HD RO + UV + MTDS model of Eureka Forbes and AQUAGUARD filter which TOTAL cost me some Twenty Two (22000) thousand rupees in 3rd MAY-2018, we hardly used Three (3) month and filter is not working. I have been complaining from past Three(3) weeks, 2 times technician came stated problem filter need to get replaced. There after none of the executive team has visited my door step and I have been calling to customer care number and sales executive (PRASANTA PRADHAN EMPLOYEE NO[protected] which they always say only sorry and they have updated to backed team..                                   We bought an dr. Aquaguard 1 years ago and today when we called the service guy he says all 5 candles have gone and it will cost you 5k. The replacement can happen every year it seems. This company is doing absolutely a fraud business. Who will invest 5k every year for an 18k aquaguard. I feel these people are cheating on lay man like us.

                                    I have brought aquaguard magna nxt ro water purifier.
                                    In less than four months o[censored]sage, water is not getting filled in the tank

                                    I raised a service request through the toll free number.
                                    Service request: [protected] on saturday[protected].
                                    The call center personal mentioned, it will be attended on the next day (19th)
                                    Again i called the toll free number twice on monday[protected] again with the same reply that it will be arranged as quickly.
                                    Again i called toll free on 21st to escalate it. But the call center personal put the call on hold and then cut the call.
                                    No reply to the email send to customer care on 21st as well!!!
                                    Sad plight.
                                    On top of that, i get calls twice on the feedback for customer service.
                                    Sheer nonsense.

                                    I have completely lost the trust on eureka forbes both in product quality as well as service.

                                    Till now no service personal has even called me that it will be attended in a 'near future possible date!!'

                                      I got a new Acquaguard Reviva RO after they bought back my old Eureka Forbes Innovaon 04-Jun-2016 in Bangalore after being in Delhi for over 10 years. After one year, on 01-May 2017 I got it reinstalled, when I shifted from my rented house to my own house in Sarjapur Road. However, there was no after sales service in terms of cleaning or filter checking done by Eureka Forbes. No phone call for service due or any other also came to me.

                                      When I contacted customer care, they gave me a new number[protected] and they mentioned this is Aqua Care and I could enter into AMC with them.

                                      I called the number and an engineer came and changed filters and collected Rs 4500/- as AMC and promised 4 free services a year. After that they never responded to my calls for over 6 months.

                                      When I contacted Eureka Forbes helpline last week they said the database was still still showing my address and Aquaguard model as the old one of Delhi over 30 months back. The engineer Mr Chandrappa visited today and said the filters were duplicate, the motor was leaking and I had to pay Rs 8000/- to get both changed. He also said TDS was 20. However my phone number was still registered with them as I had ported it from Delhi to Bangalore.

                                      This is indeed pathetic that Eureka Forbes neither has my revised address / model details nor have they bothered to find out the whether any preventive maintenance is required. The call center giving a number of another company is indeed very pathetic and dangerous to the reputation of Eureka Forbes

                                      The complaint is not resolved at all. I expect Eureka Forbes to replaces the filters and leaking motors since I went into AMC as adviced by the customercare of Acquaguard who gave me the contact details of Acqua Care. Hence kindly resolve and open the complaint
