My father rabindra nath rana, kalyani nagar, cuttack, had called several times in toll free number [protected] for last 2 months and the service personnel said soon representative will visit your place but till date not received any call or representative visit to our house then why you are taking amc money for repair and maintenance and i believe this is the worst company so far service is concerned. Is this the kind of service should we expect from your company after paying advance amc. Really disgusting.

    Issue was raised April 28th 2018 and is yet to be resolved. This is regarding a Dr. Aquaguard Ro water purifier I had purchased in 2017(Sl. No.[protected]). Bought a two year AMC( [protected]) sometime in March 2018. The service indicator on the machine started glowing on April 28th and I had logged a request. The technician attend the request and mentioned the filters need changing. He had to order the new filters. So mentioned will take a couple of days. The next visit was on May 7th 2018. The technician came home and mentioned the wrong filters were ordered. So again another order had to be made. On May 19th the technician got the right filters changed them but mentioned the PCB has to be changed. Today May 21st two technicians probably seniors came and mentioned the same that the PCB need changing. They also promised would be resolved EOD. But no resolution.

    We have been customers of Eureka Forbes since probably the company entered the market. This is our 3rd or 4th water purifier and also have changed many Vacuum cleaners. The service has always been excellent and we have mentioned the same to many family and friends. This is the first time I have faced a delay of almost a month in resolution of a service request. Also the younger technicians don't seem to know a lot. They mention it is a new model. I bought the machine sometime in early 2017. Don't think that qualifies as a new model. Multiple emails to customer care, escalation contact Ms. Anu Kotain, and calls to local service rep have not yielded anything.

    Eureka Forbes service has gone down the drain just like the dirty water from their machine

      My, model type is enhance uv, water purifier. For the last three days we have talked to their helpdesk over phone no. Of times. As usual their officials assured us that the mechanic is being sent. Sometime they say within the day sometime within an hour. But to our utter dismay none turns up.
      What a horrible service department in mumbai. It seems they have wound up the service department and put all personnel to sales for earnwcks.

        We have got the aquaguard water purifier around 5 months back in our hospital in hubli, vidyanagar... The reason to take from u was we have our hospital just in front of eureka forbes office in hubli... Since a month, filter has stopped working... We have been contacting the local ppl since a month... No response from the service ppl...
        Need immediate service... Not a single drop of water is coming... I[censored] cannot give service on time, u can take ur water purifier back n repay us the amt...
        Because it hardly 5 months it has been installed... Still in the warranty period...

        The hospital management s very much upset with response...
        Hoping to see a response this time... Or else the machine ll b in the premises o[censored]r office by tom...

          I bought an ro, reviva on april 18, 2018, in chennai and i have been having problems ever since. The blue light keeps being constant and water does not come in to fill. Have called service four times. Why cant you replace the machine? Its within warranty period. I bought it from a franchisee called genius ro solutions, chennai. This is ridiculous. I paid 17000 inr for this, and now it does not work for days on end and i have to buy ro water.
          Why is aquaguard dragging their feet? I have been using aquaguard since 1992. Never had a problem with service. This is entirely new scenario. Maybe we should go to the consumer forum for settling the issue? What a shame!

            I have purchased dr aqua guard... Person installed the product told me to call for service request when red colored image of telephone receiver start blinking... The same happened in my product so i called your call centre raised my issue and they confirmed agent will reach... The technician reached and just give a glance at product and ensure to come back with defective parts for repairing... Now 18 days elapsed i again raised my issue with call centre... Again technician told me to visit at my address on[protected]. But he doesn't reached also when i called him he doesn't picked up my home... This is happening with me several times... You people are giving pathetic after sales service... You people recruited such a garbage kind of technician those don't know how to serve custimer... Here is the contact no..               I have bought eureka forbes aquaguard reviva ro + uv + tds through m/s. Xpert ro systems (Eureka forbes franchise business partner) on 24-05-18 and product is installed on same day itself, while checking the tds level it shows between 250 to 300 ppm. During purchase of product eureka forbes (M/s. Xpert ro systems) informed that tds level for drinking water is below 100 ppm, but the machine is giving nearly to 300...

              Hello,
              Water flow had decreased in my crystal uv aqua sure water purifier, registered for service. A man named shijil came for service and told me best take a service contract for the same. Contract receipt number 27257145 datedr 01/02/17 to 31/01/18 and the service person informed me he will be changing the part as soon as it arrives. Despite my reminding them (Manu) that issue has not been resolved in december 2017 no further information. The same person came once and serviced the machine but did not change the said part as it had not arrived.
              Now the service contract is over and i realised i have just been cheated! I was unfortunate enough to trust them.

                I am prahlad narayan from madhubani bihar. I booked a service for my aquaguard geneus. The technician change the filter and membrane but did not able to start machine after two days of struggling then they said motherboard is faulty. They charge me 5000 and took the motherboard and said they will come after 20 days when motherboard is repaired but yet after 2 months they did not come when ever i call them they made only excuses and talk very roughly and demand 10000 rs for new motherboard. This is the worst service form eureka forbes and we are not going to buy any product from eureka forbes in future. The technician come form darbhanga (Ruhi enterprises).

                  This is to inform that camera bell model 400vdp was attached at my home in february but it was wrong model as i made the order for recording camera bell. I complained about this at branch office of eureka forbes in ghumti, branch manager assured me with wriiten document dat it will be get replaced with original one till 25th april. I made so many calls for changing it and every time they said there is no stock available and it will be changed within one week. Till now i have made so many calls and when regional manager came to branch office den also i gone to complain about it but still dere was no work done. I have made payment by cheque before the model came to my home but still i got the wrong model and my real order is still not changed. This company is making me fool each and everyday and vijaybhan singh, the css who was responsible for this always says that it will change in one week... This company is doing a big fraud.

                    Customer choose your product by your name and the promises you give to give best services. But when it comes about providing services it is completely dissatisfactory. We are heavily disappointed. Almost we have made 30 complaints and the action taken for the complaint is quite slow despite of much calls. If you can do kindly replace the product or else give a permanent solution your job is to give quality services to your customers and not to hamper them and waste their time in making complaints.

                      My name is Gee Varghese.I would like to make a complaint about my vacuum cleaner on 12 of May 2018 and till date there is no follow up for the complaint. I have spent more than 100 rs on calling only, i had made a call on the online no as well as the pune agency no they always give me the assurance that they will come today and no one has turned up till now .I just want to now if it possible for the agency to come or I should take the machine to a private shop so it could be repaired.Now it's 17 days and there is no response from such a respected company.                         Despite of repeated request by mail and calling to customer care service, my filters are not being changed although i have my amc active up to 2019.

                        I have given the reason of my change of filters as there is some water contamination issue in my community which is a serious issue. T

                        Thats why i want to change my filters before due date.

                        Despite of knowing this, the service person is talking rudely and telling that it cannot be exchanged before due date.

                        Now will eureka responsible for any health hazards which cn happen due to water contamination?
                        This is disgusting when my money is there with you and i cannot change my filters due to yours rule and regulation.

                        Now this is the worst service i have ever got from a reputed company like you and you are compelling me to go to consumer forum if anything happens to my family due to your negligence.

                        I will never recommend anyone to go for aqua guard due to your poor service.

                        I am using aqua guard magna water tap cut no more strength it goes completely angle direction and company will be charged for that 775 Rupees for new replaced very high price tap charged just 350 to 400 company charged high for service 775 Rupees it's very high staff charge 475 is very high.

                          I have called the customer care and they assured me that product i have procured shall be installed within 24 to 48 hours and now it has been month. I have procured 02 nos of water purifiers vide gem order no:[protected] dt: 03/05/2018 and lodged a complaint also vide no: [protected] dt: 11/05/2018.

                          But till date same has not been installed. Please look into the matter and get the same installed please.

                            I am a customer to eureka forbes since from 2000.
                            Since 23rd may 2018, i am waiting to resolve the complaint (Repair and requirement of accessories) of my vacuum cleaner. The csr team keep on registering the complaint and give a a time 2.00pm the next day (Ref. [protected]; [protected]. Promptly an sms pops up on your mobile phone saying that the complaint will be attended with in 48 hrs.
                            The second complaint was registered yesterday 25th may 2018 and the executive confirmed the complaint is kept on a priority and will be resolved by 2.00pm today.
                            The frustrating part is that not even a single executive is bothered to call and check what the issues is and never bothered to attend to a service request till this time. (Which is never expected from a reputed company as eureka forbes)

                              Eureka forbes - your friend for life. Really? Friends fool each other like this? And a very special mention to your group leader rakesh roshan from neelkanth plaza, rani bagh, pitampura, new delhi-110034, who is excellent in giving fake commitments. I am calling you but no one is answering, is this the way you guys provide service to your customer. I am very disappointed with your service and fake commitments. You promised us to provide complimentary 4 bottles and a wristwatch for free with this aqua guard with in a week. I am calling him from few days but no one is bothered about it. Is this the way you guys accomplish your commitments?
                              Then i must say it is very easy for me to convince others not to buy anything from your store because you people are great in fooling your customers.                                 I did amc for my aquaguard compact water purifier for 2 years and everytime i requested for service it was just nonsensical arguments taking place between me and eureka forbes personnel.
                                The terms and conditions mentioned in amc clearly indicates 2 free services and replacement of 2 dual/hccb cartridges per year on compact model of water purifier.
                                Please recruit your employees who understand english.

                                  I had purchased aquaguard magna (Nxt hd ro + uv 7l) water purifier on 07-april-2018 through your website www.Eurekaforbes.Com.

                                  Payment method was cash on delivery.

                                  Within 3 days of installation i started facing problem of water leakage from my purifier. I complained on your helpline number but for more than 2 working days there was no response from you side, no technician visited my place.
                                  After repeated calls on your helpline number the only reply i was getting from you attendant is as quoted "asuvidha ke liye bada khed hai, jaldi se jaldi aapki complaint handle ki jayegi" and when i asked how long will it take they had no clue.
                                  I have audio recordings to substantiate my ordeal.

                                  Somehow 3rd day technician visited, he said it was the fault of the person who had installed the product, he had not cleaned the filters. I asked him is the product defective, he said no and promised no such difficulty will be faced in future.

                                  From 21 may 2018 again, i started facing the problem of water leakage. Again the process of requesting eureka forbes call center people started.
                                  This time also same response - asuvidha ke liye bada khed hai, jaldi se jaldi aapki complaint handle ki jayegi".
                                  One thing is for sure currently eureka forbes is neither producing good quality products nor recruiting/ employing customer sensitive staff. They hardly care what the customer is saying, just keep on repeating the same line again and again.
                                  Why are you even employing manual labor, why don't you simply purchase automatic answering machine.

                                  Now back to the product, somehow a miracle happened the technician visited my place the next day of complaint.
                                  This time i asked him -" now whose fault "
                                  Came a prompt but dubious reply -"sediment filter is required to be installed, the water supplied to my house is of not good quality"
                                  I said that's why water purifier was installed.
                                  Then he said valve needs to be changed, he changed the valve and gave a false assurance that now there will be no problem.

                                  These fickle and vacillating opinions of your 2 technicians clearly indicates that the product that has been delivered to my house is defective.

                                  Now again within 5 days, water has started leaking from my purifier.
                                  What type of games is your company playing with me?
                                  Currently my product is in warranty that's why i am not required to pay charges. But once warranty period is over you will start demanding visiting charges, repair charges and so on.
                                  After spending rs.19990, this is the hardship i am facing.

                                  I want either my product to be replaced
                                  Or
                                  A written assurance on letter head of eureka forbes that after repair i will not be facing any difficulty.
                                  This letter should be signed by a senior officer of eureka forbes as if the goods are sold online then
                                  Sales of goods act, 1930,, copra, 1986 fixes the product liability on the manufacturer of the product.

                                  Otherwise i will be left with no option then to-

                                  1. File complaint under copra, 1986 at district forum level.
                                  Grounds -
                                  Unfair trade practice of the service provider.
                                  Goods bought by consumer, suffers defect.
                                  Services hired or availed suffer deficiency of any kind.
                                  2. File complaint under ipc for elements for cheating and fraud.

                                  No reply from your side attracts provisions of consumer dispute under copra, 1986.

                                    Till today 26/5/18 complaint has not been attended and ro not working. As ro is installed in a pre-school, this cheating is not only resulting in harassment of the owner but also playing with the health on the little children.

                                      I purchased crystal plus uv+ on 03/08/2017 using in cauvery water. Today technician came and shifted to new house where is mix water of cauvery & bore. He checked the quality of water and meter reading without aqua was 586 and after aqua is 528. Out of curiosity i requested him to check the water which i filled in my old house using aqua on cauvery water, i was surprised to see the meter reading was 486

                                      Know i realized how you people had cheated me because it was told to me that once you fit crystal plus uv + and filter cauvery water the purity will be less than 75. Now saying to purchase ro+uv and the price of same is 17, 500 and my old machine they will exchange in rs.500. Wow

                                      Still now didn’t got any update. Receiving multiple calls and everyone says we will check with management and get back to you. [protected] in this number i shared my bill also on 3rd april but post that no response.

                                      Such a pathetic service, still no response. Daily they will sent mgs technician details your service request number [protected] has been allocated to technician mr. Suresha. R [protected] will be attended shortly.
                                      But no response. You people only know how to cheat customers and when they ask question you don’t bother.

                                      I waited for 12 days now but there is now update from you or your team. This show how arrogant you all are who doesn't care for your customer. You proofed me right again with your dis attitude.

                                      Their executive mr. Buddi said that as per who tds of over 400 or 500 is good to drink and nothing will happen. Think we are fool and doesn't know that over 300 tds is very dangerous for human kidney.

                                      If that is the truth then why you people sell aquaguard? Why you lie to you customers when you don't care about them. I spent near about 6, 500 in hospital in last 4 days and as per doctor the infection happen only because of this water. I am fed up with your service now and thanks for all your support till now. I am going to file a case now in consumer court with all the call recordings what your executive spoken till now.
