I am using eureka vacum cleaner but since last one year, company or their service partner are not providing paper bags. Does company want consumer to throw old vacum cleaner and to buy new one which have plastic container.
My old machine is working but due to non availibility of paper bags, i can not use it

I purchased dr aeroguard scpr 700 model air purifier from eureka forbes in dec 2016. Immediately the unit started making mexhanucal sounds and stopped working. After email/phone/online/local partners follow up first attendance was done in 6 months time. After service the unit worked less than a day and again stopped working. Again after 5 months of follow up 2nd attendance made with unit working for few hours. No even system does not power...

I am surprised to find that the technician who had come to inspect says that the motor has to be replaced .
Did not expect such a thing from Eureka. Other products like water filter etc working fine.

I am at dehradun. Eureka forbes fails to provide any... I repeat any spare part for their vacuum cleaners. Once you finish the supplies, you are gone. No spare crevice nozzle, no paper bags, and no spare motor. I have experienced all the three. I had logged request for servicing dated on 18th feb. 2018 but as per customer care commitment no any service engineer visited or no single call.
Now automatically customer care number cut off after calling. My service annual contract up to may 2019.
