I am disgusted and disappointed by eureka forbes customer care. If you visit their website you will find it is a very simple process to buy amc online but in reality the story is much different and horrendous.

I have calling, chatting and various aquaguard customer care numbers and email ids but till date i am unable to register myself online so that i can purchase the amc.

They have various means to cheat the customers, will give one example - i want to buy new amc for 1 year which costs 1960/- but i have to pay additional 465/- because its a new amc. The trick is if you order online they will not charge you 465/- but will send one technician who will charge 465/- for simply visiting your home.

Can you please eureka forbes team explain me what ridiculous terms are these and why all these are not mentioned on your website?

Dear Anita,

I received a call from [protected] saying I will not have to pay any additional charges other than AMC and to book by calling customer care number. The man was not ready to give his name nor in writing that I will not be charged. However I still called the customer care and again they said I will be charged additionally.
Can you please tell me what is going on ? How many times will I be harassed for a simple thing such getting a new AMC for my water purifier?

I purchased eureka dr series water purifier.
B4 2 years.
Namc purchased .
No technician comes after repeated calls and mails.
Problem of red light blinking is not solved
During amc.
They suggested me for new amc bfroe prev amc renewal date, which is after 1 month.
Disappointed repeated by ur service.
There is no co ordination in company.
No system to solve complaint as mentioned on website-2 hours.
False promises .
For each call or mail routine answer within 24 hours promise each time for same complaint is followed up .

    Hi,
    I purchased a eureka forbes dr. Aquaguard magna nxt on june 17th 2018. I ordered a demo online and the sales representative approached me and promised me two 1 litre aquaguard water bottles. However, once the product was delivered, the sales person never gave a straight answer to the question as to when the bottles will be delivered. The online sales team refuses to take any responsibility over this and i m redirected to local sales etc. None of them are willing to take the complaint. Really pathetic experience with aquaguard and i would suggest anyone against them for the sole reason of pathetic after sales.

      Hello Team,
      I am writing to bring to your kind notice the pains that I am going through for a product that I purchased from Eureka Forbes .
      In short - Very horrible serivce

      I have purchased a water purifier (Model Aquaguard Magna UV) couple of days back.Initially had to followup on the installation and post that the installation (Ref No [protected]) person said there is a defect in the unit and the techician would visit. Noone visited for 2-3 days. On constant followup I finnaly decided to put up a replacement request. Online Request id 8368
      But not surprised as the again there was no action from any of the teams. The callcenter trasferred to the local office and the local office transfers to online since i purchased it online.
      There is no definite anwers given.The issue was toggling from one to other persons.
      Mr. Vijay (Customer Care), Mr Surendra (Service Lead), Mr Imran (Pune Office)
      Callcenter says the offce person will call . The office person says since it is online purchase someone from online team will call.
      I called up the callcenter every hour and they said the standard statement they will arrange to call back.
      The person by chance calls back says again the standard statement we will investigate get back to u.
      The real problem is everytime I am promised that the problem would be attended to within 48 hours. I waited for more than a week but nothing happened. I have been continuously calling the helpline but each and every time the standard answer that I get from the representatives is that "the issue will be fixed by today".
      Very rude staff.
      Since 12 days i am paying to purchase water and drink only because of the pathetic service I m getting from the Eureka Forbes team
      I have escalated this issue to Ms. Anu Kotian (Step 2 Service Redressal) & also to Ms. Vinath Hegde (Step 3 Service Redressal) but nothing seems to be happening. I have contacted the customer care everyday over the last five days but to no avail.

      I hope that this issue will be resolved at the earliest after necessary intervention.

        I have purchased a water purifier in December, 2017 and for last one month it has been showing a problem in over flowing. Your technician has come but can't fix the problem. He only change a product, for which I have to pay 500 during the warranty period. Is it justice to within the warranty period. But, problem is still prevailing. I have called the technician many times, but not come. Is the product is defective? Why do you sell such defective product? When to aspect for fixing the problem?

            Product - dr aquaguard magna ro uv tds (Nxt) from eurekaforbes sales person sajan verma[protected], the product is defective and now when we r asking for replacement he is not picking call and till date no help from company side twice service person came dissembled the who ro but couldnot solve the issue and now they not responding, they fooled us and the sales person asked for rs7500 extra apart from rs 19490 which we paid for replacement till he can sell the defective product which we got to anyone else.

              I had purchased a new hose pipe for my old vacuum cleaner against payment f rs. 750/- for my old vacuum cleaner purchased in 1992. On the same date i had also got the motor of the vacuum cleaner replaced. The job was carried out by your technician mr, deepak rastogi.
              The hose supplied was f poor quality. It tore off at the base of contact with the vacuum cleaner in july, the hose pipe supplied to me with the vacuum cleaner lasted over 25 years.
              I made the following complaints to your helpline from my registered mobile numbers but to no avail.

              2. No complaint no sent dated 06/08/18
              3, c. No. [protected] dated 07/08/18
              This complete inattentiveness is very disheartening and entirely contrary to the service consciousness of eureka forbes.

                Hello,

                I bought this Aquaguard Geneus online, and received it on 28th July'18.
                Inspite of multiple requests no one came/responded finally 7th day (4th Aug'18) a guy from eurekaforbes came and installed the machine, but he was not able to start it, mentioning "I am not sure about this model".

                I have given complaint multiple times that machine is not working from the first day. Despite giving multiple complaints to the call centre, no one visited till date. They keep raising the escalation but it is of no use. Aquagaurd response and services are very bad in Pune (M.H.) despite the expensive product and also service cost is very high.

                Never had such issues in past, but now it looks like I made a mistake and should have gone for other company's product.

                Additionally the "Escalation" process on their website is also not working, can not understand how come such companies can be careless about their profiling.

                Please suggest me how to raise a consumer complaint legally.

                  Newly installed aquaguard reviva on 4th aug'18. Technicians didn't install it properly.., it was not auto switching off. Water keeps pouring outside the water filter.
                  Called a senior technician mr purushotham, who came did nothing.

                  Very disappointed as the defective product has been sold out to me.

                  Need the refund or replacement of the product.

                  Today is 7th august 2018. 4 different technicians from eureka forbes visited my house, but failed to fix the problem and finally said the product is a defective one.

                  I will have to register a complaint with consumer court as i had paid 15, 700 rs for this product which is a defective one

                    I have a magna dr aquaguardwhich is presently under amc. Last few days light during filtration not glowing. Lodged complaint with your authorised service center at khandagiri in bhubaneswar but no body attending only assuring every time that today technician will go. Further i found there is no difference in test between normal and filtered water. Please note that entire candles and cartridges were replaced a month back. I have also requested to depute technician with proper instrument to check quality of water. I regret no body showing any interest to attend this call. Can you please look into this arrange to attend the complaint at the earliest. Thanks

                        Unit not working since last 10 days. Customer care (Service Request No. [protected]) is giving fake assurance daily. No technician is attending. Paid AMC (almost 9.5K INR) in advance for next two years (valid till Aug'2020). Please inform honestly if rectification is possible or not. If not, please return back AMC money, shall go for other's product. You have no right to make us fool and harassing mentally. Now I am purchasing drinking water from outside. Eureka Forbes should reimburse for that. Should I go to Consumer Court?

                          I have purchased the above product from your dealer makrand agencies at nagpur on 21/07/2018 and product started not functioning from 28/07/2018 i. E. Within a week. I lodged complaint to dealer on 29/07/2018 and acknowledgement on cell vide no [protected] dated 31/07/2018 was received and your technician arrived and informed that product has fault and part need to be replaced. He asked us to send bill copy on his cell phone which we did but in spite of continuous follow up the product is not exchanged nor part has been replaced. Now height is when i am trying to escalate this issues to your higher ups i am finding that complaint has been closed. Without verifying whether the problem is resolved how can complaint be closed. This product has problem within 10 days of such reputed company, how much reliability be placed on product quality and services is a big question

                            We have a problem with the Dr Aquaguard Magna at our home. It takes hours to fill the water storage and is leading to a lot of water wastage. I first lodged a complaint on August 1, 2018 and have been trying to follow up with the customer care everyday since. However, even after 4days, there has been no contact from any local technician.                                 Till now i had been a long time and satisfied user of eureka forbes water purifier but from the recent behaviour of this company i wont ever recommend buying this to anyone. As water purity being the top most priority for anyone and me being a doctor and moreover a responsible senior citizen adds to the concern of health of my family. At least 9 to 10 times i have lodged them a complain that no one has approached me for the general servicing of my machine but every time i get the same response that my request has been prioritized and will be dealt the very same day. Also this company has not preached basic behavioural way to its customer support executives on how to talk with a senior citizen. I am disheartened and unable to express my agony and dismay at this very act of the company's customer service and can only curse bad omen for this company.

                                to avoid water leakege through the joints tinkering works being carried out by your service technician instead replacing plastic parts which is to be replaced st the time AMC servicing if needed.but now a days they have started to use tufflon tape etc for carrying out this which iin my opinion is not correct and also not a good pratice.

                                  This is regarding my euroclean vacuum cleaner. I bought a euroclean vacuum cleaner last year bearing customer id [protected]. It is still under warranty. The one year warranty would end on 6th august 2018.

                                  This is regarding my service request, [protected] which was raised by me in first week of july 2018. My request was for my vacuum cleaner but i guess the customer care representative marked the request incorrectly for my aquaguard. Thus the service person called me and closed the request. This person said that the part is ordered but the he stopped answering my calls. My problem is still unresolved.

                                  Then i wrote to deepa. [protected]@eurekaforbes.co.in on monday, july 23, 2018 4:09:06 pm. I got a reply mon 23 jul, 2018, 4:33 pm saying request (Service request number:[protected] is raised and will be furnished in 2 working days.

                                  Still i got no response and thus i called on[protected]. Here the person said that my mobile number mentioned is incorrect and thus nobody must have reached me. The person said that my mobile number [protected] is corrected now. It was initially mentioned as [protected].

                                  Still no response. So i reached out to deepa. [protected]@eurekaforbes.co.in on wednesday, july 25, 2018 3:09:13 pm. I got a response on wed 25 jul, 2018, 4:47 pm saying reminder request number is [protected] is raised.

                                  Still no response. So i reached out to deepa. [protected]@eurekaforbes.co.in on monday, july 30, 2018 1:24:32 pm. I got a response on mon 30 jul, 2018, 3:49 pm saying one more follow-up request number is[protected] is raised. I had also mentioned my primary: [protected] and alternate: [protected] to be checked and update if required in the same mail. But i got no response on this.

                                  Still no response and thus i called on[protected] on 31st july. I asked the person to check my mobile number. It was still not updated. I asked the person to escalate or let me know to escalation point of contact. He hesitated to give the escalation poc and said this will be addressed soon.

                                  Till date nobody contacted me.

                                  Please help me get this addressed.

                                  Finally the team approached me last week. The faulty piece was replaced with a new one. Since I had registered the complaint within warranty period, I did have to pay for it.

                                    The purifer has umpteenth complaints and has been dissembled 6 times of the purchase. Service technicians from the local franchisee are helpless as they are unable to fix the repairs. Though I have escalated the issue to Sr. Management ( Mr. Deepak) but its of no use as the service is beyond his control.

                                    Have decided to discard the said product and return it back to the dealer. though it is one of the best product but is totally let down by the service team of the company...

                                    I have threatened them legal consequences but the team dam cares.

                                      I received the watch as free gift from eureka forbes co. After i brought a water purifier. i received a fake watch... What is going on i am going to lodge a complaint against the co.in consumer forum thats it.. I know what a original watch looks like and they have delivered a fake watch . Provogue is a brand and there is no logo not a single branding on it.. You can check what a original watch looks like along with the images attached.. You can see there is no logo on the watch.
                                      I have checked it on the provogue website about how the watch looks like and the watch which i have been delivered is absolutely a fake watch.

                                        The worst possible decision i took in my life is to buy a dr. Aquaguard magna hd ro+uv water purifier from eureka forbes in apr-2018.
                                        They took nearly a month to deliver the product after making payment.

                                        The product is still under warranty. Now the water purifier is not working and i have raised a service request on 29th july. There is no response from them yet even after 5 days.
                                        I think they might take a month to address this service request.
                                        I am fed up calling the customer care every morning and i receive same response from them saying that it will be addressed the next day.

                                        Eureka forbes is the most unprofessional company i have ever encountered.

                                        I would like to return the water purifier and request eureka forbes to refund my money.
