This is to bring to your notice that i own aquaguard (Classic model) and had opted for 2 year amc for the same i. E 13 dec 2016 to 12 december 2018 and paid rs 2795/- as amc charges. Post amc, whenever i give them a call for change of candle or servicing, the service center tells me that you don't have any amc. This happens despite the fact that the service center representative who executed the amc is still working in the same service center. Actually the rep took the money and did not updated the database (The practise they must be doing with other customers also). But as a customer, should i be bothered about things happening in the organisational channels. I have been complaining about my problem to the customer care for past 5 days, but there seems to be no end to my problem.in this connection please refer my service request no [protected]. I request the concerned authorities to take appropriate action against your staff at authorised service center at pathankot (Punjab) and instruct them to undergo amc at the earliest. For a fault of somebody who not doing his job properly why should i suffer who has paid his hard earned money in form of amc.

Firstly, my heartfelt thanks to the consumer complaint team, for making my complaint reach the right person. To begin with, one must obtain a Customer Request Number by dialing 18602661177. Quote this number during every conversation with the company. If even customer care is not coming to your rescue, approach consumer complaint. Endorse your complaint giving full details.In my case, soon after I lodged the complaint on consumer complaint portal, I got a call from Company's Mumbai Branch regarding problem. When I explained it to her, she assured me that somebody from Pathankot Branch will address your problem shortly. The very next day, Pathankot Branch service center representative visited the house and carried out necessary maintenance, without any payment. Regards Manish

Yes, the issue was resolved yesterday evening but did not get back to you since the water purifier was kept under observation. Would like to take this opportunity to thank you and your team for prompt redressal of the complaint. I was sincerely hoping that when my complaint is brought into the notice of higher authorities, action will be taken and the same has been done.     We have purchase water purifier and installed in my house. We have made a service request no. [protected] on 12.06.2018 but the person mr. Imran mondal and other came and only temporary made a correction. We again made a service request and also after telephonic discussion from your department a request no was [protected] allotted. The person came and says that we the company has no parts which is out of order and you are bound to bear this and it will run such condition only. If your service engineers are unable to rectify the defect in four complaint so you are requested to take back your machine immediately from my house because the persons whom you have given service contact not behaving and giving proper service. I have also spoke over phone in your office but i have received only the word from them "sorry". Which will not help me in any way hence you are thankfully requested to take your machine back as a gift from me.

      This is regarding the request number [protected] which i raised on 7th june 2018 for the installation of new aquarguard water purifier, it's been 7days non of your technician has called me for product installation.
      Daily i am calling your call center, but i could only get the answer as "sorry for the inconvenience", i want to know this type of service you give to your customer.
      I want to know still how many days you require to come and install the product.

          Dear sir,

          Two persons came to my home on 06.05.2017 by saying that they will give demo for dr aqua magna at my residence. They did not give any demo and showed some booklets and requested for booking. I refused due to they told me before coming my home that they will show demo. Finally they have taken rs 500 and gave a refundable receipt, if i wont book in future that amount will be refundable.

          Now i need my refund of rs 500 and contacted one of the visited persons named mr. Afshan nawaz pasha and he is not paying it back.

          Kindly confirm me that whether those are your employees only and refund my amount.

            During end warranty period technician told everything is fine. After couple of weeks had an issue and called customer care. Technician told need to replace filter and the charges would be rs. 3850 and if amc should be 4850 that is too two times service and one time replacing filter.

            They are cheating as in warranty only service.in amc one time replacement and two service.

            As per my knowledge in warranty parts should be replaced if not physical damage.in amc at any time they should replace the parts and regular inspection.

              The service we have been receiving from the company is pathetic to be very honest. It's just been over a year since the machine has been installed and the parts have started showing their vulnerability. Complaining time and again for the machine has resulted in either of the two-
              1) the concerned person not coming on time and,
              2) the problem not getting solved.

              It's kind of a torture technique by the company/service staff by not addressing the issue at once.
              Time and again they come to the place and instead of addressing the problem for once and for all, they just do the repair work which doesn't even last long.

              The machine had been purchased from pushpa agencies, nanpura, surat and its been 4 days since we made a complaint to them but till now no one has come.

              I would strictly not recommend people to buy this product of this company and any other product from pushpa agencies.

              I hope you guys help me out with this.

                Dear eureka phorbes pvt ltd.
                Today we called eureka phorbes technician to change the water candles. His contact number is [protected]. He damaged the pcp part of my water purifier, tried to fix it with for 4 hours. Now plz let me know how do you help customer like me.
                Is nt companys responsibility to send trained technicians?
                How can i be assured that the pcp he brings tomorrow is original?
                How do i know they are nt cheating?
                Why should i pay extra for that damaged part as its the mistake of a technician?
                Now the quality of the wayerpurifier is questionable because the original pcp is replaced?
                Sendining untrained technician is the error of the company hence is nt it expected from the company to replace the wayerpurifier with new one?

                  Already i have complained and received call twice but nothing has been done, never expected this response from such a brand. Picked up this band only for better service but in vain.
                  People form customer care had called and also said that he would take the sales executive on concall but nothing happened, he( Rajkumar) has promised two bags and water bottle which has not come even after 6 months and i have been following up since three months now.

                    I have the following problems with the vacuum cleaner.
                    1. It is very difficult to understand as to which part fits where. The fitting nozzles have the same size and do not fit with each other.
                    2. When using blower, the hose suddenly flies out and can cause serious injury as there is no locking mechanism.
                    3. The body gets very hot within a few minutes, making it difficult to handle it.
                    4. The power of cleaner is so low, it does not clean properly
                    5. Customer response is very poor. They say no demo for this product. The manual does not explain how to assemble the accessories.

                    Thank you for the assistance provided.
                    I had reffered builtu das to someperson to take vacum as builtu told me that by reffering his name i would be getting bottles and now its almost 2-3 months no response is given every time he is saying that you will get .
                    And the handle of mh vaccum pipe has came out but no service has been given.

                      Dear sir/madam,
                      Two salesman came to my house suggested to purchase dr. Aquagaurd magna nxt hd ro+uv water purifier. They said whatever tds you want can be set and at no extra charge and i purchased it then. I gave him the cheque of rs.19, 990/- in favour of eurekaforbes. Ltd. The salesman name is rajendra kumar (Mob no.[protected]) and niraj (Mob no.[protected]).
                      After two days i received the water purifier machine and also the technician came then to my house. He founded the candle was missing and hadn’t bought the pressure cock too so he came back the next day, his name was hiren vaghela (Mob no.[protected]). He had opened up my previous ro i had too. He couldn’t fit it back and now i am facing drinking water problem because of receiving the defective piece.
                      I had called mr. Rajendra kumar then but he then asked me to talk to his senior arvindbhai. Arvindbhai said that if the technician he sends finds out that the machine is defective we will replace it in next 2 days. After that technician named chetenbhai (Mob no:[protected]) came and he approved of the machine being defective. I have been calling the salesmen several times since but i have been receiving no response then. Chetanbhai also said he will ask his senior parimalbhai (Mob no.[protected] to file the complaint for the replacement but nothing happened. He said that i have purchased it online but i have paid by cheque to the salesman.
                      We then called the customer care they too said we have purchased it online but i have paid by cheque to the salesman. I have also emailed to deepa. [protected]@eurekaforbes.co.in
                      My complain no is : [protected] (Complained 2 times) and second on the complaint no: [protected]
                      I have also called the following numbers:[protected]/[protected]/[protected]/[protected]
                      I am fed up. Its been 10days since the complaint. I want the replacement to be done soon. If anything happens to my family due to the water drinking problem i will sue the company. I purchased it due to the good company name but i instead you are fooling us and doing fraud. I am attaching my bill along with.

                          Hi,
                          I had purchase aqua guard water purifier in 2014, it’s completely broke within 3 years.

                          Today a service engineer visited and said that this is not the recommended model as the water is not checked and inspected properly also he showed that i have been given the equipment that was manufactured in 2012 in 2014 and hence there is an issue.

                          I have lost trust with aqua guard products as i feel i am drinking unpurified water from 3 years and cheated with a older product. I would not recommend anyone to use aqua guard products.

                            I boght eureka forbes water fillter. After 6 months o[censored]sage i called up for free service and the service man told us that the filter is faulty and not working properly and u need to change it.
                            We asked to change as it was under warranty but he refused to do so.
                            After we complained in the customer care where we get to know that the filter doesn't come under warranty.
                            The eureka forbes sales people ate cheating innocent people.
                            The main part in an water filter is the filter and if they don't cover it under warranty then what they do is a big question.

                              I approached aquaguard service centre for service. A person called kalpesh sonar whose mobile number [protected]. His office is in airport road, mother teresa nagar, yerwada pune. He said that all the filters need to be changed as they have worn out. He charged rs.4150 for this. He failed to give receipt as he said his children are sick and he rushed to his home and he will come tomorrow to check the tds. But he failed to come. He didn't respond to any of our calls after that. Today i called for another person from eureka fobres to check the tds. He said it is very low and injurious to health. Past one week we have been consuming this harmful water now i am taking medicine for my stomach ache without knowing the actual reason for the cause of it. This fraudulent act affected our health and we lost our money too. Necessary action should be taken.

                                Dear sir,
                                This is regarding my aquargaurd magna hd uv. I purchased the unit in april 2018. Since may 28th the auto refilling function is not working and there is no water in the storage tank. I registered a complaint through customer care number on 31.5.18 and waited for 2 days. Since i did not get a call from the technician, i registered a complaint again on 1.6.18. I called once again on 4.6.18 and after a long hold of 5 minutes some one from the escalation department answered my call and assured me that the problem will be solved and i will get phone call by morning of 5.6.18. Today i called again and after the same process of connecting to escalation department and waiting i was again assured that i will get a call within half an hour. I registered a complaint again on 6.6.18 and on 7.6.18 a technician visits and says that the sensor is not working because of high water pressure, he cleans the sensor and reduces the water pressure. The water gets filled and i check it by emptying the tank and it still works. But after the second time again the same problem and the technician tells me that i just have to clean the sensor every time the water is emptied from the tank. When i question him as to why we were not informed that we have to clean the sensor every time the tank empties, he changes track and says he does not have a spare sensor and will replace it next week may be. Until then he says "you just have to clean the sensor madam".
                                I have recording of all the call details. It is really pathetic that such a big brand has such low class customer care. We pay for the filter and the amc in the hope that we will get pure water 24x7 365 days. But within a month of purchase the unit breaks down and we are not only left paying for purified water but spending our time and energy calling customer care who keep asking the same questions and giving the same answers.
                                I am not sure this mail will get any response. I hope the problem will be solved without necessitating further action legally.

                                  I have taken an amc contract and since last 8 months my aquaguard is not working properly. Everytime the serviceman comes after i make 10 calls to the costumer service. These guys are worst in costumer support and service managers are illiterate. Every 10 days my aquaguard needs service and for that i use to call for next 15 days and then there # service person arrives. The water smell like gutter. There service person dont have concern for resolving my issues. I am really fade up following these unprofessional costumer service person. Every now and then they talk like #.
                                  I recommend everyone, dont take anything from eureka forbes. Kindly try some other company. They are bunch of fraud people who are only concerned for money through selling amcs. Literally i am so irritated, i guess someday i will throw that idiotic aquaguard device out of my house. Too frustating.

                                    We bought a revive RO and asked for re installation on May 15th . But i dint get any updates and after multiple following up, i got it installed by 21st may. Byt during installation thet charged for new Value ( dont see any reason why it is changed) and service and cost 800 rs . Then we see some leakage from bottom of the RO. we told the technician and he told its not a fault it will be like this . We even told him to stay till the tank is getting filled but he said no time and he needs to leave. Then as guessed leakage was heavy and we dint switch on the till now ( June 8th today ). then we raised one request for this issue on May 24th and in spite of multiple follow ups, till today no one came or no call from them. Daily i am calling them and shouting, mailing them ( Deepa.[protected]@eurekaforbes.co.in)but other than default regret messgae i am not getting any proper update from them.

                                    What is the next level of escalation for this ? if i got to web site and go to escalation page it is telling invalid request number.

                                      From last 3 days.. I am waiting for guy who promise me that he will resolve the issue of my machine but no body visited.

                                      He told me that buttons are not working.. Will come by tomorrow reslove it.. Whole day i was waiting for that guy... But still he didn't came...
