The service we have been receiving from the company is pathetic to be very honest. It's just been over a year since the machine has been installed and the parts have started showing their vulnerability. Complaining time and again for the machine has resulted in either of the two-
1) the concerned person not coming on time and,
2) the problem not getting solved.
It's kind of a torture technique by the company/service staff by not addressing the issue at once.
Time and again they come to the place and instead of addressing the problem for once and for all, they just do the repair work which doesn't even last long.
The machine had been purchased from pushpa agencies, nanpura, surat and its been 4 days since we made a complaint to them but till now no one has come.
I would strictly not recommend people to buy this product of this company and any other product from pushpa agencies.
I hope you guys help me out with this.
