I bought an ro, reviva on april 18, 2018, in chennai and i have been having problems ever since. The blue light keeps being constant and water does not come in to fill. Have called service four times. Why cant you replace the machine? Its within warranty period. I bought it from a franchisee called genius ro solutions, chennai. This is ridiculous. I paid 17000 inr for this, and now it does not work for days on end and i have to buy ro water.
Why is aquaguard dragging their feet? I have been using aquaguard since 1992. Never had a problem with service. This is entirely new scenario. Maybe we should go to the consumer forum for settling the issue? What a shame!
