The water purifier unit is under service contract and valid till 29/12/11 vide contract receipt no 16153805. It is not working from 18/08/09. Telephonic complian already lodged. After switching on ang glowing of yellow indication returning back to red indication with blinking. Facing accute water crisis due to non availability of service. Kindly send service personal as early as possible

    I bought new aquaguard water purifier, your service representative Mr Ashok Londe fitted(thursday 13/08/09) the purifier and told he will fitt properly tomorrow ie on friday 14/08/09 till now he is nither fitted properly nor called me so please do me afavour what can i do.As a repuated company if your service people are doing such things what custmer will do please help me

      THIS IS TO INFORMED TO U OUR COMPANY HAS USED BSNL FOUR TELEPHONE CONECTION...OUR TWO TELEPHONE SET IS NOT WORKING FROM LAST ONE MONTH...I CAN DOING COMPLAINT ABOUT THAT MATTER ON UR HELPLINE NO 198 MANY TIMES BUT NO POSITIVE RESPONSE FROM UR SIDE.SO PLS KINDLY CHANGE THIS TELEPHONE SETS.OUR CONTACT NO IS 2223720, 2225669, 2232074, 2236485.

      This is disgrace for company like Eureka Forbes.

      We have also written for our intention of acquiring a new water purifier and asked if there is any buy back scheme for any high end model. No reply so far when I expected at least an auto generated response/ acknowledgment.

      Keeping our finger crossed. ( Prompt and satisfactory service provider is winner now a days),
      i have also complained that the machine is not working still they say we will send the person i had purchased on 20 -8 -09 but within one month on 19 /9/09 The Machine stopped working i complained on toll free number was told that engineer will come within 48 hrs, but 86hrs have passed no person has come. is this the service of eureka fobes? I also called mr, Datta on [protected], he told me to complain on service centre i also called on service centre but the phone is engaged. so i am really upset and not receiving the water since friday 19/09/09. please do the needful and send the men.

      I PURCHASED WATER FILTER TOTAL (NF) ON 31.12.2008. IT IS STILL IN WARRANTY

      I had written yesterday that yours is declining company. It has been proved again this evening. Some one called at 5.30 and said - since I had complained, they were coming. After waiting for two hours and 3 phone calls later they informed " ME " that my house was locked. Since I was waiting and had not moved from my home, I questioned them and found that they had gone to wrong address at Noida. This speaks a volume on the efficiency and alertness of the current staff employed by the franchisee. I am sure my next machines are not going to be purchased from Eurekaforbes and I will work overtime to share my experience with all my friends and collegues and relatives. I am in the sales line. I know dissatisfied customers like me, however small, are powerful. I have enough option of other brands.

      Hope the powerful people at the top of the company will shift some of their focus from sale to service to existing customers.

      I have one request

      please take it away from me.
      I bought a Total RO for Rs. 14, 500/- on 15.10.09. From day one the machine has been leaking. On euro helpline I was told that it takes 24 working hours to attend to the complaint which means 3 days. This ia ridiculous especially with all the competition around in water purifiers. Moreover, a part of the machine's plastic was craked. The candle holder was scratched. I wonder whether this is a new piece or is it company seconds dumped in Ghaziabad. When they had to take the order, the sales people were at my beck and call. After taking the order and advance of Rs.2, 000, their was a phenomenal shift in attitude. I have cherished the company's products for over 16 years. But with this product quality and service, I have only one thing to say to Eureka Forbes "please take back this used and defective piece and please never knock my door again.
      I have also cheted in Ro.After six month my filter is not working.Company says you pay 2400/-for new filter.This company is not fair.
      we r also facing the same problem with total RO purifier.we booked request for service on sep 23rd '09. but till now nobody came, we keep on calling them.whenever we r calling they r telling they'll send service man the next day.we not even use the purifier continously for 1 month. is there any possibility to take legal action against them.
      I highly agree to it that Eureka forbes is really bad in service. The products work fine but when it comes to reapair service they don't come. Its been a month, I want to repalce the broken pipe nobody has come. I have to boil the water & drink. The machine is under contract, then too ... They are very poor in service & irritating.       Hi everybody. I’m Rajesh from Varanasi (U.P.). M/s Eureka Forbes is not responding to Complaints. They are working like fly-by-night operators making a fool of all o[censored]s. I paid for Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) for one year from 12.09.2009 to 11.09.2010 for Crystal Model Water Purifier of Eureka Forbes make for which I was given Invoice-cum-Receipt No.[protected] by their Varanasi Office. My machine is out of order since last 10 days. However, after making so many calls, machine is yet to function. Everytime I make a call, I get one more Telephone No. and get name of a new person. Some of these nos. are [protected], [protected], [protected] etc. etc. A novice visited twice but he was totally useless since he couldn’t set the machine right. I'm feeling cheated. There is no system of any Complaint No. Their website only speaks of Metros. If M/s Eureka cannot provide Service, while they are selling their products in non-Metros??? I am planning to go to Consumer Forum for these unethical trade practices and cheating. I request each one of you not to buy any product of this Company.

      HiI have purchased Forbes springfresh RO system in month of 02/03/2007 fromthere distributor khanaa.asperthem eureks forbeswiltake careoftherafter sale services.in 09-010 i have taken amc bypaying3600inr.
      now they have proomised todo4 services in it and change the candles once.
      till it expire only 2 service is een done so farand they said theer tie up with eureka is no moreexisting so you have tobuy another ro of eureks or pay the amc again with change of bosy which cost me 4600 inr. this is cheating tocustomer and customerhve to sufferbecauseofthe same.
      I purchased one AQUAGUARD TOTAL NF on[protected] paying Rs 14500 at Dehradun. To my dismay I found out that a faulty machine has been delivered. Three visits of service personnel were enough to shatter my aspiration. I was duly assured by everybody (The Sales In charge, The Services In charge as well as The Chief, Mr, Unniyal) of EFL Dehradun office that the machine will be changed within 7 days. Subsequently I was told that the model is out of stock and it will be changed in 15 days time. Then I was told the machine is out of production and will take few more days to change. Finally, I was aptly made to understand that the machine cannot be changed. I still continue to be haunted by that faulty machine and the curse of my wife.

      I have purchased AQUA GUARD TOTAL REVIVA WP SYSTEM on[protected].Tank was not filling was noticed on[protected] and complain was raised on[protected] and[protected].Service technician came and noticed one coil was not working and same was changed but RO PLANT was not started.Again he tried and told MEMBRANE may be defective.Older stand by MEMBRANE was changed and after 5 days again RO PLANT was not working.This feed back was given to AHMEDABAD higher authority for needful but sorry to say nobody is listening.Even after RO PLANT we are drinking normal water of 1100 to 1300 TDS.

      The services were very bad during last year but after change of local service provider there is some improvement and hope they sustain it as otherwise no body will go for service contract with Eureka forbes.
      I have purchased the Aquagaurd Total ROBOT on 23/07/2008. Customer ID [protected]. I am totally frustrated because there is no one to attend the problem. For the first 1 year, it worked fine, the problem started last 6 months, I have never been able to use filter more than 2 weeks consecutive.

      Since Dec 27, 2009, It has become even more pathetic ... almost everyday I call up the service centre and no one is turning up for service. one of the worst service centre I have dealt with in my life... they cheat/lie to customer saying the house was locked though there is someone always at home.

      Sincerely .. Eureka forbes has cheated by selling a product which is worthless.

      I had purchased your water purifier in sept 2009 and it worked only for one and half months and had failed to deliver water as promised. We are put to great hardship. I am working as a supervisor in Railways in a respectable post and this problem lead me to go in for literally begging from house to house for good water. We have stopped purchasing water from the water vendor who was delivering at my doorstep after installing your machine. Now we are fixed. My wife who is pregnant and carrying 5 months is also put to great hardship going in for begging for good water.
      This problem I reported and now 3 weeks had gone. I belive had been supplied with faulty unit and still no response from your side.
      I being a Central Official and leading a respectable life now approach your Customer Service people for an early rectification/ replacement else I may let know why I can't go in for a legal remedy.

      I purchased ro system of eureka forbes in march 2009. not even once service done. there is serious problems with the system i have made c ompaints more than 100 times there is response that the complaint wiil be attended within 24 hours nothing like that i am still contacting the service centre on tele 26109017 almost daily but in spite of assurance no body has attended the complaint, now i am left with no option but to approach consumer court
      We have purchased total revaiva on july19, 2009. that purifier has been giving problems since it purchased. every time when it has given problem they [service persons] taken it for 3 to 5 days, once they taken for 10 days. but till now the purifier is not working i have complained to 39883333 on 15.01.2010, but no one has not come and rectified the problem. These peoples [Eureka Forbes] has not shown interest as they showed while sales their units[purifier/vaccums etc..].
      Sir I m very sorry your service in vasai is really very poor . no body attained the complain from Vasai service center, It may be man power problem but ultimately your customer suffer with your products

This year again they did not provide the six monthly service and when I reminded them, the service was provided when the year was completing. Now they want the AMC to be renewed.       After that I called 8-10 times and they told they send a person and that person dint turn up.

      Service is utter poor.
      A nonsense company which does not know how to keep it’s customers.
      I suggest never ever buy a Eureka Forbes product.
      If a company is so much irresponsible about servicing it's own sold products then think of the reliability of their products. How long they may last!

      WE all did a mistake by buying their product.
      Never repeat this.

      I purchased an Aqua Guard Sensa Water Purifier on 05 May 2010 from the authorised franchisee in Patiala paying a cash amount of Rs 18, 000/-. Even before the machine was due for its first servicing ie on 05 Sep 2010, it developed problems. A number of complaints were registered by me and the technician who was sent to attend to my machine, to my surprise, knew nothing about it. He managed to open the system and struggled for good about an hour before he could somehow manage to assemble it again, without repairing the fault. Since that day, I have been continuously giving them calls and also visiting the office, but there has been no response at all. Not just that the product is very very disappointing but the after sales service is attrocious. The most interesting thing in the whole matter is that when I make a complaint, I immediately recieve an SMS on my mobile confirming my request number but two days later when give a call to the customer service desk with my complaint number, they simply deny having any such complaint and issue me another number. I am left with no other option but to go to the consumer court and media and raise this issue. Seeing the response from the company, I am not interested in continuing with the product. I want my machine to be returned immediately.
      To all those people, who are planning to buy a Eureka Forbes product, it is my sincere advice that there are atleast a dozen more brands available in the market, at half the price and much better service. I have made a big mistake, I would request all of you to be careful.

      Ours is a comercial establishment. we had purchased one floor maintenance machine ( nilfisk LS 430) on 29th august 2009. Anual contract no20357912 validty period 8 march 2010 to 2011. from first day it wasn't work properly many time we complain but after no body is there to see. after one year authorised service centre Guru Nanak Enterprises come over and raised 3660.00 Anual maintenance charges and not come back after. approximately two year passed we are suffering.

Appointments fixed have not been attended by the service men, who are very slack on their approach and service. Complaining on the ccustomer care no is also of no help.. they want me to wait until the guy obliges me with his visit!!!       I agree with the complaints.Eureka Forbes has so many agents who do not work properly.They are incompetent and good for nothing people.I had purchased the RO REVIVA on the 17th of may 2011.I have paid for the stand also but the agent D.Patva has not delivered the stand yet.The installation guy came and went back coz there was no stand.I am facing so much problem of drinking water.I have complained 4 times but to my dismay no one responds.
      I repent on my choice of Aquaguard.Istead I should have gone for KENT or Whirlpool water purifier.
      Eureka Forbes should look after these agents of theirs and check their movements.And these people at the corporate office also do not listen.They donot understand our problem.
      I live in Mumbai.If Eureka Forbes continues to behave like this then one person like me will spread bad words about them amongst my friends and family and they in turn will continue the same.

SINCE I HAVE BEEN STAYING IN PUNE FOR THE LAST 5 YEARS, THE AMC WAS BEEN DONE BY "SAMIKSHA ENTERPRISES, SHOP NO A1/7 SAINAGAR, SATAVWADI, HADAPSAR, PUNE. ON 26 MAY THE REP OF THE FIRM CAME FOR AMC AND CHANGED THE FILTERS BUT COULD NOT FIT THE M/C AND SAID THAT HE WOULD AGAIN COME ON 27 MAY. THE NEXT DAY HE CAME WITH ANOTHER REP ANN TOOK THE M/C.         An unit of Aqua-guard-Reviva RO system was purchased on 10-08-09 thro a representative (Mr. Dasarathan-N0:9014047) The system was sent to our home on the 11th by courier after we made a full payment. Since purchase we have been provided no support whatsoever by your company represntatives in Chennai. We have repeated called the Group leader- sales on no:[protected] as well as your CSS- Mr dasarathan, to come and install the system. We have been given excuses that they dont have a wall mounting stand and eventually even stopped picking up our calls. I think this is dispecapable for employees of a reputed firm like yours. After a lot of deleberation and studying various competetors we had chosen a Eureka Forbes product--- Unfortunately there seems to be no way of knowing about the substandard services of your employees. I request you to address this copmplaint without delay as this will lead to bad publicity in the press and even a consumer law suit!!

          The Service Team of Aquaguard is not servicing the machine under warranty as promised by the Sales Person who sold the machine earlier. The delay in service and response has passed the warranty time of the machine. There is no co-ordination between the sales and the service team.
          The Service people were ready to service the machine well within warranty period by renewing the warranty to next one year.
          The Aquaguard team has not been able to fulfil their promise of performance of the machine (3 liltre water / minute) as per specification shown by the sales person.
          Aquaguard is simply buying time to void the warranty period and sell the renew of the warranty for next one year and only repair the machine which actually should be replaced with a new one.

          Dear Mr. Ajay Vaish,

          Thanks for the response, as per our previous correspondence I would again like to reiterate again that the salesman had miss sold the unit and had stated, at the time of selling the machine, that for the first year everything would be covered under the warranty. I would suggest that your sales and service centre should co-ordinate amongst themselves and should settle this once and for all. Also, as stated by your salesman, at the time of sales it should be demonstrated to us that the machine would yield 3 litre per minute.

          The machine was installed at the above mentioned address on the 12th August 2008. The machine was sold by Mr Arvind Shukla.In true sense the machine was miss sold. We were told that our old water purification machine, which was already in good working order, is not very efficient and the new machine would yield 3 litre per minute.

          The machine from day one was not working and at no given time was yielding the amount of water as stated by your salesmen. We have, on numerous occasions, have lodged complaints with the relevant departments. For the past two months the machine is completely out of order .Following is the list of few of our correspondence.

          Initially called the complaint number 2230314

          Complained lodged on 27/07/09, complaint no 407

          Complained lodged on 31/07/09, complaint no 1118

          The complaint was also personally lodged with Mr Vaish (Supervisor Complaints)

          On numerous occasions we have spoken to Mr Arvind Shukla and he has advised us that we should lodge a complaint about this and the machine should be replaced.

          On speaking to the customer service it has been advised that the company would service the machine only if a new yearly service contract is bought. The machine’s warranty ends on the 09/08/2009. The machine is completely out of order for the 2 months. It is quite evident that the customer service is using delaying tactics and are waiting for the time when the warranty period expires.

          The installed machine is not working which is causing great deal of inconvenience. This kind of service is not expected from a reputable company like yours.

          I would greatly appreciate if you could appoint personnel to look into this matter and resolve the issue as soon as possible.

          I am SUDALAI SURESH, L&T Manager, Padiyanallore. I was purchase the AQUAPURE RO NANO water purifier (before two months), when the machine was installed that day onwards the machine repair. I was compliant so many time to the customer care and service center also(complaint Number[protected]. Till the machine is not service and now the machine is not working.so, kindly change the machine (or) return the money to me.

            I have brought a new R O Filter from sales executive of Eureka Forbes came at my door step said you can exchange your earlier Eureka Forbes U V Filter with R O one. He said coz of higgher value of T D S in your area the recommends to drink R O Filterd water for healthier life and good life

            He said this R O will remove approx 50% of T D S present in water supplied in your area, and we got the same installed at my place now after few days a new exective is coming and checking T D S present water which is filter by the new R O filter he Said this of no use u should install new / upgraded version of this same device he said the person how came and istalled the same have given u fake commitment

            U should get this R O Total

            Now at the company people are not putting ear to my calls

            My RO is giving low TDS(15 only). service people have twice changed the cartridge. Now they are refusing to change it. even they are demanding 3000 rs. for contract renewal which is expiring in august. last year at the time of renewal they changed all cartridges which were not even packed. pls help.               I have entered an AMC with Devi enterprises, franchiee and it is valid up to Dec 2010. I have complained in the last week and a technician attended and said that the water will come very slowly. Only if the overhead tank is kept in 3rd floor, it will work properly and he could not rectify our complaint.

              The water is coming very slow, drop by drop only. Again another complaint was made on 10.8.2009 and several reminders were given to Ramanathapuram office - Ph.[protected]. No technician was sent to attend the complaint.

              If my complaint is not attended, I will be forced to refer the matter to the Dist. Consumer Forum for not complying with the terms of maintenance contract.

                Dear All

                I have called up Eureka Forbes customer care center on July 28 & my request number is 54855076. for routine servicing as its almost one year but till date nobody turn up for service as the salesman told us that every six months person will be coming from Eureka Forbes for servicing. Since its almost one year nobody turn up so I decided to call the customer care the gentlemen over phone told me the service guy will come in a day or two but till date nobody visited for servicing from eureka in this regard as my water purifier is under warranty. How can you expect me to refer Aqua guard to my friends/relatives, if the service is this pathetic Its more than a week, Would appreciate if you could send service person ASAP, otherwise I have no option other than write to various seniors/other media persons about the pathetic service we have been provided.

                  hi, this is sanjay pandita from Jammu (J & K), we have purchased aquaguard compact on 12 of Aug. 2008 and installed at our home for domestic use. At the time of installation, it was assured us that there will be 2 free services and 1 free carbon change. after six months of installation a free service was given to us by the company.
                  As the 12th of Aug 2009 (i.e 1 year completion) was ahead, we call company office which is at trikuta nagar, Jammu for service and carbon change.
                  yesterday on 10th of Aug, 2009, company send a person who told us that there is no 2nd free service as the date of expire has almost ended.

                  i want to know, whether company is befooling us or the person who has came to our home.
                  i will be waiting for your kind reply.

                    We have purchased Aqua Sure Spring Fresh at Vivek & Co in the month of 12/06/2009, The amount of purchase is Rs.13, 250/-. The cheque No is 597929. At the time of improper installation, water tube bursted and severe earth shocked fully in kitchen.After this incident, there are four complaints given to customer care at Chennai office. Phone No: 39883333, Complaint No: 81623330 Gayathri. After 2 days Complaint No: 81612164 Charan, Again after one week, complaint No: 81640253 Charan.but there is no response. I have complaint at Vivek & Co finally.Three persons attended the call on three different days. Still now, same problem. So, I have decided to replace the unit or else i will go to consumer form.

                      I am G. Bhaskaran, residing at Balaji Nagar, Kolathur which I purchase Acquqguard and entered AMC with Eureka Forbes authorised dealer.

                      My wife called on 4th August 2009 for Quarterly Service and no one has responded so far. Every day she is calling and the concerned people are givning some feedback and they are giving assurance today our service engineer will come and attend your Acquaguard.

                      I am totally dissatisfied about this kind of service and first time I am facing this kind of problem with Eureka Forbes authorised dealer. My son was suffered sever throat pain and fever for the last two days.

                      Kindly take the action immediately and arrange the Service Engineer to attend this issue.

                        I recently bought a Aqua guard RO smart water purifier... They haven't installed it properly and i'm calling then (Sales executive, customer care center) for past 3 weeks but they are not bothered to correct it... now they are not even picking the phones... And to take it official i need the invoice, but that hasn't reached me yet... whenever i ask for it they say it'll be sent from their mumbai office and it looks like it'll take a century to get that in this current scenario... Had a very bad experience with this company which calls themselves as good in customer care... but in fact they are damn good in ignorance...

                          I have purchased water purifier model Aquaflow UV water purifier from 1342- HQ CE(P) Deepak, CSD Canteen. He adviced me to contact M/S VB Enterprises, 219, Sindiacate Bhawan, 3, Old Rohtak Road, Jakhira, Delhi-35. I approached him on dated 08 Aug 2009, but he refused to repair that water purifier. Sevice center and M/S VB Enterprises are harassing me. Now i am approach to you for needfuul direction so that my water purifier can repair. For this act of kindness, I shall much obligeg to you.

                            I took an Annual maintaince plan from AQUAPLUS which is an authorized AQUAGUARD service agent.They serviced my machine on the 14th of May 2009, after which my music stopped playing during the water filling.I called them on the21st of May and the standard reply was we will come tomorrow, since then I have contacted them innumerable time sometimes it is some SAMEER, sometimes it is some SHEKHAR that talks to me with the same answer we will come tomorrow but the crooks that they are they never turn up.I regret putting my hard earned money in this product, where the service is so shoddy and run by crooks.Videocon is a cheating company and I would advice all never to buy their products.
                            The number of this service co is-[protected] and I would be grateful if my product is repaired as my service plan expires on the 28th of August and their mechanic has perhaps removed my music playing equipment or damaged it.

                              We bought an AquaSure-Ivory, a product of Eureka Forbes on 03-03-09, The product was working fine for four months but started to give problems on the month of July, so we called for service engineers from "AMENDMENT AGENCY", Chennai, (an authorized service center of Eureka Forbes) to solve the problem. Sad to say that they have been working on the product to fix the problem for almost a month, but haven't identified the exact fault till now, and they have literally spoiled the product. Its condition is such that it cannot be brought back to its initial working condition.

                              I'm particularly not satisfied over the quality of service provided by the service engineers. What I have noticed from this service is that,

                              i) The service engineers do not have the basic knowledge of the product. They don't even know to open the product for repairs, and have no in depth knowledge on the parts of the system. They literally damage the consumers product in the name of service.

                              This shows that they lack good training. I have actually confirmed it with the service engineer who came to my home. Instead of giving basic training they are just recruited and asked to learn from repairing consumers products by themselves, where they keep asking their superiors through Mobile for their every move regarding the product.

                              ii) They don't have the basic care for customers and their products. The way they handle the product at our home right before our eyes is pathetic.

                              iii) The way they handle repairs is that by some how, by hook or crook they want the problem to be covered and not solved.

                              iv) They don't have a whole hearted commitment towards service. At the end of the day they want the work to be somewhat done, and are not cared about the way it is done and if the problem is perfectly solved.

                              How can we rely on such a product which gives problems so soon and not to mention the quality of service which cannot be trusted. We want the authorities involved to take necessary action and replace our product with a new one.

                              We have also purchased AquaSure Ivory on 30.3.2009 from M/s Vinod Traders Sector 18-D, Chandigarh. From the month of Sept., 2009 our Aquaguard was not working properly. We have lodged the complaint to service centre and they have deputed Technician and give us his mobile number. We daily contacted his but did not come to repair. We then complaint to Manager, Service Centre. The collected Aqua Sure Ivory on 3.10.2009 and returned on 5.10.2009 and assured us the system is now working properly. We regret to inform you that the system is not working and while contacting them they did not respond properly to our complaint. In our opinion we have purchased worst system from the better market.

                                The company is manufacturing acqua guards and marketing adopting unfair trade practice canvassing that all the products are same and of also specifications. The fact is that some are sold through dealers only`and rest of the models are sold directly by the company. The models sold by the dealers are differrent in price and specification than those marketed directly by the company. The dealers are not permitted to sell the models marketed by the company directly and that the company does not sell the models sold by the dealers. On both the products, the name of the company is printed and the shop / seller does not disclose this and causes an impression as if both are same. This is nothing but cheating the consumers.

                                I paid for and purchased Acqua Guard Sensa because it was a Eureka Forbes brand. I am very disappointed with the service provided Invoice no 043023 dt[protected] thru Mr. Gurunath F. First the instrument was installed after repeated reminders after nearly a week. Second, I was told that the stand required will cost Rs. 250. Based on his advise, we asked him to send the instrument along with stand. The person who came to install the instrument did not bring the stall and informed that the suitable stand will cost Rs.1200.00 I did not agree but under force i had to accept. I purchased the equipment on the condition that a water sample will be drawn from the equipment and tested at your lab and produced to me for my complete satisfaction. This has not bveen done till date. Now they are saying that i should spend another Rs.600 for some valve. The total amount spent for the equipment comes to Rs.19700.
                                I feel cheated that the correct price was not told to me and little by little amount kept on increasing. No water sample was drawn and I have not been given the water test reoport.It speaks ill of a company of your repute.
                                In view of all this, i would request you to take the equipment back as i am throughly disappointed. Water continues to leak and keep my kitchen wet all the time.

                                  I am a user of Eureka Forbes's Aqua Guard - Water Purifier from past 5-6 years. Althought the product is still unparalleled in its category compare to other competitors. But unfortunately the service backup of the company is still NOT really good after serving the industry for so long.

                                  I had recently called the local service centre and their service franchisee which covers my locality in Nagpur (almost 4 weeks back). The circuit and some other components of the product were need to be changed as told by the service engineer, who visited after almost 3 weeks from the first complaint. Then they said that they need to order these components from their main H.O. But thereafer, nobody turned up. Their service delivery is very pathetic. They do not have (including their service H.O. here) the necessary spare parts available and I am still waiting for the components to be replaced.

                                  Memorex Home Appliances Kothrud on 19 March 2010.

                                  On 26 Jan 2011 we observed that the machine was leaking so we called up Memorex.

                                  problem for 2 hours without rectifying the problem. This has caused
                                  unnecessary inconvenience to my family. In this scenario, I request
                                  you to replace the whole machine because I think that machine is
                                  beyond repairs.

                                    I have perchased a EUREKA FORBES AquaSure water purifier after seing advertisemen in telugu news paper. The company person came to my house and taken 2750/- receipt of M/s cristal enterprises. till than the unit did not work same thing was coplained but not single fellow came to or telephoned me. In word I can say that this is company o[censored]SELESS .THESE PEOPLE ONLY SELL THE PLASTIC PRODUCTS FOR HUGE AMMOUNT AND NEVER TERN BACK FOR COSTOMER CARE.
                                    i have acqua guard nova in my house but it is full of hassles .i FULLY AGREE WITH MOIZ THEY CHEAT COMMAN MAN .THEIR SERVICE IS TOTALLY USELESS.

                                    EurekaForbes Water Purifier — PAID MONEY SINCE ONE MONTH BUT MACHINE NOT YET INSTALLED.

                                    I ORDERED FOR BOOSTER WATER PURIFIER SINCE A MONTH.SALES PERSON IS GANESH WHO CAME FOR DEMO TOOK YHE FULL PAYMENT ,THEN HE CAME BACK WITH A SMALL MACHINE BUT WE NEEDED BOOSTER SO HE SAID HE WILL COME AND BACK WITHIN A WEEK SINCE THEN HE NEVR RETURNED, NOR PICKS UP PHONE .MY COMPLAIN NO IN THE COMPANY IS 42285,THEY ALSO NEVR RESPONDED,I FEEL THIS IS A MISERABLE COMPANY FULL O[censored]NTRAINED SALES PERSON WHO INSTEAD OF EXPLAINING PROPERLY LEAVE THE CUSTOMER CONFUSED. IORDERED BEFORE RAMAZAN I.E 1 SEPT SO THAT WE COULD HAVE CLEAN WATER DURING THE HOLY MONTH BUT AS YOU SEE RAMAZAN IS ENDING BUT THE PATHETIC PEOPLE OF EUREKA FORBES STILL SLEEPING.THE COMPANY CANNOT SURVIVE FOR LONG IF THEY CHEAT COMMAN MAN LIKE THIS .HOW CAN THEY EASILY GULP DOWN MY HARD EARNED MONEY .

                                      Your local franchise took sample of water and they had it tested in their laboratory and obtained a report, which was absolutely silent to the nature of the problems – growth of white thin flakes.

                                      Kindly refer to my letter to you, dated[protected]copy enclosed) in which I pointed out to you that the Aquaguard purifier was giving water which produced white thin flakes of some substance which I could not identify. And so I requested you for a proper investigation.

                                      Anyway, lots of thanks to you for your endeavour. But unfortunately your people moved in a wrong track. The problem is still persisting.

                                      It has been a long wait, almost more than a year now. Please find out a final solution to this problem.

                                      I hope you will appreciate the serious condition of drinking water.

                                      Kindly take the initiative urgently and oblige.

                                        I had bought the above mentioned model dated 1/7/09, from a salesperson, Ankush Rathod who claimed to be working with the company. I gave the down payment in cheque for 2625/- number 715857 and rest of the EMIs as post dated cheques number 715858 to 715861. The machine was delivered to me after two days and installed. No water has come out of the machine till now inspite of repeated complaints to thier customer care, HO in Koregaon park, Pune or to their local service station in Wanowrie. My customer ID is [protected] and request number is [protected]. The only line they would adopt is, " someone will come to fix your problem today only"

                                        I have been boiling water since then and my children have had stomach upsets quite often. Neither am I able to use the machine nor dispose it off..
