I have procured an Eureka Forbes Aquaguard Total Infinity brand Water purifier. I first saw this at a consumer fair held at Salt Lake Stadium, and the representative at the fair informed me that I would get a surprise gift if I book the water purifier. He also informed me that he would be able to send his representative to my residence, who could take my booking. I gave my address and as said the representative arrived. When I asked him regarding the free gift, he first informed me that the same would be sent to me on full payment. I made the full payment within some days of making the booking, and then he informed me that the free gift will be delivered at the time of delivery of the water purifier. Later, just prior to the delivery, when I reminded him of the free gift, he told me that there are some complications and I would need to talk to his senior. I spoke to his senior, Who then informed me that since I did not pay the booking amount at the consumer fair, I do not stand eligible for the free gift. I updated my complaint in the customer feedback section of Eureka forbes website ( www.eurekaforbes.com ), however, there has still been no response in this regard from Eureka Forbes. The value of a free gift is immaterial, but I want to bring to notice the fraudulent selling practices being used by the company.

Eureka Forbes-Aqua Guard — Eureka forbes turns disgusting
HiLooks like Eureka forbes has become very complaisant about their position of market leaders in the water purification business!!! Well business is nobdy’s fiefdom and that too the segment you are operating in.If you lose your share you are yourself to blame for it.
I have an AMC with your Thane based franchisee- Yoash Services. The services and customer orientation of your franchisee can be rated as “Highly disappointing”.This is the third time they have failed on their commitment in one year to attend to the service request. I called up your helpline number. But looks like you have opened a helpline because it is fad these days.
I am not writing to you in a hope to hear from you but to warn you that franchisees like Yoash services are surely going to kill your brand unless you take timely action.
