I have purchase EUROAIR Geneus yesterday (20.05.09)by cash against this executive given me acknowledgement for documents Sl.No 338014 when I ask about cash receipts then he told me that same was handover to at the time of product deliver at the evening product was deliver to my office when I ask about cash receipts he simply told me that he was in hurry so he is forget to take the receipts from office and same will be given to me half and hour.I sent my cooligue to take this procduct from Eureka Forbes executive because at that time I was busy in a official meeting.

At evening when i reached home and open the box I was really surprised and shocked to see that executive handover me defected piece because no manual, no remote not proper packing inside and prodict also not proper working…immediately I call your customer care centre but office were closed and leave my msg ….(Ref sale no[protected]

In the morning when I have approached executive about deleive defected piece, he simply told me that sorry sir I was busy possibility that office boy given you rejected piece…..for this incident I realize that now your network is very big and customer satisfaction not your first priority, I know you change my product but please think about customer harshement which he have…. carry product from office to home and taken back home to office.

I am customer ofEureka Forbes from last 10 year and I also used Water Purifier, vacuum Cleaner ….and same advice to all of my friend to go with eureka if you want this product.

But yesterday incident heart me very badly and all view should be changed

Please look into this matter with serioud concern and don’t loose customer satisfaction on Eureka Forbes.

Now I request you to please provide me cash receipts of Rs 9900/- and change my product immediately.

For this incident I realize that now your network is very big and customer satisfaction is not your first priority, I know you will change my product but please think about customer harassment which he faced…. carrying product from office to home and vice versa.
I am customer of Eureka Forbes from last 10 year and I also use Water Purifier, vacuum Cleaner ….and for using your products already given reference to many of my friends and relatives to use it.
But the kind of experience I had yesterday has really broke my trust towards the customer care part is being taken in a really very light way despite of being in competitive market how can they afford to treat their customer like this ..
Please look into this matter with serious concern and before it’s become too late, your company may be affected due to these kind of lacks for after sale customer satisfaction.
Now I request you to please provide me cash receipts of Rs 9900/- and change my product immediately.

euroair geneus — defective piece supply

Eureka Forbes becomes one of the werst and Frod company. Pls lets not to buy any thing from those guys reason as my case ... Now yesterday when we reach there asaf ali office then i want to know that they have not this product in their store...now i am laughfing on own why should i made payment cash...now i request you to all please don't purchased any product from eureka forbes because they are cheater...

Today i have received call from Mr manoj who is the incharge of this office and gave me assurance that my product will be change on Monday 25.09.2009...let see if it is not happen then i will take police and press help on my issue ...i have purchased this product of Rs 9900/- but i am ready to spend Rs 10000 more to give them lesson that we are not a fool...i will planing to take legal action against slae executive or co who took me cash wihtout given me official receipt...
Immediately action should be taken by company..and chang defective piece immediately without any further delay...maintain company reputation & gooedwill

    I am Jayashree living in bangalore purchased ur "AQUAGUARD TOTAL SENSA" PRODUCT ON 14/07/2008 by ur sales man Byrappa. My customer ID is [protected] . I am very sorry to tell that ur service is very poor as my product is not working from day of its installment and after a long times of about 6 months the system was changed and again the same problem has started again after the we complained we were again told that the whole system would be changed again and we also received the system through courier and found that the product was much older then the the time we actually purchased and i strongly believe that after frequent defective products exchanged ur r using second hand product as exchange and hence we requested Mr Hemanth to get the latest model but till now we have not recived any messages and no positive responses from him, we had also contacted Mr Channakeshav{[protected], }
    Mr Vasudeva.g.{[protected]}, Mr Venkatarao {[protected]} but no postive responsefrom any of them .
    WE SIMPLY FELL THAT WE WASTED MONEY ON UR product.

    AQUAGUARD TOTAL SENSA — Non receipt of the invoice and guarantee card

    I had purchased a water purifier from aquagaurd eureka forbes, model Total sensa. The product some how was delivered to us on oct 2010. But the agent had told the invoice and the guarantee card and other manuals will be sent by courier within a week. Inspite of calling the office several times, there is no good response. They just tell, I will report the problem to higher officials, but don't get back. After 3months, when a guy had come for servicing even he had called and requested to send the documents. After several days, i got a call telling I will get the documents in a week. Its more than a month now and 5months after the purchase, we are left without any documents or proof of purchasing the model.
    I would advise every one not to go for aquagaurd or see that they give the documents on delivery of the product.

      I BOUGHT AN VACCUM CLEANER LAST MONTH, AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE THE SALES PERSON SAID WE WILL A VACCUM CLEANER, SET OF 10 BAGS, POUCH AND ONE TRAVEL BAG.BUT AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY HE GAVE ONLY THREE ITEMS, WHEN WE ASKED ABOUT THE LAST ITEM HE SAID "I FORGOT THAT, I WILL BRING IT TOMORROW"BUT STILL NOW HE DIDN'T GAVE THE BAG TO US.WHEN WE CALLED SEVERAL TIMES HE SAID I AM COMING...

      PLEASE DON'T TRUST THIS COMPANY PRODUCT AS WELL AS THE SALES EXECUTIVE OF THESE FIRM.

      Eureka Forbes Vacuum Cleaner — No Service

      Its 4 weeks since the complaint was launched about the stalled vaccum cleaner. No darn service yet. Every time you call you get an answer the technician will be visit today but no one turns up. Suggestions to all - please do not go for Eureka Forbes products.

      Eureka Forbes Vacuum Cleaner — No bill provided even after 2 months of purchase

      I bought eureka forbes vaccum cleaner in the month of vaccum cleaner.BUt still i have not provided the original bill.I have made repeated complaints on their helpline, but still no action has been made.Also the machine sometime works and sometime doesnot.After complaining 2 times i was given the SR number, but no action was taken on that even after 2 weeks time.

      Eureka Forbes Vacuum Cleaner — Worst Service ever received from such a well known company

      i had bought the a vaccum cleaner machine from one of your outlet located at G.K II, M Block Market (New Delhi). The person has delivered me the machine which was faulty. for change that machine your company has taken one month and 15 days. and there are other equipments which was already broken while delivering to me but your G.K outlet has refused to replace those parts.


      And the worst part is that i had not recieved my bill for the machine and warranty card and lifetime service card.


      The person who had delieverd the machine his mobile no. is [protected]. and he is refusing to take my call.

      Eureka Forbes — IMPROPER SERVICING

      I HAD AN AQUA GUARD OF ROYAL BRAND PURCHASED FROM EUREKA FORBES. I MADE A SERVICE CONTRACT OF 3 YEARS. AS PER THE CONTRACT THE SERVICE CENTRE PEOPLE SHOULD VISIT MY HOME AND SERVICE THE PURIFIRE AND CHANGE SOME INGRAIDENTS/INTERNALS INSIDE THE PURIFIRE. BUT EVERY TIME WE HAD TO CALL THEM AND GET OUR PURIFIRE SERVICED, INTERNALS CHANGED AS PER SCHEDULE. RECENTLY MY WHOLE FAMILY GOT SICK AND WE SUFFERED NEARLY ONE WEEK FOR THIS. THE DOCTORS EXPLAINED THAT IT IS BECAUSE OF CONTAMINATED WATER. AS WE ARE DRINKING WATER FROM OUR AQUA GUARD THEY ARE MOST DEFINITLY RESPONSIBLE FOR OUR SICKNESS AND SUFFERINGS. I THEREFORE WANTS TO COMPLAIN TO THEM ABOUT THE WHOLE EPISODE AND WANT TO LITIGATE THEM.

      i have purches one euroka forbes vaccum cleaner at vijay sales ahmedabad on dt.04/09/10
      but till date no any service man to no body in my home i have number of call to service centre but no body come my home to how to use this product so please my complaint registred and take nesssary action.

      Eureka Forbes Vacuum Cleaner — not satisfied with product

      I am not satisfied with the product of Euroka forbes vaccumm cleaner. service is very poor. I tried to contact the costumer care but nobody responded to my complaints as it is a festival season ,I purchase the machine so It can help me during diwali The machine has not supported me moreover it has given me electrical shocks two times. so plzz suggest what shall I do.

      I had launched a complain with Eureka Forbes helpline regarding service of my vacuum cleaner on 5th of May, at their customer care helpline. They assured me the mechanic shall come in a day or two, but person who comes is not able to open the machine, he says he does not know how to open it! repeated calls have been made but they are not sending any person. I asked them to give me the no of the service center but they did not. what should i do??

      Eureka Forbes — improper service

      we had insured our R.O system for 2 years in year 2009 from EUREKA FORBES ..Mr.Jambu dalawat insured ths system.Now according to the agreement, filters have to be changed by ths this year in june,but still its not completely changed but he din't completely changed our filters after one year completed.We called him severl times but he din responded satisfactrly.

      WE PURCHASE VACUUM CLEANER FROM CABLE VISION , NEW AABADI MANDSAUR , 2 MONTH BEFORE, BUT AFTER 15-20 DAYS LATTER IT WAS NOT WORKING ( VACUUM CLEANER USE ONLY 15-20 MIN.       Eureka Forbes — REGARDING SERVICING

      I have taken a service contract from an AUTHORISED SERVICE CENTRE OF EUREKA FORBES LIMITED . My contract receipt no. is 17211811. I need servicing for my aquaguard but the agents never turn on whenever complaint for service is done. Name of the service centre is Santosh Service,Raza Bajar,Patna,Bihar.

        Sir,

        I wish to bring to your notice that, I have purchased Aquagaurd Water Purifier R/O from our Nearest dealer Big Bazar, RTC X Road, Hyderabad against Deliery Challan No.3219 dt.31st May-09. (Invoice Not yet raised) They delivered the machine on 1st June-09 itself and told hat Company poeplewill come and install it by tomorrow.

        It is already passed 6 days and No person is come to install. When I checked with Big Bazar People, there was no response from thm and tell us to contact Eureka Forbes directly.

        Is it not the responsibility to get it installed?

        I request the concerned authorities to get it installed or else to take back the machine or arrange to refund of money immediately.

          Eurekaforbes vaccum cleaner was purchaged on 26.02.09 from dealer "LOKPLAZA" jinsinala no.1 Gwalior M.P.
          After a week, whwenever its power supply cord unwinded and taken out it rewind automatically. hence it was not possible to plug in the cord in an electrical socket. so machine cant work
          Complaint was made through dealer on 18.03.09. A technician attended on 24.03.09 checked the machine and find out that powersupply cord rewinding drum was defective and required to be replaced. He assured it would be replaced up to 31st march.No body turned up . another complaint was made on 24.04.09.Another technician turned up on 06.05.09 and assured that defective part would be replaced within two days.None appeared. another complaint was made on11.05.09.Another thecnician appered on 14.05.09.Defective part was not replaced.

            Sir,
            I'am Dr Ashim Raj Ranafrom Darjeeling. I had purchased Aquaguard Nova while I was in Siliguri, West Bengal. On Jan 2007 I shifted my base to Darjeeling, WB. I informed the Service centre at Siliguri about my relocation and they provided me the Mobile number of service centre at Darjeeling. Upon contacting them, they came to my home & reinstalled the machine. Since my AMC was overdue I paid for 1 year AMC while in Darjeeling.
            It is very regretful to say that I had paid the Annual maintainance charge on the year 2007. But till Date no one from the company has ever visited my home. My Aquaguard Nova Machine is not working since Nov 2007. On contacting the service centre, the mobile number does not exist. On contacting the Siliguri service centre a rude man insists that he is in charge of Siliguri only.
            It has been more than a year since my water purifier is not working. What should I do? Recently, a sale representative came to my home to demonstrate a Vacuum cleaner from the same company. I told him about my problem & he promised to help me. Then a phone came from the service centre, Darjeeling and insisted on exchanging my Aquaguard with a new one. I denied and requested them to check my machine and repair it. After that there is no response till Date.
            All relevent documents are with me regarding the machine. So I request to kindly do the needful so that I can use the products of Eurekaforbes in future without any hiccups, the failure of which will force me to take legal actions.

            WE HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM LIKE MR.ASHIMRAJ.ITS BEEN MORE THAN A YEAR OUR AQUA GUARD IS NOT IN USE.WE HAVE AQUA GUARD GOLD NOVA. THE PERSON WHO DOES THE SERVICING IN MIRIK CIRCLE NAMED PRASANJIT CAME TO DO THE SERVICING LAST YEAR AND WHILE INSTALLING AN IRON GUARD HE SPOILED OUR AQUA GUARD AND AFTER THAT HE HAS VANISHED.HE COMES TO DO THE SERVICING IN OTHER HOUSES AND HOTELS IN MIRIK BUT HE DOES NOT COME TO OUR PLACE.HE DOES NOT ATTAIN OUR CALLS AND WE HAVE TO SEND HIM A MESSAGE THROUGH OTHER PEOPLE IN WHOSE HOUSE HE COMES FOR SERVICING.EVERY TIME HE PROMISES TO COME BUT HE ESCAPES EVERYTIME WITHOUT SERVICING OUR AQUQ GUARD.WE HAVE CALLED TO THE SERVICE CENTRE NOS. IN SILIGURI AS WELL AS IN DARJEELING BUT THEY SPEAK SO RUDELY AND SAY THEY SEND A SERVICE MAN BUT TILL DATE THEY HAVEN'T SEND ANYONE. IT WAS A BIG MISTAKE TO INSTALL AQUAGUARD AND THE SERVICING IN MIRIK IS WORST.THIS SERVICE MAN NAMED PRASANJIT FROM MALBAZAR WHO WORKS FOR MIRIK CIRCLE IN SERVCING AQUA GUARD IS A WORST HUMAN BEING WE HAVE EVER MET.PLEASE HELP WE ARE FACING A LOT OF PROBLEM FOR DRINKING WATER.

              Dear Sir,

              I had purchased a RO system of Eureka Forbes in the month of Nov 08 at my residence at Bahaduurgarh.I had a major concern for the services because the local dealer had clearly told me that if I purchase the unit from eureka forbes directly I will be facing the services issue because the service will be routed thru them and they will not easily provide the services when I had discussed the same with both these sales people of Gurgaon branch(Mr DK Thakur [protected]) & Mr R K Pandey ([protected]) I was been convinced that it will not be a issue at all and these dealers can't sell RO directly to the enduser.

              The first problem approx two months after the purchase I faced was the overflow of water I called up and after several followups the service guy reached and changed the candle and was confirmed that it will be ok now.After few days again the problem started and this time I called up and eureka forbes gurgaon branch they sopke to the local partner Ambeyji this time the engineer visited after lots of escalation and he confirmed that the membrane is reqd to be changed now from there I was routed to faridabad branch and it approximately 20-25 days to get the same in running condition.In these 20-25 days I had calledup the above mentioned sales people at gurgaon I had to speak to several people at faridabad branch then I had to speak to their mumbai branch and after then it was resolved.

              Now I am again facing the problem of the overflow of water again I called up faridabad branch of eureka forbes I was given the no Ambeji local dealer at bahadurgarh and a engineer visited and told us that weight sensor is reqd to be changed when I called up Mr DK Thakur and he tried to show that he is working with eureka forbes for last six years which didn't effect him at all when I asked for his no he refused to share his no and he told us a very strange thing he doesn't handle eureka forbes RO system then why he was sent by the dealer (Ambeyji) and I am calling up for last five days at faridabad branch and everyday I am been told by eureka forbes that it will be resolved today but it is still not resolved I called up several times but these people are not bothered at all.

              My family is facing problem for drinking water I would request and urge to help me out.

              I Purashed R.O.from varanasi this month .i want to know about T.D.S leavel, what is lowest limit for drinking water.The taste of water is not ok and got some heavyness in stomch.

              I have recently purchased Water purifier (AquaSure) from Eureka forbes. Within 15 days of purchasing this product, it is second time under maintainance. From 10 days it is not working. I have been calling Eureka forbes service centre dailly. No body is responding. Every time they are giving new excuses, and it is awfull to talk with them. Nobody from Eureka forbes is interested and bothered, it is really a trouble.
              iam your dealer at lucknow (u.p) your servise manger mr.rajpoot are not responding to customer complaint isay many times to attend the complaint mrs.neelamsrivastava so please change the unit or change service center my contactno. [protected]

                Recently I bought Aquasure Crystal Model From Metro shopping mall in bangalore. Since I am residing in hassan dist., before buying the product I wanted confirm about the installation and aftersales service. I got the answer from the Aquasure sales person that they will arrange a person for installation. Itz already 6th day running and nobody turned up to install the system. Whenever I tried to reach the person who has promised me is still making arrangements to send a service engineer...!!! When I tried eurekaforbes customers care they directed me to Mysore branch of aftersales service. There I got another conrtact number of ther service engineer who is taking care of Hassan region. I thought I reached my destination.. surprisingly I got shocking answer from that person saying "Sorry sir, I have stoped giving service becoz the company has to settel few issues, untill I wont come for installation." Even I got one more shocking news from him saying "company is not properly supplying components and spares for the products which made us to hear lovely words from customers daily so I hv stoped attending service calls."

                  I had called aquagaurd customer care on two occasions . They first sent a technician saying that the pipes were not fitted correctly. he then tightened the pipes, but i found ants in the storage tank again. the system is supposed to the best in the industry and air tight, howvever ants are still found in the system. the equipment if abt one and a half months old
                  i ahve called them againand after waiting for 48hrs called up aquaguard to speak to a manager, bur agent by the name of pathiba said taht there is no one I can spaek to and no email i can complaint to as well. Aquaguard seesm to be taking people for granted and now I have no drinking water although I have paid Rs 15000 for the equipment. kindly do the needful.

                    I had shifted from Baroda, Gujarat to Borivavali(w), Mumbai on last April, 2009 with two year old RO (Cost Rs. 14000/-) purifier system of M/s Eureka Forbes which had having AMC from very 1st day. After shifting and reinstalling of RO system by the company service man at my residence at 403 Gorai Maitreya CHS Ltd., Plot No. 55, Gorai Khadi, Gorai, Borivali(W), Mumbai-91, I was in dilema on the water quality of purified water of the same because the incoming water has low TDS(75ppm) of water supplying by BMC. Accordingly i contacted the concerned person of the company personnels( nos. are [protected] of one technicians, [protected] of Mr Rohit, [protected] of Mr Satis Bhosle, GM, [protected] Mr Nandu) by phone. They have attened several times after getting continuous phone calls from me and once chacked the incoming and out going TDS( Incoming-75ppm & Out going- 4ppm). The service people were dont know whether it is OK or not. Only to insist me to change the column i.e their motivation was only to sale their items not to give better service to people by which once can get the better servicing facility after purchasing the companies costly product. But till date I am not getting any solution on it. They have suggested to change the high TDS filter column by low TDS filter column (cost around Rs 2500/-). Then I agreed and asked them to change & assured me the performance of the low TDS column means the column should staisfy the result of the required parameters, then only I will pay for the replacement. Because as per company saleing strategy, if once the parts are used then it will be charged accordingly. Just think if it is not worked properly after installation then also customer will have to bear the cost what ever it is. In such condition how the general people will get confidient on such reputed company? I did also mail to their customer services mail ID at [protected]@eurekaforbes.com on 19/04/2009 and then after only one call I received in respect of my mail. Then after till date I am not getting any response from them.

                    Moreover, I need AMC(Annual Maintanance Contract) of my RO system & it should be with this company only, as the last AMC is over. But now I am afraid rather confused on AMC to be done with this company. If any body have any solution please help.

                        We are sorry to inform you that we are having one aquaguard installed at our resident we want its bottle to be replaced so we have made no. of telephone calls to the agent and each time we are making a call they insist on replacing the entire aquaguard in place of replacing the bottle. They are ready to come only if we buy a new aquaguard and simply not ready to listen to our requirement of replacing the bottle. This is quite unfair to a consumer and frankly speaking amounts to cheating.

                          I had opted to undertake the sevices of 'Eureka Forbes' through their authorised Franchsie situated at 'Inder puri' New Delhi - 110 012, by entering in to 'Annual Contract' for maintenance of ' Water Purifier' Classic Model. I had registered complaints with them for maintenance but are not attending the Complaints since Jan. 2009.On failure to attend the complaints till 3months, I reported the matter through ' Euro help line' on 15/4, 18/4, 23/4, 25/4. When no body attended the complaint, they advised me to contact[protected] &[protected]. They refferred me to contact Mr. Nitin or Mr. Taneja on ph.[protected]. One Mr. Raj came on line but did not noted the Complaint, and as such, nothing happened till date.

                          I again contacted the euro help line again to day, the complaint no. is 53877728. The earlier complaint is [protected] & Cust. I.D. [protected].
                          This is being brought to the notice of TOP MANAGEMENT to show how casually the complaints are being taken by the Management at lower level.

They shamelessly knock off your money. Please approach IMMEDIATELY The Consumer Forum in you area. Please claim the refund the cost of machine, the cost of AMC, and damages to your health and family's health. The consumer Forum is a Government Body with semi judicial powers. The Consumer forum will impose penalty on Eureka Forbes. They will try maximum to evade to pay the penalty. Consumer Forum has powers to issue arrest warrant if payment is not made.

                            The machine(model-Aqua Nova) was purchased in Aug.'2001, for the last 4 months, i'm facing a problem of frequent non-functioning of the machine.I also have an A.M.C. done.The local service centre(Garia, Kol-84) had sent a mechanic who has not been able to restore the machine.Now they have no solution to the problem.Should i take it up with the higher authorities to get the work done?                                 I bought a Video Door Phone from Eureka Forbes in September 2008. There is some problem with the receiver and from the last 2 months I have been calling them and have not got any replacement. I have just got a bunch of phone numbers about whom to contact.

                                I wrote a mail to [protected]@eurekaforbes.com 3 days back, but there has been no response. There is no consumer complaint redressal system.

                                The whole reason o[censored]s buying a Eureka Forbes product over Zicom was for the service parameter. But I am deeply disappointed.
                                Worst service from Eureka. Do not buy this product. It is a very bad one. All false commitments.
                                They do not even bother to note the compliants properly.

                                They talk very bad about competetors.

                                I have not seen any company working like this. Very very bad experience...

                                Buy product of Eureka only if you want to loose your money.

                                  I purchased a Aquaguard water purifier on 19/04/2009.immediately after installation we observed a damage in the body of filter. i have lodged a official complaint with the company. Even after 1 month company has not botherd to replace the defective sysytm.
                                  I am feeling sorry for purchasing the syatem from so called reputed company.

                                    I had taken an Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) from Eurekaforbes for the maintenance of my Water Purifier ST2000 vide Contract Reciept No 15225775 dated 01 April 2008 vide ICICI Bank, Bidadi Cheque No:571268 dated 01 April 2008 for a sum of Rs 1690/- (Rupees One Thousand Six Hundred and Ninety Only) crossed 'A/c Payee Only' in favour of Eureka Frobes. The AMC was for the period ) 01 Apr 2008 to 01 April 2010. The AMC was to be executed by their Authorised Service Centre M/s Srinivasa Aqua Services, #243, 9th Main, BEML 5th Stage, 1st Phase, RR Nagar, Bangalore-560098, Ph:28605585, as per the AMC.
                                    On 12 April 2009 their rep Shri Shabbir came and changed all the filters. As soon as he left my house, I noticed that the external filter plastic bowl began to leak. I, immediately, rang up Shabbir and he promised to rectify the flaw next day. Ever since then, I have been ringing him up but he promises to come and doesnot come. Then after getting fed up, I lodged a complaint on 01 May 2009 with the company on helpline Telephone number[protected]. My Complaint number is [protected] dated 01 May 2009, Thereafter, I have repeatedly rang up the Helpline, the Service Centre, and their rep, but they do not come to repair the water purifier.
                                    Sir, I am very much harrassed. I want that I my machine should be rectified immediately and I should be compensated for the harrassment. My customer ID is [protected].

                                      We had purchased a Aqua Guard RO Water purifier from you in chennai office in the month of June'08. There was second time membrane failure with the machine being hardly 10 months old. First we made a complaint of poor taste in water with in two months after the purchase date and your service executive came and changed the membrane saying it might be a faulty one and after that now in the month of April'09 there was no water flow into the water container. We made a complaint vide complaint no: 81215599 and serive personnel came in and told the membrane got repaired due to more TDS in the water and has to be replaced at the cost of Rs.2500/- Since the machine is under warranty we need this to be replaced under warranty since it is no fault o[censored]s, if there was more TDS it should have been checked before installing the system rather than saying it now that there was more TDS in the water. I request to the concern that issue to be resolved with replacement under warranty. Hope i get a favourable reply from your side.

                                      Ravi is right. When they say warranty its warranty on the whole product. When the company never makes any such declaration of limits of TDS value they have to comply with the warranty and exchange the product.
                                      we have been facing the same issue. TDS has risen up to 150. But they ask for money to replace that membrane saying it is consumable part.
                                      Here is a story of disgust I experienced with the Eureka Forbes people in connection with a fault in my Aqua Guard RO unit. It was bought in June 2011. Lately the taste of the water was salty and the TDS showed more than 900 and one morning there was no water flow at all. The service technicians came for checking who said that the membrane had worn out and the motor was faulty. He said this would happen when the water does not flow through the inlet tube. But he didn’t check the flow of that tube. Instead he said that the motor did not work and hence there is no water flow. I was surprised because we had the whole set of the filter cartridges changed only on 15th December 2013 and the water TDS went up within 15 days of changing. When the service technicians checked they said there was no problem and the water will improve in taste. But now, within one and a half months I am in peril and there was no water to drink. We had to resort to getting packaged drinking water. One of my friends tried to me and got his technician for checking my RO unit. He after thorough checking said that the membrane and filters are not original from Aqua Guard and the membrane was an old one which had already worn out. That is why it had stopped filtering water. He said the motor was perfect but the inlet tube was fully deposited with salt and hence water was not flowing resulting in motor not working.

                                      Now, he offered to replace the membrane with a original Aqua Guard Refill and to fix a flush valve which will take care of the water flow. With my consent he did the job and now the RO is working properly and the water TDS is below 50.

                                      Here are some questions I need answers for.
                                      1. The first year of installation of my RO, it was under AMC and all was OK. There was no problem in the water. The next year we did not want to enter in AMC and asked the technicians to come on call only. Is that why the next year everything went wrong?
                                      2. The first year all the refills were original. The next year all were from the franchisees and it was said that Aqua Guard stopped supply of all refills. Why?
                                      3. Why were some parts like relay and some valves removed from the unit by the franchisee as not needed?
                                      4. Why, to our utmost surprise the water inlet tube was not checked for smooth flow when there is complaint but the motor was said to be faulty when there was really no problem with the motor?
                                      Eureka Forbes has to answer me whether they as a company know that their franchisees are not giving good service and they tend to cheat the customers and to loot money from them saying fake faults in the RO units.

DONT EVER EVRE BUY EUREKA FORBES WATER PURIFIER" ...I had experienced enough from their old carbon filter UV model to RO+UV Enhance model...They are just a bunch of cheaters who lure costumers with there false claims and pathetic after sales service...You can get an idea from this that a company with presence of over 30 years in market doesnt even have a toll free no...Kindly go for any other brand for new purchase, and i[censored] already had an aquaguard machine and feel stuck in their after sales service then u can opt. for some independent local service providers.

                                      Dear Indian_Consumer102, actually, while a customer getting a free demonstration from our executives, they have to know details regarding product knowledge, which parts come under warranty and how to get proper service from company. It happens so in case of Direct Sales, but not in dealer models. Otherwise they can be able to get details by dialing to our customer care executives.
                                      Dear Shukla Yogesh, don't bother about your water having TDS 150ppm. According to the WHO, the portable water should contain TDS level 220ppm, which is drinkable. But you are getting standard level of water, which is perfect for human body.But be sure that the TDS is the percentase of different kind of minerals.While there is excess amount of calcium and sulfur in water, it shows TDS level is high.
                                      Dear shashmit741258, I think you have not followed the company guideline or you have not purchased the product by systematically. There is no discount on our product, but why customers trying to avail discount? For which thy are not getting registered to the company SAP. While purchasing a product from company, customers have to keep contact details of local service centers. And be sure that EUREKA FORBES LIMITED is a company, who sends his employee to visit customer's house dailly to inquire and to solve problem happens, not like of calling to inquire.And this is due to top class service.My suggestion for you know more about eurekaforbes, and compare the service provided by other companies with eureka forbes.

                                      I ordered a domestic ro membrane from them and received it within 3 days. My raw water TDS is 1500 and i got 60 TDS from my RO. After almost 6 months still i am getting 80 TDS in my water.

                                        I purchased the Aquagaurd Total R. O. from eureka forbes by the order no[protected] dated 7-7-2008 . Person Mr. Vinay Joshi came on the day of dealing assured me that you will be given warranty of two years in which your Candle and Membrane will be replaced free of cost . Company sent the bill and other documents after 15 days. Now in April 2009 when service enggineer came informed me that Candle is to be replaced which is chargeable . I was shocked and immediately informed to the Sales Officer Mr. M.L. Kumar by phone (his No.[protected]. He assured me that he will see the matter. But when I asked him again on 29-04-09 he replied me that it is not in the norms. This way I was cheated just to sale their product. By this cheating Your company has lost its faith in my view . Kindly help me so that I can get justice .
