I purchased a Total RO water purifier system from Mr. T. Jayakumar ( Cell:[protected], Head Customer Response Center, Eureka Forbes, New No. 8/88, Ground Floor, Valluvar Street, Pallavaram, Chennaia-600043, on July 23rd, 09, & paid Rs. 13500/= (+ my two year old Aquaguard ) from my City Bank Credit Card on same day. Next day I received a pack from Eureka Forbes & got installation on 26th, 09. Right from the first day machine was not working properly. I immediately contacted Mr. Jayakumar & next day one person came from Eureka Forbes & tried to solve the problem & informed that filters of this new machine are not working. I tried to contact Mr. Jayakumar on his cell but his cell was switched off. From that day till today, I am waiting to get his cell working. I made phone calls to several Eureka Forbes nos.[protected], +[protected],[protected] / 26584682 / 26584683,[protected] / 26193635 / 26195750 / 26195751,[protected] / 55517567 / 55517568 / 55517569,[protected] / 22301153 / 22301154,[protected] / 55719441 / 55719442,[protected] / 55712566 / 55712567, 22265355, and Ms. Anu –Kotian –[protected].) & send several mails ( mail ids: [protected]@eurekaforbes.com, eurekaborbes.com/contact-us, [protected]@eurekaforbes.com, ) but I have not received any response from Eureka Forbes. My machine is not working & I am not getting any response from Eureka Forbes. I request you to please take this matter seriously & do the needful.

Eureka Forbes / Aqua Guard — Poor Service
I purchased the Aqua Guard Water purifier in May 2005.Model DE, Unit no.[protected].
Thereafter I have opted for a 2 year warranty on 19/09/2006 by paying Rs. 1590. (Contract receipt no. AG96B[protected]
I am a resident of Bangalore and the contact deal was made when the service technician attended on 19/09/2006.
For the last one month we have been requesting the service centre to visit as the unit is not working very well. Have called at least 6 times and no one has attended so far. When we speak to them it appears like they are not interested to attend and I don't think they are lodging our service request.
