The water Purifier is under AMC with Eurosmile. On 17th September I registered a complaint that the water purifier is not working. Till date no one has come for the attention. My consumer code is [protected] under Eurosmile.
Daily I am giving ring to Euro Helpline and whoever attends the call says "will send the Technician today".
I don't know whetether people are taken for a ride in the name of Eurosmile and AMC

    WE OWN AN AQUAGUARD WATER PURIFIER IN TRICHY .
    THE SERVICE PERSONELL HAS NOT TURNED UP EVEN ONCE IN THE PAST 9 MONTHS . THOUGH WE CALLED SEVERAL TIMES THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NIL RESPONSE FROM THE DEALERS IN TRICHY .
    SUCH A MISERABLE SERVICE . JUST A PIECE OF BULL FOR THEM

    Eureka Forbes / Aqua Guard — Poor Service

    I purchased the Aqua Guard Water purifier in May 2005.
    Model DE, Unit no.[protected].
    Thereafter I have opted for a 2 year warranty on 19/09/2006 by paying Rs. 1590. (Contract receipt no. AG96B[protected]
    I am a resident of Bangalore and the contact deal was made when the service technician attended on 19/09/2006.
    For the last one month we have been requesting the service centre to visit as the unit is not working very well. Have called at least 6 times and no one has attended so far. When we speak to them it appears like they are not interested to attend and I don't think they are lodging our service request.
    The quality of their product is very poor. Their after sales service is deplorable to say the least. In spite of complaints on regular basis to all concerned their service personnel have not attended.
    i have taken aquagaurd e boiling system r90 model worth 9k. very poor service. Recently I have shifted my house, for dismandling and re-installation I have raised request and till waiting for their service. Daily calling them thrice a day and asking about their serivice, at last I found that, i have wasted my time by making calls them.

    Eureka Forbes/Aquaguard — Poor Service

    I have lodged a complaint on 12 Oct 2008(Registration no: N1212) saying water is not getting collected in my RO model. I was told it will be rectified in 48 hours, but the guy came to check only on 17 Oct 2008. He said he needs to change the volve and will come back next day. But, the problem is not solved till today (22 October 2008). Whenever I call the Customer Service, they give stereotypic answer saying "it will be rectified today". I am spending daily 100 rupees buying water outside which is not that secure. Though I have subscribed for yearly maintainence, service rendered by Eureka Forbes is very poor.

    I live in Chennai too and my experience with Eureka Forbes has been terrible. Their service is abysmal. After placing a service request, one needs to follow up five time or more to get them to send a service person. And the quality of the service person who turns up is so low! They are out to cheat you out of the commitments they have made during the AMC - they refuse to change the carbon (to be changed every six months), the candle (to be changed every year).

    They seem to have changed their service contractor (they seem to outsource servicing) in the past year or so. These contractors are really, really bad. But t he funny thing i sthat the next contract makes the earlier one seem like god!

    But every few months a Eureka Forbes sales guy lands up on my doorstep urging me to buy another product or upgrade an existing one. After struggling with thsi for a few years now, I've come to a conclusion that Eureka Forbes does not care - it just wants to sell more units. I am planning to try Kent now.

    I have paid Rs.2700/- towards annual service contract for 3 years vide Contract Receipt No.16073954 dated 24/01/2009. My Aquagaurd Water Purifier unit stopped working on 11/08/2010, so I registered a complaint ( No. 90 dated 11/08/2010 ) with the Service Centre at Nagpur. It was attended, inspite of giving them regular reminders, after around 20 days. The unit was repaired but it again stopped working on 06/09/2010. I,therefore, once again registered a fresh complaint on 06/09/2010 ( No. 65 dated 06/09/2010 ), but since then it has become a kind of my regular duty to call them every morning but in vain.

    Eureka Forbes/Aquaguard — poor service

    hi,i'm rashmi barve.i have launched a complaint regarding non-functioning aquaguard on tuesday,9/11/10. inspite of repeated reminders to the service station and helpline,nobody has bothered to attend to the complaint.
    excuses like staff reporting late from leave after diwali are given which are unacceptable from a proffessional company like eureka forbes !!
    if this is the kind of promptness shown for a water purifier(which concerns health) complaint,i guess a vaccuum cleaner complaint may be attended only after a few months!!
    YOU SHOULD SERIOUSLY CONSIDER CHANGING YOUR SLOGAN BECAUSE A FRIEND IS ONE WHO IS A FRIEND IN NEED AND YOU GUYS ARE SURE NOT TO BE AROUND WHEN WE NEED YOUR HELP. EUREKA FORBES IN NOT FRIEND FOR LIFE !!!!!
    Aquaguard Service is one of the worst private sector service available. Even after repeated calls and followup, the response from the Service Team is very bad. It is completely different from the promises that the sales person makes about the service.

    Even after spending such a huge amount on the Auqaguard, There is mud coming out of the purified water. Not sure how to deal with this kind of service or where to lodge a complaint.
    I AGREE THAT ITS THE MOST WORST PRIVATE SECTOR SERVICE.
    BECAUSE FROM LAST 25 DAYS MY RO MACHINE IS NOT WORKING
    AFTER COMPLAINING THEIR VISITOR CAME ON 9TH DAY AND STILL THEIR ANSWER IA THAT THE SPARE IS NOT AVAILABLE.
    IT WILL COME IN TWO TO THREE DAYS IS THEIR ANSWER FROM LAST 15 DAYS.
    NOW I HAVE DECIDED TO GO AGAINST THEM IN CONSUMER FORUM
    VERY POOR service by Aquaguard. It is not the first time I am experiencing it. I raised a service request (ID: [protected]) and call center agent promised I will get service by a technician in 24 hours. No response from them within 24 hours. So I called back, the agent said he created new service ticket so wait for another 24 hours. I am not able to escalate the case through their web ste because it says the service ID is not correct.
    Some time back I had the same issues. I had to download the form from their web site and send to their Managers in Mumbai to get a call back to address my issues. I am wondering if I need to do this everytime (say all customers doing same) how many managers you will have to appoint?
    WILL I GET A SERVICE IN TIME? CHANGE YOUR AD TAG TO "fRUSTRATION FOR LIFE OR ENEMY FOR LIFE". YOU ARE NEVER A FRIEND FOR NOT EVEN A DAY.
    Whoever reads this post, please dont go for Aquaguard... service in Bangalore is that pathetic. better buy something else regardless of their brand. No one can go bad like aquaguard so i am sure you will get better service.
    Eureka forbes Aquaguard service...wake up!! Remember that your machines provide us with drinking water so you cannot be so casual. Your service man Mr. Vinay Rai came to do a usual AMC maintenance service last evening and blew the fuse of our whole house and of course the Aquaguard too. He said he would go to the nearest aquaguard store in Gurgaon and get the fuse to repair it. This was at 6;30 pm on 16th August 2013. There has been no sign of him till now (1;00 pm, 17th August). he does not even pick up our calls.
    When I called the service centre at 9;00 am, they said to wait, and someone will call us urgently to do the needful. Complaint no. 72692835. No news yet.
    I have had to buy water untill your service people wake up and rise to the occasion. Please help!
    A perfectly working aquaguard has been ruined by your personnel and he is so irresponsible he cannot even tell us what the situation is. Very Pathetic on the part of Eureka forbes, i must say.

    Refund for return product

    Sales person rishab shrivastav sale me a water purifier UV by checking wrong tds. Actual tds was 1000 but he checked it as 100. so after some days i return that product. On 13th may i brought that product & on 20th may i return it but i didnt get refund, check & documents. so i need my money, documents, check.

      I bought aquasure on 08/10/2008 from DARSHAN LAL & Co.,SADAR BAZAR,KAPURTHALA,PUNJAB,INDIA-144602.I faced several problems in AQUASURE within one year.I made contact at local maintenance centre-[protected] and SHOP-[protected],but no proper maintenance was done.Therefore,my AQUASURE is still not working.Please help me.       I bought Aquasure just two months ago. Got a problem with leakage asked service center to come take a look. It has been 6 days and every day the person at service center keeps telling me someone will call.
      But nothing yet. Want a refund for the product if service is so poor.

      I have registered a compliant on sunday & Monday for problem in recently installed Aqua sure at my home.
      I have tried to follow up but no response yet .I donnot understand what type of service you satisfy your customer with ?Till now not even served one month the Aqua sure Purifier started with problems and even after repeadily request no response from your service.

          I had paid cash of Rs.3215/- i.e. Rs.2700/- for 3 year's AMC from[protected] to[protected] & Rs.515/- for Iron Purifier Catridge to their Technician Mr. Baliarsing (Mobile No.[protected]) on dt.[protected]. After that the required service for changing charcol and putting iron catridge as per their AMC have not been carried out by the technician till the time of writing this complaint. Whenever contacted over mobile to the technician or their Bhubaneswar Office over telephone No.[protected], they replied about non-availability of parts. It is strange that Eureka Forbes is not able to provide service to the customers after receiving the full amount towards AMC on the pretext of non-availability of parts in a city like Bhubaneswar. Today also I have contacted the technician at 10.00 A.M. who told to reach at my house within 1 hour. But, I don't know what kind of watch the Eureka Forbes company has provided to him, still 1 hour has not been completed though it is now 10.40 P.M. in my Indian watch. So, it is requested if they are unable to provide the required service, refund my money honestly and immediately as I don't want such type of careless service.

            Dear Sir,

            You have proved that you do not have any control over your local offices and you have also shown your helplessness in attending to customer complaints.

            I had lodge complaint on[protected] stating that booster model water purifier is not functioning properly.Your authorised service center "Vishwa Services Kolhapur" are after us for giving them AMC @Rs 2000/- p.a.They say life of booster pump installed in aquaguard is just 15 months.

            As there is no response to my complaint dated 22 Aug 2009 you have proved having no control over your subordinates.

            The day water purifier totally stops functioning ,best course is to throw away in garbage and rectify the mistake by purchasing water purifier of any other company viz.,KENTS,USHA etc etc...

We have paid Rs-3660 for annual maintainance contract starting 28 AUG 09 but till date there is no response from there side, when their persn should have visited by 29th Aug 09 itself for the service. Many times we have called in call centre for complaints and many times to Mr. Pawar (customer executive). (Tel No. are [protected] ,[protected] but no response.We have experienced this company as a very bad service provider.We need help or we need our money back.

                Respected Sir,
                I am a customer of eureka forbes ltd co's product since 5 years. I have water filter , I have vaccum cleaner and an iron cleaner in my bathroom also, I have done the A.M.C. for the period from 22/06/08 to 21/06/10 to an authorised service centre near by my house. The name of the franchiser and his office address is as follows :Animesh Nanda, 595/1 Ramgarh, Kolkata - 700047. His office phone no.is[protected] and his mobile no is [protected]. From 22/06/08 onwards I have got only 2 (two) services,instead of calling he never bother to send any technician, then also we were pulling on but the worst happened at yesterday (7/09/09) when the technician repaired my I-nova machine then after 3 hours it didn:t work. I lodged a complain to Head Office Kolkata,(those who can transfer the call) at night 8.30p.m. by voice s.m.s. at helpline no.39883333.and again in the morning today(08/09/09) at kolkata and Bangalore also. Mr. Animesh Nanda talked with me and assured me to send immediately the technician, again I contact with a technician of his office at 3.35 p.m..about the service,because I have a child and we can't drink the running water of this area, but nobody came to my house to repair the machine till now, when I called at 9.10 p.m. to Mr.Animesh Nanda,his way of talking is so poor and nonbothering which is really a shame to Eureka Forbes Ltd. THe whole day I purchased Rs 150/- bottle of drinking water instead of an A.M.C. holder. I can't understand how this type of person gets franchisy for servicing to the customer.? This is shane on your part, now I don't want any more service from that person ,you please change the service provider or do some needful. What should I do for that? should I go to CONSUMER FORUM to get a Consumer Protection as per their law ? As I am an ex Air force personal I don't want to connect myself this type of irresponsible person. Please look after this matter as early as possible, and don't put any black spot in the fame of Eureka Forbes like comapany.

                Eureka Forbes — complaint of AMC holder

                Dear sir,
                I have purchased a eureka forbes water purifier in the year 2001 and after the expiry of warranty, i am entering into AMC with the authorised AMC holder of the company at K-Block, Kidwai nagar, Kanpur. The present AMC holder is giving lot of trouble and at times not willing to replace the desired spares required due to which my family is deprived of the pure water thus killing the very purpose of its purchase. Please instruct the AMC holder to do the the needful without any delay to prevent the damage is being caused to the company for its unsporting attitude.

                  I would suggest Eureka Forbes not to mock at loyal customers who have purchased a water purifier worth ( Appx Rs20000). Its been 7 months, the water purifier is not working.

                  After repeated calls to the service centre (almost 20-25 times), one service personnel came and dismantled the system. I believe he has no knowledge of the system. I believe he just came to tamper the system and finally say that, the entire circuitry has to be replaced. We were informed that, it would be replaced within 2 days. The service personal also called his office to confirm the same.

                  Its been nearly 3 weeks, we are using only bottled water priced @ 35Rs.

                  No updates from the service center, and even if we call them they inform us it would take another 3 days.

                  We would like Eureka forbes to recall their machine and stop the production for such a poor quality service oriented product.

                  Words cannot describe how we feel towards the product & their service centre. Is it possible for us to sue Eureka forbes legally and take action against the following service centres

                  i am from thiruvannamalai.i had bought aquaguard ro-system before five months[protected].At first the filter gets repair now the adapter gets repair.I had bought this system because of the quality name of this company.I complaint many times to the concerned authority.They dont take necessary step regarding my complaint.now this situation seeks that this company is a very fraud company.If you dont take the responsible step i will surely go to media and news report so kindly take action as early as possible

                  I am totally disgusted with the service level of Eureka Forbes. We have been calling them to send someone because there is absolutely no water coming through the water purifier. This was bought only 6 months back and falls under the warranty. Because the service is free, they have not been sending anyone.
                  I do not recommend that anyone buys any products from this company. We wanted 5 more units for various houses and apartments but we are going with some other people.
                  I called customer service at[protected] and filed a complaint which was escalated to 2 levels above and still they did not send anyone.
                  My in-laws had a worse problem. Service center people took 2 MONTHS to come and fix a small water leak in the purifier.

                    We purchased Eureka forbes water purifier just 02-month passed, the below is my complain for service.

                    Their service has found extremely poor, we are regretting for purchase of your product as being cheated, we didn’t receive complete product/accessory during installation, Their people partially installed the product just so called to run the system and now we are suffering, we have given more than 1000 telephone calls by wasting more than 1000 rupees in telephone and time but nobody is coming here to look after, this is the best service I am receiving for paying complete money for their expensive product, I have no more bad words to express my feeling about their service and so we don’t have trust on these cheaters to keep any kind of relationship.

                    Now hence forth I request for further options as below to go for.

                    1) Either they should take back this product with refund my complete money along with interest + my expenses of telephone lump some 2000 rupees etc.

                    2) Or come to my home immediately within 02-days and installed what is missing + pay my telephone bill lump some 2000 rupees.

                    Now we are scared and want to come to some result.

                    Please reply me at the earliest clearly indicating what you want to like to do.

                        RECENTLY I HAVE TAKEN COMPREHENSIVE MAINTAINANCE CONTRACT FOR THREE YEARS.
                        BUT UNFORTUNETLY I AM GOING THE WORSE SERVICES I HAVE EVER FACED IN MY LIFE SINCE 5 DAYS THE AQUA GUARD IS OUT OF SERVICE EVERY ENGINERS COME AND THEY FIDDLE WITH THE MASHINE BUT THEY ARE NOT ABLE TO UP THE MASHINE.

                          Sir,
                          I had bought a Aquaguard Cllassic water purifier from M/s Himanshu Enterprises , Ballia (Uttar Pradesh) in 2007. My Aquaguard is not working since 2 month .After repeated complain finally their representative came to our home but did not able to make it in working condition.Actually their staff is not trained .When I saw that their representative will not be able to correct it , then I take my aquaguard to their Shop for repair.So many days has been gone but till now they did not correct it.
                          It is my humble request to kindly look into the matter so that I can get my Aquaguard in running condition.

                            Dear sir,

                            I purchased an Aqua Guard BLu-G Sensa model on the 7th of August 2009 in Chennai from the dealers and from the day of installation it is not working. What I mean is they have dumped a defective machine and charged me the full amount. The machine has not even been installed properly but just the pipe connection made and left on the table top even though I requested them to fit it on the wall. .
                            When it was pointed out that there was no water flowing and the LED was flashing The man told me an engineer would come and rectify. After that till today(28th aug 2009) almost 20 days nobody has bothered to come even though I have called the helpline many times.. They give the same standard reply like parrots that the problem will be attended immediately.. I have rung up and so many times that somein customer care even recognise my voice and are downright rude and slam the phone down.
                            If this is responce to new machine i wonder what future maintenance can be expected from them

                              we are suffering from problem of water filter, that is pure water is not coming but waste water going out and over flowing of water from tank of filter .For this we called many times to bellary head office that is number is[protected]/ 266916 and called from [protected] and we have recording system in our mobile and we recorded all calls . but they didnt react anything

                              i had complaint 5 times but i do not get service for 7 months
                              warranty period is 1 year so shall you consider warranty after 1 year

                              This is to your kind notice that we had paid Rs 8000/- on 27.06.08 for AMC of 3 aqua guards, Rec no is– 15164176.

                              AMC period from 27.06.08 to 26.06.11 when we were not in under AMC, your Engineer were used to visit once in a week & ask us if there is any problem, then generally next day they used tol solve the problem but now since when, we have taken AMC, your service is not up to the mark. For one problem we have to call up 10-12 times then also they solve the problems in 15 days.

                              For your under Notice From 15 days our machine is not working. Your Engineer’s informed us that there is no parts is available in your company.

                              We do not believe that Eureka Forbes is not giving proper services to the client.

                              Pls look this matter and reply us, otherwise we are sure that from 26.06.11 we will not renew our AMC and we will never purchased anything from Eureka Forbes.

                              Waiting for your reply as soon as possible.

At taken time we were under impression that we are taking aqua guard from Eureka Forbes and we will get good service. We were also planning to take 3 more high flow aqua guards from you but now we have decided that we will take these from other company.

                                We own Aqua Guard Reviva RO Water Purifier and have register a complaint with EFL DIRECT EURAKA FOBES LIMITED, Surya Kiran Towers, Secunderabad-03, #[protected] to 363.

                                Now over 60 days the water has started overflowing from the storage tank and inspite giving a complaint the serviceman are not responding.

                                The actual problem is the overflow of water from the storage tank in the purifier but the serviceman are telling to replace the tank.

                                So can u please see that the tank is replaced or reply to the complaint immediately.

                                  We have purchased your newest product Aquasure- Platinum recently. As you know, "n" no. of water purifiers from all reputed companies are available in the market. But we've been using your products since 10 years. that's why we opted for it. But now it seems that your company only wants to sell the product. you don't want to do the installation. we had been trying for a week now to get it installed but nobody came even after repeated calls (at least one call per day) for last seven days. the call centre people can only provide request id no. but they are clueless when the service will be provided. they just promise that it will be done today or tomorrow. since 19th August 2009, neither your today has arrived nor tomorrow has dawned. we do not expect such a shoddy service from you. i don't konw whether you will pay attention to this complaint or not. from this experience i can only expect no responce from your side. but i can promise you one thing that i will make sure, none of our friends even think to buy your products.

                                    I purchased a Total RO water purifier system from Mr. T. Jayakumar ( Cell:[protected], Head Customer Response Center, Eureka Forbes, New No. 8/88, Ground Floor, Valluvar Street, Pallavaram, Chennaia-600043, on July 23rd, 09, & paid Rs. 13500/= (+ my two year old Aquaguard ) from my City Bank Credit Card on same day. Next day I received a pack from Eureka Forbes & got installation on 26th, 09. Right from the first day machine was not working properly. I immediately contacted Mr. Jayakumar & next day one person came from Eureka Forbes & tried to solve the problem & informed that filters of this new machine are not working. I tried to contact Mr. Jayakumar on his cell but his cell was switched off. From that day till today, I am waiting to get his cell working.                                       I bought aquasure 1 month ago. I was given a 1 year warranty. Suddenly the filter has stopped filtering . Nothing is getting thru. I cleaned the cartirigde thrice still no impact.
                                      The retailer Anjali Distributor, Pimple Saudagar is giving me false claims about changing the candle etc..

                                      How can the candle be efffected in just1 month. This all cheating the customer...
                                      I am not sure if Aquasure of eureka forbes is doing anything about this product.

                                      I want some quick action to be taken on this. My complete Family is drinking unpure water from last 2 days.

                                      AquaSure — Leakage of water from output system

                                      Sir, I have purchase your product about one month ago. From M/s Garg Traders, Berkheda, Bhopal. The product which was delivered to me are damage product. In that relation i have compliant to your local service centre for repaire the product, but i am sorry to write you that after about 15 days your bhopal service centre are not response against my compliant. (A Lady Attend The Phone). Please do the need full and oblige me.

                                      AquaSure — Breakage of carbon filter

                                      The carbon filter broked out within 3 months of 1 yr warranty !
                                      but the company franchise ADI ENTERPRISES at Indore refused to replace it and also to give his regusal in writing, and on top of all thier technician wanted to took it for pasting by Feivcol (!!!) without giving Receipt of part, in writing.

                                        I own a Total Inova water purifier which is giving me problems for the past one month. Every 2 days i lodge a complaint because it goes out of order. In spite of the machine being under AMC, the franchisee 'Bhushan Services" does not change the faulty part but only repairs it. I have written to Eureka Forbes, but till date there is no response in spite of reminders. Looks like they are either ill equipped to handle their customers or they just dont care!! I am totally disgusted with the attitude of Bhushan services( their technicians are rude) and am surprised that one cannot escalate the matter to anyone in Eureka Forbes. The customer services refuses to give you contact details of their Big Bosses!!!

This is the first time I have bought something from Eureka Forbes, but with such a horrible experience, really will think next time for going for any other product with Eureka forbes in Future
                                        Pls find details of my complaint as below :

                                        We have purchase Aqua sure Aquaflo DX on[protected] from Unique Traders LBS Marg Bhandup West Mumbai 400078.OurSL no is BD[protected]. Installation done on next day by Eureka Forbes Engineer. On same day evening when we tried to start the machine Yellow LED starts blinking and no water coming out of same. Hence next day we called up customer care and register complaint for same, executive has not provided any no for same. Then some Engineer came and fixed the problem, but due to no water supply at that times my mother not able to check the water flow coming properly or not. When we have tried the same at evening we returned to home, we found there is water flow coming from back of the machine that is overflow happening due to some leakage while fixing the problem.
                                        Next day morning even before we logging a complaint the executive came day earlier for fixing LED problem by default came and told my mother that while fixing LED problem he has broke some unit at the back of Aqua guard due to which leakage is happening and then he told my mother that he will fix the problem next day i.e. on 26th July 2011, but since then no one has visited to our residence from Eureka Forbes to attend the problem.
                                        Meantime my wife Sarika Ganesh Pawar has registered the complaint with Eureka for same under complaint no.85408020 and instructed customer care specifically to send executive after calling to one o[censored]s and when either o[censored]s are at home. Since then we are awaiting call from Eureka Forbes executive to solve our problem.
                                        Since we bought Aqua sure on[protected], we have hardly used the same for purpose we have bought the same. And it’s just lying on kitchen wall as showpiece. We have paid Rs 5000/- for purchasing the same, and since then its unused and very bad customer care experience since then from your Customer care as well as your Franchise Unique Traders, though we are being follow up for same continuously
                                        Requesting you to look in this and either get us fresh new Aqua sure as this is some defective piece we have recd from your end or to refund us our Rs 5000/- we have paid for same.
                                        Looking for some early revert and action from your end.
