Dear sir/madam
I had purchased aquaguard from your representative Gaurav on 20/04/2009. Bar coded sticker number is[protected]. Recipt number is 009737/206.
At the time of purchase he had promised to bring life waranty card within 2 hours. Since then I am regularly calling him on his number [protected] and he always says that he is busy. Kindly arrange for the waranty card as soon as possible.

    After one moth of installation of the Electronic Door Locking System ( Kocom ) it is totally non functional.
    The service support is worse than horrible. They have some smart guys who are good at lip services only, mostly they are incompetent, always try to find a way out to procarstinate the job. for more than a fortnight we have been waiting for rectification, there is absolutely zero response.
    They are totally unreliable. If somebody is eager to buy some high priced junk item, may please call Eureka Forbes direct salesman - because in this regard they are ther best.

      I bought a dry and wet vacumm cleaner from Eureka Forbes, under the life time service guarantee, where demonstration was claimed to be provided on the spot but they have not given the demonstation even after two weeks of several requests / reminders to their corporate, customer care and service center. Even I asked to return the system and refund my money but they do not respond.

      This is highly disgusting, pathetic, ill business ethics and the breach of TRUST.

      I suggest the innocent people of India that please do not get trapped into their wrong commitments.
      I am bound to proceed with the legal solution against my busy time schedule.

      I Purchase TOTAL RO REVIVA on dated 10/12/09. As committed, TDS is Reduced 90%. At start TDS reduce form 487 to 12. I Complaint to Yashwant Shende( [protected] ). He replace the RO controller and now it is 487 to 360. How?. Since Last 3 months, I contact him regularly. But he didn't Responce. At last I complaint to you. Please give me the solution.         I bought AQUAGUARD INTEGRA-7 (sl no[protected],BCODE-12231,Code:INTGRANF, almost 2 years ago.This machine has got the same problem o[censored]V radiation bulb getting fused, that is persisting since a long time.I complained many times to aquaguard service centers but their technicians have failed to rectify it.The same problem reoccur every after 15 days.There, after sale service is worthless.They don't turn up even after 7 days after receiving the calls.Moreover they have taken yearly after sale service subscription but the machine still have the above specified problem.

        I and my wife, are old enough to get our job done by making endless complaints.I want my money back or get a new machine from some different company.Please note address for further correspondence-

          i have purchased ureka forbe water filter and i have taken a m c from your rajahmundry (a.p) branch from 8 years each and every time your service boys not rectify the defects proper or in time. this time also i have given a m c my water furifier but at the end of the amc 1 service was remain no body was presented eventhough i have given somany complaints at your supervisers frin 6 months. how can i give amc this time. so i request you kindly send your mechanic and do last service. then i can give you amc.

            Hello, We bought Eureka Forbes Reviva Water purifier. Sales person from eureka forbes which bring that machine change our original High TDS membrane from Low TDS membrane and that too too year old membrane. After only 4 months water quality became so bad it is hardly drinkable. After one month calling they sent some service person who told us that sales team made us fool by fitting 2 year old membrane in out new aqua guard filter and keeping our new one. Also we come to know from source that they have sale us new filter over 2500 more costly from original price.

            Now when I am calling them to change membrane they are saying they wont and not picking up phone any more can some one look into this matter please?

              I Purchased Aquaguard water purifier in Aug 2008. The company Eureka Forbes had committed for half yearly service within the warrenty time of 1 year. Until today no service visit have been made to my home to service the equipment. No one even have cared to called me from company to confirm if the water purifier service was done. I have also registered a service request for in 8th month from purchase date. I received a service request ID but no service was provided. This is really a worst way of business by Eureka Forbes. I have even called up at the help line numbers but now no one even entertains the complaint.

              we hav purcahsed eureka forbes limited aquaguard in 2009...for past 1 yr no service is provided by eureka forbes...they didnt give any service card and they didnt provide liquid for cleanin...very worst service...ppl from indira nagar branch, neyveli...just canvased us to buy the aquaguard...they told us they wil give free service for every 3 months upto 1 year...but still now they didnt come...we called many times...after tat they serviced...very worst service by eureka forbes limmitted, indiranagar, neyveli, cuddalore district...

                SUB: Return of Aqua RO system



                This is to inform you that I, Deepak Singhal residing in B-120 Jal Vayu Vihar, Kamanhalli, Bangalore 43 had purchased Aq Reviva RO on 15/10/09..Receipt no.028728…full receipt 257 paid by Axis bank Cheque no. 019426 amount of Rs.9990/-…same was installed at my residence on 16/10/09.



                That day itself we had a problem..the taste of water was so bitter that my family member and I started vomiting…we complained about it to Mr. Haribabu who had installed the sytem..he forwarded me to Mr. Lokesh… he refused… then they asked me to call Raja and Anil…they refused… so I called Mr. Satish and Mr. Arjun from Sales department…

                They both said they will get in touch with me asap…they never did…I complained in customer care they gave my mobile no. [protected] as my complain id…nobody attended to the problem for three days… they came to my house on 19/10/09…changed the membrane…they noticed that the tap of the system was leaking so he said he will get it changed… the person came for this on 23/10/09…even after the tap was changed the leakage was there…then I spoke to Mr Mahesh your sales person he told me to write a letter saying I am not satisfied with the service ..I want it to be taken back and refund my money.. I did the same and took acknowledgement from your sales representative Mr. Arjun.





                So if you go through the whole episode you shall realize that the guys in your company have been highly irresponsible…Today when I spoke to Mr. Ali from service department he tells me do whatever you can we shall not take the unit back..u can go legal if you want to.. it shall not harm me in anyways…



                This is not how you speak to your client..



                I finally, humbly request you to take the unit back and refund the money to me…

                  sir/madam,
                  we have a vacuum cleaner (eureka forbes, XL) which we purchased in the year 2000. it is in a very good condition. the paper bags that we use with it is supplied by the company. since march 2009 i have been repeatedly asking for the bags twice i have called them once i went personally to their office here in rajajinagar, bangalore. thrice we jave told their sales people who come home all they tell us is we can buy a new one in exchange or that they willl get us the bags but there has not even been a call from the company saying we'll get it. what sort of customer service is this?

                  Eureka Vacuum Cleaner — Poor Service

                  Bought new Trendy Xeon model few months back. It worked for 2 months and stopped. When I registered complaint, I was told the motor need to be changed. After multiple followups they took to instrument to the factory and told the cable also need to be changed and there is no stock of cable. It has been 2 months no response. Also the service person who took the machine did not give receipt, promising that he would return it on the next day but weeks have gone.... What a poor service and unprofessional practice...?!

                    Candle changed on 7/9/09. Leaking since then. Complaint Nos. 55322323 ; 55351066.
                    Not repaired since then. Customer care informed that the complaints have been attended. Personal visit to Karol Bagh, Delhi office and met Mr Verma. I was informed that the computer system automatically deletes the complaints older than one month. probably to avoid bad reputation being recorded. However, he promised repair within 3-4 days. But now more than 10 days have passed without any result.
                    Repeat complaint No. 55766083 dt 23/10/09. Response : I was asked to visit personally to the office since the office is not supplying the parts to be changed.

                      Respected Sir,

                      I have a complaint against your employees and franchise. About 7 days back I called Eureka Forbes NIRALA NAGAR branch and asked them that could I be able to get the dust bag (Euro clean Ace Model) from that branch? They gave me the contact no. of nearest franchise (Chowk Area), so I called at that contact number, Mr. Rajeev Tandon answered the call and he told me that he would come to my door-step in 2-3 days with the dust bag (Permanent white bag). After 2-3 days I called Mr. Rajeev again and asked when he would come? He again repeated the same line. I asked him that what place where I can get the bag, he told me that you would be able to get it from Dalibagh office near Ganna Sansthan. Today I went to Dalibagh office and asked them for the dust bag they said they don’t have that bag.



                      All I want to say that people and franchise here in Lucknow are use to o[censored]ndutifulness. They are incapable of telling the address of the offices (other branches of Eureka Forbes). He misguided me 2-3 times, He told the address like this “Infront of the office there is a tall building somewhere near Ganna Sansthan, Dalibagh" Honestly please tell that if you were me would you be able to get that office at Dalibagh?

                      Our Euro clean Ace machine has been last repaired 6 months back by your agency in Mumbai. However the machine while in operation makes loud noise. This was brought to the notice by registering a complaint to your Mumbai service center. But despite several (around 4-5 complaints were made) reminders and requests nobody has so far turned up to repair the machine. The machine is out o[censored]se for past 4 months. I fail to understand, when your Aqua guard staff can give regular visits for the maintenance why can't the Euroclean maintenance staff visit even after registering complaints so many times.
                      This has happened in the past also and the repair to the machine was done only after e-mailing a complaint to you.
                      Please look into the matter and see that the machine is repaired at the earliest.

                      Euro Ace clean — no service provided for repairing the machine

                      Dear Sir / Madam,
                      I have Euro Ace clean vaccum cleaner and recently it suddenly stopped functioning. I called 4 times the customer care and lodge the complaint but everytime i got the same reply that their person will visit the complaint within 24 hrs but nobody has visited till now. I dont know where to complain and what to do about it but i would advise others that please dont purchase vaccum cleaner from eureka forbes.

                        Actually I have brought EUREKA FORBES AQUAGUARD TOTAL GOLD NOVA water purifier but did not received manual copy, bill details, service coupons, warranty card and others details.

                        They have already installed the product but after that i didnt get any communication from then.

                        Aquaguard total i NOVA — Still did'nt recieved bill

                        my name is harbinder singh ihave borrowed a Aquargaurd total i NOVA from Amritsar branch add. 250 Basant Avenue . Amritsar .the guy came from the company name Mr. Devinder Singh. he explain me every thing and i piad him the amount off Rs.8500 and he told that the he will come and fix this product at my home and he will send the bill along with the product . some guy came from the company and fixed the product but he has not given me the copy off bill.this was fixed around 3rd week off oct. 2007.after that i am calling this guy named devinder singh (assist. manager ) mobile no.[protected] for the orginal bill every time i call him he is saying that i will send you the bill right now i haven't recived any thing till now . but the thing is now he is not even picking up my phone aur some time when i call him he switch off his phone.please help me out off this situtaion and take some action against this type off people. thanking you.

                          I have acquaguard nova water purifier and has been using for more than a year. I got my service contract renewed recently and the machine is under the AMC. I registerd the complaint against the water leakage on Sep 29 th. One tech came and increase the water leakage instead of fixing it. He told he will fix it in two days. It was 4 days no body turned up to repair it. I have register complaint again on Oct 3rd and this time they took 4 to 6 six days to attend the complaint. He took the machine and went off. No update on the repair status. I have to keep following it up with the call center and finally they give service center number. I contacted them to get the status and they are keep saying will get it tomorrow. !!! today is oct 20 and I have not received the equipment yet. Not sure whom to contact for this. ??? Kindly help me out of this .

                              Dear Sir,

                              on September 22 ,2009 i registed a complaint No: [protected] & Customer Id No:[protected] saying that my Total Aquaguard RO Purifier in not working, after 3 days i received a call from the service technician that he is going to attend the complaint shortly. many times i remember about the complaint, so far they not bother about the complaint.
                              i fed up by calling them,and came to conclusion not to pruchase any Eureka Forbes products in future and altering my coluges about the problems facing by me about the product.
                              no doudt the Eureka Forbes are International Quality Products but there services and response are very poor,

                                Regarding comp.no.82001321 and fault of PCB and Blackmarketing

                                Your Attention Please:
                                I had entered into a 3 year service Agreement with Aqua guard Pragati Services-C-21 A East Baldev Park- Franchise-on 24.06.09( Contract receipt no.16878178, Customer code:.1479) and paid Rs. 3000/-.

                                PCB is not in stock,will take time-on this excuse/explanations -to avail fast service,Even without Bill I have paid to Mr. Prabhat-1100/+250 & to Mr. Ghanshyam -Rs1000/= for the purpose of change of PCB twice within a period of recent 4-6 months and now this is a third time when we had to call them and they declared the same problem,and not only this they are as usual saying this PCB is not in stock,will take time,

                                How surprising and ridiculous it is that such a big Brand Name & Reputation having Company does not provide the parts of the aqua guard to its Franchise,

                                and even black marketeer-(of these parts)-Pragati Services-C-21 A East Baldev Park- Franchise do not guarantee of the parts which are supplied to us without bill without validity period,

                                I had entered into a 3 year service Agreement with Aqua guard Pragati Services-C-21 A East Baldev Park- Franchise-on 24.06.09( Contract receipt no.16878178, Customer code:.1479) and paid Rs. 3000/-.
                                nobody has turned up on the date of AMC-24.09.09for servicing and changing of filter....

                                And ,at this point of time I m feeling helpless,harrased and disappointed,
                                All your Customer Care is false and misleading Fact,
                                Don't insist me to go at the Consumer Courts/Grieviences,

                                I had entered into a 3 year service Agreement with Eureka Forbes appointed "Pragati Services-C-21-A, East Baldev Park-" Franchise-on July 17, 2018 ( Contract receipt no. 0062898) and paid Rs. 4640/-.

                                They are as usual saying this PCB is not in stock, will take time,

                                I am pursuing them from last one month regularly.

                                I have never thought that a company like Eureka Forbes ill cheat us like this.

                                  After some contemplation we decided on the Aquaguard Gold Nova for which the sales exec was very prompt in coming and confirming the order. We specifically told him that we required the machine to be installed and working asap, for which he said he would get it done within 2 days if we paid an advance of Rs.1500/- which we did on the spot (this conversation took place more than one and a half months ago). Nor has the sales executive had the courtesy to call from his end even 4 days later even though he promised us that the machine would be installed in 2 days. Neither did he receive our repeated attempts at contacting him. At last I had to threaten complaining to their office which got him to reply to one of my messages. Yet he never made it on the day which he specified. It took 4-5 calls of coaxing on our part across several days to get him to visit us once. Finally after 15 days from the date of confirmation we received the machine and made the full balance payment (7500) for the same. Later when the installation person came (2 days later) then he asked us to pay Rs.600/- for a PRV which he would need to install (concerned with the water pressure in the building) which again he delayed for another 3 days after which when he came for the installation he told us that the machine was second-hand/faulty and would need to be changed and so he asked us to contact the sales exec again (which was again a matter of a week of coaxing to make him to visit us) and before he came the sales exec told me that he'll come and check the machine again to see if it faulty (even though his own technician declared it faulty) but I told him to bring a replacement machine so that as soon as he confirms that the machine is faulty he can change it on the spot yet he came empty handed and upon coming and checking found the machine to be faulty. Yet out o[censored]nderstanding I asked the Sales Exec to get it replaced asap, upon which he confirmed that the installation will be done within 2 days (it being a Saturday that day). Its been over a week since the last conversation and now we are unwilling to buy any of " Aquaguard's " products and now am calling various different people from their staff and office to get a refund of the full payment that I had made more than 25 days back. And in this battle to get the machine to start since more than 45 days I have received the sales executive's call just thrice and that too after I called him repeatedly... they have no value for the customer's time or money.

                                  I would never recommend or even consider buying their products from now... am just hoping it wouldn't take so many months just to take the refund back. Very poor service on their part.

                                  AG HI-FLO WATER FILTER CUM PURIFIER was installed in GTRE, ETG division on 06/07/2010. The water outlet from the purifier has carbon content in it. the same was informed to the your rep. last one week back. so far the rep. has not attended the problem.

                                  the payment will not be released until the rectification is carried out or unit replacement is done.

                                  an early action in this regard is highly appreciated.

                                    I am having Eureka Forbes Water Purifier (with pump/motor) which is under AMC as on date. Last week one representative had come on two consecutive days for servicing/changing of carbon, etc. However, from subsequent day the pump/motor of water purifier is not working. I am not sure if it has been disconnected. I have also written to them today morning.

                                    My customer ID is [protected]. I requested for servicing in the month of Feb 2014. I do not remember the date of request. However the complaint number is [protected]. I was assured that the service will be done within 2 days . Then again I lodged complaint on 22nd March. Complaint number [protected]. Again I was told within 2 days my complaint will be attended. Today is 12th April and nobody has turned up. If are requests are considered what is the use of entering into service contract for 3 years. Or is it you want to give service once in a year.? Please let me know the present status of my complaint.

                                      I have a water purifier ( model Inova) purchased from Eureka forbes. After expiry of the warranty I entered into a 3 year Annual maintenance Contract with the company on 12/4/2008. At the time of the contract the comapny serviced the machine and changed the filter. After that till date, despite the AMC nobody came to service the machine. 4 days back I had lodged a complaint at the local office of eureka forbes that the machine is not working and it should be attended to immediately for we don't have very little stored drinking water. The company man came empty handed and after inspecting the machine said that the filter needs replacement, which he will replace tomorrow morning positively. But since that we have been waiting for this gentleman. I again called the company perosnnel Mr Neelesh, but till now nobody has come. We are forced to drink unsafe water which may lead to diseases for which the company will face serious legal consequences.

                                      eureka forbes(water purifier INOVA) — BILL AND WARRANTY NOT DELIVERED

                                      I WAS TAKEN IN BY THE ADS ON TV WHICH SHOWED A SMILING SALES AGENT FROM EUREKA FORBES DELIVERING PRODUCTS AND CONDUCTING DEMONSTRATIONS OF THE PRODUCTS.NOW I KNOW BETTER. I PURCHASED A WATER PURIFIER AND A VACUUM CLEANER THROUGH AN AGENT MR ARVIND SRIVASTAVA FROM EUREKA FORBES DARYAGUNJ OFFICE IN JULY 2009. NOW ITS OCT END AND THE BILLS AND WARRANTY HAVE NOT YET BEEN DELIVERED. ON ENQUIRING FROM THEIR DARYAGUNJ OFFICE I WAS TOLD THAT MR SRIVASTAVA WAS NO LONGER EMPLOYED WITH EUREKA FORBES. INNUMERABLE TELEPHONE CALLS TO THE OFFICES AND EMAIL TO THEM HAVE YIELDED NO RESULT.I WAS TOLD TO CONTACT MR SACHIN MEHRA WHO HOWEVER IS WELL COCCOONED BY HIS STAFF WHO FOBBED OFF ALL MY ATTEMPTS TO SPEAK TO HIM; INSTEAD I WAS CURTLY TOLD THAT MY COMPLAINT WOULD BE CONVEYED TO HIM. MORAL OF THE STORY DONT GET FOOLED BY THE ROSY ADVERTISEMENTS DO A SEARCH ON THE NET TO CHECK THE RESPONSIVENESS AND RELIABILITY OF THE COMPANY FIRST HAND. ON THE CONTRARY MY EXPERINCE WITH IFB HAS BEEN VERY GOOD AS THEY ARE PROMPT AND POLITE IN THEIR DEALINGS. I STRONGLY SUGGEST RETHINKING ABOUT ANY PURCHASE OF THE EUREKA FORBES PRODUCT.

                                        I paid for your product - TOTAL REVIVA, but don’t know when this water purifier will start purifying water at my residence. It is lying here uninstalled for the last 10 days.

                                        I feel cheated, though not very sure who is playing smart with me, whether it is Eureka Forbes or its salesman, Mr. Kamlesh Singh. I hope your response to my present complaint may clear the matter as to that.

                                        I think I should write the detail from very start.

                                        To replace my old model of Aqua Guard, I had shown interest in purchasing RO model from Eureka Forbes. One, Mr. Kamlesh Singh (contact number +[protected], a sales person of Eureka Forbes at Gurgaon (India), contacted me at my residence at Gurgaon on 2nd October 2009 and collected Rs.9,990 (Credit Card payment) against placing order for TOTAL REVIVA model. He collected from me Rs.1000 in cash also, for supplying a BOTTLE supposed to be attached with TOTAL REVIVA. Additionally, he took away my existing Aqua Guard also.

                                        On 3rd October, Mr. Kamlesh Singh came and dumped a box containing Water Purifier at my residence. I am waiting since then, for its installation. Every time I give him a call, he gives me next date for visiting the residence for installation and also for return of my old purifier.

                                        On 3rd October, on contacting him over his mobile phone, he said he would come on next day; next day he said it was a Sunday, so would come next day and so on. Today, it is 10th October, and still I am waiting for installation of water purifier to draw water from the same. Today again, on contacting him over his mobile phone, he said he would visit tomorrow, which again happens to be a Sunday. So, story continues.

                                        I don’t know, whether it is a usual practice with Eureka Forbes to dump their product without installation, or it is a misdeed of Mr. Kamlesh Singh. At least you inform me as to if I have to get it installed on my own, I will get it done unless you think that even after making payment I have to continue to live on impure water.

                                        Through this complaint, I demand of you to arrange for installation of Water Purifier without further delay and also give me a confirmation in writing that the warranty of the said product will start from the date of installation (date of its being put to use) and not from the date it was dumped at my residence.
