Sir/Madam,
I have purchased an Aqua guard (water filter cum purifier) vide Invoice No.[protected] dated 08.09.2008
Item Code-GWPDCLASI00000

15 days back, I reported a complaint regarding Malfunction of the subject M/c. at your Sakchi (Baradwari) - Service Center.
Problem observed- Carbon particles coming along with water.
The complaint was attended by your service engineer, on (10.04.09) at 11:00 am. The same problem has been shown to him.
According to your service engineer, it has to be replaced on chargeable basis, along with service charge.
Activated carbon cost Rs.135/- and service charge Rs.250/-. Total Rs.385/-.
Now, please clarify:-
1). Why should I pay 385/-, since your m/c is under warranty.
2). Suppose, this time I pay, then again in a time period of just 6 months, same problem will occur, then again I have to invest 385/-
3).In your warranty card it is written Activated Carbon is a consumable item, then it is not mentioned anywhere min. or max. time period for normal wear and tear of Activated Carbon?
4). Please provide cell phone to your Service Engineer, just because they are using customer phone to service center for clarification during visit to any customer.

    I have a Forbes water purifier, about a year & half old. It has stopped working. I complained to their service center, on phone, and requested a service (paid as the device is out of warrenty) on the 19th of April. They are yet to turn up. I have made 5 follow-up calls after that, but has not helped. I am still waiting for their service person to turn up or even hear from them.

    I was also given 3 telephone numbers of some Ms. Yogita, who is supposedly their service manager. However, calling then I found that 2 of the number keeps on ringing and no one picks up and the third number is perpetually busy.

    This is the worst possible level f service commitment I have ever seen in my life.

    Eureka Forbes / Aquaflo Water purifier — No service

    I have a two year service contract with the Co. for service of my water purifier. They were supposed to visit every 3 months, which they haven't done. My water purifier failed on 15/03/2009 morning and I immediately lodged a complaint. They are supposed to attend within 48 hrs. On repeated complaints, they merely give assuarances, increase the priority, but till 20/03/09 they have not attended the complaint. My earlier experience with their service is also pathetic. Fresh buyers of Aquaguard products BEWARE.

    Eureka Forbes / Water Purifier Aqua Flo — Bad Service!!!

    Have registered a complaint with Eureka Forbes on 21st Apr 09. This has not yet been attended even after 11 days and in spite of a reminder every two days. The standard response given is -- we have forwarded the complaint and we dont know why service dept has not taken action.
    This is very inconvenient for a customer. If the customer care of a company does not know why the service is lost then how is the customer supposed to know.

    Eureka Forbes — Service Contract for Aquaflow

    This company is the worst in after Sales Service, they do NOT have any care of customers once they sell their products.
    Twice in Last 3 years I took the AMC spending Rs.2000/- first time and 1500/- second time, thinking that may be second time they will give good service.

    I urge other Customers that if they are willing to buy WATER PURIFIER, please go for ay other company than EUREKA FORBES...because WATER is the MOST IMPORTANT THING IN LIFE...for which we should NOT do any SUCH COMPROMISES AND BIG MISTAKES

    If your machine is within warranty period and if you have entered in an annual maint. contract then please IMMEDIATELY approach Consumer Court in your area. Please keep all the papers in tact.The phone calls donot stand as a proof in Consumer court, a Registered Ack Due letter will do the needful. The Consumer Forum is a Government Body with semijudicial powers. No lawyer is required, you can argue the case yourselves in your own mother tongue. No stamp fixing is required. The consumer Forum will impose penalty on Eureka Forbes. If penalty is not paid then they have powers to issue arrest warrants. Please claim full refund of cost of machine, the cost of annual maintenance costs paid and damage to your health and you family's health, also claim damages if you have senior citizens in you house.

    my aquagard total robot wp system in that the service light was on from last 3-4 days i have complain but yet my problem is not solved

    I am having RO plant for which yearly contract cost was approx.Rs 1600/-.This time I am told by your rep that it shall cost about 3600/-.It seems to be unfair to enhance the rate so much.I have tried to speak to concerned people to reasons for enhancement. I have not renewed the contract.can you intimate reason for the same to enable me to proceed further.

    Nov 2, 10 regd. a complaint on wed oct 26th 10 and for aquaflow repair as the green light is not turning on (have AMC) service center promises the service yet no one come came to rectify the problem. And they are adamant to give any managers name and tel. #.

      The Eureka Forbes company representative came to our home to take the money for the AMC (annual maintenance contract) and carry out the servicing due. The guy did the servicing and because of some goo[censored]p and lack of his mechanical expertise, he broke the inlet pipe into the purifying unit, result of which the machine ceased to work. This was on April 25th.
      The mechanic promised to come back the next day and repair it as he was not carrying the necessary equipments to repair it that day. He took the AMC money and left. This guy didnt come the next day, following which we called up the company and they promised to attend to the complaint within 24 working hours - or three days. This complaint was registered the next day itself and we were given a complaint no. 53951137.
      Today is May 1; a full week has elapsed since the complaint and we are forced to buy drinking water from outside on our own incurring a big waste of time, energy and money. We have been calling them up every single day and when we tell them the details, they speak to us rudely and at times even slammed the phone before the call was over.
      We humbly request your organisation to use the powers vested with you to redress consumer complaints and take necessary action and compensate for our troubles.

        Dear Sir,

        I had asked for a RO system from Aquaguard (Eureka Forbes), Mohali 3B2 oofice in Punjab .On this they handed over to me Aquaguard Total NF which is not a RO system as per their web site. This is cheating. This model was giving some problems on installation, which was ignored by the representative as saying it will be alright after the water fills in the container. Now the next very morning it took 5-6 hours to fill a 9 Litres tank. I gave them a call on their service numbers and the sales person. The sales person didnot bother to come on phone and the service engineer never visited after promising that he will come and attend the problem. I have requested them to get the equipment replaced else I will dishonour the cheques I have issued to them. This is very bad on their part that they are not attending the complaint in the radius of 2 KMS or even lesser. Kindly guide me what to do ?

          Dear Sir,
          I renewed my aquaguard service contract for the period 21/12/2008 to 20/12/2009.(Customer code-[protected], Contract receipt no[protected].Now I've been transfered to Orissa on March 09.To install the aquaguard I called upon the Eureka Forbes sales representative at Jajpur Road, Orissa.That fellow installed the instrument and was paid Rs.200/-towards installation charge.A fuse inside the Aquaguard got broken during the transportation. I insist him to replace that fuse with a new one and if it not comes under my service contract I shall pay for it. It is very much amazing that even a small fuse was not with him at that moment.He said to replace it later in one or two days.I've contacted him several times since 20 days but he is not even answering.Voltage fluctuation is very much frequent here.So the part is necessary to prevent any damage to Aquaguard.

          Dear Sir,
          I am a genuine and bonafide customer and user of your Compact model of Aquaguard Purifier for last 9 years.Recently I had a very bad experience with your Customer Care by your supposed franchisee at Bhubaneswar (Orissa).I requisitioned the services of a person for changing the candle and carbon of the machine.After making three to four calls your Customer Care people sent a man to do this small job .Earlier this job was being done in less than one hour but this time he took more that three sitting(o n three days) to complete the job.The man who came for the job was argumentative and discourteous even to the lady of the house.He charged Rs. 900/ for the work which is definitely unreasonable. He was almost coercing in selling some of the parts of the machine which were not required by me.
          I have already informed about the matter to Mr Samantrai, the Customer Care Head of your Bhubaneswar Office.I am very sorry to find that you are forgeting that you are operating in a competitive market with other brands and are oblivious that the matter like this could be taken to Consumers' Court.

            Sir,
            I, Ms.Puja Diwan a resident of A/3 Majithia Enclave had purchased an Aquaguard Total RO system on 4th Jan 2009 for Rs.14500/ Before that also I had an Aquaguard compact water purifier.With the RO system I had been given a voucher on behalf of the company to provide 10 year free services for the equipment. My first service was due on 4th of April, to which I reminded the service centre twice but all in vain. No one turned up till 15 th of April.I again reminded the service centre on 16th and was promised to get it done the same day itself.It has been 17th of April today inspite of one more reminder at 5:30pm no one has turned up so far.
            I am extremely disappointed by ur company's poor
            services and vouch for the rest of my life not to buy any o[censored]r product in future.

            Aquaguard RO Total — Very poor service

            The aquagaurd water filter from eureka forbes, is has stopped working completely after 9 months o[censored]se.
            Though, they said they would come and service it once in 3 months, no one had come during the 9 months.
            When it stopped working, i have put at least 10 service requests by phone and online. they came after more than a week and partially resolved it. I stoped working completly again after 1 week.

            I had to raise another set of requests daily by call and online. They came to service after 2 weeks.
            This went on for repeatedly another 3 times. they have taken money for for service . ..350/- for changing some part.

            All this while it was in warranty. I have spent 15000/- to buy this. And got the headache upon myself.

            Suddenly it has been working well for last 2 months. Now it has stopped again. And i have put a request again...and there is no response...

            Others spending their money on these ... Please beware...

              I have purchased an Aquaguard Total Gold Nova(S) Water Purification System on 14th January, 2009 by cheque (cheque No 266264, DENA Bank) in exchange of my Aquaguard Classic model .Please refer to Final receipt No: 111 and invoice No. 062617 The Sales Person was Mr. Manish Singh whose Code No. is 9002015
              Within 2 months from installation of the new machine on March 10th, 2009 the machine stopped working. . On informing FRIENDSHIP who is your authorized maintenance and service centre in this area, they promptly send me a technician and the flow of water was restored. However the e- boiling feature could not be restored as it was evident from the absence of the typical boiling sound which normally is heard when this particular feature works.. Also the soft mild music of the new Gold Nova model was replaced by the old cacophony of the Classic Model. After my further complaint, “Friendship” attended to the same problem of the non working of the E-Boiling but could not solve it even though a number of technicians were sent by them. Finally after a long wait, the P.C.B. of the machine was replaced. The machine resumed its function with the E- boiling and the original music could be heard but it was only for one day. The very next day, it was back to square one. The machine was working but the sound of e- boiling again went missing along with the music. After that, the same technician was again sent to look into the matter but he requested us to contact the company to look into the matter as it was beyond him to fix the problem. . Since then I have been consistently trying to contact either Mr. Manish Singh or the Aquaguard office in Andheri almost every day. But whenever I call, Mr. Manish Singh assures me that a senior technician will be sent that very day to fix the problem. No one has till date come from the Andheri office to attend to the problem. The technicians from FRIENDHSHIP did come but admitted that it was beyond their knowledge to fix this unique problem. And now for the last one week the indicator lights are behaving erratically. The yellow light simply does not glow at all and of course the e- boiling feature is still not working. . I feel it is absolutely futile to complain to the Andheri Office or to Mr. Manish Singh. This game of "cat and mouse "is going on for the last 20 days. You can very well verify with the Andheri office or with Mr. Manish Singh, the Sales Personnel about the number of requests that I have made to them. On 12th of April I again filed a fresh complaint at the Call –centre, the complain No being 81059824
              I am really tired and frustrated that such a reputed company could go back on its words and not deliver what it so proudly promises i.e. After Sale service and Customer satisfaction. I have been using your Classic Model for the last 10 years and found no serious complain. It was at the insistence of your Sales person that we were convinced to exchange the old model with the new one as it has the e- boiling feature.
              Since the machine has already gone through too many wear and tear as it was opened several times and machine parts changed and also since it is with in the warranty period, I would request you to kindly replace this faulty machine with a brand new one. But under no circumstances, I am ready to compromise with the present machine whose e-boiling section is dysfunctional. I wanted to upgrade my Classic Model to e-boiling technology and therefore went for Gold Nova which promised to provide safe drinking water for my family. I have my misgivings and am now seriously apprehensive whether this faulty machine of mine is really serving the prime purpose for which it has been installed- that is PURIFICATION. I would therefore request you most earnestly to see into the matter and replace the machine with a new one and spare me the anguish and mental trauma that I am going through..
              I hope necessary, prompt and effective action will be taken keeping your reputation in mind.

              Aquaguard Total Gold Nova — e-boiling is not working and recurrent problem otherwise

              Dear Sir
              Please refer to Final receipt No :111 and invoice No. 062617 for an Aquaguard Total gold nova(S) Water System purification bought on 14th January, 2009 by cheque (cheque No 266264, DENA Bank) in exchange for My Classic model .The Sales Person was Mr. Manish Singh whose Code No. is 9002015
              After working fine for 2 months, on March 10th, 2009 the machine stopped blinking the green light and would stop only with the yellow light.Water also stopped flowing. After informing FRIENDSHIP who is the service provider in this area, they promptly send me a technician and the flow of water was also restored. However the e- boiling stopped working altogether as it was evident from the absence of the typical boiling sound . Also the soft mild music was replaced by the old cacaphhony of the classic model. After my further complaint, they did send a string of technician but could not restart the e- boiling of the machine. Finally after a long wait the internal unit of the machine was replaced by a new unit . The machine resumed its function with the E- boiling and the original music but it was only for one day. The very next day, it was back to square one. The machine was working but the sound of e- boiling again went missing along with the music. After that the same technician was again sent to look into the matter but he said that he could do nothing about it any more. After that I have ben consistently trying to contact either Mr. Manish Singh or the the Aquaguard office in Andheri almost every day. But surprisingly, Mr. Manish Singh is trying to avoid me by giving false assuarance that it will be done and the office is giving me false hope that a senior technician will come and fix it . So far nothing has materialised. And now since the last two days, the indicator lights are behaving in an erratic manner ; the red light glows for 5 seconds then goes off without the yellow light being on . After 1 minute the green light glows and water flows. I feel it is absolutely futile to complain to the Andheri Office or to Mr. Manish Singh . This game of "cat and mouse "is going on for the last 15 days. You can very well verify with the Andheri office or with Mr. Manish Singh, the Sales Personnel about the number of requests that i have made to them.
              I am really tired and frustrated that such a reputed company could go back on its words and not deliver what it so proudly promises i.e. After Sale service and Customer satisfaction.                 Non service under annual maintenance contract complaint

                After sending you repeated reminders. Your executive had visited but he was unaware of the nature of complain. (Where 2 yrs AMC done with Eureka forbes but sad to say “Unable to delivery service for a period of 1 Yrs 2 months.”
                After addressing my problem, he informed me to visit eureka forbes office for renewal of contract.
                I therefore request you issue me the new AMC contract for service period deprived by me....

                Eureka Forbes/Aqua Guard Water purifier — Worst Service

                We bought Aqua guard sensa on 13-Jan-2009 and we had an issue in water purifier in 6 months and the system is installed in Kanchipuram. We logged lot of service request by calling the helpline and the service representives are not very responsive and confirming that they will come today, tommorrow but they never turned to my house to do the service. Now i have logged service request in Eureka forbes website and also given feedback to Eureka forbes.

                I request consortium to help me in this regard.

                your Rourkela branch of sevice centre is giving the worst sevice .I renewed service for three years by paiying RS 2400/ - one year has past but they are mot able to sort out the problem.the say that the spare parts are not available. If this is the case customers will go out of your hand . pl. look int in it and improve your service. your mechanics are blaming to each others with no output.this is a serious mather to look into it.

                    well i thought that this company will be the best as its motto says friend for life
                    i bought a eureka forbes aquaguard booster on 13april09 when a customer service guy came to my place i made a full cash payment to him and he said he will deliver the product the next day and install it the day after on 15 april 09.but he never called i called and he told me he will do it the next day

                    then one more day goes and no response and i have informed the customer confidence centre also so thet do the needful, i called the centre on 16th, 17th, 18th april all the three times i was asked what the problem inspite of giving the query number to them and they always promised a proper feedback will be given in 24 hours but now its alost 80 hours from my first call but no feedback, i called today and the customer service said they are putting it on URGENT ATTENTION but it will be looked into on MONDAY
                    50 HOURS FOLLOW UP TIME IS NOT URGENT Its so UNPROFESSIONAL
                    IF POSSIBLE I WILL TAKE MY MONEY BACK AND NEVER EVER OPT FOR A EURAKE FORBES PRODUCT EVER IN MY LIFE AND NEVER RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE

                      I have bought product Eureksa's SENSA RO from the dealer in Faridabad. As per the company's condition i am entitled for 1 Year warranty of the product. But unfortunately my product had been failed to give me the pure water because of its faulty filters. So in this regards i have spoken many times to the dealer but they are all gone in to the deaf ears. Hence i requested them many times to replace my filters which are under warranty but every time they say i have to pay for the filters, though the system is under warranty.

                        I have given a complaint about my Malfunctioning Aquaguard which is under Service Contract warranty (receipt No[protected] warranted upto-23/08/2009. on 4th feb 2009 I met the srvice person Mr Deepak and told about the problem, I have also contacted with the Authorised Service Centre at Unit-4 Madhusudan Nagar, Bhubaneswar but till now they will not provide any service.
                        Mr. Sahu---
                        If your water purifier is within warranty and/or you have entered in to an annual maintenance then IMMEDIATELY approach the Consumer Forum in your area. Please keep all the papers in tact. Consumer forum is a Government Body with semi judicial powers. The phone calls will not be accepted in the court as an evidence. Eureka Forbes is least bothered about your phone calls. Send <Regd Ack Due> letter. The Consumer Forum will impose penalty on Eureka Forbes for cheating and deficiency of service. Eureka Forbes will engage lawyers and do maximum to evade. The Consumer Forum has powers to issue arrest warrants if penalty is not paid. Please claim full refund of costs of machine, the amount paid for annual maint. contract, damages to your health and family’s health, especially if you have senior citizens in you household.

                          I have bought an aqua guard of the above company on 28.03.09. The Sales Rep. Mr .Davendra Sharma & Mr.Yogesh have virtually befoolled us by assuring proper installation, a free gift, and a life time warranty on the product. We are constantly calling them for its proper installation and to fulfill other promises, but in vein.Every morning they assure us to to resolvie our problem but they do'nt turn up. We are afraid whether we have purchased the genuine product. Please help us in the matter.

                          After sales services are very poor. You have to call for many a times to get the service done of the product. The executives ignore the complaints, as nothing has been happened & the customer can bare it on its own.

                            I have a water purifier “Acqua guard” i nova. I am resident of Mahabubnagar town which is 100 K.M., from Hyderabad. Previously the service centre at Barkathpura, Hyderabad given AMC and the period of the same was completed in the month of Sep’08. There after I have again contacted them to extend my AMC and to give service. They have noted down my information and thereafter one T.Suman Reddy made a phone and visited my house. He stated that at present he took service contract for Mahabubnagar district and he is not offering AMC and instructed me to purchase the essential parts from him. He also disclosed that there is no guarantee to those parts. He also stated that there is no other person and centre to attend the problems except him.

                            I have come to know in my enquiry that in other places the service centres are providing AMC and providing guarantee to the parts also. From this it is very clear that the said person is trying to mislead me as I have made several complaints against Barkathpura, Hyderabad service centre when they failed to provide proper service. This kind of attitude of service personal will degrade the reputation of the company and if the company is not a position to provide service after sale there is no reason to purchase its products. Your products will become useless if no proper service is provided as sales as parts of it are not available in open market.

                            Hence I request to look into the matter and provide proper service without putting the customers into hardship, for this I shall be obliged.

                            Eureka Forbes Nova water filter — no proper service

                            i have purchased eurekaforbes water filter NOVA 4years back and i have given the contract for servicing to KAVYANJALI SERVICES in Thakur Village, Kandivli east mumbai 400101.First of all when I call up I only find the service shop phone ringing and no one picks up, which happens every time, service person never takes an appointment before attending the service, they come without proper tools, and the work is half done with loose fittings.They have charged me Rs.1690 for the service, I have decided to quit your product and buy another one, as i am not getting the proper service and i mean it.Your commercials are only pretty to sell your products without genuine services.
                            I think you should cancel your service deal with KAVYANJALI SERVICES in Thakur Village, Kandivli east mumbai 400101 as they are hopeless. I regret for having EUREKAFORBES water filter at my home, AND I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND YOUR PRODUCT TO ANY OTHER PERSON

                              Request for half yearly servicing under Annual Maintenace Contract of Aquaguard- Classic model was registered with the Help line on 24 Jan 2009 under Complaint No. 80925617. Technicians are supposed to come for servicing atleast twice a year suo motto, but no one had attended the same. As such the request for regular servicing was lodged with there help line.

                              Water is an essential and life sustaining ingradient for humans and getting clean water is on of the fundamental right for all o[censored]s.

                              As the service provider who are claiming for best post sell services have failed to deliver services even after charging AMC for 2 full year, it tantamounts to breach of contract.

                              Unhygeinic and unclean water may lead to health hazards having effect for the whole life of the family.

                              It is, as such, I wish to lodge a complaint Against the Company and the Service providers and claim not just refund of the AMC servives amount but also for the inherent future threat to the health of my family rectification for which may cost me even lacs of rupees..

                              AquaGuard classic — Non-service against AMC

                              Against our AMC for the above mentioned product we are not being given service even when we are not getting a drop of water through the machine.Our calls remain un-attended.
                              I am a resident at Burdwan, W.B.. I am using Aquaguard Classic model for more than 1 year. Plz send your representative to check for any service requirement. I think the filter is need to be replaced. For more you can call back to the mobile no given belo;

                              Eureka Forbes/ Aquaguard Classic — Contract service is very Poor

                              I never seen the poor service is offered by Aquaguard service centre personal.This is totally in-efficiency of Eureka Forbes .they only intrested to take the service contract,but never serve the people.

                              We have Aquaguard Classic model and always give the contract to eureka forbes.But they only serve at the time of contract and other time not respond against any complaint,even they are not providing any service on commited time.

                              Eureka service centre always cheated their customer.i find done a great mistake to take Eureka product.



                              Eureka service is very very poor,even not able to get 1 marks out of 10.

                                I had been using Aquaguard Classic since 1999. On being transferred to Chennai, when I requested your Chennai office for reinstallation and Annual Maintenance Contract, your officer incharge suggested me to exchange it with new model as my one was 10 year old. Wheen agreed, one AQUAGUARD TOTAL GOLD NOVA (Sl No. 2005159) was sold to me by Satheesh Kumar D (902892) by Invoiice No. [protected] and installed by Siva (Cell No. [protected]) on 11.6.2008.

                                The company representative who has come for installation has given the guarantee card & bill without company seal. Since the day of installation the system has been giving problem like low water pressure, bad odor, not functioning of ro filters as it appears that under quality machine supplied.

                                For the last 9 months, even after several telephonic complaint registrations, the service engineers attended only twice and we are buying water even after spending such appreciable amount of money, as the machine doesn’t work. It is learnt from both the service engineers in two occassions that the model is defective and required fortnightly cleaning of 1st filter, for which the wrench had not been supplied.

                                I, thereforee request you to replace the same with a good model before expiry of Warranty .

                                  I have bought Eureka Forbes Aquasure recently. It dont even last for a month & now it down totally. When I try reaching Eureka Forbes, the response is very poor. No support from them at all. They simply cheat people & sell the product. I suggest people not to go for this product. Please be careful when you go for water filter.Better go for Pure it.

                                  Can anyone suggest how complaint against them & get my money back.

                                    i have given a complaint about my Malfunctioning Aquaguard which is under Service Contract warranty (receipt No-AG96B[protected] warranted upto-26/11/2009. on 26th feb 2009 with the Authorised Service Centre Sai-Leela Corp Ulhasnagar-4, they Given me another Service Centre NO saying that now they will not provide any service
                                    to us and given us another service centers No-2333033.at Kalyan when contacted they replyed that since we have not entered into contract with them it will be difficult for them to provide the service. after repeated requests they sent one of there person to inspect the machine and promised to rectify the defect within 2 working days, . after waiting for almost 7 days when we communicated with them they showed there unability to rectify the defect and given us the Phone No of another service centers No ([protected]) then we registered our complaint with them but the answer was that they will repair the machine on the next day without fail but yet again it was a false promise then I communicated repeatedly with the said head Office but the reply was that some stock verification is going on there fore we do not have any spares available with us and as soon as they receive they will do the work then they have given me another Mobile Number of their service Supervisor called Mr.Punit([protected]) with whom I have communicated atleast for more than 100 times but every time he gives only false promises now I have decided to put my complaint forwered with the Consume Forum and before the Media in a weeks time not only against the Company but also against the irresponsible Service centre and there Service Supervisor along with damages and the harrasment they have given to us.as on 25/03/09 they send one untrained person to our home who was not a skilled person while working he Short circuted the Electric Supply of my House and my family has to stay in dark for 6hrs and on 26/03/2009 he had taken the machine with him saying that he will come within 2 hours but till today he nither came neither replied nor his supervisor Mr Punit is responding properly this is avery casual approac from such a reputed Company which may land them in trouble by such irrent officers for such bad service (no service) I am here with putting the matter before the media and file a legal Proceedings againts the company if not responded within a Weeks time Pravin Baviskar( B.Com.                                     i have been cheated by one of your sales represenative Mr Kulkarni from Pune office. he collected
                                    Rs 9999 cheque in February 17th 2009 on promised that he would be deposited my cheque post confirmation from me. but very next day he deposited the cheque which got bounced due to insufficient fund. after that your represenative is not attending my calles and avoiding me. i want some one to call me orelse i will file a suit in consumer forum.
                                    I have a severe complain against your service for my
                                    water purifier (Aquaguard enhance RO). The purifer has been installed
                                    on 27 January 2014 (Invoice no. [protected]) but not been serviced yet
                                    even for the first time. We have called many times the employees (Miraj
                                    Gandhi, ID no. 9071948, Mob. [protected] and Ajay Khandelwal, Group
                                    Leader, Mob. [protected] and Brajesh Srivastava, Team Leader, Mob.
                                    [protected]) but they have not responded to our request.
                                    More importantly, Miraj Gandhi, the CSS for purchse, has taken our
                                    old purifier (Aquaguard Nova UV) for exchange and committed that we will
                                    receive the cheque with bill of the product. But we have not received
                                    any cheque towards that exchange and even no response for this exchange
                                    from the centre.
                                    With above two points, we are seriously being realizing the
                                    poor service of aforementioned staff of eureka forbes at Indore. Do let
                                    us know further steps towards these irresponsible acts otherwise we are
                                    forced to make a complain at Consumer forum.

                                      I am resident of Mahabubnagar town, Andhra Pradesh, I have a water filter"inova" of Eureka forbes Ltd. at the begining the company offered AMC (anual maintenance contract) for two years at the rate Rs.1790-00 for the period 7-9-2006 to 6-9-2008. The contract entered by their service department situated at D.No.8-4-771/B, Ist Floor, Beside SBI, Barkathpura, Hyderabad-28. During the contract also they have not attended the complaints properly as such i have made several complaints before this forum also and also got published in Deccon Cronicle in Speak out column about their inefficient service. On the said complaints they have attended my complaints and rectified the filter. on elapsement of contract period i have again contacted the said service agency for renewal of contract and they have also promised for the same. but surprisingly a person from Mahabubnagar town called me and came to my house and stated that they are no offering the AMC at present and i have to get the filter rectified by purchasing the accessories from them whenever it develops defects and there is no guarantee to said accessories. i was astonished by listening the words of said person. I have come to know that in other towns all the service agencies of Eureka forbes are offering AMC. The denial of AMC must be due to my earlier complaints made against them for deficiency of service only. hence i request the Hon'ble authority to direct the Eureka forbes to offer AMC to all the customers and to give proper service to them as the water filters are our daily needs.
