Recently I bought Aquasure Crystal Model From Metro shopping mall in bangalore. Since I am residing in hassan dist., before buying the product I wanted confirm about the installation and aftersales service. I got the answer from the Aquasure sales person that they will arrange a person for installation. Itz already 6th day running and nobody turned up to install the system. Whenever I tried to reach the person who has promised me is still making arrangements to send a service engineer...!!! When I tried eurekaforbes customers care they directed me to Mysore branch of aftersales service. There I got another conrtact number of ther service engineer who is taking care of Hassan region. I thought I reached my destination.. surprisingly I got shocking answer from that person saying "Sorry sir, I have stoped giving service becoz the company has to settel few issues, untill I wont come for installation." Even I got one more shocking news from him saying "company is not properly supplying components and spares for the products which made us to hear lovely words from customers daily so I hv stoped attending service calls."

    I had called aquagaurd customer care on two occasions . They first sent a technician saying that the pipes were not fitted correctly. he then tightened the pipes, but i found ants in the storage tank again. the system is supposed to the best in the industry and air tight, howvever ants are still found in the system. the equipment if abt one and a half months old
    i ahve called them againand after waiting for 48hrs called up aquaguard to speak to a manager, bur agent by the name of pathiba said taht there is no one I can spaek to and no email i can complaint to as well. Aquaguard seesm to be taking people for granted and now I have no drinking water although I have paid Rs 15000 for the equipment. kindly do the needful.

      I had shifted from Baroda, Gujarat to Borivavali(w), Mumbai on last April, 2009 with two year old RO (Cost Rs. 14000/-) purifier system of M/s Eureka Forbes which had having AMC from very 1st day. After shifting and reinstalling of RO system by the company service man at my residence at 403 Gorai Maitreya CHS Ltd., Plot No. 55, Gorai Khadi, Gorai, Borivali(W), Mumbai-91, I was in dilema on the water quality of purified water of the same because the incoming water has low TDS(75ppm) of water supplying by BMC. Accordingly i contacted the concerned person of the company personnels( nos. are [protected] of one technicians, [protected] of Mr Rohit, [protected] of Mr Satis Bhosle, GM, [protected] Mr Nandu) by phone. They have attened several times after getting continuous phone calls from me and once chacked the incoming and out going TDS( Incoming-75ppm & Out going- 4ppm). The service people were dont know whether it is OK or not. Only to insist me to change the column i.e their motivation was only to sale their items not to give better service to people by which once can get the better servicing facility after purchasing the companies costly product. But till date I am not getting any solution on it. They have suggested to change the high TDS filter column by low TDS filter column (cost around Rs 2500/-). Then I agreed and asked them to change & assured me the performance of the low TDS column means the column should staisfy the result of the required parameters, then only I will pay for the replacement. Because as per company saleing strategy, if once the parts are used then it will be charged accordingly. Just think if it is not worked properly after installation then also customer will have to bear the cost what ever it is. In such condition how the general people will get confidient on such reputed company? I did also mail to their customer services mail ID at [protected]@eurekaforbes.com on 19/04/2009 and then after only one call I received in respect of my mail. Then after till date I am not getting any response from them.

      Moreover, I need AMC(Annual Maintanance Contract) of my RO system & it should be with this company only, as the last AMC is over. But now I am afraid rather confused on AMC to be done with this company. If any body have any solution please help.

        We have complain in for servicing of domestic RO modle due to taste of water is change and required service and we submitted complaing no.[protected] dt. 11.04.09 on ahmedabad phone no[protected] and again remind on dt 24.04.09 and still pending

        and this machine in annual maintance and always we received service after 10 days to continues fellow.
        We are also mently distrub and if we drink normal water than what is benifit of instoll this machine.
        We want to retun-back this product and also want return back of annual maintance amount

          Dear Sir,

          We are sorry to inform you that we are having one aquaguard installed at our resident we want its bottle to be replaced so we have made no. of telephone calls to the agent and each time we are making a call they insist on replacing the entire aquaguard in place of replacing the bottle. They are ready to come only if we buy a new aquaguard and simply not ready to listen to our requirement of replacing the bottle. This is quite unfair to a consumer and frankly speaking amounts to cheating.

          My consumer no.is 81337986. I have made phone calls on the following No.:- [protected], 29217032, 29213041, 39883333 numbers of time and haven’t got any success.

            I had opted to undertake the sevices of 'Eureka Forbes' through their authorised Franchsie situated at 'Inder puri' New Delhi - 110 012, by entering in to 'Annual Contract' for maintenance of ' Water Purifier' Classic Model. I had registered complaints with them for maintenance but are not attending the Complaints since Jan. 2009.On failure to attend the complaints till 3months, I reported the matter through ' Euro help line' on 15/4, 18/4, 23/4, 25/4. When no body attended the complaint, they advised me to contact[protected] &[protected]. They refferred me to contact Mr. Nitin or Mr. Taneja on ph.[protected]. One Mr. Raj came on line but did not noted the Complaint, and as such, nothing happened till date.

            I again contacted the euro help line again to day, the complaint no. is 53877728. The earlier complaint is [protected] & Cust. I.D. [protected].
            This is being brought to the notice of TOP MANAGEMENT to show how casually the complaints are being taken by the Management at lower level.

            I am also the victim of Eureka Forbes cheating. They regualarly collect money for annual maint. contract and do not render any service. They shamelessly knock off your money. Please approach IMMEDIATELY The Consumer Forum in you area. Please claim the refund the cost of machine, the cost of AMC, and damages to your health and family's health. The consumer Forum is a Government Body with semi judicial powers. The Consumer forum will impose penalty on Eureka Forbes. They will try maximum to evade to pay the penalty. Consumer Forum has powers to issue arrest warrant if payment is not made.

              The machine(model-Aqua Nova) was purchased in Aug.'2001, for the last 4 months, i'm facing a problem of frequent non-functioning of the machine.I also have an A.M.C. done.The local service centre(Garia, Kol-84) had sent a mechanic who has not been able to restore the machine.Now they have no solution to the problem.Should i take it up with the higher authorities to get the work done? Pls help.

              I am SUDALAI SURESH, L&T Manager, Padiyanallore. I was purchase the AQUAPURE RO NANO water purifier (before two months), when the machine was installed that day onwards the machine repair. I was compliant so many time to the customer care and service center also(complaint Number[protected]. Till the machine is not service and now the machine is not working.so, kindly change the machine (or) return the money to me.

                Not Provide Me Any Service,
                Even i filed Complaint on customer care two times
                i called on customer care n-number of time but not got any feedback.
                i paid full amount for AMC.

                Consequences : WATER PURIFIERS is not working for last 1months
                i buy aqua flow model ivory from supreme radios, jalandhar, punjab 27.04.09. not installed till date 29.04.09,
                i cam calling 100 times service center, no body comes for installation tel. no. is [protected].
                very poor customer service. before sale situation is this, after sale what is situation.

                  I bought a Video Door Phone from Eureka Forbes in September 2008. There is some problem with the receiver and from the last 2 months I have been calling them and have not got any replacement. I have just got a bunch of phone numbers about whom to contact.

                  I wrote a mail to [protected]@eurekaforbes.com 3 days back, but there has been no response. There is no consumer complaint redressal system.

                  The whole reason o[censored]s buying a Eureka Forbes product over Zicom was for the service parameter. But I am deeply disappointed.
                  Worst service from Eureka. Do not buy this product. It is a very bad one. All false commitments.
                  They do not even bother to note the compliants properly.

                  They talk very bad about competetors.

                  I have not seen any company working like this. Very very bad experience...

                  Buy product of Eureka only if you want to loose your money.

                    I purchased a Aquaguard water purifier on 19/04/2009.immediately after installation we observed a damage in the body of filter. i have lodged a official complaint with the company. Even after 1 month company has not botherd to replace the defective sysytm.
                    I am feeling sorry for purchasing the syatem from so called reputed company.

                      Sir,
                      I had taken an Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) from Eurekaforbes for the maintenance of my Water Purifier ST2000 vide Contract Reciept No 15225775 dated 01 April 2008 vide ICICI Bank, Bidadi Cheque No:571268 dated 01 April 2008 for a sum of Rs 1690/- (Rupees One Thousand Six Hundred and Ninety Only) crossed 'A/c Payee Only' in favour of Eureka Frobes. The AMC was for the period ) 01 Apr 2008 to 01 April 2010. The AMC was to be executed by their Authorised Service Centre M/s Srinivasa Aqua Services, #243, 9th Main, BEML 5th Stage, 1st Phase, RR Nagar, Bangalore-560098, Ph:28605585, as per the AMC.
                      On 12 April 2009 their rep Shri Shabbir came and changed all the filters. As soon as he left my house, I noticed that the external filter plastic bowl began to leak. I, immediately, rang up Shabbir and he promised to rectify the flaw next day. Ever since then, I have been ringing him up but he promises to come and doesnot come. Then after getting fed up, I lodged a complaint on 01 May 2009 with the company on helpline Telephone number[protected]. My Complaint number is [protected] dated 01 May 2009, Thereafter, I have repeatedly rang up the Helpline, the Service Centre, and their rep, but they do not come to repair the water purifier.
                      Sir, I am very much harrassed. I want that I my machine should be rectified immediately and I should be compensated for the harrassment. My customer ID is [protected].

                        Sir,
                        We had purchased a Aqua Guard RO Water purifier from you in chennai office in the month of June'08. There was second time membrane failure with the machine being hardly 10 months old. First we made a complaint of poor taste in water with in two months after the purchase date and your service executive came and changed the membrane saying it might be a faulty one and after that now in the month of April'09 there was no water flow into the water container. We made a complaint vide complaint no: 81215599 and serive personnel came in and told the membrane got repaired due to more TDS in the water and has to be replaced at the cost of Rs.2500/- Since the machine is under warranty we need this to be replaced under warranty since it is no fault o[censored]s, if there was more TDS it should have been checked before installing the system rather than saying it now that there was more TDS in the water. I request to the concern that issue to be resolved with replacement under warranty. Hope i get a favourable reply from your side.

                        Ravi is right. When they say warranty its warranty on the whole product. When the company never makes any such declaration of limits of TDS value they have to comply with the warranty and exchange the product.
                        we have been facing the same issue. TDS has risen up to 150. But they ask for money to replace that membrane saying it is consumable part.
                        Here is a story of disgust I experienced with the Eureka Forbes people in connection with a fault in my Aqua Guard RO unit. It was bought in June 2011. Lately the taste of the water was salty and the TDS showed more than 900 and one morning there was no water flow at all. The service technicians came for checking who said that the membrane had worn out and the motor was faulty. He said this would happen when the water does not flow through the inlet tube. But he didn’t check the flow of that tube. Instead he said that the motor did not work and hence there is no water flow. I was surprised because we had the whole set of the filter cartridges changed only on 15th December 2013 and the water TDS went up within 15 days of changing. When the service technicians checked they said there was no problem and the water will improve in taste. But now, within one and a half months I am in peril and there was no water to drink. We had to resort to getting packaged drinking water. One of my friends tried to me and got his technician for checking my RO unit. He after thorough checking said that the membrane and filters are not original from Aqua Guard and the membrane was an old one which had already worn out. That is why it had stopped filtering water. He said the motor was perfect but the inlet tube was fully deposited with salt and hence water was not flowing resulting in motor not working.

                        Now, he offered to replace the membrane with a original Aqua Guard Refill and to fix a flush valve which will take care of the water flow. With my consent he did the job and now the RO is working properly and the water TDS is below 50.

                        Here are some questions I need answers for.
                        1. The first year of installation of my RO, it was under AMC and all was OK. There was no problem in the water. The next year we did not want to enter in AMC and asked the technicians to come on call only. Is that why the next year everything went wrong?
                        2. The first year all the refills were original. The next year all were from the franchisees and it was said that Aqua Guard stopped supply of all refills. Why?
                        3. Why were some parts like relay and some valves removed from the unit by the franchisee as not needed?
                        4. Why, to our utmost surprise the water inlet tube was not checked for smooth flow when there is complaint but the motor was said to be faulty when there was really no problem with the motor?
                        Eureka Forbes has to answer me whether they as a company know that their franchisees are not giving good service and they tend to cheat the customers and to loot money from them saying fake faults in the RO units.

                        This isnt a complaint but a mere advice to all ..." DONT EVER EVRE BUY EUREKA FORBES WATER PURIFIER" ...I had experienced enough from their old carbon filter UV model to RO+UV Enhance model...They are just a bunch of cheaters who lure costumers with there false claims and pathetic after sales service...You can get an idea from this that a company with presence of over 30 years in market doesnt even have a toll free no...Kindly go for any other brand for new purchase, and i[censored] already had an aquaguard machine and feel stuck in their after sales service then u can opt. for some independent local service providers.

While purchasing a Aquaguard or Dr. Aquaguard from company office, there is a service center in every 5k.m. radius.But you will not get these facilities while purchasing from outsides or dealer.Sorry Mr. T.S. Krishnamoorty, We will take care on problem happening by our Service franchises.But one suggestion for you, what service you have to do, please follow the service guideline provided by company through our euro-smile technicians.                         Dear Indian_Consumer102, actually, while a customer getting a free demonstration from our executives, they have to know details regarding product knowledge, which parts come under warranty and how to get proper service from company. It happens so in case of Direct Sales, but not in dealer models. Otherwise they can be able to get details by dialing to our customer care executives.
                        Dear Shukla Yogesh, don't bother about your water having TDS 150ppm. According to the WHO, the portable water should contain TDS level 220ppm, which is drinkable. But you are getting standard level of water, which is perfect for human body.But be sure that the TDS is the percentase of different kind of minerals.While there is excess amount of calcium and sulfur in water, it shows TDS level is high.
                        Dear shashmit741258, I think you have not followed the company guideline or you have not purchased the product by systematically. There is no discount on our product, but why customers trying to avail discount? For which thy are not getting registered to the company SAP. While purchasing a product from company, customers have to keep contact details of local service centers. And be sure that EUREKA FORBES LIMITED is a company, who sends his employee to visit customer's house dailly to inquire and to solve problem happens, not like of calling to inquire.And this is due to top class service.My suggestion for you know more about eurekaforbes, and compare the service provided by other companies with eureka forbes.

                        I was also facing the same issue. But then my friend recommends me a website pearlwater.in
                        I ordered a domestic ro membrane from them and received it within 3 days. My raw water TDS is 1500 and i got 60 TDS from my RO. After almost 6 months still i am getting 80 TDS in my water.

                          Dear Sir,
                          I purchased the Aquagaurd Total R. O. from eureka forbes by the order no[protected] dated 7-7-2008 . Person Mr. Vinay Joshi came on the day of dealing assured me that you will be given warranty of two years in which your Candle and Membrane will be replaced free of cost . Company sent the bill and other documents after 15 days. Now in April 2009 when service enggineer came informed me that Candle is to be replaced which is chargeable . I was shocked and immediately informed to the Sales Officer Mr. M.L. Kumar by phone (his No.[protected]. He assured me that he will see the matter. But when I asked him again on 29-04-09 he replied me that it is not in the norms. This way I was cheated just to sale their product. By this cheating Your company has lost its faith in my view . Kindly help me so that I can get justice .

                            15 days back, I reported a complaint regarding Malfunction of the subject M/c. at your Sakchi (Baradwari) - Service Center.
                            Problem observed- Carbon particles coming along with water.
                            The complaint was attended by your service engineer, on (10.04.09) at 11:00 am. The same problem has been shown to him.
                            According to your service engineer, it has to be replaced on chargeable basis, along with service charge.
                            Activated carbon cost Rs.135/- and service charge Rs.250/-. Total Rs.385/-.
                            Now, please clarify:-
                            1). Why should I pay 385/-, since your m/c is under warranty.
                            2). Suppose, this time I pay, then again in a time period of just 6 months, same problem will occur, then again I have to invest 385/-
                            3).In your warranty card it is written Activated Carbon is a consumable item, then it is not mentioned anywhere min. or max. time period for normal wear and tear of Activated Carbon?
                            4). Please provide cell phone to your Service Engineer, just because they are using customer phone to service center for clarification during visit to any customer.

                              I have a Forbes water purifier, about a year & half old. It has stopped working. I complained to their service center, on phone, and requested a service (paid as the device is out of warrenty) on the 19th of April. They are yet to turn up. I have made 5 follow-up calls after that, but has not helped. I am still waiting for their service person to turn up or even hear from them.

                              I was also given 3 telephone numbers of some Ms. Yogita, who is supposedly their service manager. However, calling then I found that 2 of the number keeps on ringing and no one picks up and the third number is perpetually busy.

                              This is the worst possible level f service commitment I have ever seen in my life.

                              Eureka Forbes / Aquaflo Water purifier — No service

                              I have a two year service contract with the Co. for service of my water purifier. They were supposed to visit every 3 months, which they haven't done. My water purifier failed on 15/03/2009 morning and I immediately lodged a complaint. They are supposed to attend within 48 hrs. On repeated complaints, they merely give assuarances, increase the priority, but till 20/03/09 they have not attended the complaint. My earlier experience with their service is also pathetic. Fresh buyers of Aquaguard products BEWARE.

                              Eureka Forbes / Water Purifier Aqua Flo — Bad Service!!!

                              Have registered a complaint with Eureka Forbes on 21st Apr 09. This has not yet been attended even after 11 days and in spite of a reminder every two days. The standard response given is -- we have forwarded the complaint and we dont know why service dept has not taken action.
                              This is very inconvenient for a customer. If the customer care of a company does not know why the service is lost then how is the customer supposed to know.

                              This company is the worst in after Sales Service, they do NOT have any care of customers once they sell their products.
                              Twice in Last 3 years I took the AMC spending Rs.2000/- first time and 1500/- second time, thinking that may be second time they will give good service.

                              I urge other Customers that if they are willing to buy WATER PURIFIER, please go for ay other company than EUREKA FORBES...because WATER is the MOST IMPORTANT THING IN LIFE...for which we should NOT do any SUCH COMPROMISES AND BIG MISTAKES

                              If your machine is within warranty period and if you have entered in an annual maint. contract then please IMMEDIATELY approach Consumer Court in your area. Please keep all the papers in tact.The phone calls donot stand as a proof in Consumer court, a Registered Ack Due letter will do the needful. The Consumer Forum is a Government Body with semijudicial powers. No lawyer is required, you can argue the case yourselves in your own mother tongue. No stamp fixing is required. The consumer Forum will impose penalty on Eureka Forbes. If penalty is not paid then they have powers to issue arrest warrants. Please claim full refund of cost of machine, the cost of annual maintenance costs paid and damage to your health and you family's health, also claim damages if you have senior citizens in you house.

                              Nov 2, 10 regd. a complaint on wed oct 26th 10 and for aquaflow repair as the green light is not turning on (have AMC) service center promises the service yet no one come came to rectify the problem. And they are adamant to give any managers name and tel. #.

                                The Eureka Forbes company representative came to our home to take the money for the AMC (annual maintenance contract) and carry out the servicing due. The guy did the servicing and because of some goo[censored]p and lack of his mechanical expertise, he broke the inlet pipe into the purifying unit, result of which the machine ceased to work. This was on April 25th.
                                The mechanic promised to come back the next day and repair it as he was not carrying the necessary equipments to repair it that day. He took the AMC money and left. This guy didnt come the next day, following which we called up the company and they promised to attend to the complaint within 24 working hours - or three days. This complaint was registered the next day itself and we were given a complaint no. 53951137.
                                Today is May 1; a full week has elapsed since the complaint and we are forced to buy drinking water from outside on our own incurring a big waste of time, energy and money. We have been calling them up every single day and when we tell them the details, they speak to us rudely and at times even slammed the phone before the call was over.
                                We humbly request your organisation to use the powers vested with you to redress consumer complaints and take necessary action and compensate for our troubles.

                                  Dear Sir,

                                  I had asked for a RO system from Aquaguard (Eureka Forbes), Mohali 3B2 oofice in Punjab .On this they handed over to me Aquaguard Total NF which is not a RO system as per their web site. This is cheating. This model was giving some problems on installation, which was ignored by the representative as saying it will be alright after the water fills in the container. Now the next very morning it took 5-6 hours to fill a 9 Litres tank. I gave them a call on their service numbers and the sales person. The sales person didnot bother to come on phone and the service engineer never visited after promising that he will come and attend the problem. I have requested them to get the equipment replaced else I will dishonour the cheques I have issued to them. This is very bad on their part that they are not attending the complaint in the radius of 2 KMS or even lesser. Kindly guide me what to do ?

                                    I renewed my aquaguard service contract for the period 21/12/2008 to 20/12/2009.(Customer code-[protected], Contract receipt no[protected].Now I've been transfered to Orissa on March 09.To install the aquaguard I called upon the Eureka Forbes sales representative at Jajpur Road, Orissa.That fellow installed the instrument and was paid Rs.200/-towards installation charge.A fuse inside the Aquaguard got broken during the transportation. I insist him to replace that fuse with a new one and if it not comes under my service contract I shall pay for it. It is very much amazing that even a small fuse was not with him at that moment.He said to replace it later in one or two days.I've contacted him several times since 20 days but he is not even answering.Voltage fluctuation is very much frequent here.So the part is necessary to prevent any damage to Aquaguard.

                                    I am a genuine and bonafide customer and user of your Compact model of Aquaguard Purifier for last 9 years.Recently I had a very bad experience with your Customer Care by your supposed franchisee at Bhubaneswar (Orissa).I requisitioned the services of a person for changing the candle and carbon of the machine.After making three to four calls your Customer Care people sent a man to do this small job .Earlier this job was being done in less than one hour but this time he took more that three sitting(o n three days) to complete the job.The man who came for the job was argumentative and discourteous even to the lady of the house.He charged Rs. 900/ for the work which is definitely unreasonable. He was almost coercing in selling some of the parts of the machine which were not required by me.
                                    I have already informed about the matter to Mr Samantrai, the Customer Care Head of your Bhubaneswar Office.I am very sorry to find that you are forgeting that you are operating in a competitive market with other brands and are oblivious that the matter like this could be taken to Consumers' Court.

                                      I, Ms.Puja Diwan a resident of A/3 Majithia Enclave had purchased an Aquaguard Total RO system on 4th Jan 2009 for Rs.14500/ Before that also I had an Aquaguard compact water purifier.With the RO system I had been given a voucher on behalf of the company to provide 10 year free services for the equipment. My first service was due on 4th of April, to which I reminded the service centre twice but all in vain. No one turned up till 15 th of April.I again reminded the service centre on 16th and was promised to get it done the same day itself.It has been 17th of April today inspite of one more reminder at 5:30pm no one has turned up so far.
                                      I am extremely disappointed by ur company's poor
                                      services and vouch for the rest of my life not to buy any o[censored]r product in future.

                                      Aquaguard RO Total — Very poor service

                                      The aquagaurd water filter from eureka forbes, is has stopped working completely after 9 months o[censored]se.
                                      Though, they said they would come and service it once in 3 months, no one had come during the 9 months.
                                      When it stopped working, i have put at least 10 service requests by phone and online. they came after more than a week and partially resolved it. I stoped working completly again after 1 week.

                                      I had to raise another set of requests daily by call and online. They came to service after 2 weeks.
                                      This went on for repeatedly another 3 times. they have taken money for for service . ..350/- for changing some part.

                                      All this while it was in warranty. I have spent 15000/- to buy this. And got the headache upon myself.

                                      Suddenly it has been working well for last 2 months. Now it has stopped again. And i have put a request again...and there is no response...

                                      Others spending their money on these ... Please beware...

                                        I have purchased an Aquaguard Total Gold Nova(S) Water Purification System on 14th January, 2009 by cheque (cheque No 266264, DENA Bank) in exchange of my Aquaguard Classic model .Please refer to Final receipt No: 111 and invoice No. 062617 The Sales Person was Mr. Manish Singh whose Code No. is 9002015
                                        Within 2 months from installation of the new machine on March 10th, 2009 the machine stopped working. . On informing FRIENDSHIP who is your authorized maintenance and service centre in this area, they promptly send me a technician and the flow of water was restored. However the e- boiling feature could not be restored as it was evident from the absence of the typical boiling sound which normally is heard when this particular feature works.. Also the soft mild music of the new Gold Nova model was replaced by the old cacophony of the Classic Model. After my further complaint, “Friendship” attended to the same problem of the non working of the E-Boiling but could not solve it even though a number of technicians were sent by them. Finally after a long wait, the P.C.B. of the machine was replaced. The machine resumed its function with the E- boiling and the original music could be heard but it was only for one day. The very next day, it was back to square one. The machine was working but the sound of e- boiling again went missing along with the music. After that, the same technician was again sent to look into the matter but he requested us to contact the company to look into the matter as it was beyond him to fix the problem. . Since then I have been consistently trying to contact either Mr. Manish Singh or the Aquaguard office in Andheri almost every day. But whenever I call, Mr. Manish Singh assures me that a senior technician will be sent that very day to fix the problem. No one has till date come from the Andheri office to attend to the problem. The technicians from FRIENDHSHIP did come but admitted that it was beyond their knowledge to fix this unique problem. And now for the last one week the indicator lights are behaving erratically. The yellow light simply does not glow at all and of course the e- boiling feature is still not working. . I feel it is absolutely futile to complain to the Andheri Office or to Mr. Manish Singh. This game of "cat and mouse "is going on for the last 20 days. You can very well verify with the Andheri office or with Mr. Manish Singh, the Sales Personnel about the number of requests that I have made to them. On 12th of April I again filed a fresh complaint at the Call –centre, the complain No being 81059824
                                        I am really tired and frustrated that such a reputed company could go back on its words and not deliver what it so proudly promises i.e. After Sale service and Customer satisfaction. I have been using your Classic Model for the last 10 years and found no serious complain. It was at the insistence of your Sales person that we were convinced to exchange the old model with the new one as it has the e- boiling feature.
                                        Since the machine has already gone through too many wear and tear as it was opened several times and machine parts changed and also since it is with in the warranty period, I would request you to kindly replace this faulty machine with a brand new one. But under no circumstances, I am ready to compromise with the present machine whose e-boiling section is dysfunctional. I wanted to upgrade my Classic Model to e-boiling technology and therefore went for Gold Nova which promised to provide safe drinking water for my family. I have my misgivings and am now seriously apprehensive whether this faulty machine of mine is really serving the prime purpose for which it has been installed- that is PURIFICATION. I would therefore request you most earnestly to see into the matter and replace the machine with a new one and spare me the anguish and mental trauma that I am going through..
                                        I hope necessary, prompt and effective action will be taken keeping your reputation in mind.

                                        Aquaguard Total Gold Nova — e-boiling is not working and recurrent problem otherwise

                                        After working fine for 2 months, on March 10th, 2009 the machine stopped blinking the green light and would stop only with the yellow light.Water also stopped flowing. After informing FRIENDSHIP who is the service provider in this area, they promptly send me a technician and the flow of water was also restored. However the e- boiling stopped working altogether as it was evident from the absence of the typical boiling sound . Also the soft mild music was replaced by the old cacaphhony of the classic model. After my further complaint, they did send a string of technician but could not restart the e- boiling of the machine. Finally after a long wait the internal unit of the machine was replaced by a new unit . The machine resumed its function with the E- boiling and the original music but it was only for one day. The very next day, it was back to square one. The machine was working but the sound of e- boiling again went missing along with the music. After that the same technician was again sent to look into the matter but he said that he could do nothing about it any more. After that I have ben consistently trying to contact either Mr. Manish Singh or the the Aquaguard office in Andheri almost every day. But surprisingly, Mr. Manish Singh is trying to avoid me by giving false assuarance that it will be done and the office is giving me false hope that a senior technician will come and fix it . So far nothing has materialised. And now since the last two days, the indicator lights are behaving in an erratic manner ; the red light glows for 5 seconds then goes off without the yellow light being on . After 1 minute the green light glows and water flows. I feel it is absolutely futile to complain to the Andheri Office or to Mr. Manish Singh . This game of "cat and mouse "is going on for the last 15 days.
