I am having annual maintainance contract with eureka fobes company but even after making heavy payment in advance for maintainance the services are not given properly.For the last two days my complaint regarding complete break down goes unattended.I am unable to filter the water and complled to consume unfiltered water causing severe health problem to me and my family.

    Purchased REVIVA SMART on Nov 13, 2006 from the dealer at Jhansi, Uttar Pradesh, India. Despite the assurances, as per the company's policies, for free sevicing during the warranty period the company did not bother to send the service personnel. After a re-installation the service boy kept the machine on platform, which is highly inhygienic and bad for the machine, as well. No body at the Jhansi office provides proper answer or solutions. It seems that the company is interested only in minting money by giving false assurances which is not only bad for company's image, but also may cause problems for the persons who have already purchased the products. The company must take action to relieve their valued customers from such pains.

      I purchased euro aqua care RO water purifier system last nov.Its still in warranty.
      Lately there is a water leakage and its not functioning at all.
      I gave callt o eureka forbes cust care but they are not sending any technician to rectify the system.I called them almost 5-6 times.My complaint reference no is 80632103.I dont know what should i do.i stay in malad east valentine towers, 400097, mumbai.

        On September 3 2008 I complained that my acquaguard i nova was not working. Was given complaint no.51797834. Thereafter the service engineer examined the equipment on the 6th. He said that he would come the following day to replace the candle and said it would cost Rs.350.00. complained again on the 5th October as no one turned up to replace the candle. Today is the 10th of October.The acquard is still dysfunctional five weeks later . At the time of purchase was told that there would two free routine checkups. There was no checkup. There were two unutilised coupons in the folder "Eurosmile Service". One of them was taken by your service engineer on the 3rd of September. Very poor service indeed for all the tall claims and the blah blah blah...

          REFUND OF AMC DUE TO REPEATED NON RESPONSE AND POOR SERVICE

          1. Reference Contract receipt no[protected] dated 28 Jun 2008 in respect of Col Mohit Nangia; House no 31-D, Engine House Road, Kirkee, Pune-03.

          JUN-JUL 08
          2. A complaint(26390) registered on 26 Jun with your Pimpri office(Tele[protected] was attended on 28 Jun 08. On that day an AMC was done for an year (Rs 900/- wef 28 Jun 08 till 28 Jun 09)hoping for good service. However even after the PCB replacement the unit again malfunctioned the same day and thereafter it took 5 days for the technician to turn up on 05 Jul 08. Thereafter another complaint was lodged on 07 Jul 08 for carbon particles in the outlet which was not attended till 10 Jul consequent to which I proceeded out of station till 22 Sep 08.

          SEP 08
          3. Another complaint was then lodged on 22 Sep 08 with tele no[protected]Complaint no 707) and then on 26 Sep 08 vide complaint no[protected] with tele no[protected].

          OCT 08
          4. Till date no one has visited the house for repair of carbon particles discharge in the outlet.
          5. This is deplorable service ethos, quality and response and has caused my house extreme mental and functional harassment over past four months. Nowhere in the country has Eureka Forbes provided such pathetic service; and I have experienced Chennai, Bhopal, Bathinda and Nagrota since 2001.

          6. May I request for an immediate refund of the AMC amount(Rs 900/-) and suitable remedial measures for the survival of your pioneering company.

            I am residing at Kolkata (Flat No. 205, Sahana Apartment, 186, B.B. Chatterjee Road, KASBA, KOLKATA-42). I made an AMC for my Eureka Forbes AQUOFLO system in Delhi but after shifting to Kolkata I logged a service request on 24th August'08. I was assured visit within 2 days but since nobody visited I again logged a complaint on 22nd September'08 (Docket No. 61 at[protected]. Service was assured within 2 days but no one turned up for the whole week. I was then given another no.[protected]Franchise owner Mr. Nandakumar Mukhopadhyay)where after daily followup a person visited on 1st October. He checked and said he shall come with replacement parts on 3rd Oct but till date they have not visited although I keep enquiring daily.
            Please advise what a consumer should do when a company does not honour its AMC and has to face harassment for more than a month?

                I had purchased aquaguard reviva smart with address of c/o sahib singh, b-1/474 deep avenue, tarn taran and during sale i was told to give free service and to change any part required free of cost upto one year, but when i called them to service they deliberately delayed to make the service paid.

                It is company of thieves who misguides the customer and salesmen hides the actual facts.

                  Negligent customer care – Cheating on the part o[censored]reka Forbes, Guwahati.

                  Complaint over poor and absolute dis-satisfactory .
                  I purchased one Aquaguard Booster, e-boiling water purifier from Eureka Forbes, Guwahati in the month of September, 07. It started malfunctioning and developed with odd smell, bitter taste and with carbon sediment within a short span of 8 months. Consequent upon non stop complaints, the customer care seemed to be least bothered...after a long time the technician came and told me that the Filter candle needs to be replaced at my cost while it is covered under warranty. Now the people are attending the purifier frequently as the purifier seldom supplies drinkable water they are just killing the stipulated period of one year of warranty to run the same with defective filter by cleaning it from time to time but it was not a result oriented one it is just an harassment. Why the defective candle cannot be replaced right now? Are they waiting for expiry of the warranty period to realize the cost from me ?...I am still waiting for the action to be taken through Hon’ble Judiciary as to why a newly installed machine requires replacent of spares and if so why it will not be within the warranty period? However I will be the kast person to pay the cost of the candle even it is replaced after the warranty. Their acts frustrating and provocative to invite resentment & anger...I would not suggest Aquaguard to anyone because of its pathetic customer care...really poor service and misleading the customers. Rather it will be appreciated if the same is taken back by the Ureka Forbes, Guwahati as there are every reason to doubt as to whether a new machine was installed as the same was purchased from push selling agents of the pettyfogger company lost the faith of the entire nation as evident from the website of the Ureka Forbes.                     Dear Sir,
                    Sub : Improper handling : Probable manipulation of Aquaguard Purifier
                    Components by the service personnel of customer care centre.

                    An Aquaguard water purifier was installed at my residence on 28/9/2007 by your Sales personnel, Mr. Hemanta Gayan. It was rendering satisfactory service. But, about two months back another service personnel dismantled the Purifier on the plea of servicing which was quite un-called for, as I did not find any deficiency in the functioning of the Purifier. It’s a matter o[censored]tter resentment, indeed.

                    While using the same after servicing it is noticed that the Candle container and the purifier as well, has developed with heavy vibration and noise apart from leakage/deposit of black sediment with odd smell and a bitter taste in the filtered water apart from missing of two rubber bushings meant for installation and were re-installed later. No formal certification was obtained against that servicing.

                    Thus un-necessary dismantling and re-installation exhibits a carelessness and lack of experience in handling of an equipment and I am afraid as to whether the water gets contaminated during its purifying process. The deficiencies and malfunctioning noticed all on a sudden right from the date of the un-called for servicing and I have been reporting to your centre repeatedly.

                    I would like to convey my displeasure to your honour over the service rendered by your service centre located at Guwahati and solicit an immediate intervention to ensure a satisfactory service of the purifier and supply of proper purified water.

                    Sir, I may therefore solicit your help to kindly get the matter properly scrutinized by an experienced and responsible service personnel to ensure that the candle and other components are the same ones which were originally installed with the new purifier, well within the warranty period failing which it may compel me to place the facts before the Hon’ble Consumer Forum within Guwahati city jurisdiction to solicit a fair and just opinion.

                    I shall be thankful for the matter being taken with due seriousness and on priority.

                      Dear sir

                      I have purchased a water purifier(spring fresh ) AQUA SURE with POWER BOILING for Rs.13, 500-/- from AMRIT AGENCIES, sector 7 chandigarh on[protected].The salesman told me that this machine is equipped with special feature of power boiling and the mantainance cost is very low as compared to others(only Rs.250 for the candle that is to be replaced once in the wlole year). In less than 4 months, it started making heavy noise and stopped working.

                      I called AMRIT AGENCIES on 18th sep 2008, they gave me another number[protected] to call, which turned to be your authorized service agency. I called to that number, the technician came out on the third day (21st sep 2008), he opened the machine and do some repair.He then told me the machine was installed wrongly (said the person who installed the machine earlier was a plumber not a technician).the noise is due to low water pressure (but the pressure was not low ).I asked him about power boiling feature but was shocked when he said there is no any feature in it, it is just trade mark.

                      I was again shocked when i enquired about the annual maintainance cost, the amount he told me was very very far away from the amount told by sales man of AMRIT AGENCIES.

                      Any how, after he left, on the same day evening, i found out the same problem and in addition one more problem occured, so i called back to the service agency at 4 pm to have the technician come back, they told me that the technician might give me a call back or will visit on very next day, but he didnt.

                      On monday 22nd sep 2008 i again called them, the person who attend the call told me that they had given my address to the technician and he will reach my residence by afternoon, but nobody came .I again called on friday 26th sep 08, monday 29th sep 2008 and wednesday 1st oct 2008, but still waiting .

                      IS THIS REALLY A EUREKA FORBES ?? who sends plumber to install the machine and gives demonstration. I THINK THIS COMPANY DOES NOT PRODUCE GOOD APPLIANCES AND HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO COMMITMENTS TOWARDS CUSTOMER SERVICES WHATSOEVER.

                      I am just disgusted with EUREKA FORBES, and this is the first major appliance I've ever purchased of this brand...What a record this company have for lousy customer service. I would not recommend products of this brand to anyone, and I will never buy another one of there products.

                      i had even mail my complaint to their customer care but nothing works.

                      mr .babu who has taken the amc for aquaguard water purifier is not responding to our calls to change the carbon.they have got the money for 2 years. they are really cheating us. very poor service in tuticorin.if this continues we'll sue u in the consumer court. i request the higher authorities to take immedte action.

                        I have purchased AQUAGUARD-REVIVA R.O. on 01/03/2008.company's representative assured good after sale service.Its divisional sales office at 23, Red Cross BHawan, The Mall Road, Ludhiana has been reminded many times for quartrly service/cleaning but in vain.I never recommend to purchase EUREKA FORBES products because they do not bother about customer service/after sale service.

                          Negligent customer care dept

                          I bought RO system from Eureka Forbes last month...however, it stopped working within one month and inspite of making non stop complaints, the customer care seemed to be least bothered...after a long time the technician came n told us that the membrane needs to be changed...now we are still waiting for the action to be taken but all it leads to is frustration and anger...i would not suggest Aquaguard to anyone because of its pathetic customer...

                          Hello everyone,
                          I wanted to share the bad experience that I am experiencing with Eureka - Aquaguard. We bought this product RO a month ago and now it is stopped working. Registered a complaint and front desk guy said, someone will attend within 24 hours. Now it is almost 48 hours and no one has turned up. Again called today morning the help desk and asked him to send someone urgently to look into the problem. He gave me the area service manager(ASM) number to talk further, but the ASM is not picking up the phone. Got the other number to contact the service head office at T.Nagar, Chennai. There is lady named Kavitha attended the call and she said she will sent someone immediately, but till now no one has turned up. Now I am trying to reach her again, but she is putting down the phone after hearing my voice.

                          I have never ever seen this kind of service. This is ridiculous and painful. I request people to stay away from these kind of products.

                          I am user of Aquaguard RO from last 3 years, the product is very good, but it needs maintenance, from last 2 years I had AMC with Aquaguard, from last 15 days my plant is stopped, I have registered a complaint, but from past 15 days they are noting only address, technician is not coming.

                          Service support has to be stergthened by Aquaguard if it has to enjoy market leadership.

                          I too purchased UV purifier last month. The marketing team at Bangalore (RT Nagar) committed that they will give invoice and travel bag (Free offer) within 48 hrs. But even after 15 days I have not received the invoice and free travel bag. We are calling Mr Ragavendra who is the incharge but he is not responding properly. He is using all illegal words over phone and he told payment collected already and he is not responsible for invoice & free bag deliveries now.
                          How Eureka forbes recruiting these people.
                          I too have many customers wants to buy the product but after seeing the ir-responsible behaviour of Mr Ragavendra, they are not willing to go for Aquaguard now.

                          Please make sure to select good service provider before purchases

                          yes this is very true i bought a product month ago first installation they did half cookied work and only60% of water was getting filled and they came and attended again and pulled out the flushing knob and now i cannot clean my system.
                          Sales person says he is no way responsible and the service team daily will have only one answer they will come today and attend and that today will never come iam going to go to consumer court on 19 October 2009. Peple who want to join can join me.

                          People plaese be aware of Aqua Guard
                          Dont buy that product at all with such poor services. I doubt whether tata company knows about such happenings in their offices.

It was a very famous and very good firm but some people who connected with like dealer of this company has cheated with his customers at the time of selling his product, He was saying five years warranty on this product and when we purchase the products he says only one year warranty and doesn't want to hear consumers problem and when i call him he used abuse languages and sending his sales man who don't know how a adapter connect in inside the Purifier.

                          You are saying 48hrs..its been 2 mths since I have registered a complaint.. actually registered twice and nobody has turned up...all the numbers given are false too!!!
                          the same story is with me. i hav silver nano model which is uder AMC. but just after membrane change water is still coming with high tds. i registered my complain at delhi cust care, but no one responded after a week. when i called them again n asked about my complain, then the people there were just gigling and after sometime cut my phone.
                          i m also very very upset with this pathetic service. they do not even react.

                          I wanted to share the bad experience that I am experiencing with Eureka - Aquaguard Protec +. We bought this product RO six month ago and now it is stopped working. Registered a complaint and front desk guy said, someone will attend within 24 hours. Now it is almost 48 hours and no one has turned up. Again called today morning the help desk and asked him to send someone urgently to look into the problem.

                          I have aquaguard RO for one year. Suddenly, a guy turns up and says AMC has expired and the company which was renewing the same is no more in operation. They have told Manju Enteprises is the new company doing AMC and they will come, post which filters needs to be changed. No one has come and we donot know what this Manju Enterprises is all about...

                          The service by Eureka is pathetic and if they continue such trend, they will be out of place in the market very soon !!!

                              I I have paid Rs.1690/- for AMC of my Aquaguard Classic Water Filter cum Purifier and my Contract Receipt No is AG96B 14074854 for the period[protected] to[protected]

                              At the time of entering in to the AMC Eureka Forbes had assured that the machine will be serviced, the filter and coal changed every 6 months.

                              Since then they have come only twice. The first time was on the day the AMC was signed and the second time was in SEP 2007. The second time i had to call up the call centre 4 times before the machine was attended.

                              Today it is 3rd of October and No one from your service center has come for 3rd service. Do you think that after every Six months I have to call ur service center . If it is so it very strange. You should have some mechanism so that after taking AMC we should not bother about the Six monthly service.

                              In view of the above problem i expect necessar action from ur end.

                                We are using aquaguard and it is not working. I have registered the complaint at the customer care department of Aquaguard office. The telephone number 39883333. This is a Bangalore number. My complaint booking number is AK5/9
                                .Its been more than 2 weeks now that i am daily calling these people and they confirm me that today they will send a technician to rectify the aquaguard, but no body has come so far. I am so very upset with this that I decided to submit this written complaint in this forum . I find it very dificult to arrange drinking water.

                                Yes.I too agree to this.I had problem with the Aquaguard purifier and I called up the respective person;he was so rude and used abusive words too.
                                I am also a person who is experiencing the same problem for the last 10 days. These guys have nothing to say, but tell that their techincian will attend to the problem, but nobody turns up. Its very disgusting to know a reputed company like this has such a poor service.
                                I am fade up with the Acquasure . Service is horrible - one Kanakraj ( service personnel ) replaced my candle and the system became malfunctional from next day onwards .Now this is malfunctional for a month. I call the sales head - Bonnie and service head Dinesh but seems people are too casual in their approach . My complaint no is 83540842

                                  Dear Sir/Madam

                                  I am Anjusha Kadam, purchased New water purifier product from Eureka Forbes against my old aquagard on 16th Sep 2008. Product name is Aquagaurd total Gold Nova and its item code is GWPDGNOVA0GOLD amounted Rs. 8590 including 12.50% vat.

                                  The sales person Chandrajeet Yadav - 9014178, assured me that new aquadard will be installed in 3 working days after the payment. But this aquagaurd dispatched by company after 8 days. In this 8 days 8 to 10 times I call him for the product.

                                  On 24th Sep 2008, i got that machine at 10.00 p.m.. It was installed on 25th Sep 2008. But in installation process, it was cleared that the machine was faulty. The person who came for installation forward the complaint and told me that there is small problem in the start button of machine and on the next day technician will come and look after this matter.

                                  But from that day nobody came. Everyday I call on numbers which is provided on Bill. I already forward my complaint on Eurohelpline Number 39883333 on 26th Sep 2008. My complaint no is 80625404. Then I called on 28700791 and 28706677 which was given me from help line where I Called on 27th Sep 2008 and forward complaint again. The complaint no is 659 given to me.

                                  From that day I daily called on 67611800/01/30 which is its direct sales office. In this office also I cant get proper reply from anyone. Mr Sachin Dhanawade who is working in this office, promised me on 29th Sep that on next day you will get replacement, but nobody come and today he is not attending my call.

                                  So, I request you to kindly look after this matter and help me to get replacement as early as possible.

                                  I had very very bad service from Eureka Forbes guys, this sales person Ghanasham Patil from Aundh PUNE, office was very nice before placing the order for Nova Gold and agreed couple of things related to installation before placing order, once order is put, money got deposited We need to continuously follow starting from delivery to installation, almost a month still installation is not complete and we are not able to use it.
                                  till now almost daily calling, but he doesn't pickup the phone and no reply to call.

                                  Very bad service!

                                    The callous and indifferent manner in which the various aspects relating to post sales services including the AMC's are being handled by EURKA FORBES and their Associates/ Agents/ Franchises is a sure shot formula to destroy any established brand. These guys are not bothered about anything but duping and inducing people to some how buy a product and get into an AMC arrangement. Thereafter it is for the poor customer to run after them. They have no responsibility whatsoever, No calender or schedule of services to be followed to discharge the cotractual obligations under the AMC. This is what I have been told by one Mr Wason who is ostensibly running an authorised service centre by the name G. & M Enterprises, L-254, Ashok Vihar, Delhi. This is not withstanding the fact that an advance of Rs. 1000/ has already been paid by me for the regular maintenance and allied services, checkups etc... against a receipt No 14885114.

                                    Such instances are not only covered within the definition of "deficient service" but also constitute the offence of "Cheating". Let all the harried customers facing similar situation join hands to take some effective collective measres to bring an end to this. The least we can do is to take a CONSCIOUS DECISION NOT TO BUY ANY EUREKA FORBES PRODUCT IN FUTURE.

                                      We bought the aquaguard 6 years back. Last year we had a renewal of our AMC. We purchased the two year AMC. Since then, I have been facing prooblems for no Service . On 16th of March I registered a complaint with the customer care. Inspite of calling every day, the technician only visited on 22nd., He took the machine with him and returned after 3 days repaired. After two days, the Aquaguard has again stopped functioning. I again registed a complaint on Last wednesday. Since then, I have been following up everyday. No once has visisted till now.

                                      This is the worst service provider i have ever come across. I will highly suggest other not to buy any Eureka forbes product in future.

                                      Our aquaguard is due for servicing. The candle needs to be replaced and the water has stopped flowing. in spite of repeated complaints, no service center has sent any representative to service the same. This is a recurrent problem whenever the unit needs servicing.

My water Filter (Nova) does not perform properly as a result water is not properly purify.                                       They make us pay for two years AMC but never bother to do the required service when we have real issues with the water purifier.It has been a week after the complaint was submitted and no response from anyone.
