I am Sachin Sogani working with Grasim Ind. Ltd., Bhiwani (Haryana). I purchased aquaguard from one of the authorised dealer in Bhiwani around 5 years back. The person's name to i know as a authorised dealer is Mr. Joginder. His Mobile No. is [protected]

About two months back we lodged complain that our aquaguard is not working, please send somebody to repair this. After 5 reminders one person was sent to check our aquaguard. His name was Mr. Vinod and his mobile no. is [protected].He took our aquaguard and informed that it will take 2 days to repair this. He did not even responded after 5 days. After 5 days we called him and was informed by him that it will take another 2 days time to repair the same. 2 days also gone, after our another reminder and my shouting he came and informed that it is working now but do not use buttons of power, water and music. He told that the cost of repairing is 900 INR, but we can give 500 INR. We can give the balance money later. We used this and found that he did direct connection from the tap water. Due to this my whole family caught by different diseases. I am suffering with jaundice now. We again asked the same man to come again and check this. He came after our several request and reminders and took again our a.g. machine.

Since last 10 days we are requesting for this, and everytime we were informed that it will come in next two days. I think these people are taking my exam of my patience. I have blasted both Mr. Joginder and Mr. Vinod this morning. I have been still no news when i will get my aquaguard back.

I think they are spoiling name of a reyond company like eureka forbes. I am fed up now with this kind of pathetic services. i need someone to call me to discuss this issue urgently, as i am in deep trouble for not having filtered water since last almost one month. My Mobile No. is - [protected]

    I have repeatedly complained for non availability of paper bags, in market, required for my EUROCLEAN 2000 from more than an year.I was thrown from pillar to post -directed to complain to Mr.Patel on phone no.28706671,[protected]who is never contactable.
    I was sweetly told every time I complained, "Your complaint is kept on priority basis to look after !""We are sending technician today or latest by tomorrow.''
    YOUR TODAY HAS NEVER ARRIVED TILL NOW.
    We had great faith in your Company-due to name of GODREJ attached to- you.TODAY WE FEEL THAT WE ARE CHEATED.

    I purchased a Eureka vaccum cleaner two years back the model was named as TURBO. Initially it was working good later it developed a snag and the functioning stopped.

    After repeated complaints to the customer service, they sent a Attendent he just on seeing the model expressed his feelings why you bought this model it is failure model. I was astonished while promoting the product they told so many stories about it that It is the best protable model available Globel.

    The person who came for service insisted me to go for a better model than repairing the existing one. When I again contacted the office they again sent the same fellow who just entering my house said " ooh athey veeda atha repair panamudiyathu eduku thirumba thirumba intha address enku kudakaranga theriyala "
    meaning ooh it is the same house once again I dont know why my people are giving the same address again and he vanished

    Now what to do with that
    1. keep it in my show-case.( to remind me always not to do the same blunder )

      Sir,

      Sub; aqua guard R.O smart;reg

      I purchased an aqua guard R.O smart from R.K Agencies, your authorized franchisee for Khammam district of Andhra Pradesh state on[protected]. The staff who installed the equipment on the same day informed me that the bore water is not very hard and there will not be any problem with the equipment and no maintenance is required at least for two years. The yield from the equipment was drop by drop for which they informed that the yield will increase with the time.the yield per day of 24 hours was hardly 10 litres. The yield completely stopped after 3 months. The maintenance staff after several telephone calls came and cleaned it but the yield did not increase from 10 litres per day. Again after 2 months it completely stopped . the staff as usual after several telephone calls came and inspected the equipment and took it to the work shop for repairs.after several telephone calls after a fortnight they informed me on phone that the reverse osmosis membrane cartridge is not functioning and requires replacement for which they demand Rs 2200. all their promises about its functioning at the time of installation have gone to the wind and say that it is not covered under guarantee.
      Actually from the yield it gave on the first day it self shows that it was a defective osmosis membrane which they supplied and they cheated me. Several calls and a registered letter is not responded and the equipment still lies with them to this date.
      I purchased it with great hopes as I considered EUREKA FORBES as a reputed company and any kind of cheating is not there. I request the company to repair it fully at its end and do justice.

        Your company is so reputed and renowed doesn't suits a company like your's being so careless on part of servicing.

        Aquqguard classic — no response of complaints at raipur branch

        Sir,
        I am Vishnu Sanganeria(Agrawal)from raipur.
        The water filter i use has not been working properly because its pump is not working as proper but the technicians here are not at all responding at your branch in raipur.
        We have been continuously reporting and complaining them regularily but they are not at all giving a proper response..
        A situation like this doesnot suit at the part of reputation of your company..
        I HOPE YOU WILL LOOK INTO THE MATTER AS SOON AS POSSIBLE TO YOU..because its already late by time..

          Regular maintenence for Auagard.
          I completely agree with this complaint against Eureka Forbes. We know that the products of this company has a good reputation. but if something goes wrong these are the worst people we ever meet up with. Even to change the filters of water purifier I am moving around these people for last three months. They say that they will come in two working days but it does not happen. The seniors of the company are just not bothered of the consumers. How do they get the Best awards?? They do not sell the filters alone. they want the consumers to take the AMC for whole year even if some small problem is there. on thop of it if we take the AMC then also they do not show the face to the consumers even after several calls.

          I think it is a time we have to teach the lesson to these companies who wants to take the consumers on ride.

          Requesting all consumers to spare the time and share the experiences.
          We are facing the same problem with Eureka Forbes...At the time of marketing the product the company goes all out of its way to please the customer...It is only when their product give problems, do the troubles of the customer surface. We had a problem with the water purifier which was attended by them after various calls...to avoid the same situation in future, we were forced to take an AMC. The AMC is on from the February 2008 and we were given to u nderstand that the visits would be 6 monthly...It is nearly a year and we have not received a single service from them...When we have tried to contact the service centre or the Eureka Forbes helpline number, the former shows that the number is discontinued whereas the latter has lines on the route always busy...This is most irritating. It would have been better if we would have continued boiling our water instead of relying on the most unreliable service provided by Eureka Forbes.

          I totally aggree to this. They are the worst Bas...rds one can find in the industry. I have been complaining for the repair of the RO system which i bought, but they are just not bothered. It is under the warranty and even then they say that they are out of the parts and nothing can be done. Can somebody guide me where to file their complaints..

          This company dont know how to deal with its customers. I am living in jaipur and in march i purchase aquaguard of this company with three service check ups but nobody turned up till now.
          if possible kindly forward this problem to the headquarter of this company.

          No Yar Eureka Forbes is the Best Water Purifier Company as i Know
          i bought aquagaurd from the M/s Batra traders, Phagwara, distt. Kapurthala, two months back, the person who install the machine was asked us to tell if we got any complaint any future but after two months our aquagaurd m/c stop working, it even did not show electrecity passed through it, we made the complaint five days back to mr. Ajay ([protected]), he says he will see tomarrow but did not turned back, we made thirty (30) calls to him but he not even picked up our phone, so i made call at delhi on no. [protected], he gave us jalandhers complaint office no.s which are all wrong numbers or not picked up. so where should we go i never now, i there is any concerned person please help us to find the solution, my number is [protected].
          This is regarding the horrible after sales service of Eureka Forbes. I have bought a Reviva back in 2006 . At that point of time the Sales guys were after me like a leech. Now when I call up the service center for servicing, I am facing the worst service that I have ever faced. First of all I have to make a minimum of 10-12 calls for a visit. Once they visit, I have to handle the ill equipped technician. These technicians doesn't know anything. Just for changing my filters and candles, they had come down to my place 4 times, and still its not fixed. And everytime I have to call them up and let them know that my unit is not working, please come and have a look. But even then I have to hear all the crap of "call me within duty hours", "can't come down now.." etc.

          Can EF tell me whats my fault? Buying a unit from them is my fault or asking for sales support is my fault? Do I have to plead before them to send someone who is a true technician? Do I even have the right of asking for that?
          I cant agree any better... Guys refused to change filters even though it is under warranty. He openly admits it needs a change, but refuses saying already 9 months have gone by!! What a day light robbery.

          He wants me to enter to AMC at the cost of 3650 per year (that is 10 rupees per day!!!).

            sir,
            I purchased the "AQUA SURE STORAGE WATER PURIFIER(BLUE+WHITE COLOUR) on 17.06.2007 from the Big Bazar Branch located at Mulund with 01 year warranty.

            But after few months the top candle stops working and its carbon coating was completely broken. I registered my complaint in the customer care service centre on 06.05.08 and they have booked my complaint vide complaint no:[protected]. But since then, nobody is taking care of my complain. I am tired of calling them so often. This type of attitude of your staff towards customers is bringing very bad name of your company in the society.
            Please do the needful as soon as possible.

            I totally agree with the above complainant. I bought aquasure water filter 18 liters on 30.08.08 from one big shopping complex at chennai. It stopped working from 2nd month onwards. And I filed complaint on 06.11.08, but nobody from that company turned up till 19.11.08 despite frequent calling. Is this the way one famous company responding to its customer's griefs?

            Dear, I have purchased the Aquasure Water Storage From the dealer on Oct. 08. within 10 days of purchasing, the candles of the filter is not working. the filter has to be cleaned in the morning and the evening then also the results are not satisfied. The guarentee period is 1 year. local dealer is not responding satisfactorily. after complaining to you via internet about 3 weeks before, the person was directed to come to our home. his statement was that he deals with the 25 lt. aquasure not 18 lt. After that nobody came. within 2 weeks if there is no favourable response from your company then we are force to go to CONSUMER FORUM and all the responsibilty will be yours.             I have bought Aqua sure on 01 sept'09 from Lucknow gomti nagar shop, sopkepper sold saying that pureit is clorine base and can be disolve in water when hot water 45-50 deg c used, but in aqua sure is idodized compact particle used and nothing is dissoved. and also the trusted brand in market.

            with same trust i have bought the product but my problem started from very first use water after filtration, smells like ash, when i complained to dealer eureka fobres person came and attended and suggested use for one month i will be OK.
            when i forced why should i use bad water for one month, where as manual refers use water for drinking after one or two initial filtration.ten another person came and proposed to change the carbon cartedge which again he was not sure for changing so i have been ask to check with sales person if he replace the unit as attendant was from service department.

            again after one week no solution is provided and i have been told it is idodine base and this is iodine smell only, also they took sample of water for lab testing but no report produced till now.
            these people are hiding the actual problem and misleading the consumers, i had updated to area manager mr rakesh Gupta ([protected]) of Lucknow then only above steps taken but no fruitful result, i am being forced to drink bad smell water if hey had clarified earlier i have dropped buying or i could have opted for UV base purifier.
            i want either fix the problem or take unit back and give me discount on UV/RO base filtration unit.

            I have purchased aquasure storage UV water purifier. i have discarded the initial filtered water, but after that also, from day one only the stored filtered water, smelled peculiarly. i am afraid that i have wasted my money on this product. what should i do.

            Eureka Aquasure Jr Storage — Leakage of Water

            I purchased one Eureka Aquasure Jr Storage,bill number 24423 TILL Number 110,from Spencer's Retail Ltd on 31/03/2010 with .The capacity is 18 liters (9liters top + 9 Liters bottom).The problem is that after the bottom part fills up it starts leaking from the space between the top part and bottom part.I have complained to the Spencer's twice but they did not help me yet.So, I request you to please help me out.

            eureka forbes - aquasure water purifier — non responding from customer center

            3 months ago i bought a water purifier of eureka. initially 2 times the
            service center responded to our queries properly. when the last time attendant
            came to our place we wanted to replace a part of our purifier , he didn't
            replace the whole part as he fell short of that . so he said , he will complete
            that work in the next visit but more then one month has gone we have made
            several calls to the customer center and they say that they will reply within 24
            hours but nothing has happened so far .

            no action taken on aquaguard fault complaint since last 8 days

            rnthe flow of water in my Aquaguard is very less..it takes 3 hours to fill the container .I have called them atleast 15 times but no one has turned up till nw...its really annoying

              Dear Sir,

              We had purchased the latest product for water purification from Eureka Forbes. It is Aquaguard Total Sensa with Blu G RO & UV. We had purchased this machine in the first week of May, 2008. After only a day the machine started to give problems. The water became salty, unfit for drinking. We registered a complaint in the morning and the technician came in the evening. He said there was some salt collected and that he had removed it. At that moment water was fine, but next morning same problem arised.

              We called the Branch Manager, Noida and requested him to replace the machine. He said ok. After 3-4 days the machine was replaced (After intense followup and more than dozen calls. After a day the same problem cropped up. The water was salty from the machine. We again registered a complaint, technician came and corrected the problem. At that instance the water seemed ok, but this time the problem repeated within 4 hours. I think there is problem with this product line.

              Please suggest what we can do? For the past 4 years we were drinking 20 ltrs. bottled water. But, I personally advised my family to switch to RO & UV systems. I suggested Eureka Forbes to them. More than for you people, it's extremely important for me that my family drink safest water at all times.

              Eureka Forbes have seriously let us down. If I don't get a valid response from the company's side then I will be bound to drag the company to court.

                most regretly i am to inform you that on dated 25.05.2008 i have purchased a aquaguard total silver ro - unit sl no 8040925 by paying rs 14500/-from divisional sales office, shivratna, survey no-1047 B, college corner, sangli-416416, maharashtra. From the date of purchase, the machine is giving numerous problem. I have made several complaints to the dealer but not got required service from them & lastly i told them to replace this problematic piece but they didnot give any responce which has really hurted to the heart of a customer . till now the machine has not been rectifird. I was never expecting such type of worst service from world reputed name Eurekaforbes. This is really panic. if you have a single point of careness towards the customer satisfaction then pls replace my machine otherwise i will through this useless aquaguard outsite as it will have no value for me.                   I have been trying for a few months now to get someone to service my Acquaguard water filter and have logged various complaints with your company. But the only thing your guys seem to want to do is put down the water filter and tell me it's not worth it to service the filter AND I should go in for a new filter.

                  So basically, they are only interested in selling a new water filter to me rather than servicing my current water filter!!

                  Is this ethical?? Can someone come and service my filter please???

                    We have purchased Aquagaurd, two months back. During installation, it was observed that some of the parts are not received, which was not informed to us by the technician and the installation was done with the existing parts. Latter on, we ourselves have realized this, by watching the same in the neighborhood and called their Vijayawada office branch head and team leader. The response was so rude and either of them are so reluctant to visit us to rectify the problem. Rather, they are asking us to visit their place and give a written complaint, as the sales person, who made the sale is no more in the organization. I am so diguised with the kind of reply given. for the following reasons:
                    1. The Technician should not have done the installation, without receiving the full set of instrument.
                    2. At least, he should have informed us the fact (intentions are very clear, ie., to cheat the customer)
                    3. Team leader asked us to talk to the branch head, which should be done by him.
                    4. Team Leader's language was so rude and he was using filthy language
                    5. TL is more interested in new installations than to sort out the problems of the existing customers.
                    6. Branch head's response was also not satisfactory and the whole team response was tuned to rudeness.

                    At last they said that we have to give a written complaint, which has to be submitted in their office. Funny thing is that, they have asked us to mention about all the parts missing (They might be expecting me to be a Eureka Forbes service engineer) They are not bothered to visit the place to see what actually the problem is.

                      I have a Ro system from Eurekha forbes. I paid through my nose and the sales executive we as very agressive in pusing the product to me. He said the service engineer will attend to any complaints within 2 days. I registered a complaint with Eureka forbes customer serive center on May 16th. I was told the complaint would be attended and closed within 2 days. It is the 21st Maya nd i have made about 20 calls and the matter is not yet closed. When i called called they asked me to cotact the service-in-charge. When i called that number they said he was transfrred. i spent 1 more day trying to reach another service-in-charge. Without success. The customer service call ceter says there is nothing else they can do. Dead End. I am back to buying bottled water. Paid 14, 000 for NOTHING. STAY AWAY FROM EUREKA FORBES PRODUCTS. THE SERVICE IS A JOKE.!!!

                      Eureka Forbes — Not providing service after sales

                      I had purchased Water purifier system fro Eureka forbes called 'Classic' in July 2008 through Bhavnagar branch of eureka forbes. At the time of purchase sales agent had assured me giving good service after sales and by this assurance i had purchased their product. But after installation of system they had not given me two free service that they have promise me. And also my water prufication system is stopped since last one and half month, but his sales agent not come to solve the problem after my so many calls. when i had complain in their ahmedabad branch they talled me that they are not offering service in villages. so why they sold products in villages? and if they had told me before installation then i definately not installed their product. I had also registered email complaint in their compny but no reply from them.
                      This compny has cheated me.

                        Reviva aquaguard — Not working

                        We are procuring aquaquard water purifiers for our office since 2003.
                        We have entered into AMC with your firm for the year 2011-12 for all
                        our water purifiers.
                        Recently we have procured a new Reviva water purifer during the
                        month of May 2011.
                        Of late, the service response of your firm is very very poor.
                        The number you have given for complaints[protected] is always not
                        reachable or fully engaged.
                        It always says that for sales dial 1, for service dial 2. However,
                        if you dial 1 or 2, it will be disconnected or you will hear a low
                        engaging noise.
                        We don't know how to contact your service engineer's or register
                        our complaints.
                        Your advertisement says that "VAST AND EFFICIENT NETWORK FOR SEVIE AT
                        YOUR DOORSTEP"
                        But, your service response never make us to smile.
                        Your firm is very eager only for sales not for service even it it comes
                        under AMC.
                        There is no response for the numbers 30281691 and 95 also.

                        Our customer ID is [protected], the new machine is not working for the past
                        15 days even after changing of the outer filter.


                        If it continues we will take this matter to the next higher level.

                          I had purchased aquagaurd RO on 13 March, 2008. After intial results it started malfunctioning. Just after a fortnight i had to call for help. The purified cane don't get filled. Due to this I had to call for service centre. You just imagine just after spending 16000 Rs. in only two months i had to call for service of RO more ten ten times. Every time the technitian says that "now it will work properlly".But on an average per week i have to register a complaint. In other words i had purchased headache in 16000. You be carefull next time anyone talks sbout Eureka forbes.
                          I purchased Aqua Sure on 7/6/2013 from Vijay Sales In New Panvel. After filtering water while drinking water it has " Plastic smell and taste". My email adress [protected]@gmail.com and mobile [protected]

                            I have purchsed a water purifier from Eureka Forbes in 2006 on my son's name (Master Advait Pillai)& have entered in service contract from 24/9/06 to 23/9/08 by paying Rs. 1640/- through cheque no. 156044 1t 1/10/06. But nobody from company /service agent has reverted to me for service, even after repeated requests & complaints to customer service or service center.
                            your service is very poor
                            as i have called you Representative many times and same answer is there that i am coming to you.
                            at the time of delivery, at the time of product selling your representative said that i will come every six month to check the machine (water purifier). but he never come to check the product.

                            I have registered a complaint for servicing the aqua guard, which is sold by eureka forbes and best part is this machine is under extended warranty. I have registered the complaint on the customer care of euro help line ( only the name is helpline and i hope for many of you it's helpless line which is 3988 3333 across india. I made the complaint from chennai.The complaint was registered o 22nd September, and i wasted my money for calling them every day.

                            After making hell lot of noise the customer care provided the particular dealer who is in-charge for service at my area called touch point ( I don't know at what basis he selected this name??) he never pick the call or even he pick calls he will provide only false commitments..After unsuccessful of calling the dealer, again started calling the helpless euro help line and able to get area service in charge number which is [protected] (Mr. Vasanth), spoken to him also 2, 3 times and till now no solution for my problem . Now would like to understand how to file case against them in consumer court, please somebody suggest me

                            eureka forbes very...bad service last six months, they are troubling us. EUREKA FORBES TOUCH POINT, Mr. Santosh, 41, M.H. Road, chennai 600 011. I have called for service in june month. Service engineer came and collected the money of Rs.800/- from us for some item for that machine to buy.
                            They have not check whether the machine is working or not. after 6 months they telling that machine is not usable and advised me to sell this machine in scrap for Rs.500/-. I have agreed for selling this machine also. but I have not received the money of Rs.1300/-(Rs.800+500) till this date. I have made numerous calls(approx. 70 to 80 calls) and every time they promise to pay back today or tomorrow. Is it the way the eureka forbes works? Pls. sort out the matter and arrange to send the money today. With so much of pain i have written this letter. pls. understand my feeling.

                              There is nothing to agree or disagree everything is explanatory.I dont know when there problem will be solved but i saved nyself because tomorrow i was suppose to give call to their executive for instllation of RO.
                              This saved me also time. I was going to buy Eureka Forbed RO system in my new home. Can't trust company which has such lowsy customer service center

                               Company gives to one year warranty, But they will not gave to customers .The Company told the problems are clear by FDO.


                               The customer in one year Rs. 5000/- lased .So customers return the machine. We have good relation in the market, so we pay the money to personal.

                               The company forgot customers satisfaction, so we have lased reference . Other company machines are running very well. They are returned our products, and they go to another company.

                               Company employees told to the customers spare parts give to replace, but not give to return, The customers angry on FDO.

                               These are not bearing, we take another dealer.

                                i have an aqua guard designa model and a w/d vacuum cleaner and the service technician is yet to come and do the warranty replacement even after 2.5 months.Aqua Guard people are not TATA quality, and are fleecing the public...my reccommendation for wannabe buyers of water filters and vaccum cleaners is DO NOT BUY AQUA GUARD PRODUCTS...
                                we have to do some thing strong as most such co., are taking customers for granted...

                                  I Vishal Sharma would like to make a complaint against EURO HELPLINE 39883333, I use their Aqua guard model Compact Cartridge since yrs.We are on an annual service contract that we annually renew.

                                  On the 8th of May i called their helpline to complaint that my aqua guard was giving me trouble it keeps going off every few minutes & i cant fill any drinking water that they need to send someone urgently the complaint no they gave me was.[protected].they promised that a technician would come the same day or latest by the next day which was 9th May.
                                  It is the 10th of Maythat I making this complaint as they always c
                                  claim to provide help on the same day, since it is a matter of drinking water safety.
                                  I called them on the 9th as well as the today to follow up each time they apologized & assured the person will come the same day in next half an hour but all in vain
                                  What is the meaning of having an annual contract or a service help line in the first place.You can understand how important it is to have drinking water especially considering the no of ppl we are at home.I kept requesting to them that we have to buy mineral water which is expensive that this should be treated as urgent.

                                  This is not the first time that these people have been negligent.
                                  I sincerely request you to teach them a lesson.When it comes to selling products these people are all over the city but come time to service their products this is the attitude.

                                  My complaint for getting paper bags(as they are not available in the market) for my Euroclean2000 is pending from ONE YEAR.
                                  Until today the authorities concerned have thrown me from pillar to post, but NOT PROVIDED the required paper bags.
                                  MY EUROCLEAN 2000 IS IDLE & USELESS IN ABSENCE OF PAPER BAGS.
                                  They are sitting there in the call centre. No supervising from top mgmt, they are just waiting for thier fat pay cheks sitting and gossiping

                                  No response after 18 days, even in warranty from 15th june till date of continuos calling, even their supervisors like Ms. Mehnaj etc are worthless junks. no customer respect, all false promises. All calls being recorded no action are taken on them.

                                  This way Eureka forbes will close down soon for their total management who cannot take of their customers, already recommending to my friends & printing in the newpapers to avoid eureka forbes goods for their worst in the world after service
                                  Inspite of taking the annual contract, the services are never regular & upto the mark.
                                  In my last contract, they did not cover the no. of services also & were not ready to change the chalk after a year also insisting to renew the contract.
                                  For every complaint about the irregularity they give a silly excuse of Home locked during their visit. Totally baseless justification!!
                                  I had bought a Eureka forbes from the outlet in Nirmal Lifestyle.I agree with Mr. J sharma completely. the call centre executive instead of empthasing with and understanding the customers issues keeps repeating pre-programmed statements like " let me confirm your address" " Mr Pinto I totallly agree with your problem"

                                  They claim that their service executive will come between 10-3.30 pm. Despite waiting for the whole day for the sales executive to come when we left home at around 6 we find that the service executive had turned up at 6.30 p.m

                                  I fail to understand as to how when Eureka forbes commits to customers that their service executive would come between 10-3.30 pm how come he turns up at 6.30 pm?

                                  I would request you to kindly address this issue at the earliest failing which I would have to write a complaint in the Times of India against this so called sham. The complaint number given to me is 8055 8877
                                  I have also taken an AMC and as per the contract they were supposed to come for the visit in July, and this is October and still I can not see any sign of anybody. Keep calling them and you will hear "will be done today madam". If at all Eureka is listening, please take care - the world is liberalized today, your working model will no longer work in today's world where people have tons of options. If you have to save your company at all work towards your customer care. Anyway nobody I know will be buying Eureka now...with this pathetic service attitude.

                                  I purchased RO water purification system from Eureka Forbes. They told me that their office is situated next street to my house and if any complaint is there they will attend the problem immediately. They also asked my date of birth and told me that they will send me some gift for purchasing the RO water system. Till date I have not received any gifts from them but I am not bothered about the gift. When my RO machine was not working I made a complaint to the help line no.39883333 they came after one month telling me the reason that they are unable to trace my address (while purchasing they told me that they are in the next street). He did some repair work and after he went the system was not working. Immediately I rang up the helpline no.39883333 telling them that there is no drinking water in the house, please send your person immediately. They have not sent. When I telephoned again they told me that you have made complaint only yesterday, how can u expect us to come immediately. This is the way they reply. I inform all the readers of this message that the service offered by the company is useless and we should not believe their sugar coated words. Any way I have to live with that machine since I paid Rs.14, 500/- for purchasing the machine
                                  They are Bloody in attending problems
                                  My Euroclean 2000 is idle for the past two months due to spark coming from the motor. I had complaint this matter to the help line department more than 5 times but no response from their side they are not even bother to attend the complaint. we have to take legal steps towards the company that no consumer can suffer further.
                                  I thought I would vent here my problem with Euro helpline . But when I see that some of you good people have been trying to get attention from them for the past 15 days and more, I realise that my problem is only just beginning. It is day-4 now since I made a complaint about our RO filter and all that I have after making about 8 telephone calls to 39883333 is assurances after assurances that the technician is on his way and would be there any moment. I realised that this is only a ploy to try and keep a customer quiet. I agree that this is perhaps the most badly managed customer care department of any company. The public sector is better by far. Absolutely no empathy for the customer.

I called them on 9th May 2009 for servicing purpose but till date they not give me service. I had called up them twice in a day but they ignore it.                                   This company is a fraud company they took away my old vaccum cleaner and tried selling a new one and when i told them i don't want it they said they would give me back my old vaccum cleaner and the money of Rs 2400/- now its more than 3 months and they have not bothered to return the vaccum cleaner nor the money and they have all rowdies in there office and those people raise their voice and speak to you that it is so hard for you to be in the office.

                                  NEVER BUY ANY OF THERE PRODUCTS. they just cheat us of our money.

                                  they should be ashamed of themselves, they say they are friend for life, do they mean what they say. i swear i never want such a friend as them.

When you phone them either they dont pick up or if at all they do when they realise that its some complaint they transfer it to another line which no one picks up. I think this is most rude behaviour . Or they tell you to contact the sub service centres who are in sector 45.
                                  These people are even one step ahead, they never pick up the phone. Anyway finally after a lot of phoning they came and changed the transformer and again after 2 days it stopped working and one Mr Harish came and tried to rectify the problem but he couldnt and so took away our water purifier claiming that he would have to take it to the workshop. Since then He has not turned up and neither is he picking up the phone.
                                  Please look into this matter urgently. Otherwise I think the only recourse left would be the consumer court. What to talk of ever going in for a AMC, I would never like to go in for any of your products. Please look into this urgently.
                                  I am a terribly disgruntled customer of Eureka Forbes. I have called not less than 5 times on their Eurohelpline and the person at the call sentre seems like a prerecorded voice repeating the same statements everytime... It is really irritating when you have to call so many times and nobody seems interested in the aquaguard they sold us. Whe they sold us they said dealers and service centres are present in Panvel but I keep getting calls from the service centre in Vashi each I give a reminder call and then they direct me to the Panvel service centre. If I have to make so many calls myself, then what is the use of paying the call centre execs in the first place?

                                  I started calling Eurohelpline in the first week and this is the last week and my problem has not yet been resolved so I have decided to just dismantle my useless space wasting Aquagaurd and use Zero-B instead. I am at least able to give my children water without having to boil and cool everytime which I have been doing since the first week of June for about 20 days now.

                                  I agree with all of the above comments made, the customer care of Eureka Forbes is useless. I had bought an RO water purifier on the 13th of April 2009, it worked exactly for one week and then stopped. I made a complaint with 'Kohinoor Marketing' (authorized service center) who had sold the unit to me and pursued them for over a month and finally they stopped taking our calls. Due to the lack of response i finally called the Eureka Forbes helpline twice once in may (complaint number 8129695) and again in June (complaint number[protected] who also didn't take up the issue. its has been three months now i have a water purifier costing Rs.10, 000 useless and have to buy Bisleri bottles.

                                  I thought i was one of the only people in this kind of a mess but apparently this is a regular as far as Eureka Forbes is concerned.

                                  Please tell me what course of action can i or should i take.

                                  Looks like there has been deterioration in the service quality of Eureka Forbes in the recent past. My complaint for leaking external cylinder in unattended for past 4 weeks. Now the unit has developed another fault and works intermittently. Everytime I call the Helpline, I am assured that the service person would visit my place and attend to the problem.
                                  Few days back one person, claiming to be from Eureka Forbes, came and informed me that two side cylinders of my unit have got corroded from inside and would need replacement. For this I would need to pay Rs 3200.00 as it is not covered in AMC. Obviosuly I did not trust him and later came to know from my neighbours that the same person had visited other housholds and was advising this to everyone.

                                  Yes, it is really poor service by Euro helpline. Last two times I waited for some 15 days to get my pruirifer clened up for which I had a service contract with them. Now this time I want to call them, but the Euro help line does not work. Every time it call, a automated voice welcomes me then play some music and it goes on and on. I am not even ask to choose any option.

                                  Euro Helpline — Helpline not working

                                  The helpline number is not working from last 12 days. Whenever I calls the helpline number 39883333, an automated voice welcomes me and then a music is played which goes on and on. It does not even ask me to press 1 or 2 to select the options or to talk to cusomer.
                                  EUREKA FORBES PROTEC+: A DUMB BOX
                                  DESIGN FLAWS: UNIMAGINATIVE, UNPROFESSIONAL DESIGN

                                  1. It is designed to be put on the kitchen slab. Even if the slab is very large the necessity of placing the machine close to the sink makes it obstructive to cleaning and stacking o[censored]tensils on the drain board.

                                  2. Eureka Forbes has not provided any provision in the design of the machine to mount it on the wall. The customer can buy a mount/ stand/ bracket from the market to hang the machine on the wall: Poor thinking.

                                  3. The machine needs electric power. The machine neither has a light to indicate that the machine is running or the power is on, nor it has a switch. It looks like a dumb box not telling whether it is on or off or whether it is running or not running. A mixie has a switch, a TV has a switch, a drier has a switch and most other machines have switches. Even other models of Aquaguard have switches as well as lights.

                                  4. The water in the tank is not visible as the tank is translucent, and you do not know how much water has collected inside. Opening the top of the machine is not a convenient thing to do or even desirable as it exposes water to contamination. You do not know when to put the switch on your wall off (there is neither the light on the machine to tell that it is on, nor is water in the tank visible to suggest whether the machine should be put off or allowed to continue running.)

                                  5. There are two lights on geysers one of which tells that heating of water is on, and the other light, when it is on, tells that heating is complete for the time being. There are lights on battery chargers of cameras, and on lap tops which turn from yellow to green to indicate that charging is complete. Eureka Forbes Protec+ keeps you in dark.

                                  6. The machine has a container. The user would put the machine of[censored]sually when the container is full. There is no easy way to find whether the container is full or not and if you let the power remain on the machine continues to run even when the container is full: My machine was installed yesterday (July15, 2010). The power of the machine remained on through the night. In the morning water was coming out of the blue pipe: Wastage of water, wastage of power. This would not happen if there were a device to turn off power when the tank was full.

                                  7. I do not know what material the (water) container is made of. It looks as if it the same material as the plastic used in casing the machine. Obviously the casing of the machine would not be made of plastic made to WHO standards (for use in storage of water). Could anyone in Eureka Forbes tell specifications of the plastic used in the water container? The literature that has been provided with the machine does not provide these specifications even though it tells that Eureka Forbes machines are the best.

                                  8. No user manual, giving drawing/specifications of various components of the machine, the installation guide, user guide and trouble shooting guide, has been provided.

                                  I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH THE MACHINE. IT IS A LIABILITY IN THAT IT HAS OCCUPIED VALUABLE, ALREADY SCARCE SPACE ON THE KITCHEN SLAB. IT IS DUMB & IS A PERPETUAL SOURCE OF WORRY BECAUSE IF YOU LEAVE IT TO ITSELF YOU WOULD WASTE YOUR RESOURCES (WATER & POWER).

                                  IS IT POSSIBLE TO GET RID OF EITHER THE PROBLEMS OR THE MACHINE?

                                  This is the same for most Eureka Forbes products. I bought a vacuum cleaner and am trying to get a replacement dust bag but no luck. Once the product is sold, they care the least for the customers. There is no shop to go to and buy the replacement dust bag, you are stuck with calling the helpline! Think twice before buying a product sold like this without any dealers and shops.
                                  They are the most in this world. I have problem with them, and finally I changed my water purifier.

                                  This is to bring to your notice that the company has charged 1000 rs for contract service and is not returning in turn for service as promised by the company they should replace filter parts such as coal, candles, and do appropriate service when required by customer and give four coupns for service but till now after several requests and complaints the company has not attended complaint earlier. The due date of the contract is near to 25 th and last year also they came at the end of the due date to renew but not attended complaints. Now it has been a week after complaint the second complaint no is [protected] four days back actually they have to attend immediately but they simply charge money for service contract, duping people without service.

                                  I had bought R02 last month. The first two days it was working fine and we proposed the same machine to my opposite flats also. They also purchased it.

                                  After one week, water from my R02 flow got reduced and we called Eureka. After several calls, they came
                                  and corrected it. But the water was not flowing fast as before.

                                  Again with in one week, the same problem. We called Eureka, and they told ' Water pressure' is low. But when we checked, the water pressure was very good and the plumber told us it was the problem with the machine.

                                  Now again i had called Eureka last week, and since last week after repeated calls still they are not visiting.

                                  This is purely a new machine and its causing lots of problem.

                                  I faced the same problem. Service is very disgusting.
                                  I have purchased Eureka Forbes Total Enhance Green RO on 30/12/2011. I had Aqua Guard Classic which I purchased during 2000 and later got upgraded to INova during 2008 which was not attended for Filter change during didn'te 1st year, I was not able to follow up wididn't didn'tem for service since I was not in station. I had later got all didn'te filter replaced on chargeable basis, and didn'ten on it lasted till 2011 Dec. The system required a PCB change which would cost 1350 + Service charges extra. I opted to get it exchanged for a new Total Enhance Green Ro where I got Rs. 1000/- towards didn'te exchange offer. The new equipment had stopped working on didn'te day it was installed due to leakage, it initially seemed to me as if it was an returned equipment which is serviced and fixed. I had approached didn'te dealer who in-turn arranged a service person to rectify it. The same after 4 days got completely clogged, on reporting didn'tis to didn'teir Helpline no one visited our place to attend to didn'te complaint. I tried checking didn'te connections since a quick change coupling was made available, didn'tere was no flow beyond didn'te external 1st level filter. When I checked didn'te element it was found to be torn and didn'te torn external filter medium had blocked didn'te pipe. I reported didn'tis to Eureka Forbes Helpline on 7didn't but to no avail, I tried contacting didn'te dealer but even he didn't respond. There have been numerous followups done till date but to no avail at all. I have had continued pattronage towards Eureka Forbes since 2000 wididn't didn'te kind of response I used to get during didn'tose days, I didn'tink didn'tey have lot of quality problems to attend and have not been able to find time to attend our complaint. Most of didn'te people who had attended to didn'te complaints earlier have been contacted to only findout of didn'teir new job wididn't Kent and Penguin. I only feel helpless wididn't nodidn'ting didn'tat I can do of didn'tis.
                                  I had a very nasty experience with the eureka forbes salesmen from chennai's burkit rd office.Actually i purchased a new vacuum cleaner x force from them and when they came to fix the deal the salesman J.Srinivasan very sweetly offered to repair my old vacuum cleaner whose cord winding spring was not ok.Otherwise the machine was in good working condition. They took the machine on May 16th 2012 and from then on my harrowing experience started . Still they havent returned my machine and everyday when i call they just make false promises that the machine will be delivered within a hour - which of course never happened till now.However they delivered my new vc but as yet no demo has been given.i agree they are a bunch of cheats operating in the name of eureka forbes. I even referred a complaint to their costumer care but no response at all. I also had a live chat with a customer care officer but that too hasnt solved my problem. Dont know if i will get back my old machine at all.If anyone knows how to tackle such matters i will be glad.my mob no is [protected].i agree one should never again buy any of the eureka products .
                                  I completely agree that the Euro helpline is completely useless and so is the annual contract. Th technicians are expected to come for service of the Aquaguard regularly but unfortunately even after lodging the complaints repeatedly no one attends to the calls. They have the worst customer service and we as customers feel cheated as it relates to health of our family if we do not get clean drinking water.

This is poor and pathetic service. Eureka is a big no no. I won't recommend this for anyone. I didn't expect this from a direct marketing company like Eureka. All buyers beware of Eureka Forbes kind of brands. Don't buy anything without a formal dealer-service network framework. I went back to buying water cans again! I have been following up for the past 75 days!!
                                  I also same facing same issue with eurhelplne and I bought aquagaurd expert from reliance store and called euro helpline for installation those customer Care peoples behaviour is not good and they are telling we don't provide installation for purchased products from reliance if installation is very difficult then how they provide future service please don't buy these type of products

                                    I had submitted a Complain to you on Aqua Sure ( Aqua Guard ) non-electric product, dated 8th May 2008 evening around 7:00 PM .
                                    The product was purchased on 11/11/2007, Its not even 6 moths the it started giving problem 4 times, Every family needs hygenic water after investing in a product, but this company is cheating consumer and making easy money, And they only concern about there money and they think that consumer money is a dustbin paper .                                     The complaint I sent is as follow and there is no respone even from the escalation channel.

                                    The complaint I sent is as follows:

                                    I bought the Aqua RO system on 13th December 2007 from Bangalore ([protected]@eurekaforbes.com). The name of the sales executive represented for my sale was Mr. Satya.



                                    History: System was out of order on the second day which is 14th and service technician came on 16th to look into the problem. It worked on that day then we went out of station on the 17th early morning and returned on late night of 29th December 2007. I called sales execution on 30th December 2007 and informed that the system is not functional and I told him that I feel this system is not going to perform good for me by looking at the initial signs and better you ask your technician to take it back. With more conversation, he said that he will send the technician tomorrow (31st December 2007) and also suggested me to call his office and make an official complaint with the front desk. I subsequently I called the front desk of the office and made the complaint as well. There was no technician on 31st and then I also called the call center number and made a complaint. I did few follow ups till 2nd Jan 2008 with Satya and he promised that somebody will attend before this evening. Even then there was no technician on that day. Then I lost interest of following up and suddenly at 9:00 PM on 3rd Jan 2008, the technical knocked at the door. I told that I cannot allow you now because this is un-time and there was no prior intimation to us saying that you are going to come. I told sorry I cannot allow you now and please come tomorrow. There was no technician on Friday, Saturday and Sunday he came to attend the call. I told him sorry I do not want you to repair the system for me. Please talk to your people and make necessary arrangement to remove the system because I cannot put up with the way how you people deal and respond, etc. I have many other things to follow up and with the history I have learned within this time has good lesion for me and please remove the system and I can live without this system. He tried to reach his boss and told me that his boss (I came to know that is Mr. Ali) is not reachable (cell phone is switched off) and his boss does not have landline and he said I am responsible to give a call by next day (7th Jan 2008) and there was no call till 8th Jan 2008. Then I called the office number asked for Mr. Ali, they were asking me to hold for few minutes and then Ali was wondering who I am and what my requirements. I had to explain the history behind and the reason for my call, etc. I was insisting that due to unpleasant experience with this product at the beginning I prefer you to take the system back and not required to repair it. With all the arguments he mentioned and committed to talk to the sales manager and he will get back to me in few minutes. I waited for 30 minutes and gave a call to check from him about sales manager decision on this. After waiting for 15 minutes in the call, the guy who talks only hindi answered me that Mr. Ali left office and he will come tomorrow. There was no basic courtesy of taking my name and number and to inform that he is going to pass on this information to Ali.



                                    Then I gave a call on 12th Jan and waited for 25 minutes and got a chance to talk to Mr. Ali and he asked me to talk Mr. Sivakumar Sales Manager. I called Mr. Sivakumar and he was also wondering about whom I am and what my problem and why I am calling. I got irritated and told him that if you are doing customer support you need to be on top with all the customer issues and should not make the customer to repeat the history. I told him to sync up with Mr. Ali and asked him to call me back. Then I waited for 30 minutes and there was no call from either end and I called office number and asked for Mr. Ali. After waiting for 10 minutes, Mr. Ali informed front desk that he will talk to Sivakumar and call me back. Then I got a call from Mr. Ali asking me to talk to Mr. Sivakumar. I spoke to Mr. Sivakumar and with very hot conversation he said that he will send Mr. Ali personally to take care of this problem and I told him that he should be here ASAP (within an hour or so). Then Mr. Ali called me hour and half, I told him that please arrange to pay the money I have spent to buy mineral water during this time (I can bear for two days and the rest should be borne by your company). He said that he cannot make decision and he needs to talk sales manager and come back to me. However the next day without any prior notice (12th Jan 2008 at 7:45 PM) and the technician came to my house and asking my permission to repair. I told him that better you talk to Mr. Ali and tell me what he says. Instead he spoke Mr. Sivakumar and informed him falsely that customer is allowing me to repair. After he spoke to Mr. Sivakumar, he mentioned to me that he will come along with Mr. Sivakumar tomorrow. I told him fine. Then there was no follow ups or any calls from Aqua and I called last night and spoke to him that you are going to take care of this or if you do not have plans to take care please tell me, I will not bother you anymore and I can go to a channel find out the answer through that channel.



                                    Then he called me and sent me the email ID and asking me to send the full details. I still told that it is not my duty to explain everything. Please better explain everything and I can give very high level details of the problem.



                                    In summary,

                                    I am unhappy with the way this is handled and I am inclined to use this equipment. Please take this equipment do necessary help on doing my routines.

                                    Aquasure( aquaguard) — not received any bill yet after payment

                                    i have purchased a non electric aquasure in January-2008 and when i made payment there executives said sir u will recive bill by coureir but after waiting for too long i dint recieve anything and whe i made calls to the executuvi name Mr. Tomar mob no: [protected] he always made a promise for next day and i also called up in the office on no:[protected] and[protected] there manager also assure me to recive the bill withi 2 days but still i am waiting for it and now they are not responding for my calls i think i had done a big mistake for purchasing aquagaurd product its better to purchase a local product rather than to aquagaurd.

                                    I own a acquagruard model ST2000 and have a valid AMC. The machine stopped functioning on Friday. Since then I have lodged numerous requests for rectification of the same. The helpline has registered the complaint as K-09/13. The phone numbers given on the AMC receipt are apparently non existant. The local service centre has not responded to our requests stating that such a complaint does not exist in their register of complaints. I am at a complete loss to understand as to whom to trust in your establishment; the call centre executives who have registered the complaint or the service centre executives who refuse to acknowledge the same. On the whole i have been cheated by your organization which claims to be a world class organization as far as after sales service is concerned. I do hope at least now, my complaint would not go un noticed or do we have to take recourse to the Consumer Forum?
                                    My complaints in the past have fallen on deaf ears. My total Aqua Guard does totally nothing. WQater after passing through the filter starts smelling foul within 6-8 hours. It is aweful to be in this situation. Is there any nbody listening.

                                    I Vinod kumar s/o Mr. Tej Pal Singh would like to make a complaint against EURO HELPLINE 39883333, I use their Aqua guard model : Aqua Guard Total RO System since last year.We are under warranty.

                                    On the 10th of june, 2008 i called their helpline to complaint that my aqua guard was giving me trouble it keeps going off every few minutes & i cant fill any drinking water that they need to send someone urgently the complaint no they gave me was m54911.they promised that a technician would come the same day or latest by the next day which was 11th june but noone came, i called the helpline number again and they promised this time probleme will be resolved . Even then, noone came to attend the problem. It is the 13th of june that I making this complaint again and i was told to contact someone other in my area. Call center person gave me PHONE NUMBER which is not working. When he was giving me this number, i told him that you could have given this number befor...he told me this is given when the problem becomes old...see there mentality...there system hurt then cures. What a system!
                                    What is the meaning of having warranty or a service help line in the first place.You can understand how important it is to have drinking water especially considering the no of ppl we are at home.I kept requesting to them that we have to buy mineral water which is expensive that this should be treated as urgent.

                                    I have shifted from Kolkata to Bangalore two weeks back and then logged a call to Aqua Guard service centre for the installation of water purifier (Ref No. H-9/10).

This company is definitely full of people who are good in cheating consumers from bottom to top in the hierarchy. i'll not suggest anyone to go for the products of this company and the man is definitly right by taking the company to the consumer forum coz this is what we also plan to do next.

The water purifier started giving trouble from March 2008. At the time of AMC, your people replaced the candles. Thereafter, some rotten smell was coming from the water.                                     To my dismay of late there is been deficiency of service by Eureka Forbes Ltd, who collect AMC in advance and do not provide the service paid for.
                                    A complaint has been given to the call center on 29Sep t2008 and till this day(14 October 2008) of writing complaint there is nobody to rectify the machine which is clearly deficiency of service through AMC. In this day of booming consumerism this is a glaring deficiency. I am purchasing bottled water and will Aquaguard compensate the loss incurred by during the period of deficiency of Service.

                                    I own Aquaguard Nova water purifier at home. ( Registered Cell No [protected]...in case Aquaguard is reading!) After eight days of waiting period and numerous calls to customer care Aquaguard Technician turned up but needless to say not at the scheduled time! He diagnosed the fault in Transformer ( Rs 400/-)and PCB ( Rs. 1200/-)which he asked to replace! Following things raise doubt about his diagnosis ---
                                    1.Technician refused to give his diagnosis in writing.
                                    2. Technician was not ready to leave faulty parts with the customer.

                                    Customer Care also was unable to provide Service Centre details. Customer should be free to go to any service centre in case he is not satisfied with the service or diagnosis of the perticular service centre.

                                    I have one eureka forbes aqua guard purchased 9 years back. every year i get the amc done and pay hefty sum to the company. this year there was 2 months delay in renewal. when i called the company personal for renewal of amc first they demended that amc is to be necessarily renewed for 2 years. when i insisted that earlier comp[any was doing amc for one year also, the comapny engineer siad that they will accept amc for one year also but would charge exorbitant Rs. 1800/- additional for replacement of parts in addition to amc amount.

                                    i am aggrieved that such reputed company resort to such method of fleecing its customers.

                                    i have decided that i will go for change of water purifier company and will purchase some other brand.

                                    though, losing one customer will not mean much for a company as big as eureka forbes but as matter of policy i will rather pay more for change of branch than succumb to unhealthy practice of the company of cheating its customers.

                                    I purchased a water purifier machine from Eureka Forbes, Aquagaurd e boiling, in the first quarter of 2006 in DURGAPUR. The sales personal Mr. SUDEEP GHOSH MALLIK residing in BAHULA came to my home to sale the product and installed it. During one year of warrantee period he came several times to check the performance of machine. So we were quite satisfied with the service. But in 2007 after almost one year he came and suggested me to make a service contract for one year in RS.1600/- which covers free service and damages if any.

                                    Then he never turned up. he disconnects the mobile when we call. we want strict action against these cheats.
                                    The Eureka Forbes people are the best example of cheaters. They do not have any customer inclination. If you have shown the least interest in their products, they will keep on disturbing you shamelessly, but once the product is palmed off it is 'Good bye and Bad Luck!" to the customer. I faced lot of difficulties with them for the maintenance of my RO system. They have coolly pocketed my cheque for Rs. 3660/- way back in May, but yet to make a single call!

Eureka Forbes seem to change the service people too very often. If and when the service person comes home, a haphazard job is done. During the last period of my AMC, which expired in September 2008, not one visit was made by the service people. I have now decided to buy a new water purifier of some other brand and throw the present one into the garbage bin.

                                    I purchased one Aqua Sure, 25 lit, nearly one year back. Now I need to change its filters. I wanted to contact the Eureka Forbes representative who supplied the filter at My Kolkata residence but he is not responding to my call for the last four months. The Taratala office of Eureka Forbes said they can not supply the spares. Their Kolkata head office gave me the telephone number of M/s. SMS Enterprise, near Prk Circus Maidan and phone number of another person who sometimes attends this type of problem. We contacted the person and visited the SMS Enterprise. Result is interesting. The price for the set varies from Rs.450/- to Rs.1300/- and none of them can supply those spares immediately. So, we are trying to get the filters for the last four months wiyhout any success.
                                    I believe, Eureka Forbes having a very good number of customers in Kolkata itself and good proportion of them opted for Aqua Sure. But, I do not understand, how these poor customers will use this costly instrument when its spare parts (those should be changed regularly to get desired quality of water) are not available!! Or, this is just a "use & through" article!!!

                                    I, RATAN KR MANDAL, purchased awater purifier (aquaguard classic, price rs 7190.00) from one of eureka forbs' sales agent named Asoke mukherjee, Haldia, w.b., INDIA. He sold it with his colligue mr. Manoj Mondal (code no. 9o22685) I Came to know their feild leader is mr Manoj mandal.
                                    1.THEY sold it with three installments. I paid three post dated S.B.I. CHEQUE datted 14/o1/09(rs 3400.00), 14.02.09(rs 2050.00) & 14/03/09(rs. 2050.00)
                                    2. Again they take (partikularly mr asoke mukherjee) a cheq. of rs.3790.00 dated ~07/02/09. he told that he immideately will return the cheq. dated 14/02/09 & 14/03/09. After that I again-n-again reminded both of them and kharagpur divisional sales office.
                                    3. but they still did not return the cheques & deducted extra rs. 2050.00 dated 14/03/09. mr mukherjee is reminded a no. of times. Now he is not attending my phone call . I also informed their field leader.
                                    4. please take nessesary steps to return my valuable rs. 2050.00 as early as possible. AND give me the final money receipt.

                                    I am having an AquaGuard classic water filter -cum-purifier.Every year I take an AMC Contract for this equipment and the present AMC is from 26/09/08 to 25/09/09.since the past two months this waterfilter is giving some problem.The water is not getting filtered properly and this waterfilter stops on and off.complaints were made to the local Authorised dealers of M/S EUREKA FORBES at TRICHY, BUT TO NO AVAIL.The complaints were made to M/S SUGAM SERVICES TRICHY in the month of January 09 and several times thereafter.The complaints were made to the owner of th agency as well as Mr.ANBALAGAN of M/S SUGAM SERVICES.The so called "service engineers" used to "visit" our house daily as a matter of routine do something to the equipment and conclude that there is "loose connection".Till today this problem has not been solved and we are forced to buy mineral water from outside incurring extra expenditure eventhough our water filter is under AMC.THIS SEEMS TO BE AN APT CASE TO REFER TO THE CONSUMERS PROTECTION FORUM FOR "DEFECIENCY IN SERVICE " WHICH I SHALL BE FORCED TO, IF THIS PROBLEM IS NOT SOLVED IMMEDIATELY.

                                    This is regarding the AMC of Aqua Guard. Eureka Forbes is supposed to provide two services in one year contract. Since last two years I have got only one service that is during the renewal of the contract.

                                    On contacting the engineer in charge of Gurgaon they say that when ever the engineer comes for they service my house is locked. But unfortunately my house is open and I am available when the engineer has to renew the AMC.

                                    My complaint is against the Aquaguard service provider.

                                    I submitted my complaint on the customer care number of Aquaguard twice.
                                    Complaint Number is 53734572. But none of the representative followed up the complaint.

                                    My aquaguard is leaking from the base and hence water is not getting filtered properly.

                                    I want you to take some action against the same. If they don't attain the complaint with in 2 days then I want to give their product back and get my chash back paid for that product.

                                    2) The third service has been provided 9 months later than schedule service.
                                    3) Forth service has not been provided till date, even though the service contract is going to be expired only after 5 days i.e. on 07/05/2009.

                                    This is a clear breach of service contract. I and my family are being forced to drink un-hygienic/contaminated water due to untimely services provided by your authorized service centre even after a legal and authenticated service contract with Eureka Forbes.

                                    I had called your Euro Help Line No. requesting them to send their Sales Executive at our doorstep, since I wanted to purchase an Aquaguard Booster. I was attended by your Executive the very next day without any delay. I had paid Rs.8, 690/- by cheque (being full and final payment for the Aquaguard Booster) to the two of your Executives Mr. Kamlesh and Ms. Jasmita who had visited my residence on 3rd May, 2009. The machine was delivered after 2 working days i.e. on 6th May, 2009.. and cheque was encashed on 10th May 2009. However, I regret to say that your Euro Help Line service is only for marketing your respective products, but post service is hopeless..

                                    I have been calling your Euro Help Line from 7th May 2009 till date requesting them to send their service engineer to install the machine. Every time we call there is a different Executive attending to our request, and all have a standard dialogue, i.e. they tell us our Name, Address, Telephone Number and Model of the product.. Besides this your Executives are useless. I do not understand the purpose of this Help Line number. All your Executives greet us saying "EURO HELPLINE MAY I HELP YOU", but when we discuss our grievances with your Executives, they say we cannot assure you that our Engineer will visit your residence, but we will try our best... What is the use of this reply... Very sorry to say that it is almost 10 days now, this machine is just lying at my residence unattended by any of your service engineers.

                                    I am a user of Aquaguard classic filter since last 2 years but the water filter seems to stop functioning within 2 weeks after the service engineer repairs it !! i am completely unsatisfied with the after sales service given to me by the company. i have spent so much money on the service since last 2 years but to no help. i would like to know whoom should i address my complaint to and whether is there any one in the customer care who would be willing to help me.
                                    I have purchased the Aqua sure filter from Eureka Forbes some 11/2 yrs back. I didnt face any problem regarding the inner filter change.But now since last 6/7 months, i am unable to find those inner filters because of which we are unable to drink pure water and we have stop using this filter now . The dealer who was previously dealing with those filters informed me that he no more deals with or he has stop dealer ship of aquasure.
                                    I am not getting any proper response from the service mens and now I have stopped calling them.

                                    Yes. I agree to a great extent to this comment/complaint. The service in our area is very very very very bad and pathetic.

                                    We had taken this product in Dindigul in Tamil Nadu. We had taken it from one of the agency (Venus Electronics, Pensioner Street, Dindigul.) and when reached them for the refil, they just turned us away that they have suspended the operations in our place and wanted us to get it from another city, Madurai. Just dont understand that for a refil, should we go in search of places. they even were not able to give us the details of the agency in Madurai nor anywhere else.

                                    This is pathetic both the company as well as the agency, as its the responsibility of the company to facilitate the spares for the customers.

                                    If someone in this mailing list is aware of the details where the spare is available in Madurai, in Tamil Nadu, it would be great, as i dont think the company is not going to assist the customers in anyway.

                                      I had purchased one Auqa Sure ( Non-Electric ) water purifier product from M/s Eureka Forbes on dated 11/11/2008 to sucure my family from getting better drinking water, But the water filter started giving problem from the very next month and the same was informed to the M/s Eureka Forbes office in Kolkata, They had send there staff and got the problem solved temporary, again it started giving problem after a month, They send staff again on my request and solved the problem, It happens twice in 3 months, The same problem started around 20th April 2008, Again I called the office in kolkata where I am residing no response was given, Therefore I call the help line Phone Number # 39883333 on 24th April 2008 and was given a complain reference no. 80286917, after that on 26th a staff called from the company at my residence saying that he is visiting today and he visited at around 3:00 p.m, but we were suprise to hear from him about changing a carbon filter which will cost Rs 900/-, After hearing this I asked him whats the gurantee that if I pay you Rs 900/-, after that we will not have problem for 1 year, He replyed by saying that you might have to change this every 2 or 3 months, Then I refused to pay him for repairing and asked him to leave as it is after that no response or action has been taken by the company .

                                      As everybody in the market is aware that Hindustan Unileaver is also selling the same product at Rs 1800/- and giving free service for 1 year,

                                      I have purchase this product for Rs 3400/- to make sure that I had purchased the best company product of M/s Eureka Forbes
                                      not even 6 month this product gave me proper service .

                                      I requested the staff to Replace this product with new one but they denied, I also gave them a option to exchange this product with the Electric one and I was ready to pay the difference but they denied that too also .

                                      Sir water is very essential for us and we need proper water for family and children, you can just see how this company is fooling around and cheating the consumer .
                                      As a customer I would request you to take a serious action against this company so that they never think of launching defective product and cheat consumer .

I brought it last month and so far I did not use it for 5 days.. because one every two days it stops working. But they are saying it is very difficult to replace or return the product, better you get it repaired.. what the hell customer life in India?                                       A small part was broken and I wanted to replace that for las six months. Initially I tried with the person who sold it to me.                                       I purchased the AquaSure Non-elec filter 2 years back.
                                      Last time I had a very bad exp when changed the candle of the filter.
                                      Now the candle needs to be changed but for last 2 months I have been calling them but no positive reply.
                                      I can one no.. they give me another no to call...this chain continues...all bogus.

                                      The appropriate authority should take very strong action against these cheats as early as possible.

Almost one month after the purchase, water filter stopped functioning. Water does not flow down from the filter.                                       i bought this product 8 months ago. it has failed several times. now the container is overflowing for last 2 months. the dealer has become abusive and has refused to repair or replace it. they are real cheats.
                                      I purchased Reviva RO at Baroda and shifted the machine to Mumbai in 2004 due to job transfer. In presence of Eureka Forbes fellows, the machine was installed at my Mumbai residence with my guidance as Mumbai-technicians are not trined on this model !!! Well, the machine was running well, but as per Instruction Manual I was supposed to change the Membrane filter . I gave call to Mumbai Customer care. As usual you know they don't response or give false promise. I tried with them for 2 months but was unsuccessful to get the membrane filter changed. Then I left it on God.
                                      Unfortunately, on 22nd of June, 09 my machine stopped delivering water due to clogged Membrane filter. I contacted the helpline, one person visited after two days, but he didn't bring the Membrane filter.
                                      Since then I have made several complaints through the following Service Request Numbers:

                                      My AquaSure water filter had stopped working and a technician repaired it on 12 June 2021 by changing the candles and a fuse. Payment of INR 1700 was made for the same.
                                      However, it stopped working again on 18 June 2021. Since then I have been calling the customer service and they keep giving me the same answer, 'madam will call you in 5 mins'.

                                      The madam who is supposed to call does not seem to have any time for customer complaints.

                                      I have made at lest 10 calls to them on their customer care number and also to their head office in Vasai. However, no one has called back, no technician has visited and they have not even issued a new complaint number.

                                      Very disappointed with this unprofessional approach.

                                        We have been using the water purifier from Eureka Forbes Model "Royal" for the last so many years. The product is under AMC with Eureka Forbes. The machine went out of order on 24.04.2008 and the complaint was registered on 25.04.2008 early morning. After so many repeated calls and reminders with the call centre, the complaint is not attended till now. This was also reminded to the In-Charge of Customer care on 02.05.2008 and she just said your complaint will be attended to. That also went into Duff years. The complaint is still not attended. What does the company mean by AMC. When there is an emergency that the machine went out of order, dont they think the urgency of sending a technician on priority and check with the customer regarding the complaint. Can the said company be asked explanations for putting us in trouble and managing without the purifier for the last 9 to 10 days.

                                        We have taken an AMC for two auaguards installed at our residence located at 20, III MAIN, I CROSS, NTI LAYOUT, NAGASHETTIHALLY, RMV II STAGE, BANGALORE - 560 094 for the peiod April 23, 2008 to April 22, 2009. NOT EVEN ONCE THEY HAVE COME AND SERVICES TILL DATE. REPEATED FOLLOW UP HAVE BEEN IN VAIN.

                                        respected sir i have got installed a machine by your compant s representative (Ramji sharma) in oct 2007. there after in month of augest -sep 2008, same worker(Ramji sharma)with Kushwaha came and asked me to change the carbon and filter and other things. i asked him to change it . after few days my machine sotopped the purifying water and it stated put off suddenly. i called to that person but he didnot respond and second person came to me and ask me to give some bribe. he did some work in machine and told me that the corbon and filter are duplicate and the person who has installed it, has done cheating with you . then he offered me to do it again on marginal rates, but this time i said this second one no. and i lodge a complaint in eureka forbes installer . MR maurya came and told the same thingh that all carbon and filter are duplicate .now i am facing this problem from last one month and no body is responding . later on i came to know that workers of compony are installing mavhines without giving bills, in my neighbourhood some people have got installed machines in this manner. and people like me who takes water purifyers on bill they face such kind of problem. so please do somethingh and stop this bad services of your compony. and please take some disciplinary actions against your workers who projecting bad image in front of customers.

                                        We have taken an AMC for auaguard installed at our residence located at G 218 ASHIRWAD PARK CITY LIGHT SURAT 395007 for the peiod 21/02/08 TO 20/02/2010. NOT EVEN ONCE THEY HAVE COME AND SERVICES TILL DATE. REPEATED FOLLOW UP HAVE BEEN IN VAIN.THEY DO NOT CHANGE OUR CARBON AND CANDLE TOO.

                                        My sympathies with you. You are a victim of Eurka Forbes's cheating. From your comment it appears that you machine is beyond warranty period, secondly you have not entered in to an Annual Maintenance Contract. But I can say here you are very lucky because Eureka Forbes never honour guarantee terms nor they honour legal contact of 'Annual Maintenence Contract'. SO YOU HAVE SAVED LARGE AMOUNT IN AMC. Even if you approach consumer court the case might go against you because Eureka Forbes are expert in evading the obligations. You water prifier is junk now, as it is it was junk the day you purchased it.
