Dear Fellow Indians,
I bought an Reverse Osmosis (RO) Water Purification System from Bangalore Office. The Story is Like this:
I called a sales executive on 11-Nov-2007 for Demo purpose. When we met him, he explained me about the product and the after sales support and service. I also gathered some information in the internet about the Eureka Forbes products.
Their policy is full payment before delivery. I gave cheque for the receipt amount (Rs 9150/-). How the sales executives played is that the sales person who came for demo, belongs to a zonal office in Bangalore. Where as he gave the receipt from some other zonal office. Also the sales person committed some accessories from Eureka Forbes like water dispensing tubes, a bag from Eureka Forbes, etc.....
I am yet to see that sales person.
Whenever I call the phone number mentioned the receipt, they will ask the customer for the name of the sales person. When I say that person's name, they used to simply say that "he does not belong to this office, you call the respective office". When I call that office, they will simply say that "because the receipt is from
other office, you call that office". This is what is going on for last 2 and 1/2 months. I gave a complaint in customer care call-centre. I even called the Karnataka customer care head (Mr Krishna Kumar) and explained the situation.
One beauty is that they claim that within 21 days of the payment, the customer will get the warranty, guarantee cards, invoice bills and user manual.
Till date, after around 70 days, I am yet to get the requested services and explanations.
I do not know whether it happened only to me or others as well. The intention of writing this message is that "PLEASE BE AWARE OF THE FALSE INFORMATION and COMMITMENTS from Eureka Forbes Ltd.
Please spread the information to others.

It is indeed pathetic attitude and service by both Eureka Forbes and Reliance Digital.
Can we join to take up the issue jointly.

I think every product have manual and warrenty card with pack. why they are not giving the same.
I think consumer forum can take action for this problem, is it?
