No. 2276, battery code m6g7u076489/6g72 from authorised dealer of exide batteries named united motor co., bharat nagar, ferozepur road, ludhiana vide inoice no.29530 dated 18/09/17. As per repeated follow up with exide customer care for replacing my under warranty car battery from the 8th may to till date, but till date there is no action taken from their end. Kindly take an action against exide and advise them to replace my vehicle battery asap.

Exide battery for my inverter burst in my house and the acid spread all over the house, there were 3 people near the battery who thankfully did not get very hurt. When i called the customer service about the battery explosion even though the battery was in guarantee they said they can't do anything in case of battery explosion, they don't cover that. We are using exide battery and ups, from last 2yr, and last week he had
found some over heating problem with exide battery, and we had call service engineer to check up, He told we have to this battery to our customer care, for check up, so we agreed & taken & went, last 2 days back he came with new battery, and hes telling, this battery does not have any warranty, i[censored] want warranty for that u have to pay extra money, our battery...

Ever since we purchased these battries excide has refused to provide an level of service. My father is a retired air force officer. And he has tried his best to get somebody to come and service these battries.
