Sir I, m really very disappointed by your product, I have filed so many complaints to Amritsar Head Mr. Harsharan Singh from where I have purchased Automative EXIDE Battery from PUNJAB MOTOR STORE, but no action was taken . Even the staff members are least bothered to the customer complaints and take us casually . They have no manners to deal with customers .
Also when I phoned the customer care, they are like we, ll repair your battery...

I bought exide mred 35l on 30.10.2017 bearing snoa4i7b035047. From the date of purchase, if my car is idle for 7 days battery is becoming dead. Each time the battery is dead, i used to call the service agent exide dealer from whom i bought the battery. He will bring spare battery to boost my car battery to start. After 4 to 5 kms drive the battery comes to it's normal state. This process costs 150 rs. Till now i spent 11 times like this....

I raised a first complaint about battery on 25th october 2017 with reference ref no: ejha00011446v165 because battery was not lasting for more than 2 hours.

Service engineer has visited our house and asked us to put water on it. Even after that battery was not working.

When i was searching for a inverter installation contact, i found the contact in google i. E., suma located in beeramguda, hyderabad. I called her to setup inverter at my home in sangaredd (Medak -502001) and they have installed the inverter with exide battery (Tube master tm500). Its was good all over last month and suddenly it stopped charging the battery and power was getting off.

I had bought an alto car battery model exide 35 l mred 35l/12v car battery from exide on 25th december 2017 and yesterday 3rd march 2018 it has stopped working. I have raised a complaint with exide but they are just not responding even when my battery is in warrant. I want to escalete this complaint to higher authorities. I have received sms from vk-eilwms on 8th february 2018 to collect my relacement battery under claim no ar-mum7995131/srno.3d7g027396 after 5 days of the receipt of sms. It is regretting to state that the dealer has till date not given the battery for the reason that there is a shortage of battery and the battery has not been received from the company till date. I have been regularly following up with him. But the answer remains the same...

My battery warranty claim no ptl7939387 srno m2c7n453083 is defective. I had visited the bajaj showroom rajpura for the battery replacement and everytime your company returned the defective battery without changing it due to which my bike is not starting. I request you to change the battery or i appeal my request to higher authorities or consumer court....

I perchased a bajaj vikrant v15 bike date 30/10/17from bhagwati auto garhmukteshwar distt. Hapur/ghaziabad up.in this bike exide battery is using but this battery is not working sufficiently from perchasing date. This battery sweep the charging in short time. On 23, jan 2018 i had complained about my car is not starting on your toll free no. So many times by phone no. [protected], &[protected], i tried but no help i get as time was 10pm only, even i register my name, mailing address, phone no. But all comes in vain, even i had downloaded exide battery app but no use. Worldwide renowned exide battery give this type of bad service i really showed, please lookup the matter...

I had purchased a battery of you product-fxlo-xltz4 fc, vrla, red cont/lid, l-l/out (Zold) on 16.01.2017 sl no m647p373650 from your dealers m/s a to z battery center, 178, forest park, bhubaneswar-751009. But it did not work properly. I have gone to your dealer with complain and they have kept the battery and returned me after about 15 days. It was still not working i have again handed over the battery to your dealer...

I purchased one exide inva master tubular battery from your company on 06.04.2015, whose sl. No.- 1ng[protected] and was given three years warranty. But before completion of warranty period, this product started giveng less back up ie one hour only, which was supposed to give four hours back up.
