I had given my car at the service centre at longia motors rashbehari kolkata west bengal. They had lodged a complaint n 12th july. Today on 15th july the inspection is done which is after 3 days, and i have been informed that the battery is not working and it would take two days to replace the same. The Battery is not working properly and we are often facing problems. We purchased the Battery for home use from a dealer in Faridabad (Rohilla Electrical Works, Shop No. SC/67, NIT, Faridabad-121001, Haryana; Mobile: [protected]) last year on 28 June 2016, for Rs. 9, 000/- (Rupees Nine Thousand Only). We made a request on Exide helpline number [protected] on 01 July 2017. Nobody came till 07 July 2017.

In my bad time I bought Exide inverter due to brand value of Exide. But my views changed within few days when it got faulty within 2 days. And Exide team is neither able to replace nor rectified in more than 2 months. For last two months their dealer is saying it will be replaced within a week. But two months have been passed but still I am waiting for moment when it will be rectified/replaced.
