I purchased a new palsar 150 on 24/12/2017. It comes with exide battery and have 18month warranty. Now from 25/11/18 battery got problem and wont get bike start many times. I complaint at exide customer care (Ref no ewba00071375v648) on 30/11/18. But still no reply get from there side. I also contact to exide dealer but they denies to service. Now tell what can i do. Is this type of service provide by exide??

    I purchased inverter battery Exide Invamaster IMST 1500 Ser No A167H243424 from your dealer Ambuja Battery, Spicer college road, opp, Petrol Pump, [censored]ole Nagar, Old Sanghvi, Pune 411027 on 17 June 17. Now the Battery is not performing as on inverter it discharges within 2 hrs while earlier it used to give supply upto 7-8 hrs in a three bedroom flat with 1 tv, two fans and 2 tubelights. I informed the dealer to get the Battery checked, but he is not responding. This attitude of dealer will damage your reputation as earlier Exide inverter Battery gave service for 5 years. Request resolve.

      My it500 gel battery not taking backup even 9 watt led bulb. Battery is under warranty so i complained to retailer but he denied service of battery as 3 year passed. I complained to exide care with ref no. Nupa00136078v701. Service engineer came and check battery and ensured that warranty is for 48 month. He said contact retailer for further service repair of battery. Retailer is not willing to resolve my issue. Kindly resolve my problem.

        1 year ago, i gave my battery to where i purchase from (Aryan power solutions, nawada, bihar, 805110) due to some difficulties access in my battery. But now he is not giving my battery to me. He always told me to come today, tommorow or next days but he is not giving my battery to me. Dear sir, madam i want from you to take big decision upon the distributer of aryan power solutions (Mr. Piyush kumar).

          I had purchased a tubular battery which had issue with the back. 2 3 times inspection was done by the dealer but he didn't agree to send the battery to the company for inspection. After raising a request with the exide, engineer from exide visited my place for the inspection. Upon inspection he informed me that i he has checked the water level & cleaned the terminals and if still the back up issue remains then i can againg register a complain & he will reinspect the battery. After few day i again registered a complain with the exide & engineer visited my place for inspection. After inspection, he made site inspection report & told me to deliver the battery to the dealer so that they can send the battery for inspection to the company. After the report was made, due to some unavoidable medical condition at my place, battery could not be delivered to the dealer. I got the battery delivered to the dealer approx 1 month after site inspection report was handed over to me. As conveyed by the dealer that mr. Sumanto from exide has refused to send the battery to the company as i had delayed in submitting the battery. Now my battery is out of warranty. I am not able to understand that how can he reject from sending the battery to the company if the battery is having the fault. Moreover how does that matter if i took time to delivery the battery to the dealer, ideally company should have collected the battery from my place since it was in warranty. This a pathetic response from the dealer & your representative in the area. Request you to take the corrective action & improve the quality of service in the location. These issues are very common in the area. The dealer had given a standby battery for use which was not working. Installation of the battery was also done by me for the standby battery at my place & not by dealer. He just handed over the battery to me. This is so unprofessional & pathetic. By chance i was in town so i could do all this stuffs else my grand parents are 80+ and they really cant do all these stuffs. I think you people should think about your brand image which would be effected in anybody's mind who is using exide from last not less than 40 years.

            I have replaced my battery 1.5 years prior, however which is again not working properly and given for replacemnt which should be replaced within warranty. However not received batter from dealers.

            My vehicle is commercial vehicle and car is not running from last 2 weeks due to batter replacement delay and impacting ass a big revenue loss for me.

            Please look into this and suggest.

            Sir,
            I bought one battery for my UPS on dt. 20.06.2018 and installed on the next day. It work properly for a week and after a week period the its back up gradually decreased and did not work at all with in a month period. I complaint the same online on dt. 12.10.2018 which has been forwarded to you and has not yet been redressed.

              Exide industries — complaint of battery needs urgent response. Poor customer service
              Dear sir,
              I have purchased exide battery serial no a4a6a0187204a62: battery type fm10-mi 35r on 17th feb, 2016 from powertek jp nagar, bangalore-560078. Battery stopped working for the past one week. Made a compliant to customer service on 13th november 2018. Ref no: skaa00025295v423.
              There is no response either to my compliant and no proper response from the dealer as noted above.
              Dealers and your company are only interested in sales by giving useless warranty card.
              You people are not interested in service. You give only false promises to increase your sales turnover.
              Please don’t give any warranty card and disrespect your promise.
              You don’t get any repeated customers.
              I have decided if don’t get response within 24 hours, to shift from your company to your competitors in the market.

                Last year. Battery was problem so visited the showroom and explained about the issue. Exide company regrets the claim. My 1 year warranty period not yet finished.
                Exide saying that they will not take the battery for claim though it is having within the warranty period of time. Kindly do this needfull. Expecting full support from you

                  Sir i have purchased exide a new im1500 battery for 36 month replacement warranty. The serial number of exide battery is a4b6do18886-4e61. The dealer name is neeraj electronic hathras jn dist hathras from where battery was purchased. At 25 oct a claim msg has been sent to custumer care. They replied ur claim request has been accepted and ur battery will be reach u with in 5 days. Now dealer is not providing im 1500. He is providing a old dead other module battery. Saying that im1500 is not abailable in markets... Please help us. Otherwise i will go to consumer forum against exide battery and neeraj electronics.

                  I purchased one battery(12volt INVA 100AH sr.no.A4D6coll2064D62) from your dealer(BSL Agencies, Trichirappalli, code no:40094) on 27/10/2016. Now the battery got very hot while it is working. kindly replace it immediately.

                    Dealer refuse to replace the battery under warranty. He is asking about the warranty card whereas i am showing him the message for the registered exide battery for paperless warranty.
                    After registering for paperless warranty i don't know why he is asking for paper.

                    Please find the paperless warranty message received from exide.
                    Congrats! Your exide battery m7c8r650629 is now registered for paperless warranty. Use this as ref.in the unlikely event of warranty claim on this battery.

                      I buy a exide battery on 3/01/2018 in markapur, prakasam(dist) Andhra Pradesh. But dealer had not given me warranty card and bill now I get a problem in battery but dealer had telling if warranty card was not ther I can't replace it. The dealer had cheaten me.so plz provide me bill and warranty card for my future assistant's. So plz resolve this issue as early as possible.

                      My exide battery under warranty is down.called batmobile services at least 30 times since yesterday but the call gets disconnected stating agents are busy, call later.
                      Sheer pathetic service...stop batmobile service i[censored] r not providing services during emergencies..at least stop calling it emergency services..completely disappointed.

                        Hi i had purchased a exide battery for my hero super splendor through m/s ma-manasa auto electrical works, wireless gate, kalyani express wayjunction, barrackpore, kolkata: 700122, mobile: [protected], [protected] on 13/08/2018. It is still in guarranty period (18 months full replacement). But for last 2months battery was not working. I visited the dealer along with papers but instead of process my guaranty they put it in charge & after chargig it worked for 4-5 days. Once again i visited to the dealer on 20th october 2018 but still they are not interested to lodge complain regarding my battery & forcing me to purchase a new one when my battery is in guaranty period & if the battery is under 18months i am supposed to get new replacement. Even the dealer is telling me that if they send my battery to company it will take more than 30 days to get any report & even i am being ill treated by them. Even this time did not even put my battery on charging also after repeated requests from me.

                        This kind of service i got before also from this dealer regarding exide battery only. Quality of exide battery is very very pathetic & more over their after sales service is also very very poor. They do not give value for money to the customers. I will recommend everyone not to buy exide products anymore. Exide is very much arrogant about their poor quality products & services same the dealer is also not supporting us. Beacuse if exide takes more than 30 days to replace a battery what kind of good service is this.??

                        In this case can you suggest what to do.???

                        Exide industry is so careless and thief that even after 1 week of my complain they did not bother to respond.. I strongly appeal to everyone please do not purchase exide batteries or any other products. Exide batteries are of worst qualities and their after sales service as well as all of their dealer's are very much careless.. shame on exide industries
                        2 days passed but yet not received any feedback.

                          The battery (A5d6i-000319) purchased on 08/05/2018 from bishwanath prasad & co. B. Deoghar jharkhand has very poor back up. The positive pole has broken due to manufacturing defects and over heating. This could have caused physical injury, life threat and material loss.
                          The local dealer and service engineer has rejected to replace the battery which is within warranty.
                          Please peruse and replacethe defective battery else we will move to consumer court.

                          Its almost a week and the company hasn't responded yet. This itself makes the matter clear that my matter is not going to be fixed and i should seek the remedy in the court.
                          I am lost my warranty card but I have bill purchasing of battery but dealer is not change my battery even my battery is under warranty iam harrased with Exide battery so please help me because itsa very bad experience with Exide battery so please Exide staff I'll requested please change my battery help me

                            I took exide battery for my bike through some mechanical
                            Now it is not working for my bike
                            I told him to replace because as per service center of my bike
                            Battery is not charging.

                            I have warranty card of battery which is 3 months old
                            And battery having 3 years warranty.
                            I requested through exide to replace my battery and request for new card

                            But they are not.

                            May i know what kind of service it is?
                            And what is exact procedure to replace for new battery.

                            I need to replace this battery which not used even 1 month

                            Because of self starter issue i changed new battery
                            But after 3 months waits also battery not charging.

                            What needs to be done here??

                              I bought one exide battery form one mahindra and manindra spare part dealer who's shop stands in the marwadi dharmashala, attabira, bargarh, odisha. With in one month of my purchase the battery got damaged. Immediately i brought it to the notice of the seller who assured me to replace. After some days he started urging that my computer is in problems as such the battery is not working. Product code is 40j l 267740.

                                This is regarding the complain number gha9561876 for the battery serial no. M2e7n530532.

                                I purchased a battery on 2nd december-2017, within 8 months of purchase the battery was not performing as it was expected. I visited the dealer for the warranty claim, he send the battery for the further check-up. I got a sms on 4-oct-2018 that the battery has found okay and you can collect it from dealer. I visited the dealer everyday to collect my battery but every-time he says that it did not received yet.

                                Where is my battery and how long i should wait to collect it?
                                Also when the battery was dead how come it is tested okay in the check-up?

                                  I have purchased a exide battery on 03.05.2018 from india battery, telidih more, bye pass road, bokaro, 827013. Dealer code - [protected]. And got disservice within 1 month of purchase then after so many hurdles and excuses dealer sent this to dhanbad and now again it got disservices and because of battery my bike is also damage and i suffer not only financially but mentally loss.

                                  So i need to fix my battery problem and also i want a compensation for my loss.

                                    I have bought two wheller exide battery, now it is down and not working.Previously just before 4 months ago same thing happened also, and I sent it to the service centre, but they sent me the same battery afer cheking and charging it saying that the battery is being found ok without replacing it by new battery. The process also took long time nearby 1 month.But now the same thing happened again and the battery is not working. So again I have sent it to the service centre via the shopkeeper from whom I purchased it. So now my request is that this time I should get a new battery in place of sending the same battery again and without delaying longer.

                                      I had purchased a TM 500L inverter battery in Feb 2016.
                                      As per label on the battery, it is covered under warranty for 36 months.
                                      Also, at the time of sale, I was told that Exide offers 36 month warranty on this product.

                                      Now, my battery has stopped working and when I raised a complaint, they are stating that Exide only provides 18 month warranty.

                                      Their Okhla service center has denied offering warranty services and are denying the fact that battery comes with 3 years warranty, even though it has been clearly stated on the product.

                                      Request consumer court to take action Exide company and provide me a resolution.
