Last year. Battery was problem so visited the showroom and explained about the issue. Exide company regrets the claim. My 1 year warranty period not yet finished.

The dealer name is neeraj electronic hathras jn dist hathras from where battery was purchased. At 25 oct a claim msg has been sent to custumer care. They replied ur claim request has been accepted and ur battery will be reach u with in 5 days. Now dealer is not providing im 1500. He is providing a old...

Dealer refuse to replace the battery under warranty. He is asking about the warranty card whereas i am showing him the message for the registered exide battery for paperless warranty.
After registering for paperless warranty i don't know why he is asking for paper.

The battery (A5d6i-000319) purchased on 08/05/2018 from bishwanath prasad & co. B. Deoghar jharkhand has very poor back up. The positive pole has broken due to manufacturing defects and over heating. This could have caused physical injury, life threat and material loss.
The local dealer and service engineer has rejected to replace the battery which is within warranty.
Please peruse and replacethe defective battery...

I had purchased a TM 500L inverter battery in Feb 2016.
As per label on the battery, it is covered under warranty for 36 months.
Also, at the time of sale, I was told that Exide offers 36 month warranty on this product.

Now, my battery has stopped working and when I raised a complaint, they are stating that Exide only provides 18 month warranty.

I had taken a two wheeler battery in september 2016, i have given it for replacement as it under warranty. That time shop keeper said that it will take 8/10 days to be replaced. I had purchased above inverter battery from m/s vikas auto agencies, jamner on 01/07/2016 vide their bill no.42.
Battery details as under - s no. Iqh[protected] with 30+6 months warranty.
Now battery is not taking load from last two months. We had already complaint on 01/08/2018 but we have not received any response from the company.
Kindly take up the matter and resolve the problem otherwise will take help of consumer...

I bought exide inverter battery "im-1000" on 11-9-15 and it been 20 days till it has stopped working.

Before i was calling toll free number [protected] and trying to get a call back from them, i made calls to this number for regularly 16 days and got no call back and then i called up on[protected] and then i finally had a talk with a representative.

Basically my battery has a 36 months replacement warranty...
