I have purchased inverter battery from suraj batteries nanded on 11.07.2017
As per bill and dealer committment it has 48 months free exchange & replacement of battery sr. No. A5e7i-007670 it is send from exide showroom bhusawal near state bank of india bhusawal on 03.06.2019 it is not returned to me upto 22.06.2019 my house is in dark due to off supply after power off period from that time, hence you look into personlly for early replacements.

    Dear sir/madam
    I would like to bring attention in fact that I Parmanand prasad purchased exide tubular battery type-6EL150, Serial No.- 3YJ[protected] on 27.03.2019 with paid rupees of 16000 INR. Purchase store name JAI BHARTI BATTERY CENTRE, Bajrang wali more, Tinmuhani, sheikhpura, 811105 (BIHAR) Mob:-[protected]
    After 10 days of purchase we noticed that battery not running well. We have completed inspection of inverter related all gadget for ensure the working status, as it is found well working.
    Under warranty period of 48 month Sellar Rakesh kumar refuse to give services, while on their demand more than 10 times we have kept battery on their shop for checkup by engineer. Finally on 13.06.2019 accept the problem in battery and ask for return complete amount. Once after battery received by battery sellar refuse to give money and told it is settled as everyday rental. He threatened us neither money nor replacement of battery. His son rahul kumar also used abusive language.
    We also make move court to collect complete money and charge for mental haressment and trouble we faced in home without battery power.
    We hope you we take correct and punative action in this regard on particular excide battery sellar and return my all money in my hard time.

      I had purchased exide battery for my car on 28th july 2018, in may 2019, i have observed leakage in my battery.
      I have registered complaint on toll free number on 16th may, followed up regularly 5 times till date 28th may, there is no response from any of the service engineer.
      Customer care always say that, forwarding your complaint to concerned department and you will get call from service engineer.

      Worst service by exide.

        Road side asistance helpline ka ek time hona chahiye ki kitne time me help milegi product bechne ke baad road par hi warrnty me khrab ho jata hai or company ki taraf se koi help nahi milti subah 9am se complane likhne tak

          I m arpit pokharna from chittorgarh, rajasthan. Dealer shop name is, manit motors, near ashirwad dinning hall, station road, chittorgarh. When i went to his shop for complaint exide battery no a2j7a034220 2j74. Battery was not working properly & battery is in guaranty. I purchased battery on 17/11/2017. Battery should be replaced. I told him for replacing the battery. But he told that company has refuse to change the battery and battery is in good condition.

            Hello team,

            I am using exide battery for my royal enfield thunder bird 350 and after 8 months battery stopped working and submitted for replacement but it took 1 month to replace the battery and again company provided a fault product and which is not working again... Really i don't know, what i need to do next.

            I have updated the photos of new battery, which i have received just 2 days back.

            Worst service.

              My inverter is not working properly from past 3 weeks. I called customer service for checking and he came after multiple reminders. After checking the inverter he connected me with his supervisor named deepa who directly asked me to carry my inverter to the dealer on my own and get the replacement done. They won't be able to provide any assistance to me. What kind of service you're providing if customer himself has to take the product to the dealer to sort out the problem. I want the customer complain department who could provide me the best solution for this problem.

                I'm forwarding this complaint against poor customer service from your executive at an exide retail shop at panoor, kannur, kerala. When we contacted the person for a warranty regarded issue he replied back very harshly. He also told that he couldnt handle the issue and try somewhere else for the same. As we enquired about the possibilities of contacting a nearest showroom, he told that he cannot guarantee their possibility and to go and ask them. As a customer im not expecting this type of behavior from a staff. Expecting necessary actions to be initiated from your side

                udupi exide team are horrible team..jyothi shet and team are a bigger lier team ..they can go miles to steal money from customers. their lies have no leap and boundaries. Hope HDFC team dont hire such crooks to maintain the reputation of HDFC

                  On 28th sep 2016 we purchased the above battery for our invertor in the house with 3 years warranty from om sakthi electricals mgr nagar chennaii -78 having mob no [protected]. Battery is not working for the past one month. Our efforts to get it rectified/replaced through the seller is not yielding any result and they are not willing to do anything. Can you pl look into it and do the needful immediately. The battery no is a4d6c031868, purchased in the name of r usha vide tax invoice no 907. For any clarification pl call [protected] ie my mobile no. V s ramachandran husband of r usha the buyer

                    I had purchased car battery on 7th may'18 but the battery is damaged within a year. I had purchased the battery no: a3c8g358609 for car or15r4312 from meher auto electricals, belpahar, jharsuguda, odisha-768 218 & surrendered the defect battery at m/s. Soma enterprises, kendrapara, odisha-754211 on 26th. Apr'18. Till now no action has taken by company.

                      My cars battery has dead. And it is under warranty but when i try to reach exide batteries customer care i realised that they dont care their customers. Iam not able to start my car because of dead battery but it seems that your company dont want to resolve your customers problem. From last 2 days i tried to contact exide batteries but no response. Sorry but your service is pathetic.
                      Kindly replace my battery asap otherwise consumer court is there.

                        We purchased online ups 40 kva 3 phase-3 phase with 12v*42ah*34 nos batteries with relate accessories from power electronic equipments vide b. No.=pe/18-19/0122 dt.29.03.2019.

                        Due to some problems for ups power we called the engineer at our site for repair the ups but as per his statement or installation book no.121 dt.02.05.2019 ups is working ok on load but 1 battery is not working properly.

                        We attached all the documents related with the complaints. Plz send us your engineer for repair/change.

                            Hy, I am prahlad singh sankhla I am from rajasthan Battery is not charge very well. it have many trouble. battery capacity is not good it have been work minimum time(10 minute.). battery is not work so good.ciron is start in 5 min maximum and ups sut down in 10 minute maximum. battery is not charge from so many time. plz sent your engineer at my home.

                              I bought exide battery for my bike through one mechanic.
                              Shop name: shivam bty world (Hamsafar) annojiguda
                              I requested shop for first time when i face battery low they recharged the battery.
                              Then second time i faced the same then i reached the shop again they sent battery to exide battery company in secunderabad.
                              Their decision is : battery charged, tested and found to be okay.

                              Still am facing the same. This is my third attempt.

                              Please reach out to me and replace the battery.

                                My honda activa 5g self start was not working for few days, hence i got my vehicle checked at authorised honda workshop at "shanti scooters pvt ltd, sr no. 161, tingre nagar, plot no. 32, airport road, vishrantwadi, pune - 411015" and after checking/charging the battery for one full day, the workshop has informed that the exide battery has got unserviceable and needs to replaced under warranty. Therefore, i lodged a complaint with complaint sl no. Wmah0056428 and left the battery with the workshop on 12 apr 19 as intimated by the exide customer care executive. However, till date i have not received any update regarding when i will get the battery back. My scooty in absence of battery is not getting self start and hence not working properly. Kindly expedite the process and provide the battery as soon as possible.

                                    Purchased the battery 8 months back. Switch start stopped functioning in March, due to low battery voltage. Battery was given to an authorized dealer for replacement under warranty, on 30th March. Also a complaint was registered with Exide to follow up, on the same day. Despite daily follow up for past 4 days, there is not commitment given on the delivery. As the dealer did not provide a standby battery, the bike is unusable for past 10 days. Today, I have been told by the dealer that it may even take months as Exide has stopped manufacturing the particular model. Not sure how they expect the customer's to have an uninterrupted service !! I need an immediate replacement of Battery from Exide, also a standby battery from dealer until the resolution is provided.

                                      I am purchased exide battery battery type is fxlo-12xl7b-b, from dealer sk mion. To electrician & battery authorized sales & dealer of exide battery.
                                      Address bharat petrol pump, mallapur, hyderabad -76, mob no [protected], [protected].

                                      I am purchased two wheeler above mentioned battery in the date of 16.03.2019. On next day i am facing problem self not starting,
                                      And then i am went to dealer end he told battery problem is not their you go our suggested mechanic end then i am gone that mechanic end,
                                      Mechanic told bike is ok only battery problem is their, then again i am gone to dealer end he told without battery checking, battery ok, bike wire problem is their,
                                      You go another wire electrician or mechanic end he suggested ecil cross kamala nagar north amjad mechanic, then i am gone their end he checked he told battery problem,
                                      Then again i am went to to dealer end he is not accepted battery problem, i am long time discussed with then he told we cannot give another battery, you keep your new battery,
                                      I foreword to exide care center, this word first he told i am satisfied but he suggested after long time bike problem it means dealer commissions with mechanic and wire electrician's.

                                      Kindly i need justice from consumer care center:-
                                      1) my battery immediate replacement required because my bike cbz xtreem 2012 digital model with out kick, please tell me how will start to my bike without kick. My problem not understand dealer.
                                      2) please cancelled the dealer ship why because he suggested mechanic end checking purpose he sended and he cheated to customer 's.
                                      3) i hope you understand my all problems and you will take action immediate basis to dealer.
                                      For your reference i am shared to you warranty certificate.

                                        We had purchased exide inva tubular battery on 7/3/2016 @sanra traders gulbarga, having 3 +1 yr warranty. The battery is not working properly hence we had registered a complaint @exide battery company on dt 28/3/2019{complaint. No. Skar0020114} since then no one from the company responding to our calls nor sending any technician to our home {as they had assured us of sending technician within 24hrs} battery is still in warranty period, kindly guide and help us in this regard

                                        Sir/madam my humsafar code is a 391788 and my Amazon voucher is a many days to a pending for activation please solve this problem
                                        Enlaege the battery cabinet and always charge but only 30 min backup.please check and as soon as possible represent.
