Dear,
I have a complaint regarding my car battery serial no.- (a5f4b017280 5f43), which i bought on 26/06/2014from j b power point, palam colony, new delhi -45,. as there was an issue battery didn't get start my car on 10/06/2016 so i went to dealer shop and make complaint regarding the same. after 6-7 working day i get the same battery with some report that the battery have no issues and it's working properly. now after some days it again showing the same issues so i went to the dealer and make the same complaint so now they said that some service centre from kapashera said the battery having some problem and i need to get it replaced from the new one.
So the concern is that the battery shows same problem but at that time the service centre make the report that the battery is working properly but now they said it has some problem. so i don't want to accept because as per concern the battery was not working properly at that time also, but just to make the warranty expired they guy just shows false report and now they are pushing me to do so. and for this minor problem i am suffering from almost 20 days but there is no response from the services entire end.. they provide no of concern person named mr. ajit[protected] who is not giving response properly.
At the same time as i spoke to customer care regarding the complaint they are talking so rudely as i spoke to one of mr surup who said to be the manager, but was talking so rudely and his behaviour was so un professional towards customer, then i spoke to some mr devashis who provide me this mail id to make complaint so please look on the matter and do the needful. please speak to me on my mobile no if any information needed.

    I have purchased bike battery bl7 from b. l trader agency, guwahati serial no. m2e[protected]e62 on 18/7/2016. within one months battery was not charging and i have submitted to dealers on 18/08/2016,. but dealer till now not give me replacement after a week passed. is this exide service that you are providing.
    Pls do the needful.

      I purchased activa I in June 2015 at CHENNAI with exide battery no M7B5M642967 for that I have misplaced my warranty card n now the battery is not charging n vent for service of it they said the battery is dead I got your service center phone no[protected] when I call this no its out of service so kindy do the needfull to replace the battery

      I bought an exide battery for my Car an year back. In just 1 year o[censored]se its giving me lot of problem while starting a car. I even got stuck in the middle of the road and have to call crossroads to help me.

        I have taken a exide inverter battery from m/s pawan electricals.. As per bill and warrenty certifcate attached.
        For last eight month i was facing problem with the battery.. We have informed vendor many time... Inverter use to run 5 minutes and than stop working. On may time perusal, vendor use to come, fill battery water and go. Now i came to that battery is damaged for long.
        Because of his causeless and not proper service, he is not giving me free replacement.
        As a senior citizen, i am facing many problem to follow with them.
        Pls help to get free replacement

          I purchased two exide inva tubular batteries on 23rd july 2016 from their authorized dealer famous battery. Today on 15th august the battery exploded and caused short circuit and fire in my house. My complete staircase has been damaged due to the corrosion caused by the acid. The inverter is completely damaged and beyond repair. Called the dealer and he asked me to call exide and regisfer a complaint. Will call them tomorrow as today is a holiday. Expect a replacement of the batteries and compensation of the damage caused.

            We have bought exide battery xtreme 12x r 5lb sl no. 6l5-n584427 for our scooty streak on 26 janurary 2016 from sai enterprises, medavakkam main road, adambakkam chennai 600088. Frequently we have been facing
            Problem our sccoty is not getting started in self start after not starting in kick start too.
            We have checked our mechanic charged the battery done full service for rs, 2200 /- it has worked for only one month then the same problem. Then we decided to check with the sai entreprises from where we bought the battery, they have send the battery to exide industries limited nagalkeni, chrompet, chennai on 21 july 2016. After two days, they have checked the battery it is in good condition, we have done some service.

            We have used for 5 days again the scooty is not starting once checked with the wiring, all is fine except the battery is not working
            We need sort this problem by replacing us new battery or refund theamount.

              We have purchased this battery form royal spares & accesories pvt. Ltd. Berhampur, odisha on 16/7/15 with 3 years warrenty. This is giving trouble with less charge since last four month, the shop owner did not honor to our complain & asked to call toll free no. The toll free no reply is nt also responsive. The battery cells are swelled & not giving return. But we r harashed & it should be exchanged.
              Simmilarly on 30/3/2012 we have purchased inva red 500+ battery b. Sl. No-30d-102444, this also troubled a lot. We through it to garbage. Excide battery has lost its popularity, kindly help us to exchange the damaged inva master 8500.

                I am using the exide battery in my new Mestro Edge Scooter(Hero) for last 6 months. but after 2 months scooter not started with self. Kick start also taken 25-30 time. Now digital display light is not on for last two week. Battery also not keep charging, as check by authorized dealer. Scooter Showroom workshop is telling that you have to start in kick in morning time. plz conform me about this problem.

                    I had purchsed exide battery in month of june 2016, after some days, its not working properly and unable to taking load, we complaint to toll free no they didnt take any action even my first complaint was closed after saying (By a responsible manager of your company regional head or some other i exactly didnt know) when after2-5 of complaining we call to no [protected], they traansefred call to senior executive my father asked him abaout resolving the complint otherwise he will go for consumer forum then he said "ki yaha roj aise 1000's phone ate hain app pehle vhi kr lijiye, and after disconnecting the call there was messaage of closing my complaint, then again we did — (Complaint no — nutho[protected] after 2nd complaiant there is not any redressal of my complint, i just want to ask that you make promises that within 24hrs your equipment will be replaced, then what the hell is going on that ki aapka executive hame assist karne ki jagh hme harras kr raha h.
                    In last i just want the answer ki who will be responsible for compensaation of harrasment s the scotching heat how can we survive without power?? Nd for how many days?

                      I baught exide tublar battery, 12 volt, 150 amp. Im10000 battery. On 24/05/2014.
                      I doesnt get proper backup by battery thus i complaint to customer care number on 13 of june.. I got response after 15 days after so many calls.. An exide engg. Came and done whatever he wants.. But i didn't satisfied. Again i complaint on 1july but they said u have to bring at exide service center which is too far from my destination and i m not elligble to do so as i m a handicape..
                      So plz help on..

                          I would like to bring to your attention that I am highly disappointed with the Exide batteries. I purchased the Exide battery on May 6, 2016 for my car (attached invoice for your reference). It's been less than a month and the product turned out to be faulty.

                          Yesterday, I had a very important client meeting and on my way to my client meeting, my car stopped working at the traffic light. I was stuck at the traffic light for hours and missed my precious client meeting. When the mechanic arrived, he told us that due to the leakage of battery water, car engine has been damaged badly and will cost between Rupees[protected] to repair the engine. He also mentioned that car could have caught fire too. Company negligence could have taken away my life.

                          The distributor has replaced the battery. However, he has refused to cover the expenses that have occurred due to this faulty product and asked us to reach out to Exide company for the further support.

                          I was a loyal customer of Exide batteries and always used the batteries manufactured by Exide for all battery based needs - car, invertor . This has shattered my faith, and I will be very apprehensive about using your products in future. I strongly believe that the company will do the justice with
                          their customers and cover our expenses that are caused by the faulty product.

                            I bought an exide battery for my home inverter m/c on 07 march, 2015. As it's not working properly, i lodged a complaint (Complaint no. #ewba[protected] on 20 may, 2016. But, as after more than 20 days, no one contacted me, on 10 june, 2016, i contacted exide customer care no.[protected] to check the status. Hearing the details from me, the customer care executive lodged another complaint (Complaint no. #ewba[protected], although didn't give the status of my previous complaint. Again no one bothered to contact me so far.

                              From the beginning of buying, supplied battery was defective, because Ceiling Fan moving slowly, while in electric line it is moving properly. I complain, and my complaint number is EWEH0525981 dtd. 26.05.2016. Company technician attended complain but no rectification being done by him. And company close the complain.

                                Dear sir,

                                I have bought exide battery (S no m6j5t436489) on 30th jan 2016 from dealer h. S. Automobile, b 33 sector 1, rohini new delhi 110085.

                                Few days after only battery started creating problem and getting discharged immediately. I have got it checked with honda workshop and they told to get battery checked thorough exide service centre.

                                I have given battery for replacement/repair to dealer on 26th april 2016, they have given me only dealer claim form and taken warranty card and invoice from me saying that it has to be sent along with battery to service centre. I have been told that i will get sms within a week then i have to collect battery from dealer. I have not received any sms and after follow up after one week, i have been told that sometime it take more than a week. When i have not received any sms/update after 15 days, i again contacted dealer then they told battery replacement arrived. They were giving me replacement battery (S no m6d6t239849) without any warranty card and invoice. They were giving me only replacement battery and warranty foc bill (Where old battery s. No mentioned, not the new battery s. No). When i refused and called mr rituraj (Exide service centre, wazir pur) on [protected], he told me that they don’t issue warranty card with replacement battery and will generate invoice after 2-3 days for new battery. He asked me to follow up for replacement battery invoice after 2-3 days which can be used for warranty claim going forward.

                                I am not happy with the services provided by dealer and service centre. There is no clear process for battery replacement. I don’t have anything at the moment (Except battery) to claim that i have purchased this from exide. How can i claim warranty in future without warranty card?

                                I think there is some problem and dealer/service centre people are making fool of the customers. Can you please look into this and resolve? I have attached all realted documents here..

                                  Neo power solutions, annapurana road, indore, madhya pradesh is one the dealers of exide batteries. The dealer offered a brand new battery on rent with a charge of rs 30/- per day(Without bill), whose actual mrp was rs 850/-( claimed by the owner). A brand new battery, which was used once by a consumer gets its printed area removed immediately. When asked by the dealer, the dealer openly claimed that yes, "i sell used batteries on actual mrp and it is my business". We have a audio recording of the owner claiming all these things. The battery was not even replaced by the dealer and when we asked to claim the warranty after taking the bill, the onwer refused to take the battery for corrections of the faulty print on battery.
                                  Illegal way of selling batteries on rent without bill. Exide is a renowned player in the market and one can never accept this type of pathetic quality of products in the market openly selling. This particular dealer must have been conned so many customers by doing this illegal businees and its a request that management should take back their delaership from this fraud dealer agency.

                                    I am having exide inverter battery vide bill no 2353 dated28/03/14 from the telecon at patna.Last month my inverter battery got a fire which may be big damage of my ancestral property.My battery is still under warrenty period.I have complained to the concerned company vide complain no ebih[protected] dated mar 16.But they are refused to take appropriate action, they are blaming on us.We are using this battery since last two year without any complain with proper maintance but suddenly any incident occurred how why are blamed and why my battery is not repaired or exchanged.
                                    Sir give us guidelines so we can recover our damage.I am attaching all documents and burned battery photograph.

                                      Dear sir,

                                      One inva tubular battery was purchased from m/s. Anjali electronics of jangipara, hooghly which has gone out of order i.E., power back-up has not been available since 20.03.2016. The battery is under warranty period of 48 months from the date of purchase i.E. From 20.08.2013. As per inspection report of the service engineer deputed by the exide co. Against my complaint lodged over phone vide no. Eweho[protected] with job no. Eweho[protected] & code -341390 that the battery has become out of order which could not be rectified or replaced as the same was purchased & installed late from the date of manufacture i.E. On 31.01.2011 with the advise to contact the seller and the case has been closed accordingly & informed me through sms on 15.04.2016. While contacting tne seller, m/s. Anjali electronics of jangipara, hooghly, he expressed his inability to do anything in this regard since the battery is still under 48 months` warranty period from the date of installation/purchase as per sl. No.1 of the terms & conditions of warranty of the manufacturer where it is clearly stipulated that the coverage of the warranty period starts from the date of installation of the battery and not from the date of manufacture of the same.

                                      It is, therefore, requested to kindly do the needful by either rectification my dead battery to working condition or by replacing the same by a new battery, as the case may be, within the fortnight from the date of this complaint otherwise i will be force to lodge complaints before the national consumer court with imposition of penalty along with the cost of the battery.

                                        I purchase a battery for Dzire (Din65 battery model ) 1.5 years my battery is dead. A normal life of an average battery is about 3 years and since it was exide the life had to be more than that. I feel cheated because i might be given a second hand battery and now the company is not ready to replace the battery. I would never recommend anyone to buy batteries from exide because their after sales service is pathetic and below the quality standards. cheater company please don't buy exide brand battery service very poor before buy 1000 promise after...                                         At presently We can't get ELS device as mentioned Exide UPS warranty card ... We informed the company ... But not get the devise ... Battery damaged we feels Cheating from Exide Company...

                                        Dear Team, I bought car battery 6-7 month back from lucknow. But right now i facing problem in charging. Today i am at Kanpur. Please help needful.
