I had registered complaint thro mail past one month, still they didnt reply mail and not listening my complaint. I have attached my mail list, My request dont buy this company Inverter. Their customer service very poor and cheating us.
I almost sent 18 mails to their service department, they didnt take a single step for service. Please find my mail attachment.

I had purchased a battery from your reputed dealer ess pee motors, sco 17, sector 21 - c. The model of battery was exide champion (Dn 65) & was told about its warranty.. The serial no. A5k4b/007748. And date of purchase was 11/6/15. Today, the same battery got exhausted and dead, &after my reapeated request battery was examined by sangrur motors, as directed by your zirakpur office (Mr. Gurpreet). But everything was in vain & had to buy another battery!! I hereby request you kindly look in this matter as my battery was still under warranty period but somehow i feel i was misguided!! Look forward for kind response from your esteemed office

I have purchase battery for my santro car on 10th august 2016 with the warranty of 4 years. But unfortunately the same has been suddenly dead after 11 months. Immediately i try to call their on site bat service but could not reached them after 20 calls. Then immediately i called dealer from where i purchase the same, but they advise to carry the same to their shop only.
I am totally confused on their attitude and i some home return back to my home after fussing the car from road to home (5 km), in 4 hours.
I suggest if the company could not provide the after sales service then they should not confused the customers.
I need the replacement my battery by saturday 13th may positively else will move to further action.

I am using the Exide battery for my motorcycle. But the battery was not functioning properly so i lodged a complaint from where i have taken the battery on 19 April 2017 and recieved a reference number from the exide Reference number was NUPA00004429V131 on 20 April 2017. Today is 12 May 2017 and i have still not recieved my battery back. I came to know that there is fault in my battery. I am going to the dealer where i have given the battery he is giving me excuses that office is getting shift and it will come in 1 or 2 day. but still i have not recieved my battery back. I am facing lot of problems in my motorcycle.

Today i asked to whom he has given the battery. He has given the battery to Mr. Anurag [protected] he was saying battery was not picked up and he don't know the procedure whats to done in this case. I am sending you the call recording of him how he was talking in rude manner as if i had done any crime in buying the exide battery and using it. I was seriously surprised to see that peoples like Anurag work in this reputed company.

Please look into the matter as the customer service and after sales service is very poor. I am sending you the call recording of Mr. Anurag and reciept which was being issued by the dealer to me.

I will be highly obliged if you solve my problem as soon as possible. Please look into the matter seriously.

As we (Reliance Power Ltd.) are a Big Customer & bulk consumer of the Exide batteries. I feel very inconfident about your product. One of your battery cover just came out while handling the battery and caused injury to 2 workers on 05.05.2017. The battery is under warranty.

I had purchased invertor exide battery from drishti construction s. No. A4c5d0150394c52 vide cash memo no 051 dated 12/4/15. Which was discharged within three hour on 3/5/17.
I made a complaint to customer your customer care vide complaint no. Nupa00007935v143 on 4/5/17.
I regret to inform you that no body come to attend the complaint.
Will you please look into the matter at take necessary action for this complaint.

This is really making me anoy my battery got spoilt in guarunty period and i went to dealer he told me that i will get new battery by exchanging with old but they just recharged and i got this massage..

I have lodge a complaint at the call centre on 26.4.2017 regarding issue in my exide battery. Complaint number has been registered as easa00001006v190. I was assure that the service person will contact to address the issue. The service person contacted me on 26.4.2017 to collect the address and assured that he will visit that day. But its more than 48 hrs the authorized person has not yet visited. On contacting him he replied that his office has assigned for other job for which he is not able to visit.

Can i be assured for an assurance whether your man will visit or not and by when. This is urgent

I have purchased 2 Exide Batteries. The Exide gives on site warranty and Services.

My Complaint Number is NHRS[protected] dated 18 April.

The Problem is my Both Batteries are heating up and boiling up very much. I have called 2 times on Toll Free Number for this to look into Matter at priority.

As you are all aware it is a serius problem and it can Explode due to Over heat.

I got a Call from Local Panipat Office and they told me to contact the Dealer Ashoka Batteries to give backup batteries and replace and REFUSE to come onsite. I explained them about the matter is serius but they do not care. I called Ashoka Batteries and they say that they dont have any backup battery right now and i should contact Panipat office.

I Call Service Engineer Pankaj Mor in Panipat Contact Number [protected] but he talk to me very rudely and say that it will not explode and if explode he takes all guarantee. He say it will take time to give onsite visit and cant tell how much time. Since then i called him from 2 different numbers and he has blocked my both numbers after talking.

Is this the reputation of Exide Batteries who dont care and attend customers onsite and Do not care the seriousness of matter. Is this the people they have engaged in there service who dont know how to talk to customers ????

It is a very serious matter of Over Heating and Boiling of Batteries. If anything happens Exide Batteries will be totally responsible for Life and Loss occured due to this behavious and unattendance of matter.

I request you to see in the matter and see the culprits who are spoiling the name of Exide with such behaviour. Get this issue resolved as soon as possible, as it is very serious matter.

I hope you understand and do the needful at urgent.

The battery was purchased from your dealer maa. Gayatri battery service, aliganj lucknow vide invoice no 1613 dated 18/12/15.
The battery was discharged on 15/4/17 and acomplaint was made vide docket no. Nupa00003234 dt 15/4/17. But no one attended and i went to yes battery for. Charging the battery.
Battery was charged but the barrow meter shows the 0 gravity'. Your dealer told that the charge will not retain.
Will you please look into the. Matter.
Matter most urgent. As this is the question of your good will and reputation.

Am using exide invomore battery for my domestic usage from last 1 year. Now we found the battery is not charging and came to 7 volts. We checked from ups guy (Microtek) he examined and said battery is not taking the charge and it may because of some gravity issue. This is summer and in home pregnant ladies and kids are staying, its very difficult to stay when there is no power and its been very diffculty for us to submit a compliant in toll free number. Please take this as official compliant and take necessity action.

I purched exide battery for my two wheeler from company's authorized dealer in our city. Battery drains out after every 4 months. The dealer sends the battery to company for checking and company just charge the battery and sends the report that your battery is OK and collect it from your dealer. I have send battery to company for 5 times. They just charge the battery and send this back. They are not replacing it with new one. During purchasing they said that if you found any problem with battery, they will replace with new one. The company is making such low quality products and poor customer care services. Battery serial number is M2C50288201.

Machine HOME UPS 3.5 KVA which was purchased from you is short circuited on 23.03.2017 and it has no output I have tried to lodge a complaint using toll free number for past 3 days but no response. Then i complaint Mr. Rajan - INNOTECH also. Now, I request you to replace my UPS as early as possible because due to continuous power cut in my place my works lacks. kindly view my query and take action

Dear sir I had worked with Exide industries Ltd. Since August 2014 to till date in company's employee as Post of Humsafar MSR in Rajkot Gujarat. But this month I have some problem with my Service Engineer. They have force to me for resign from my job. They dosn't give me any notice period of time. So please do the needful in this matter as you possible.

I have purchased battery from Exide for my Classic 350 with Serial number : M2G5P051213 and RE service center told me the battery is dead. I checked that warranty was still there and lodged complaint through RE service center and got Claim reference number : CNS6032638. The very next day getting the message "Your claim has been evaluated. Regret unable to process, being returned back, Please collect from Dealer". I called the customer care and they said no claim / complaint has been lodged. Exide batter is cheating it's customer and making low quality product which is not worth for it's warranty.

I got the above battery on 12.02.2017 purchased from srirnganatha battery works, padmanabhanagar, bangalore. Within two days, the battery is completly
