Pending even after 5 days. Since i solely depend on self starting mode for the scooter i am put into lot difficuilty and i am unable to comprehend how a
Reputed company could put its customers to unnecessary hards

    Hlw I'm from Assam I have buy a new exide battery for my scooty 2 wheeler and after with 10 days my battery was no backup and my self, horn even turn indicators are not working I buyed from a 2 wheeler showroom I have gave the battery to them in warranty but they charge the battery and again after 2 days it again not working and they donot replace it why we don't know

      I had complained about my Inva tubular IT 500 gel battery on 09/02/2017 at 4:28P.M.My job no. is -EWEH[protected] and warranty registration no.Is- EWEH[protected].But till now nobody even tried to contact me.When I myself, out of anger, did contact the Branch Head Mr.Pradhan whose mobile no is -[protected], he showed me complete indifference about my complaint. Is this the service of Exide Industries? I had bitter experience with Exide Industries.Plz take stringent action against the person associated with this problem.Thanks.

      I have given exide battery 27/02/2017 at himayatnagar Branch, hyderabad which is in warranty bill number 586. But no one has contacted me, whenever i made a call to them even not at all giving proper response to me over phone. In that Branch Mr prasad is talking hard & ruthless language. Is this service you are giving? Very very poor service

        I have recently changed my royal Enfield battery. The problem is that their is drain pipe in this battery.but my last one had no drain pipe .this pipe is totally disturbing. The battery water some time fail on the doady of my bike and destroy the color . very dey it fall on my floor and destroy it.
        Who invent this draining system for bike battery...??? Disgusting invention.please change it.

          I brought a exide battery from a battery dealer but after 2days the battery started leaking more so i called up exide serviceman he took my battery and said that within two days he will bring the new battery. going on and on they said there is no stock of tata nano battery it will take 3 days to come. i waited but they took 1 month and I called them again but they said no stock I was in shock even after1 month no stock has come so i called them and said contact some dealers and adjust me a battery.. instead of bring a tata nano compatible battery that is (t25) they bought me 38 ah battery which was very big that too that battery couldn't fit in the car any how they pushed the battery tightly.. so I called up tata service to check whether 38ah is good or no for tata nano.. but they said it's not good.. it may short circuit the wires of the car I got scared and called exide and said them that tata officials are telling not to use more amps battery but the exide men told me that it will not cause any problem.. first of all I paid for 25ah battery not 38ah I told them to refund my money so I could buy tata nano compatible battery but they said nothing will happen u can adjust with that battery but we will not refund the money...how can I use a battery which is not compatible for my car for 4 years

            my self tushar jain from Meerut purchased Exide XTREME 12 XR 5L-B battery from autorized dealer the bill is attached but now it is not working yesterday i visited the dealer but he told battery is to be replaced but the warrenty is over i think the warrenty is 36 months plz help me

              Dear sir/madam,

              We have bought exide battery xtreme 12x r 5lb sl no. 6l5-n584427 rs1200/- for our scooty streak on 26 janurary 2016 from sai enterprises, medavakkam main road, adambakkam chennai 600088. Frequently we have been facing problem our sccoty is not getting starting and battery is charge reducing. Then we decided to check with the sai entreprises from where we bought the battery, they have send the battery to exide industries limited nagalkeni, chrompet, chennai on 21 july 2016. After two days, they have checked the battery it is in good condition, we have done some service.

              I have filed complaint on aug 8 th and they have responded onaug 9.
              Exide representative contacted us and asked to go the the dealer sai entreprises, they have checked battery reading and showed it is working fine.
              We need to change the scooty key set and rectifier and we changed as per their instruction. It has worked only two months now we are problem for past one day. Once checked with our mechanic, they battering is not charging.

              What should we do now, this seem to be wasting time and money on purchase of exide battery.

              We need know what is the difficulty in replacing battery with in the warranty period.

                I have purchased exide inva smart inverter batery, sl. no. a3c5c003773 3c53 (price - 13500) on 14/07/2013. shop keeper told me 4 yr (3+1yr.) warranty on this battery.
                This battery stops working after 28 months, then i complained to the shopkeeper for replacing. he replaced it on 07/01/2016 and gave me exide kiran solar battery (price ~8000) which stops working within 2 months till march 2016.

                Note:
                1. this is a low efficiency battery & already damaged which may be replaced by some other customer.
                2. shopkeeper gave me low priced battery, which is a big loss for me.
                3. after complaining again to replace this batter since march 2016 & also within warranty period, he refuses to do so.
                4. he charge me rs. 300/- for replacing the 1st battery, while this service is free of cost from exide company.

                Now, this warranty period is expired on 14/07/2016. i am harassed continuously since october 2015 to till date by the shopkeeper mantally and also physically.

                Hopkeeper neither cover warranty nor guarntee of this battery and asking rs.300/- to me.

                  I would like to inform you purchased Exide Battery thinking it will be durable lasting long & after sales service will be good but found every expect very poor not durable not lasting & very poor after sales service.

                  I purchased Exide battery for Alto car from BRAHM ELECTRICALS –DELHI /DTAE-18-8-16 DETAILS ATTACHED.
                  For last 3 months I am telling to dealer there is problem in battery which is also claim by car mechanic but he refuse to replace the battery even try you no given on book let which are not responding I purchase Exide battery for good service but sorry to say very poor service given by Exide dealer.
                  Hoping after reading this mail there will be some action taken by company for their valuable customer.

It's replacement warranty period is upto 29/11/2016. I visited to seller on 30/10/2016 regarding the battery has been exhausted but he refused to replace it.                       In our building, our builders "alliance builders" installeda kone elevator and handed over the building along with 6 nos. Of exide make batteries 150 ah / 12 v duly installed and operational for back up for elevator in may 2009.
                      In april 2012, all six batteries had to be replaced i. E. Within 3 years. But there was no discount (Of replacement within 3 years) or scarp value offered to us.in fact, the service provider v. Tech power systems, pune took all the batteries of exide & gave new batteries of autobat make with 135 ah 12 volt tubular type and charged us a full value of rs. 58, 800/- in april 2012.

                      The service provider claims that one of the battery of exide was short circuited due to improper storage. Even if we assume the same, it is not known as to how the rebate on the balance 5 batteries was not given. Thus, our building was cheated - by (1) not replacing the exide batteries with exide batteries. (2) no rebate on either warranty discount or scarp value offered to us.

                      Please advice on how to we go about getting our claims please

                        On 19/9/16 evening my swift car (up80BH 0415) could not be started. we thought battery of car has stopped working. we called bat-mobile service for help.your mechanic tanveer came with new battery but he made wrong connections due to which the battery fuse of my car got disrupted and car didn't start.i have to leave my car at road side overnight and it cost me 1638/- rs and more than that my costly time was wasted just due to fault of your mechanic. I had to bear great difficulties ib managing such a small fault. moreover your mechanic kept on denying that fuse is all right.later maruti service centre confirmed that fuse is gone.kindly reimburse the money which it cost.

                            I have purchase exide battery (code no. mg25n805474) in dec-2015. that battery every time voltage down within 2~3 days after charging. because of warranty i have replace battery 2 time within 9 months.
                            Now i have new exide battery (code no. m2h6n-202641) also having same problem. i have already check my bike (pulsar 150) wiring with 2 times in show room and 1 time with expert, there is no issue in my bike wiring.
                            But why battery voltage go down within 2~3 days i can not understand. may be battery having some technical issue.
                            Please short out it, other i will throw exide battery and try other brand.

                              Hello team,

                              I have brought an exide tubular battery (inva blue ib 10000) with 2 years & 6 months replacement warranty on 29-3-14. unfortunately the battery malfunctioned recently & we raised a complaint with exide, then they asked us to send the battery which they then repaired & sent back to us. but it only functioned for a day & then started giving problems again. now they are accusing that the problem is with inverter & not the battery & are also not responding to emails or phone calls any more.

                                Sub : Regarding Non Handling of complaint in Battery.

                                Myself Bal kishan Gupta purchased a battery model TZ4 serial no. of product M6J5T358831-6J53 on dated 08.12.2015 vide bill no. 23299 from your authorized dealer M/s. Classic Auto Care, Sirsa-125055 for my MOTOR-CYCLE. The product is under warranty of 18 months But after 3 months the battery performance was ZERO. I contacted your dealer and he suggested me that charger of your bike is not working. Meanwhile I replaced the charger but the problem remained as it is. Then he kept the battery for one week and get it checked from company and shown us the report that battery is in working condition and there is some problem in your bike.
                                The problem continued as it is and when the same dealer used another battery at our motor cycle then it worked properly. Now we have forcibly kept the battery and copy of bill at dealers place to make it right but he is not ready to co-operate.
                                We do not know that why he is hesitating in getting the battery replaced from company. Looking at the goodwill of your brand we had been using your products since 20 years But your local dealers instead of increasing the goodwill they are deminshing it. You are kindly requested to look into the matter and get the battery replaced.

                                  Sir, from april 2016 i told the shop keeper many times to replace this battery immediately, but he ignore my request all the time. he also charges me rs. 400 for replacing this battery, although this is free service from exide company.
                                  I want to buy exide tubler inverter battery initially in 2013. but the shop keeper misguided me by saying that i got 3yr guarantee +1 yr warranty on this flat battery.

                                  Sir, now this battery warranty is ended and i got a big loss on this battery. who is responsible for this — exide company, who gave me a lower efficiency and already damaged battery or shopkeeper who ignor my request within warranty period all the time.

                                  1. why shopkeeper misguided me intially to buy flat battery.
                                  2. why shopkeeper charges me rs.400 for raplacing battery (while this is free service from exide company).
                                  3. why shopkeeper gave me a low efficiency & low cost battery.
                                  4. why shopkeeper ignore my request within warranty period.
                                  5. why he ignore exide executive order.
                                  6. why my battery he didn't changed within warranty period.
                                  7. why he told me about replaced battery that he gives me new battery. (new battery 3 months me kharab hoti h kya).
                                  8. why shopkeeper initially told me 3yr guarantee + 1 yr warranty

                                  Now the warranty of my battery ended on 14/07/2016.

                                  Finally i contacted the exide customer care at the end of sept. 2016. complain no. ejha00002196.

                                  . i talked to exide executives narayan (mob. no. [protected]). he is ready to take the responsibility, but shopkeeper never respond him also.

                                  I managed to live without inverter since last 4-5 months in hot summer & in rural area, one can imagine what the situation is!!!

It has four years warranty and replacement right from 01/ 11/2015 onwards both the batteries stopped working regarding this. I have already registered my complaints twice on 03/11/2015 and 03/03/2016 respectively.
                                    On response to these complaints your company service centre diagnosed the batteries with some malfunctions. On 14/03/2016, they have replaced one and the other remains useless. For the past six months, I have been struggling to claim the replacement for the other one.
                                    I am not happy with the services provided by your service centre. There is no clear process for battery replacement. I don’t have any proofs for my purchasing except the battery. How can I claim warranty in future? I need are new battery instead of old battery.
                                    I think there is some problem with service centre and they are making fool of the customers. Can you please look into this problem? Already complaints for post card and mails for your company service centers also. But it is not replay for me. So I kindly request you to resolve this as soon as possible.

                                      I have purchased a battery.model no FILO-INVTALL1500 SERIAL NO .A3E6F037413. 3E64. On 4.8.16. From B.B.Electrical. Rangia.Assam. near N.H 31.PIN .781354.

                                      But few hour's of purchased said battery stop working, doesn't give backups. Then I have informed the said retailer verbally. But the said retailer did not given any positive response.Now I getting various trouble.
                                      What's the way. If not then I will take legal aids from consumer court. So please provide me a New battery after replacement the said defective battery.

                                        i have purchased inva tubular battery on dated[protected] the battery is not charging i made a complain to best battery service situated at 7/117 swaroop nagar kanpur the machinic came & checked the battery and told us that battery plated are not working and there is warranty of 48 months i want to replace my battery the battery no is 1VD 46136. Please take immediate action so that the battery will be replaced.
