I had a issue with my car battery so on 24.02.2016 I called up Bat Mobile for Emergency service. They took the battery and returned is after 2days stating the battery in nonfunctional and needs to be replaced. Initially they even forgot to give me the report and after repeated follow-up only yesterday got the report. My request ID is TR/EX/BST/4329725 . the report is so vague and incomplete that I cannot even ask for immediate replacement as the dealer needs to resend the battery again for checking. This is highly disappointing to received such service from Exide

    Dear sir/madam

    i have purchased one exide battery for my scooty pep plus on 25.06.13 from battery point (address-shop no-15, modheswari complex, near-l p savani school, b/s-abhisek avenue, adajan, surat). Its working good till 18.06.15. Some times its not working means not start my scooty when i push start button. I visit on 21.06.15 to above mentioned shop & told him to check batetry. They told me that batter is ok, but some problem in your vehicle. I gave my scttoy to tvs authoriesd service station for repair. They told me that your battery is weak. Again i visit above mentioned shop & told him to check battery. They take my battery & give me batter after one day & told me that we have recharged your battery now its ok. Again i face problem in start of scooty. So i visit that shop & told him about my problem. But that guaranty period was gone & they told me that battery is weak & now you have to purchase new battery.

    This is clearly cheating with me. When i was gone their shop before guaranty period they told me batter is ok and when guaranty period is expired they told me that batter is weak & you have purchase new one. This is totally unprofessional practice. You are requested to kindly look in this matter & do the needful at earliest.

      Hi there,

      I would like to get your attention towards my issue. I had purchased one of the car batteries from a local authorized shop "The Auto Spares", Gaya on 08/12/2014 (Battery type: MI700, MFG. Code: A2E4, Serial No. : A004711. I used the same in Tata Indica. After almost an year and two months, it completely stopped working. I don't know what is the issue.

      I took the battery to the concerned shop for exchange as "it is mentioned on the warranty paper that the battery is covered under warranty for 36 months" and there I got to know that the battery would be checked by the company. Good to know about the process but what about the speed of the process. I have given the battery to the concerned shop on 03/02/2016 and they had told me that I would be getting a call from your end but till date I have not heard anything from your end.

      Could you guys tell me how much time this process would take? and what would be the next step.

        I have bought exide bikerz battery on 16/12/2014. battery type DBI0-12BI5L-B Serial no. M2K4M879624. I bought it from Shree Ram auto spare parts, Vijaynagar Ghaziabad. I gave it to the dealer for repair or replacement. he returned it to me after 1 week saying that it is working properly. but it is working at all. even self is not working. pl. help

          Dear sir/madam This is bring to your notice that i have alto car model nov 2010. On sunday 20/12/15 i came back to delhi to ghaziabad when i reach to ghaziabad there is big blast in my car and my small son is sitting there but there is no injury. When i call to mechanic and he check the bonate becuse my car is not started after that blast.He check the battery and battery has blast in the mid cover that is why the car is not started. so i request to change my battery and resolve my problem plese send me the mobile no i will send the photograph of battery.                   I had contacted Exide for a replacement for a battery, but even after waiting for over a month now, the replacement has not arrived. I have gone to the dealer on multiple occasions, only to be told that the battery has not come. This is the state of service in India!!!                       I was purchased Activa Honda Scooter on 2.10.2013 from M/s M.H.Honda, Near J.R.TGhreatre, Kurali Road Ropar. M. No. [protected]. The exide battery was not working properly. I met the M.H. Honda to replace the battery. At last the battery was replaced. The new battery bearing No. M7C4S510089 was inserted in the scooter. Now the battery is totally dead. M/s M.H. Honda and Service Centre of Exide battery, Ropar is not attended. Mr. Aditya Sharma of Chandigarh told me that the warranty is expired i.e. 18 months from the date of purchase i.e. 2.11.2013 where as the changed battery was replaced on 29.9.14 when I went to M.H. Honda Agency for IVth service. Resulntly, the period is only one year I used the battery. From the day one I face problems due to exide battery. Now I want to change to exide battery with new one. It is my humble request. I hope you will consider my rquest, otherwise I will go to the consumer court or local news paper for my this greviances

                            This is k.bharathi my policy number 02513219 my mobile numbers [protected] they made my policy by wrong commitment that agent name is Vishnu bhairav agent code 60233870 agent mobile number [protected] they side can close my policy according to my wish or in case if any thing happen with account holder amount can be given to nominee account every month rupees 5000/- permonth for 60 months and sum assure given to nominee 2, 50, 000 and in case no risk to policy holder after complete your policy 7, 00, 000+bonus its complete around of 12, 00, 000 given to policy holder I as on same of in case any so i am visited to your chaitanyapuri branch regarding spelling mistake I asked to Vishnu about my policy details in your office they are say no sir this receptions goys are new they are no details know I am given you commitment details as on same to your agreement copy we are not study in high classes so they will cheated me I call to this goy he mobile is not reachable and I take this goy address and I go this Vishnu address he is vacate the house Vishnu is fill the spell mistech form and you go to home spell mistech latter posted to your address its will be 20 days but they did not let me about it they simple said that and I got it when I went to last year in the month of august paying term amount and I asked first details on my policy they are asked about my policy details reception they are say in Vishnu is given you wrong commitment not in this facility's in this policy I say to cancel my policy I had call to customer care they are say sir go to chaitanyapuri branch and talk to branch manager so I meet to branch manager and talk to this in 3 hours they are say wright know Vishnu is leave the job in case branch manager also no details provided me sir you pay this year and you possible closed next year in case branch manager also inform ing me so I pay in last year premium and cancel my policy this year branch manager is say sir you come next year month of august and close your policy and take your money back tell about my premium they said after 3 years my amount will be given to me when I visited to 25 th of august 2015 they showing new movie story say it will not be possible to clear the amount when I meet manager he said he did not know who made this policy between office and employee customer suffering a lout and making fool of customers if I got correct information about policy I could pay amount then and closed it in this year they said to me pay your 2 premiums and close it and loss of you 1 premium amount is this the service making fool and making the money policy every one says I don't know I don't know about it and I observ every time employees change no body is given me write commitment in case in details you telling when I visited in you office because of spell mictech time I will be canceled my policy in my first premium today I call to customer care number[protected] I talk 45 minutes they are say also same I don't know who's to know this details not for loss he is loss for customers he doing to pleasure employees and employees are given wrong commitments for customer care executive sais simple sir you go first and call me I will talk to branch employees and he say I am raise the complaint and I give you complaint number tomorrow its think simple you forget your money please do this matter serious I call to customer care this number [protected] you have recording so please chek my recording hoe to response your customer care goys and he say sir I call after 2 hours and I give complaint number I am not drop the I have recording for your employee first you your recording after I send you my recording please look in to this matter I am say to Exide executive I want 10 to 15 thousand rupees per annum policy he say me sir you don't see premium amount you see benefits of policy and we don't know income proof Vishnu said have broker and vishnu is doing proses of income proof I say to Vishnu my mother salary is 7000 only and Vishnu is created and showing salary details 2 lacks above my mother is say me he of wrong person but he say income proof is compulsory madam but we don't know he is doing income proof above 2 lacks please look this matter and verify to this income proof person I am visited to income proof certificketion he is take a money from me first 24000/- and he not given me any one rupee of me its equal and my policy detail showing me premium 22500/- please I requested to Exide life in case its change of my policy I will do continue to...

                              Battery back up problem Dear Sir, Since I have purchased the battery (Inva Tubular) from Sri Ganpati Sales, Netajee Road, Below UCO Bank, Deoghar-814112 (Jharkhand) on 19/05/2012, there is acute problem of backup. It hardly gives a few minutes back up then it goes off. I have already lodged complain with the dealer one year back from now and the dealer sent his technician, but still the complaint is unresolved. Since its purchase the water level goes down frequently, which is maintained by me regularly(monthly). It consumes 2 to 3 litres water in every two to three months. I am too much frustrated with your company. Please be kindful enough to look into the matter.                                 Dear Team, I have purchased the Exide Battery for my Vehicle just 2 years back now battery is having some issue and I have raised a complain against the same on 9th July 2015, complain no ::NUPA00006187, Since past 10 days no one has called me up and Customer care is not also helping me to resolve my issue...I asked Grevience for Exide or Escalation Matrix for Exide so that I could escalate the issue no one from Customer care is helping... I request to all of you who read this please dont buy EXIDE company Item specially Battery its a poor product in the market worst service after sale...please don't buy this product... I purchased it on12 julyl2015, Bill No. 250. I asked for warrenty card for above battery but he refuses and told our Bill is only our warrenty .Also he wrote only 30 month warrenty on bill instead of 36 month warrenty given on product so i think the above product is an duplicate. My PF status shows: Claim ID : WBPRB[protected] Status : Claim Form 10C for Withdrawal Benefit AGAINST Member Account No (WBPRB[protected]Rejected. Rejection letter is under dispatch.
