This is to kindly inform you that I had purchased Exide Mega Inva battery.I had purchased it on 2nd week of march,2010. This battery is on warranty period but undiscriminately I had lost my warranty card. I want to renew my battery because the cell of battery had got damaged. So please help me & claim on it.

    Dear Sir,

    I have bought New Fiat Punto Car - Diesel version, vide Reg. No. KA - 05 MK 2275 from Concorde Motors on 21st July 2011. From two months after the purchase of the vehicle, it has not cranked at least five or six times. I had to call TATA Motors helpline to start the vehicle. All electrical components including the starter in the vehcile were thoroughly checked by the company atleast for two times. During the first sevice of the vehicle in the month of January 2012, the company had given a report stating that the specific gravity of one of the cells is less. With the result, the battery is getting discharged frequently. Hence it is to be replaced. However, your service men after lodging a complaint, took the battery for servicing during the last week of January 2012. They maintained that the battery is working alright and installed the same on 1st Feb. 2012. I again I have encounted the same problem since last two weeks. I was stranded in the middle of the road and I have to call helpline to start my car. Once again Service men from Exide have taken the battery for further checking on Friday, 6th April 2012. In view of this I want to know, what is the difficulty in giving a replacement. Normally once any product is sold to a customer the companay does not bother about hardships faced by the customers in case of difficulties of this kind. Your Service men do not even carry a spare battery and argue that they donot have one and there is no policy as such. Also they admit spare battery is with some other customer. I request you sort of the problem and get a replacement immediately. I hope the needful thing is done at the earliest and oblige.

        i am delear exide jai kisan my sap code is 16713 i am not satisfid customer under waranty replesment because exide koi na koi bahana bana ker battery reject kar deti hai iske alawa jo smr hai company ka vo bahut bekar hai nahi usko marketing ka tajurba hai na hi bolne ka dhang delear ko hamesa dhamki deta rahta hai exide ki battery bechna chode do target pura karo verna exide exide chode do mai kise aour ko deler banadunga. kitna bhi accha perform karo mger hamesa dhmki deta rahta hai hai aour battmeji karta hai devicharan arya ager uper bm se ya kise aur bade se sekayet karo to jhut bolega aur apni baat se palat jayega. exide wale pata nahi ayese bande ko baher ka rasta kyu nahi dekhate hai.

          i purchased a exide car battery from a local dealer in chennai.from the day one it has been giving me problem it would go dead once we stoop and restart the car.several times we contacted the dealer everytime he would test the battery showing the levels are above 12 and battery is good.but the fault was because of the cell inside the battery,it seems and it would not be detected by testing.now the dealer ask me to give new battery taking the old one for 200 rupees.it is still under warrenty period.dealers say 3years warrenty that case every time we went they were doddging and postponing the time.pls give us a solution,

          Exide car battery — one cell problem

          i have purchase exide car battery may one cell is manifacturi problem hai please you have a change the battery.ok.reply me.

          Exide — malfunctioning

          have bought one battery model mhq700 no. 4ko 312389 on 17/12/10 with 18 months warranty...but the battery sterted giving problem after few months...& i was not able to make out the exact problem...i spent almost 15k to get my heaters / & all the electronic equipments changed .. but without result...finally got to knoe that one of the cell of exide battery was damage...& due to which i was was getting the problem in my car...

          I had visited the local distributor of Exide batteries in Rajasthan,,,,but in place of giving thjereplacement..he had asked me to keep the batteryb at his shop...which will be get checked & the report will come from the company that whether the battery is faulty or not....he bkuntly refused to replace the battery in one go... & for that he asked me to give me the local arrangement from his side for which he will be charging Rs-50/day & afterwards gor agreed tp Rs-40/day,,,,,& insure me to get the report eithin 07-10 days....

          The same procedure was confirmed from the company executive & was told the same procedure...

          My question to the company & people reading this complaint...DID COMPANY GAVE YOU THE BATTERY WITHOUT CHARGING ANYTHING TILL THE LAST DAY OF WARRANTY??? IS THIS THE NORMAL PROCEDURE OR THE MUTUAL UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN THE CO. MANAGER & THE DISTGRIBUTOR TO CHARGE RS-50 or 40 PER DATY FROM THE CUSTOMER ON DAILY BASIS ???? WHY WAS NOT THE BATTERY WAS REPLACED IN ONE-GO ADFTER HAVING CHECKED OR CONFIRMED BY THE LOCAL DISTRIBUTOR....??? WHO IS GETTING BENEFITTED OUT OF THIS AND WHO IS GETTING TROUBLED & MADE PAID FOR NO FAULT AGAIN & AGAIN???

            exide tubular battries — not working

            i have purchase the above said battries from rampura phul on 30 june 2007 .the above have 30 months guarantee. the battries stop working in nov 2007 i complain to dealer but they did not response

                  I had purchased Exide Max, type EM-32-R-MF car battery from Sushil motors, Dehradun on 16/11/2010. It started giving trouble in Dec.2011 then I first took my car to Oberoi Motors, where they declared the battery as faulty. They advised me to take it to Allied motors, there also they tested it for 15 days and finally declared it faulty, but since I purchased it from Sushil Motors, they asked me to get it replaced from there. Again sushil motors took the battery and after 15 days said that now it is OK. But again it is giving trouble and finally I took it to Sushil motors on 09/02/2012 and they asked me to go to Exide service center at Transport Nagar, Dehradun, but still it is not getting replaced for one or other reason. I am suffering a lot since I purchased this battery, and it is not getting replaced in spite of it being in the Warranty period.

                    I purchase EXCIED INVA-Tubular battery model no- IT 500 batch no[protected] dtd[protected] from K.C. electronic shop no- 32 geeta bhawan market Hansi for Rs. 10400 and its bill no is 3698 dtd on[protected] and it has 36 month warranty which was defected from starting. I complained many time to vendor but vendor always said that use the battery for that time that it was working because you have 3 years warranty. We will change this but now the battery is fully dead. Now he is saying you have only 30 month warranty but on warranty card and on battery have clearly written 36 month warranty. so battery is now in warranty period so replace battery with new. Otherwise I have to go to consumer court. I have filed complain on national consumer cell that complained no is 00354298 dtd[protected].
                    Kind replaced the battery with new...

                      came to over office and check the Batteryes he told the seven batteryes is down. But your service center told your case will rejected. He tell over ups make low voltage after that I call sukam eng & your eng. know they both check there systems. Your eng. make another paper they tell us same problem 7 bettery is down. they metion seven battery no. 4n9-121452, 4n9-120972, 4n9-110950, 4n9-121711, 4n9-122266, 4n9-121455, 4n9-119086 these are the detials of our battary.

                      Please do some thing as u posible.
                      Dear sir,
                      I have purchased Exide Battery 155 plus 4a9-100331 from auth dealer Hind Motor Stores Ambala Cantt. vide bill no.12934 dt.[protected]. The battery providing inadequate back up and for that complaint was made to the dealer on August 11, 2009 they check the density & attached their addtional charger with battery, even than it was not charged full. The dealer Mr Jain assured us it will be done within few days but we are to make calls on alternativly. But no appriciable response received by us so far.
                      It will be kind enough if you get our battery to its full proper charging.

                        "BEST BATTERY SERVICE"

                        my scooty battery has a warranty of 15 months..
                        I've been facing battery problem since September 2011.
                        when i took my scooty battery to the exide battery dealer in November 2011.
                        he said battery is fine but still he just charged my battery and gave me back in few hours..

                        i told them that my battery is in warranty period.if it is needs replacement then please replace
                        but they did'nt..
                        within in a week i faced this problem again..
                        they charged and gave my battery back again..

                        they did it every i go to them in weeks.
                        they told me that my battery is fine but it was not.

                        i went there in
                        december thrice,still they said the same
                        and didn't replaced it.

                        on 2nd January i took my battery also..again the same scene..

                        my scooty had a warranty of 15 months,so it got expired on 4th January 2012.

                        on 14th January 2012
                        when i took my scooty to they dealer shop..that day the dealer told me that the battery is rotten..that's why it is not working properly.

                        they gave me a dealer claim form no.494
                        they asked to keep checking for the battery
                        i did it as they asked me to do.

                        on 27th January 2012 i went to the shop n asked for the battery they told me that battery has been sent to the exide company and will be returning in few days.
                        i went to them on 31st January 2012,then they told me the battery has been returned from the company but it is still not in proper condition, so they are re-sending it to the company and it will take time again.

                        when i asked for a stand-by battery for my scooty, they told me that the battery will be provided but it coud not help my scooty to get it self started but only the horn will be in use..

                        kindly take an action against the company or the dealer .
                        as a customer is tired with the way the dealer is dealing and making situation problematic since last 3months.

                          I had purchased an Exide Car Battery Exide Max Type EM 32 emf. Mfg. code-2G1, Sr.14855 on 16th November, 2011 from Somvanshi Battery and Motors, Shop No.4, DDA Market, Masoodpur Dairy, Vasant Kunj, New Delhi-70. Last one month or so this battery is not functioning well every morning the car is not getting started. I had serviced the car from Sharnam Motors Services Pvt. Ltd. Firstly for the starter and self when they changed the Armeture and secondly for the service of the car. I had gone to the Battery shop, which gave me to a service battery and kept my battery for testing the car started in the morning with the service battery normally with no problem. But the battery shop after testing my battery claims that the battery is O.K. When I tried in the next day morning the car could not start. The battery shop claims that myself is creating problem, when approached them. Again the service station was contacted and they tested with another battery and the car was started normally. As per advice of the battery shop, I called the Exide helpline, who came and tested the battery and claimed the battery is O.K.

                          Sir, I am attaching both the bills for Battery shop with battery guarantee card and also bills from the Motor service station. I am not sure who is right and who is wrong. Only problem is that I have been harassed for last one month. Apparently, the battery is not O.K. as with service battery both from battery shop as well from Motor Service Station, the car is getting started normally without any problem and this has been tried substantial no. 6-10 times and each time the car started normally but not with the problematic battery.

                          Sir, under the circumstances, I request you to make necessary arrangements for replacement of my battery as the battery has guarantee for 3 years.

                            I bought a exide battery 5L-B,SR NO.- 112106 for my scooty on 15.04.2011 BILL NO-7325 from dealer hina batteries, O/2 Link Road Rajendra Market sector-28 faridabad, Haryana. Now battery is not working properly.

                              I bought a Car Battery (SF Exide -Sonic, Model no. 38B20R, serial no. 115006) from "Vaishali - The Electronic Hub" on 13 Sept 2011. It went dead on January 20,2012. Since then I am trying to get a replacement Battery from him, and he keeps delaying it.
                              I can not run my car. I have sent complaint to Exide-SF, but no response.
                              I have tried to call Exide Branch Office in Ghaziabad[protected]/3, and Regional Office in Lucknow[protected]/1900, but can not get any one.
                              What a way to service Exide Battery??????

                              im parches one car battery for my maruthi alto 24/10/2009 from RK Traders hosure road Bangalore this dealer is given replacement AMCO 38B20R this is not new battery pls give exide battery[protected]

                                battery not returned yet complain no.NUHO0020961 date 25/12/2011 today date 23/01/20012
                                We had bought an inverter battery (inva red 500+, Serial no 7632/IP) from your dealer BESCO SERVISES, Behind Bhikha Ji Kama Place New Delhi vide bill N0/182 28/07/2011 .The deciesion to pay much higher prices for Exide were based on assumption of service back up and credibility of Brand.
                                Battery had been giving problem and finally stopped working when it was picked up by the dealer for till now they are processing for solve the problem..
                                "Ever since daily calls no result as dealer says Exide Co. has not retured the battery yet" "No replacement battery could be given by him as said co does not provide this.
                                Despite regular power cuts and ongoing final exams of my two kids" we are living with this.

                                  I purchased one tubular battery from your authorised dealer M/s Krishna Tyres, Near dayal palace, Rajpura (pb.) via bill no. 382 on dated[protected] with warranty card and warranty of 30 months. I am sorry to say but your battery quality is very poor and am getting problem with this battery from last 2 months.
                                  Sir, I am very harassed by your dealer because this battery is not working properly and on approaching the dealer he is just replying that he is not having this company now. Sir, please look into the matter and tell me wat to do. My battery No. is 3Q9-027255..

                                    8 MONTHS BEFORE I BOUGHT AN EXIDE BATTERY FOR MY BIKE. 2 MONTHS BEFORE IT SHOWED SOME PROBLEMS AND I REACHED THE DEALER BUT HE TRIED TO NOT CHANGE THE BATTERY AND TRIED TO REACH ITS WARRANTY EXPIRY DATE. AT LAST AFTER DISPUTING WITH HIM LAST SATURDAY HE CHANGED WITH NEW ONE. BUT THE NEW BATTERY IS NOT CHARGED AND NOT FILLED EVEN ACID TOO. SO I SEND A COMPLAINT TO EXIDES REGIONAL MANAGER COCHIN TO THIS MAIL ID- [protected]@exide.co.in. BUT HE NEVER TRY TO CONTACT WITH ME TILL NOW. WHAT AN IRRESPONSIBLE COMPANY.........

                                      I purchased matrix car battery type ma 35 r mfg code 4l8 sr. No 229515 on 14.8 2009 from exide dealer m/s sunny auto electrical engineers.
                                      The battery has a warranty of 60 months. It is not working. I complained to helpline[protected]Delhi region) they came checked the battery and found it defective. I got in touch with area service engineer mr. Ajit pal singh & mr. Anil verma sr. Service engineer delhi region but my battery has not been replaced till date despite my best efforts. Please intervene so that my battery is replaced which is under warranty.
