I bought a Sensei SCO 100C Fan Forced Oven from EzoneOnline on Dec 19, 2012, Order no 626918. It was delivered in 3 days at my doorstep but, when I opened the package I found a used oven inside with turmeric stains on the lid and food left inside the container. On giving a closer look I also found that the metal parts were rusted. It was a used oven and must have been used for a long time for such things to happen. I could not believe that I will have such a delivery from a future group company.

I was further disappointed when they did not reply to my emails or picked up my calls so that I could request a refund. I have been trying to contact them for two weeks now. I would recommend everyone not to buy anything from Ezone online or retail store.

    i purchased product and order no:629942 on 21st Dec 2012.

    Still the product is not delivered and no information about it. send 4 emails but not even one is replied.
    I called to customer care its not working.

    actually i need it immediately.
    Now the use of this product is no more.

    Let me know how to cancel this order and get back my money. because its your delay in deliver and no communication to the customer at all.

      Ordered an item on 3rd dec 2012, and paid online at that time.
      Called them on the toll free number given on their website. None lifts the phone. It took more than 30 tries for me to actually talk to them on phone.
      Called a couple of days ago to find out wether the item was shipped or not. She told me I will get an AWB number on next day. But I did not get any AWB number to track the shipment. Now, after 2 days, when I try to talk them again, none responds. There is none to lift the phone at all. I don't know why these companies come into business. If you cannot even lift the phone, what you think your company is doing. Wake up CEOs, see what you wanted and what actually is happening. With this kind of service, you will never do business. Think about customers first.

                  On 15the August 2012, E-Zone advertised a discount of 40% on their products via SMS to it's customers. We live out of station, almost 3 hours away from Siliguri and wanted to purchase a large refrigerator through the discount. So I called e-zone and spoke to Rashmi Ranjan Das who claims to be thee manager but has little or no information about thee items in his store. He doesn't have any details, nor does he attempt to help answer any queries but insists thee customer travel all thee way to thee store for any information they require. He also mentioned that E-zone is not online when thee SMS itself clearly mentions an online shopping website.
                  I believe thee E-zone employees are ill-informed and incompetent. They have no regard for their customers and are lazy at doing their work. If they cannot carry out thee simple task of answering few questions about their schemes and products they should not go beyond advertising in newspapers. If they choose to other forms of media like SMSing their customers and yet cannot cope withe technology, then I'd consider it a complete waste of my time and a breach of privacy.

                    Hi,

                    I was shown a cataloge of whirlpool refrigerator in EZONE kormangala and shown the interior of one fridge, they mentioned they were not having the demo piece.
                    I trusted them and ordered the product but when they delivered it is not having the interior as shown earlier.
                    Also while delivering the fridge I had to follow up many times with customer care apart from that again I have to follow up since they have delivered the wrong fridge.

                    It is draining lot of my time and money.

                    Also they showed me Sony Bravia 28 inch LED tv and their executive told me it apart from 2 formats of video it will support the rest.
                    But after purchasing it is not playing VLC and many more formats they have cheated here also.

                        I will like to bring to your notice that I have purchased a Samsung washing machine (F861 EW) in the month of 26th Jan 12 from E zone (Growels 101 Mall) retail at Kandivali east. It was promised by the retailer to send a washing machine which is in totally packed condition. I had agreed to pay sum of Rs 1000/- plus the 3 to 4 % Octrio charges ,as the delivery was to be given at Bhayander (At My Home).
                        When the Deliver has arrived at at Bhayander (At My Home), to my shock the washing machine as in a pathetic condition with all the box opened. As I was very unhappy with the delivery I did not take the delivery on the Date : 30th Jan 12 At that time I had a telephonic conversation with the store manager and he promised me to give the delivery within 3 to 4 days. I had agreed to this as I was getting the piece which I had booked.
                        Now after a week the store manager is replying to me saying that I will have to compromise and take the same piece which they had send to my place or take anything else from the store. On my refusal of buying any other goods from his store he has offered me to give my coupons back but in this I am loosing the washing machine model which I had booked and also the discount which the retailer was offering on the 26th of January2012.
                        This has taken a good amount of follow up with the store and has given me mental stress. Even after being ready to compromise on all the points of transaction I feel cheated. I will never recommend Ezone to any one for buying any product.
                        How long this cheating of the customer would continue
                        Please help me in this regard. I would like to get my Company Packed Samsung Washing Machine.

                          Dear Sir,
                          I bought a sofa set and a Dining table from eZone Manisqare, Kolkata. When they sold me, they said that they provide life time service for the product.

                          When the sofaset started deforming and the dinig set started rusting (with in warrenty), I called them for the service . I got a response that somebody will visit my home and get those fixed. When I asked for the complaint number they never gave the complaint number.

                          I followed up for alomost 5 to 6 times and never get a response from them.

                          I raised a complaint in this site on 30th Oct and after that I got a response from Priya on 1st Nov (Future group employee), asking for the details. I sent the details on Nov 3rd with all the scanned copy, but still not received any response.

                          I can see the similar trend again from Future Group. I think I was cheated by Future Group and they are selling extremely low quality products and false committment. Request your help on this.

                            When I purchased I was promised that eZone will give lifetime service for the products they sold.

                            With in the warrenty period the Sofa set started deforming and now it is in a deformed state. Similarly the glass dining table started rusting.

                            I called them few times and also personally visited the store to lodge a complaint. I always gets a false promise that somebody will come and fix it, but so far no body has even called me or visited. eZone has cheated me with false promise and providing low grade products.

                              Hi,

                              I had purchased a LG Microwave Oven [MODEL: LG MC 8040NSR] on 22 Oc 2011 from eZone showroom at Amanora Park Town, Hadapsar Kharadi Bypass Road, Pune. The advance reciept no / buyers order no:[protected].

                              The ezone retailer delivered [Tax Invoice No:[protected]] a used/unpacked piece on 25 Oct 2011.

                              After calling the showroom multiple times the people in charge promised to replace the piece but despite calls everyday, till today the retailer has not replaced the oven.

                              I have also lodged a complaint with the customer care unit of Pantaloon Retail [Reference No:] but there has been no action from them as well

                              I request your intervention in this regard to solve this issue for this wrong malpractice by the retailer. Please let me know any additional information i need to furnish regarding this purchase.

                                I have been swiped Rs. 4500/- advanced from my credit card for the sony vaio laptop which I wanted to buy from Ezone, for this advance money they gave me the receipt of mobile phones not for the Laptop. And after 3-4 days they told me that the color (black) is not available in this laptop anywhere, (Wherin DCC, VIjay Sales and many laptop shops in chinchwad, I saw the laptop in black color available.) when I asked them to return my money that time they really talked with me very arrogently their behaviour that time was very rude they are not returning my money back.. Please suggest me what I can do to take a very serious action on them...

                                And also my suggestion to everyone is please dont purchase anything from Ezone chinchwad, Pune

                                    My name is Amit Kushwah.I brought a new blackberry moblie from Ezone 4/06/2011Model name Blackberry 8900. but suddenly i went service center blackberry for update my phone because my phone is not work properly and than when I was show the mobile phone EMI Number he said me your phone already register in other name this EMI number last years 2010. So that blackberry is not able to provide the service of the phone. He said me you just contact where you brought a mobile.But I just call the manger for resolve this problem He said my our all EZone store all closed .

Many of time I had called you and as well as send mail but you don't take a concern of my complaint. I had bought a mobile on display pieces not use phone. one thing i will share with you every one know in ezone don't have a stock in regular basic in case staff what do for sale? I will tell you staff have only one option for sale only display pieces.How can say MR Vikas Sir display pieces not allowed warranty.I am not child sir i know everything well. Many times call vikas sir([protected]) but he did not pick the phone last six days. I have no more money to buy other phone and i cant forgettable this issue happened with me.I am sure you can understand my problem.

                                        I have purchase Nokia mobile handset Nokia 5233 from Ezone , Shipra mall, Indirapuram,Ghaziabad on 19 Oct 2010. On cash bill they quote Item Code instead of IMEI no of mobile. The box of the mobile phone Item Code and mobile IMEI No is same. Now I went to Nokia Care centre for repair of my mobile they said that warranty of the mobile expired. I am not aware of that how they said me that warranty of mobile expired on 02 Aug 2011. Job sheet (nokia care) and cash bill of e-zone is attached of the above mentioned mobile as supporting documents. As per cash memo warranty of above mentioned mobile will be expiring on 18 Oct 2011. When I went to the same E-zone outlet in Indirapuram I found it closed. When I contact to ezone customer care there is no response from the other side. Therefore, you are requested to take strict action against e-zone and do needful in favour of our product. It is requested that reply may please be mailed on my e-mail ID i.e. [protected]@gmail.com.
