Dear Sir,

I purchased a Sony Ericsson handest model no. S302 from E Zone, Chembur (Mumbai) on 12/12/2010.
(Cash memo# T6/4259).

I was told that the cell phone has a warranty for an year, but since the time I bought it I had difficulty in using it, as the speakers weren't working. I took the handset to e-zone who asked me to contact Sony Ericsson service center at Vashi. The Service center at Vashi asked me to take it to some other service center as they were about to close the service center from that place. Finally last month when I took it to Ghatkopar Service Center, I was told that the model is 2008 make and I was sold an old model and there is no warranty on this handset.

I would request you to please look into this matter, this is caused me enough trouble since the minute I purchased it. neither e-zone nor Sony Ericsson is taking responsiblity for the same.

    Priya today is 24th June Still I Havent Got the Complete Product Delivered From Kalyan Ezone i booked a LG 42PW450 42 inches 3D Plasma TV + 3D Glass worth Rs 5500 + Tata Sky HD set top Box They Still Havent Delivered 3D Glasses Yet Whenever i call ezone kalyan at[protected] all they say is plz wait we will check and call you back in 5 min but no one calls back then again i call back next day same thing happens. I seriously suggest you to change the staff of ezone kalyan.

    When i go to the store which is 1 hour drive away from my home all they say is you will get it in 2 days or 3 days or one week and the same continues

      Took my office folks to this place yesterday since this is the only go-carting place we were aware of near office. We were a group of 6 boys and had paid for 12 laps each. We were pulled over at the end of 8 laps by the guy keeping the count. We all counted our laps and were trying to have a discussion with them to find out how all o[censored]s could be wrong. Meanwhile, the person maintaining the register got into a verbal feud with one of my colleague. (I heard the entire conversation - the first usage of foul language was from their side)

      The feud crossed limits and the bunch of goons running the place started beating up my colleague - rest o[censored]s who tried to save also got hit. (Meanwhile people who were waiting for their turn of carting were simply watching - such a shame) Suddenly we were surrounded by a bunch of 20 people, some of them with iron rods and most of them either drunk or drugged - it took a lot of coercing from some of our folks to cool the mob and get the team out of this place. It took us almost 40 minutes to get out of this place safely. All this while, we kept trying the Marathahalli police station phone - no one answered (Well done Bangalore police!)

      This is a first time we have had such an experience anywhere in Bangalore - we have never feared as customers in understanding what we get for our money, but we have never seen anything as ugly as this. Its been more than 12 hours now, but all o[censored]s are still in a state of shock on how this could happen to people who never sought trouble.

        I was looking for a Laptop and i came across an advertisement of Ezone in Mumbai Mirror (last page) on 22nd April 2011. I was interested in the HP laptop (MRP 22990) advertised in it. On Saturday i visited the Ezone website to check other available options.I found the HP G42-458TU Notebook PC + Philips Spa 3210/10 2.0 Speaker - product meeting my requirements.The same was priced at Rs.33990/- with Free Shipping.

        Yesterday (24/04/2011) i visited Ezone outlet at Oberoi Mall (Goregaon E), Mumbai. I was surpised to see the MRP of the same product (HP G42-458TU Notebook PC) being displayed as Rs.35490. I enquired about the advertised product and their your executive Mr. Gauri Shankar confirmed that the same was not yet available at the stores. I then enquired about the "HP G42-458TU Notebook PC", initially the executive refused to agree that there can't be any price difference between online and showroom prices. I asked him to check online the price for the same. He was surpised to see the price difference. He initally agree to match the online offer and asked me to wait. He cam back after 15 mins to tell me that Ezone charges Rs1000/- for shipping. I told him that the concerned product qualifies for Free Shipping. He checked online and asked me to wait. Again after 15 mins he came to confirm that the best price he can offer is Rs.35000/-

        I opted not to buy the product and i felt cheated by the Ezone team.

        My concerns :
        Misleading advertisements in Leading newpapers,
        Why is an advertisement is placed in Leading newpapers when the product itself is not available at stores.
        Why is there a price difference of same product online and stores. ( infact at stores the price should be less, as delivery is at customers hand)
        Poor product knowledge of staff at ezone stores
        Very Poor customer treatment at the stores.

        This a clear case of misleading advertisement through electronic and print media. Please guide/suggest me for further course of action.

          Hi,

          I booked and payed for the SONY LCD. I wanted the delivery next day at any cost. The attendent promised me that it will be delivered tomorrow along with the airtel DTH and it will be wall mounted by evening. he even called up airtel guy (may be a fake call) and told me that Airtel guys agreed to install the DTH in a day.
          Next day I received a call from him saying he cannot deliver the LCD today for no reason. After chasing a lot I finally got the TV at my home, I even had to call the person (Tempowala). But to my surprise they have not delevered the Airtel not even the coupan as according to the deal airtel is free with SONY LCD. Now that guy is asking me to collect the coupan from store and said it was not available so he did not delievered along with TV.

          The SONY guys who came to wall mount even said the eZONE service is worst in Pune and lot of customers are complaining about them.

          So beware before you buy anything from Ezone.

          I ordered SamsungWF8558QMW8 5.5 FAFL on 22.6 and was delivered on 28.6. Since then no one came from the company to install it. I have been calling them nearly 60 times from yesterday and I was promised someone will come by 8p.m and install the washing machine. (buyer order#[protected]sup ref#[protected] since the service is so bad i would like to return the product to ezone and i have complained in every available domain.Please let me know how to return the product to ezone and will you please credit my money back.

            Hello All,

            It has been very dissatisfied service from Ezone retail store located at Senapati bapat road, pantaloon mall, Pune. I had bought a 37" Samsung LED from them and it got failed during the demo and installation itself, I asked for a replacement to the store manager and from that time this Guys have been faking around with a promise of replacement. They took my piece back and didnt get back for 1 day and then same piece has been delivered.

            I have been calling them but store manager not picking up the call and others just forwarding me here and there without any solution, I have been left with the same old box of TV.

            I have decided to move to the consumer forum for this grievance. What a low quality of service from Future group. I Really want to warn other people who are planning to buy any products from them it is honestly suggested to not buy any product from this EZone Store.

            I really feel Cheated after buying a product from Ezone. They really have a fraudent attitue. I just wanted to spread a word so I am putting this blog on every website so that i can save many people from buying anything fron Ezone, India.

            What the low quality of service CAN SOMEBODY PROVIDE ME THE NUMBER OR CONTACT OF ANY ONE WHO IS THE "HEAD OF OPERATION IN INIDA FOR EZONE". ????????????????????????

            totally agree. I am facing same problem, I bought whirpool fridge on 26th Jan . After so many follow up on 14th, they delivered my fridge.

            They had sent the demo peace to me which is faulty and NOT working.

            I have done so many follow up but no responce I got till yet. Poorest service I ever recived by any retail chain.

              A program named Gagdet Guru was aired in the channel TV9 dated 23rd January 2011.

              This advertises a Microsoft XBOX Kinect at a great price of Rs. 9900 (at 8.02 seconds) and at the Ezone centers in Hyderabad mentioned (9:48 seconds).

              On approaching Ezone, they claim they have never heard of such an offer and neither are they willing to acknowledge the same. We were literally ridiculed stating to get our facts straight.

              I write this in anticipation of an action to be taken or to guide me in the right direction. Looking forward to this.

                Pls beware of buying products from Ezone...they might sell the products giving misleading information. Below is the mail I had sent to Ezone management explaining how I was duped by Ezone salesman...but till now ...nothing has been done ! ...I'd suggest ...better buy products from CROMA which has a much better customer-vendor relationship and good after sales support !


                ========= Mail to EZONE dated 28th Nov 2010 ===============

                Hi,

                I purchased a Microsoft Mouse and Chamalion Rechargable battery+charger set on
                23/11/2010 (Cash Memo# T12/1947; Tin No - [protected]) for Rs1745/-. Before buying
                I had the following two queries and i had decided to buy the above products only if my
                requirements are fulfilled.

                1) I already had a MS wireless mouse. My query was if I buy a new MS wireless mouse,
                whether new mouse's USB drive can be used in my old MS mouse. The sales man confidently
                convinced that that it would definitely work. So, instead of purchasing a cheaper mouse
                (such as logitech etc), I purchased MS mouse for Rs 950/- hoping that I can use the USB
                drive in my old mouse. Upon using I found that it is not working. The salesman had lied to
                me.

                2) The second product I purchased was Chamelion rechargable battery with charger. My
                query was how do I know if the battery is fully charged or not. The salesman again
                confidently convinced me that after full recharged, the red LEDs in the charger would turn
                green. I reconfirmed from him that I would only buy this product only if it gives an
                indication after full charge. After using, I found that the model BC-100 is not giving any
                such indication. When I went through the manual (which was inside package), I found that
                this model does not support my requirement. At that moment, I was really pissed off... the
                salesman has again duped me. I really regretted of buying this costly product for Rs 795/-
                which does not have the basic requirement. There are many models available in the market
                half the price of this one which has such indicators.

                Honestly, I feel like being cheated by EZONE. They had duped me giving false and incorrect
                information about proudts. My concerns:-

                a) Are the salesmen trained by EZONE management to tell lies to sell products or they have
                limited knowledge on products? If they have limited knowledge, then why the customer is
                taken for granted? I have wasted Rs.1745/- because of your salesman foolishness or say
                cunningness.

                b) Would EZONE management consider to replace the products with products fulfilling my
                requirements or refund back my money? If not, I would have no option left but to post my
                concerns on various forums to let people know to beware of buying products from EZONE.

                c) To be honest, if I compare EZONE with CROMA, RELIANCE DIGITAL's service, I have never
                experienced such lousy selling techniques used by their executives. I remember, I bought a
                HT phone from CROMA...that phone didn't have few features which I had asked the
                salesman...CROMA executive offered to return money the next day. When I asked them the
                reason, they told me "CUSTOMER SATISFACTION IS MORE IMPORTANT FOR CROMA" ... I was
                really touched to see this...I think EZONE should learn from it's competitor...anyways...I hope
                you people would unsertand my concern and would such take steps to my satisfaction to
                continue vendor-customer relationship.

                I expect your response at the earliest.

                I ordered Korya 1 ton Window AC from EZone which is Kalyan Metro Mall. I asked sales rep will I get free installation so the rep said yes you get free installation. Ac got delivered on saturday 7th May 2011 so the delivery guty told us tht installers will come within 24 hrs. I waited for installers for more than 36 hrs even installers didnt come by sunday evening. Finally I had to call to ezone for installers. Finally installer called me saying that can we come the next day i.e on tuesday to install ac i said no i want the ac installed today i cant wait any more. Installer came and ac was installed bt they were asking for 500/- Rs as an installation fee i told them installation is free bt was nt ready to listen. I didnt gave them money n called ezone store even the manager from ezone was saying that we dont give free installation for window ac. so i told him that i wont pay him bcoz i was informed that installation is free so manager replied that i[censored] dont pay him then they might give problem later on for the service.
                I m thinking i shouldnt buy tht ac from ezone

                  Please do not buy anything from ezone kolkata (homeland), the sales people are shameless & big time liars. They would offer & quote wrong prices, would promise cheapest rate and within some time with a SMILE they will change their tone. I thought Prakash got this problem but even the floor managers are liars. The price of all the prod...ucts are higher than offered by other nearby shops. They promised me a on-spot gift if I show them invoice of another shop from where I purchased an electronic product at much lower cost. (they dont require any xerox copy of bill). Inspite of showing the bill the gift was never delivered/given and asked me to take any action whatever possible. Please check local electronic shops efore buying any good from ezone.

                    The product i received was defective!

                    The futurebazar has taken back the product but is not giving me the date of receiving fresh product even a confirmation about the same is not given

                    The call center is utterly unhelpful in this regard.

                    The money has already been charged from my account.

                    I would suggest others to be cautious while making purchase from them

                      Dear All,

                      I have a very bad experience with E zone electronics show room, from Jayanagar Bangalore. I had booked Wirlpool washing machine with commitment from E zone to deliver product within 48 Hrs which got delivered after 10 days from booking, that too after repeated daily followup.

                      Secondly on product demo after delivery and warranty i am still following up with e Zone and i dont have any answer from shop. It is rediculous.

                      I please suggest consumers not to buy any products from e zone.

                      eZone — Late Delivery and Installation

                      Hi

                      One more pathetic service example from EZONE HYDERABAD.

                      I had purchased LG's Home Theater from EZONE Hyderabad around a week ago. Dealer told us that we will send the executive and product tomorrow for installation. But now its more than a week no one had came even after raising the complaint a lot of times to Dealer (EZONE). They always commit that we will send today and tomorrow but not yet being done.

                      Would request to please keep this in mind while reaching Ezone for shopping

                        M/s. Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd issued me gift vouchers of e-zone. Voucher nos. [protected]/17/18 of Rs. 1000 each, issue date 22.10.2010 and valid for 6 months.

                        I visited e-zone at Raghuleela Mall, Vashi yesterday 31.10.2010. I was told that these vouchers are not accepted at Vashi and I have to visit e-zones at other places like chembur/ Kandivali.

                        Dis-honor of these gift vouchers totally overshadowed our enthuziasm for the shopping.

                        Please clarify.

                        It is not possible for me to go to Chembur or Kandivali now.
                        Please let me know if I can use them out of Mumbai.

                          To Whom it may concern:

                          I would like to lodge an official complaint with my experiences with EZone in Powai.

                          A quick brief of the issue.

                          Two weeks ago a purchase order for a Samsung Plasma TV was made at Ezone Powai with a delivery time of 10 days.

                          On day 10, no call was returned to me. I spent the next 2 hours chasing the store (1 hour just to have someone pick up the phone!) in order to find out if a delivery was going to be made today or not. Eventually after a great deal of stress, as I even had to go to the store just to get such a simple query resolved, I was told an additional four days would be required. The shop wasn’t even courteous enough to update me on the delay.

                          Four days later. No updates, no calls. I spent the better part of 2 hours in the morning trying to get hold of someone either at the store, or directly no the store manager’s number. Unfortunately no success. So at this stage I will be cancelling the order and promising myself, no matter what the promise on the surface, I for one will never buy another item from eZone again.

                          I think it is such a shame that your manager and the complete store has no knowledge of customer relations. On a personal note, it is a greater shame that eZone occupies such a local location when other companies with better customer care could cater to the needs of Hiranandani Gardens residents.

                          I’ll be posting my complaint on a number of forums and will attempt to highlight my story to the local society communications in greater detail.

                              I want to file a cheating complain against eZone ( Futurebazaar ) .

                              1) eZone/Futurebazaar :- Total loss of INR 59,040. I have bought 3 items & received only 1.

                              I) They charged me 11250/- for a Seagate External 1 TB Hard Disk which is avilable anywhere in the market for 7300 to 8500/- .So, they charged me more than 3950/- for a 8500/- worth of product.And to add to injury the product came DOA ( Dead on Arrival ) .i called & E Mailed them several times but they are not giving me my money back.

                              II ) I bought a Dell Laptop worth 42,990 from eZone using a Prepaid card & they told me that they will be shipping me my Laptop soon but on the same day itself , i logged-in to my eZone account & found they cancelled my Laptop order.When i called , someone put me on hold for 30 minutes ( That's 30 Rupees STD charges ) & told me that my payment was not processed.so, they cancelled my order & told me that they will be refunding themoney back to my card but as everyone knows that Prepaid Virtual Cards can not get refunds on them so i've lost all the money spend on the laptop.I ordered the Laptop after confirming with them that i can pay with Prepaid cards & they also told me that the Laptop is in stock.

                              III ) I also bought a 4GB Ipod Shuffle which is showing as shipped but i have not got that yet.

                              I want my full money back through cheque or Demand Draft or Money Order from Futurebazaar.Or if money back is not possible then i will want to receive the products which i have paid for with my hard-earned money.I run a small shop in my house ( Compu - World ) & these amounts i have paid were the orders for my customers.I have paid Futurebazaar with a Prepaid Virtual Card after confirming with them that buying is allowed with a Prepaid card.Now , if Futurebazaar don't provide me the products or give me mymoney back , that simple means i will have to pay the damages to my customers from my own pocket.And why should i do that ? I'm not rich that i can bear a loss of nearly 59000. I myself need money for my Transplant.

                              Firstly, request you to kindly accept our apologies for the inconvenience caused regarding the orders placed online on Shopping Online | Shopping Websites in India | Online Store | Shop Online – Future Bazaar.

                              I am extremly sorry that a defective 'Seagate 2.5' 1 TB freeagent Hard Drive' was delivered to you against the order number [protected]. Let me assure you that we maintain rigid inspection standards, but occasionally an imperfection does slip by, as it unfortunately did in this case. As per your request, we have dispatched a replacement via Aramex courier airway bill number [protected] and the same is delivered on 15th September 2010. The other product 'Apple Shuffle MB867ZP/A 4 GB iPod' was shipped and delivered on 30th August 2010 via Aramex courier airway bill number [protected].

                              Further, regret to inform you that the order for the product 'Dell Studio S561013IN8 14 Laptop' could not be processed. I confirm that the refund against the same is already done from our end on 30th August 2010. Kindly find below the refund details for your reference :-

                              How a big company like Future bazaar could not even make their delivery promptly for a single order out of three orders made by a single customer. Me as a owner of a online shopping website could say that this is totally not possible for me to accept a payment without sending the correct item ordered. My payment gateway company will not allow accepting a customer's money into my account without delivery proof.
                              Future Bazaar must implement the same procedure on their payment processing.
                              In the above complaint the customer clearly told that, he made the payment by prepaid cash card ( Not credit card). But the "Team Future Bazaar" replied that they refunded their money to the credit card account. I don't believe this.
                              Also I suspect this company because of the prices they listed on their website. Some items are not clear with missing model number, mismatched specifications and much more less than the market price which is totally not possible to sell on that price.
                              I think that this is some kind of marketing strategy. May be by showing less price for products on their website which are searched highly on the internet may pull more customers to their shopping mall. Also I believe that they don't care much about their online customers.

                                Hi,

                                I purchased an LCD from ezone on 15-Aug-2010 and was promised by the sales man (Kazi) that the tv will be installed at my home by 18-Aug.
                                Later when i called him up at ezone, he said, he had registered with sony on 15-Aug itself. Then when i called up sony, i was told that ezone registered with them only on 17-Aug.
                                Now sony is saying its not there problem and nobody has came for registration till 19-Aug-2010 today morning at 12:40 PM.
                                This is a very bad service experience from ezone and Sony itself.
                                Please look into this and take necessary action if possible, so as to improve service and at least ezone should not do false promises.

                                but after charging the battery of phone at home i found some text messages saved in drafts on date 04/11/2011 which proves that this phone was already used. This matter should be viewed seriously and should be clarified.

                                I bought LG 42LS5700 LED TV from Ezone Goregaon Shop.
                                I was misrepresented while selling the above TV as was not told that an Extra LG toggle may be required for Internet wireless connectivity. After installation, we were told by the Installation person that an Extra Toggle was required for this. This is totally Unacceptable and LG should improve the customer service and not Mis-represent customers.

                                  I've placed an order for a Sony Ericsson K200i with Ezone on 28/7/2010. Payment has also been done the same day and informed to the sales executive who took my order. However the payment was not updated in their records. After 7 days delivery time when I didn't receive my order I called the customer care and they informed me that the payment has not been received. I once again gave them the payment details. I even mailed them the bank payment slip. Till date I have not received my order.

                                  absolutely right, ezone / futuerbizarre has the tendency to advertise those things which are not with them or their vendors and one a customer has placed the order they will make big promises of delivering the goods withing 7 days and then 21 days and then they will simply say extremely sorry. My advise refrain from doing any shopping from ezone / futurebazarre.

                                  I had ordered a videocon mobile which they delivered in 2 days. But after receiving the "sealed" box, I found that it was more than a year old. Also, the mobile had a defect - frequently hanged and the keypad became non-functional. Calling/Mailing the ezoneonline's customer care not at all helped, as they said now its not our responsibility, you need to visit the service centre!

                                  Had I not ordered from this "ezoneonline", I would have got an actually sealed phone, without defects.

                                  There are numerous shopping websites available, go buy from there.., but never opt for EZONEONLINE !

                                    Hi,

                                    I purchased an Onkyo HT-S3100 from ezone Jayanagar (Bangalore) on 31/07/2010. I went into the store with zero knowledge about Home Theatre Systems. So, I was completely relying on the advice of their sales representatives. However, I did have my requirements clear:

                                    1) It should completely support all Audio Formats playable by my PS3 (Playstation 3)
                                    2) It should be in the range of around 35 k.
                                    3) It should not be very loud as my living room is medium sized.
                                    4) It should ideally support multi-HDMI in.

                                    Keeping my requirements in mind I should have been suggested to go for the Onkyo HT-S3300 but was suggested to go for the HT-S3100 instead. I believe this was because of the following reasons:

                                    1) The HT-S3100 is a dying model and ezone/Onkyo want to clear this product in the indian market. This model is not sold in the global markets any more.
                                    2) ezone does not sell HT-S3300, which I believe is because it will hamper the sales of HT-S3100 (Product Cannibalization)

                                    When I enquired about the difference between HDMI Input and Optical/Coaxial Input I was told that there is no difference and HDMI only carries the added advantage of supporting Video. This obviously was a gross misinformation because Optical Input does not support half the formats played out of my PS3. Now I have invested INR 19000.00 which does not support half of my requirements and feel I have been cheated and taken for a ride. I have already installed the system and discarded the box since the compatibility issues were not known to me right away but only after I started facing issues with no sound and then researching the internet.

                                    I have also sent a number of emails to this id :[protected]@ezoneindia.com but have not received any response from them. I went in to the store and spoke to the guys personally and they are unwilling to refund my money as I have discarded the box.

                                    I have been completely taken for a ride because of the unethical business practices of ezone and Onkyo.

                                    There must be a problem with your ps3 optical out.
                                    I've been eyeing this system for a long time since i 1st saw it in chennai last year at croma and R/Digital. Tried a demo at both & the set sounded excellent for movies, saw x-men at RD.
                                    Planning an online buy during diwali from ezone if the price drops below 18k.
                                    There are many sets that support hdmi for video only.
                                    Hdmi audio support comes at a price, extra cables included. I'm building my ht setup part by part. Will make my pc a htpc. Got a Creative x-fi 5.1 usb soundcard from dubai for 2.7k, that's got optical out. All i need is a graphics card for 2.5k with hdmi. And a full hd 32" lcd. Already have a wireless kb/ mouse. That'd make a good funtional home theatre for a tight budget.

                                      I ordered a Sony Vaio laptop on 13th June, paid for it, but even after one month, my laptop is yet to be delivered!! Whenever I try to contact them, the customer care staff promise to deliver my laptop, but that is a false promise!! Everyone should stay away from Futurebazaar/Ezoneonline!
                                      I have placed 2 orders online with ezoneonline.co.in (order numbers [protected] on 21Jul10 and [protected] on 22Jul10). Both the orders ended up in some error and my credit card was charged blocked for the amount.

                                      I have been calling up these people and nobody gives a proper response. Its almost 3 weeks, I have not got my money back.

                                      The ezone online is a big fraudulent group

                                        Ezone and Futurebazaar are big cheaters. Do not purchase anything from their website.
                                        Ezone had advertized their zero margin sale in June 2010 and gained publicity by advertising that they are offering products at zero margin and not keeping any profit for them. This was just a publicity stunt as they cancelled all the orders later or provided the replacement with local brand products which were no way matching with the products ordered and where they saw good porofit margins. When I looked at their website (www.futurebazaar.com) during the sale I saw the prices were really competitive and I ordered 11 different products during this sale. Order numbers:

                                        After couple of days when I saw my orders in still progress state I called them to follow-up on my orders they kept me on hold for long, asked for all my order number and said they will get back by tomorrow. They did not turn back and I mailed them, they replied next day saying that only 2 orders are in stock they will ship it immediately and rest 9 orders they will ship in 5 days. They did not ship even a single product and then I started following every day and they started making new pretence every day. I finally got email from them today saying that some orders are cancelled and some they are giving the replacement with all local and cheap brands. For LG and Usha brands products they are giving Koryo brand products as replacement and that too with MRP much less than the products which I had ordered. I told them I am ready to wait for some time till they arrange those products but still they cancelled my order. After I order was confirmed online I sold my all old items which I had ordered thinking that I will receive them in a week time as they offer 7 days delivery guarantee but I did not get even a single product. Also, they did not send 50% money back which they publish on their site that if the product is not delivered in 7 days they will offer discount couple worth 50% of the product value.

                                        Is not Ezone and Futurebazaar together playing games with customers. Is it the way to deal with customers? Don’t you think that Zero margin sale was just a publicity stunt because they did not give even a single product as promised and made the customers follow-up with them every day with no result at all. Those who did not order any product during this sale may be thinking that they offered the products at a very cheap price but background really is totally different. Customers are given with local brand products at the print of renowned brand products and did not get what they order. I am going to register online consumer court complaint against them if I do not order my orders or replacement orders of my choice within one week time. Those who are also cheated, please mail me at [protected]@yahoo.com so that we can register a joint case against them.
                                        Same case with me. Highly unprofessional.
