Hi ,
I have placed the order at Future Bazzar(Ezone online) for a Usha 2372 Sandwich Toaster the amount was been deducted from my amount at the time of purchase. Now after so many days I have recived a mail that they are out of stock they are providing me with Koryo KST 17 Sandwich maker. This is not acceptable.
This is something like booking a flight ticket and since flight is not avaiavble you they providing me a second class train ticket.
I have even told them That i m ready to wait for the product but still they are not ready to do that also,.

Future bazaar Ezone — Damaged Product and Poor Customer Service

Last month we purchased a number of Electronics from Ezone a part of Future Bazaar Group of Companies

We purchased a 40" Samsung LCD, A 1.5 Ton Samsung AC, and some more electronics from them. We were quite happy with the offers and discounts that Ezone offered us.

However after making the purchase and giving full payment for the above mentioned goods, we were highly disappointed with the products and services that Ezone has delivered.

The 40" Samsung LCD which was delivered and installed turned out to be defective with a scratch on the screen. We immediately informed the concerned people at the store about the defective piece. They were apologetic and assured us on phone that the LCD wold be replaced withing 2-3 days. The same was followed up with an email confirming that they would replace the LCD as soon as fresh stock arrives.

After a week of waiting when we contacted the Ezone store again and they said they would be sending the new LCD in 4 days. We did not hear anything from the store on the said date and so we called once more. Upon calling we were told that even though the store had received fresh stock, our new LCD had still not arrived and that he will let us know when they can deliver.

Not only was there a problem with the LCD, even when we received the Samsung AC, we found that the indoor unit was simply bubble wrapped and not box packed and the outdoor unit which apparently was box packed was missing the AC Remote and the Installation Kit comprising of the coil. This suggested that even the outdoor unit was a tampered piece and not a fresh company sent box packed piece. Because of these missing things, the installation of the AC took 7 hours.

In these 7 hours we were completely harassed in try to call the store to ask why are these pieces missing and in trying to hold back the Samsung company AC installation people. Only after creating a scene, Ezone sent across the missing parts.

Our experience with Ezone is absolutely disgusting and we would definitely not want to deal with them again. We are only waiting for them to replace the Samsung LCD soon so that we can end this chapter once and for all. I think every should be made aware of this problem that onc could face with Ezone.

    I bought Eureka Forbes Aquacare UV Water Purifier FBID: 2563851 online from ezone below are the order details Order Number:[protected] , Order Placed on: 16.06.2010
    I received the courier on 19.06.2010. Since then I am following constantly following with Eureka Forbes and eZone to get the water purifier installed.

    On 19.06.2010
    I called eureka helpline Delhi no[protected] around( 5: 45 PM) no one picked the phone
    On 21.06.2010
    I called eureka helpline Delhi no[protected] around( 10 AM) , they gave Ludhiana number and asked to contact on.
    On calling ludhiana eureka helpline.. they said the product I got is a dealer model, they cant do anything
    I also tried reaching dealer helpline no response.
    On 22.06.2010.. got a ref no F0137 from ezone( Noida helpline centre") and they ensured the purifier will be installed within 24 hrs.
    No response from any one. When I call Ezone they put on call on hold for long and ask for details again and again.
    It seems there is no answer to the installation of the purifier.

    I tried to look for customer complaint centre on eureka Forbes and ezone site, no link was there.
    Calling on helpline no positive response
    I even send feedback on ezone. No action observed

    I bought Bajaj coolest New DC 2004 e zone .this details invoice no and ordered placed 8 june 2015 .I have receive danage wheel .
    I called bajaj helpline he is saying chargeable .this product have not waranty wheel

    Please suggest how can be not possible this things

      IVE PURCHASE(nokia gsm mobile 5220) ONE PRODUCT FROM www.ezone.futurebazaar.com on 18/06/2010 ive make payment from credit card
      after that ive got mail for confirmation of my order nd ill got u within 7 days u ill get this

      after 3 days no docket no received ive called to call centre they have asked me ur product is not avaliable in gujrat warehouse so we r arranging from south it ill took 2 days more

      after 7 days of order today ive called them for status they r saying this product is not available now we r offering onether product so this is complitly cheting case

      because that day on 18/06/2010 product of Rs 8200 around they have offer me @ 3500 with 60% discount
      now they r asking me to replase me product of[protected] range only
      but ive ask for product which ive order that i want so thaey have refuse me nd when ive ask them to ill go to consumer forum so he has ask me u can do it we have no problem

      what can i do i dont under stand

      I have placed 2 orders online with ezoneonline.co.in (order numbers [protected] on 21Jul10 and [protected] on 22Jul10). Both the orders ended up in some error and my credit card was charged blocked for the amount.

      I have been calling up these people and nobody gives a proper response. Its almost 3 weeks, I have not got my money back.

      The ezone online is a big fraudulent group

        Dear Sir/Madam,

        I wanted to highlight one of the biggest scam done by Future group (ezone.futurebazaar.com) in India.
        They had cheated the Indian civilian on the name of eZone anniversary.
        They had sold thousand of expensive products online on 2 days anniversary sale (12 & 13th June). I had also purchased the following products (which includes refrigerator, vacuum cleaner, electric shavers,steam iron, mobile phone etc.). The order number of those products are mentioned bellow.

        I had spend total of Rs. 20,000/- on these items. I had purchased these items on first day of the sale. But then they had extended this sale for another week. These items were remain listed during entire sale period. These items are listed even after the sale i.e. these are even listed till now.
        But when I see no update on the order, I started calling Future bazaar customer care. Please note that, I made several STD calls from Bangalore as their customer care number is of Mumbai. That is also a chargeable number.
        I had spend thousand of rupees on STD calls & my valuable time. Their customer care put everyone on long waiting after connecting. Sometimes the wait goes beyond 30-40 minutes in a single call. I had already spent thousand of rupees on these calls & that too just to know that, these products are not in stock.

        What a cheating, I had purchased these products on first day (in fact midnight when they started sale). That means I am among those very few customers, who purchased the products earlier than any other. Then how come these products are out of stock for me, even if these are still listed on their website? And also, as I had purchased much early, these should be out of stock for others who purchased later than me.
        But these are still listed, that means, Future Group is trying to get as much money as they can & then fly away.

        DO we have any rights/law in India to protect online customers from such a big level fraud?
        I think, Indian government support these businessmen & not the customers.

        By the way, by mistake they delivered mobile phone, but that is a defective piece & nothing more than a junk. I suspect if I get a refund of that. That mobile is not working at all & just keeps on hanging whenever I try to make a call or receive a call. This is a crap of worth rupees 2200/-. I has already sent many mails to them on this. But no reply. Customer Care as usual don't respond to the calls & just put on hold.

        I want my products ASAP, or the 200% money back as the torture penalty. Also the time & money I spent on the calls/emails on their customer support.

        Please highlight this scam to each & every civilian in India & expose Future Group.

        Phillips/ eZone — DVD player not working

        Hi,
        I purchased a Phillips DVD player from eZone - City Center, Hyderabad on August 08. The model number is 3166. I played it a couple of times and after that there was no sound coming. I took it to the service center in Nampally and they did some kind of temp fix. Its still not working and when I went to eZone, they said" We cant do anything. Take it to the service center". That is stupid. Why the hell should I go to a service center for a product which i purchased hardly 5 months ago!!
        toally agree, i thought i was the only one. facing exactly the same problem except that i bougt only a single item( Morphy richads electric cooker) they gave a 7 day delivery guarantee but its been 11 days. order no:[protected]

        Ezone had advertized their zero margin sale in June 2010 and gained publicity by advertising that they are offering products at zero margin and not keeping any profit for them. This was just a publicity stunt as they cancelled all the orders later or provided the replacement with local brand products which were no way matching with the products ordered and where they saw good porofit margins. When I looked at their website (www.futurebazaar.com) during the sale I saw the prices were really competitive and I ordered 11 different products during this sale. Order numbers:

        After couple of days when I saw my orders in still progress state I called them to follow-up on my orders they kept me on hold for long, asked for all my order number and said they will get back by tomorrow. They did not turn back and I mailed them, they replied next day saying that only 2 orders are in stock they will ship it immediately and rest 9 orders they will ship in 5 days. They did not ship even a single product and then I started following every day and they started making new pretence every day. I finally got email from them today saying that some orders are cancelled and some they are giving the replacement with all local and cheap brands. For LG and Usha brands products they are giving Koryo brand products as replacement and that too with MRP much less than the products which I had ordered. I told them I am ready to wait for some time till they arrange those products but still they cancelled my order. After I order was confirmed online I sold my all old items which I had ordered thinking that I will receive them in a week time as they offer 7 days delivery guarantee but I did not get even a single product. Also, they did not send 50% money back which they publish on their site that if the product is not delivered in 7 days they will offer discount couple worth 50% of the product value.


        Is not Ezone and Futurebazaar together playing games with customers. Is it the way to deal with customers? Don’t you think that Zero margin sale was just a publicity stunt because they did not give even a single product as promised and made the customers follow-up with them every day with no result at all. Those who did not order any product during this sale may be thinking that they offered the products at a very cheap price but background really is totally different. Customers are given with local brand products at the print of renowned brand products and did not get what they order. I am going to register online consumer court complaint against them if I do not order my orders or replacement orders of my choice within one week time. Those who are also cheated, please mail me at [protected]@yahoo.com so that we can register a joint case against them.
        I have been duped as well.. One June 12, I ordered 2 racold water heater for Rs 8, 460 order no. [protected], and the item was actually shipped to me on June 16, but then i found that the delivery order did not come with product serial no., so there was no way for me to know what was actually shipped was what i got. There is always a possibility that someone replacing the product in transit, which may be from the company itself. I got further suspicious because one product was packaged properly, while the other just came with a cello tape.. I refused to accept the order, unless it was opened infront of me to see what is inside. The blue dart delivery guy opened it, and what we found was broken pieces of heater. Well, i asked the delivery guy to take back both the packages, i didn't even bother to open the other one. June 16 itself I reported the problem to ezone customer care, and what followed afterwards was only one sided followup, and June 28th the order was eventually cancelled. On my regular followup with them I came to know that order is cancelled as they no longer have stock. And now its in the process of refund, which I have been told that will take another one week.

        I will be raising this issue at online website with ministry of consumer affairs. You can also send an email directly to [protected]@core.nic.in

        It would be could to have a legal claim against this fraud (without adding adjectives) -
        1. Defficiency of service in furnishing the customer order
        a. Product given did not meet the promised quality
        b. Excessive delay in furnishing the order
        c. Mental harrassement to customer
        2. Fraud - Ezone charging the money at the time of placing the order, but when they refuse to give the order due to issue of stock not being available, they are liable to pay the Principal amount along with daily interest charchable at the market rate. There is a high possibility that they may be using my money to fund their own business interest.

        PS: If i am able to get my case registered, it will be only a matter of time that this news will be on front page of TOI, and futurebazzar will need atleast 3 more years to get back the lost customers..

        EZONE you are in trouble... because you never expected that the same internet you use to dupe people, can also cause your business to shutdown, atleast temporarily.

        So friends lets start sending some complaints to consumer forum at the ministry of consumer affairs.

        Ezone / Futurebazaar — non delivery in 4 weeks

        EZONE is complete fraud... pls beware before ordering......

        My original order for a philips DVD player was order num [protected], for which payment was made on June 18..which is a good 4 weeks ago...on jun 21 they packed my shipment via Aramex (their "trusted" logistics partner) My shipment was stuck at some sales tax dept at Calcutta for 2 weeks... stilll i had to call aramex and ezone everyday to find out.. not even once on their own did Ezone call me to update..for a good part of the 2 weeks no one had any clue where my product is...
        Then when i ordered an instant refund, did they suddenly wake up and ordered a fresh order. Nw it gets even worse.. The invoice for this order states [protected], and delivery from Oberoi mall (goregaon east) to my home in goregaon west, which is less than 2 kms...this invoice was generated on Wed, jul 7, 2010 ....and with complete assurance from Ezone that it will be delivered in 2 days... To prove their inefficiency they once again gave this highly complicated job to Aramex... today is sat eve, 4 days after so called assurance from Ezone that i will get my product and i am still to get it...
        so consumers pls do not go and order at ezoneonline.. they have absolutely no clue what they r doing, no clue of logistics need to be handled..
        so shop at yur own risk.....better would be go to any normal store personally and take delivery.. or else like me waste 1 hr for 4 weeks calling up Ezone and their esteeemed logistic partner (like Aramex) where delivery boys make new bahanas every day (like "i dont have any delivery boys for that area so can be delivered only day after tomorrow")...
        shopping with ezoneonline will teach u hw to reach new lows everyday in customer satisfaction...

        the uk mobile company is a fraud company dont buy any electonic item from them they will give u offers first and they will take lot of money custom charges 30,000 and clearance charges 25,000 airport documentstion charges 15,000
        demurage charges 22,000.

        dont buy any item and any thing from any online or add based company

        they will tell to transfer monye to account nmber dont transfer it from any company

          genarally any laptop has an 1 year warranty from date of purchase but in hp service data base this warranty is expired on[protected] means 1 year ago from date of purcahse, and in hp live chat agent said that this is an u.s notebook,

          HP service dealer says that this position is possible in way if e zone may sell late sell to the customer means at the time of purchase they can't give a right information,

            Recently I went to buy LG microven as Ezone gave an offer (mentioned in newspaper) of some free goodies.
            The price during the offer mentioned as 15,990/- But from from their price list only I clearly saw that the price before the offer is 14,200/- while from LG showroom, I am able to buy for 13,000/-.
            This is not the first time I am seeing Ezone playing such tricks. I don't know what they think of consumers to be?

              i had bought a air conditioner from ezone omr road. Customers please do not buy ac s from this shop as they do not call in the respective company techicians to install the product. They proudly tell you that they have their own dedicated team to install the ac s. But the sad story is their so called dedicated team is utter waste. and their product SENSEI ac is also worthless. the team arrived to fix the ac after 2 days and they were mere unprofessoinal handymen who dont know what they are doing. they broke the electrical wiring in my hosue made holes in the wall and then found out the stabilizer is not working and left the place dint even care to clean up the mess.

              NOW COMES THE BEST PART. I CALLED UP EZONE AND WAS GIVEN THE ANSWER THAT ACCORDING TOT HEIR RULES ITS THE CUSTOMER PLEASE NOTE THE CUSTOMER HAS TO COME TO THE STORE AND COLLLECT THE NEW AIRCONDITIONER . okai since i had paid the cash i went to collect the stabilizer. now the so called dedicated team will never come back since they have so much work to fix the ac. its been more than a week since i bought the ac,
              EZONE IS A PLACE TO KEEP AWAY FROM I[censored] ARE BUYING ELECTRONICS. buy in a good shop and ask for the respective comapny technicians to fix the airconditioners.

              Fully agree, just had a similar experience with eZone T Nagar. The installation guy screwed the AC, and they refuse to replace the defective piece.
              E- Zone in OMR has the worst sales team, they act as if they own the store. They really don't know about the product they sell.

              Especially the ones at Home Theatre section, they have outdated Entry level systems and the sales guys think they are selling some hi-fi stuff and act funnily.

              These guys do not know that most of the OMR customers are well travelled and shopped in big electronic stores around the Globe like BEST BUY, CIRCUIT CITY etc

              E-zone management has to seriously look at educating the sales team on Customer handling OR they are sure to GO DOWN!!
              This place is run by Professionals {only for collecting the salary at end of the month}. This one on OMR Chennai is not a place you can expect any service as their salairies are paid end of the month if they sell/service or not.
              Poor administritive control, over staffed there were 8 guards on duty all at the same place near parking lot...same is true for the sales persons bunduled together asking the other to answer customer queries,

              Only Plus the display had a wide range.

              Conclusion, place to go look note the model number and than locate a shop and buy,

              This is going to be an loss making enterprise.
              I had bought a LG Refrigerator from the E zone OMR, received it with a scratched handle and took nearly 3 weeks to replace it, after continuous calls to the ezone office and the toll free number and the LG after sales service. The sales guy was very rude at the beginning, had to literally threaten him that i was recording the conversation after which he started behaving properly. The installation guys scratched my floor as they refused to lift the refrigerator and wud push it with a cardboard below. (the nails / stones under the cardboard scratched my flooring). Sick place to shop ...
              I ALSO BOUGHT ITEMS LIKE L.G (LED TV AND WASHING MACHINES) IN E-ZONE OMR AND MY ADVANCE RECEIPT (BILL NO ) IS [protected], E-ZONE GAVE ME WONDERFUL SERVICE LIKE SUGGESTING THE MODEL, BRAND, SPECIFICATIONS, ETC ... SALES STAFF AND CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVES ARE BEST STAFFS EVER I SAW IN RETAIL SHOPS.

              AS A RETAILER THEY BOOK CALL WITH CONCERN BRAND ON THAT DAY ITSELF AND THE TECHNICINE ALSO COME IN THE RIGHT TIME, I NEED TO THANK BOTH E-ZONE AS WELL AS L.G

              Brought an LCD from E-zone OMR Road in Chennai, It was promissed to deliver in a days time but they delivered after 2 Days that two after making 20-30 Phone calls.
              The product delivered was not in working condition and another 2 Days i'am following up for fixing the issue, but no response
              Buy product from E-zone you need to keep chasing them for delivery and service

              i have very bad exp in Ezone i ordered a whirlpool refrigerator 240ltr, i told tem clearly i don’t want display piece. Once i came 4m 2nd floor to ground floor i found packing old tv into new box for delivery. Immediately I got doubt and went back to refrigerator I dropped my visiting card in side the ice cube box with white stickers. The next day refrigerator has delivered in time and next whirlpool refrigerator guy came for demonstration it is not working any functionality, I immediately called them It seems it not new one. I went to e-zone about the complaint that it is not working and I need new one for replacement. When I went to see the display one it is not there. i shouted on the manger I clearly told that I don’t wont display piece you people send the display one for me. He told no sir we will not do like that, I told come with I will prove you, I dropped my visiting card in the ice cube box it will be there I will show you, I asked my wife check the ice cube box any this is the she told my visiting card is indie the box, she imd replayed that this 1 we dropped on that day into display piece it not new one.

              GOT THE e pass CARD VALID UNTIL 31ST MAY. YESTERDAY I WENT TO REDEEM MY GIFT- NO GIFTS AVAILABLE WITH THEM, THEY JUST SAID, GO TO BIG BAZAAR- VADAPALANI. I LIVE IN PALLIKARANAI SO OMR IS CLOSE TO ME, HENCE I WENT TO EZONE ON OMR. AT THAT TIME I WAS TOLD THAT I COULD REDEEM MY GIFT AT OMR ANYTIME BEFORE 31ST MAY 2011. WHAT KIND OF SERVICE DO THEY GIVE??? THEY PROMISE SOMETHING WHEN BUYING AND WHEN IT COMES TO SERVICE OR REDEEMING WHAT THEY PROMOSED THEY DIRECT YOU ELSE WHERE. i WOULD HAVE PURCHASED MY PRODUCT AT BIGBAZAAR...IF THAT WAS THE CASE . BUNCH OF FRAUDSTERS.
              Very bad customer service, Never buy electronics from this Shop.
              @therathna.. smartly played with the visiting card/. if they dont stick to ethics while selling stuff, they will simply turn in to one of the window shops wher people will come to see the stuff but never buy.

                Hi All,

                This is one bad experience I am sharing with u, which i had with E- Zone Bangalore, Rajajinagar Branch.

                Unfortunately one day i went there and purchased one Nokia Mobile 5030 express radio. They gave me one defective stock and i was not aware of that. just for 5 min i switched on the handset , checked it was working fine..
                Once i came home and stated using i faced one by one problem..I am unable to open the contacts, menu option, nothing is working . Its getting hang frequently......

                Next day morning when i went there and asked for replacement. That people started arguing and denied to give the replacement..they are not ready to give replacement and telling me to get doa certificate etc. etc. It was not even 20 hour of the purchase. They stated telling me to go to Nokia care and get it serviced or replacement.


                So i went to nokia care, the reliable service center. They told me that, as per the rules, the mobile should be replaced by the retailer ( Ezone) with in 24 hours of sale. So from there when i called to Ezone sales person jayraj( mob: [protected]) and asked him to speak with Nokia care people. he is not at all ready to listen their words and asking me to wait in that place only. Nokia people only replace and i cant do that he is telling.


                At last i didnt have any other option, so i requested nokia care people to replace the handset... After some day i got it replaced...Thanks to Nokia Care .

                This kind of worst service Ezone is providing to customer. Even they are not agreeing to follow the rules. After paying full money to ezone..i got my handset after 6 days...
                Please look in to this issue. and advise them not to create such type of problem with customer..

                  E -zone, Pune ( Ishanya mall) is soon going to run into a big problem.

                  I bought a Sony DAV - TZ 200 ( HOme theater),
                  Supplier ref: HT - CAS - 4, Invoice Number:[protected] on date[protected].

                  Till date no one came in to install it and give a demo. As a result the home theater is in original packed position and its been more than 1 month that no one has taken up our case. We did register formal complaint with E-zone staff in Ishanyam - once with Mr. Jaymeen Shah ( the manager) and once with another staff: BUT NOTHING HAS PROGRESSED SO FAR.

                  Till now, we bought following from Ishanya in last 2 months :
                  1) 1 LG fridge ( about 600 lts)
                  2) 1 Samsung 42 inches LCD
                  3) 1 Panasonic 50 Inches LCD
                  4) 1 Onida 22 Inches LCD
                  5) 1 Microwave - samsung
                  6) 1 washing machine dryer
                  7) 1 Sony home theater.

                  In each of these cases, we faced the same problem. E Zone would not even take calls and take responsibility of delivery and installation. Instead they portray the inability to do anything.

                  Once sold E Zone is not responsible for delivery and then delivered in bad condition by some one else. Then there is no service or even demonstration.

                  I am planning to go legal finally ( having spent close to 2 lacs with them). Also bringign this out on this forum for benefit of others.
                  I found CROMA people much more responsible for their products and services.

                    I want the sum amount as penalty cost from company.

                    Hi,
                    This is with reference to Advance Receipt No - [protected], Dated - 07-Feb-2010. I have booked LG KP500 Cookie
                    (Golden Colour) mobile & it was intimated to us that we will get the mobile within 5 working days. We got a call on 11-Feb and we (myself & my pregnant wife) had gone to collect mobile at Miland Mall as i wanted to gift that mobile to my wife. When we reached on site, ezone executive was forcing us to take black colour mobile, where in we had booked golden color. We strongly refuse to take that mobile. This is very pathetic as I was confirmed before coming and they strongly replied that golden colour mobile is available. You should understand the customer need properly then only should ask to come.
                    I accept the mistake of ezone and requested to send the mobile through home delivery this time, but ezone executive refused to give home delivery, as they told that policy does not allow to give home delivery till full payment is made. I accepted the request and made the full payment and I was this time again intimated that they will send the mobile by 15-Feb (Which is not a Valentine Day "I Guess ???" but again this time we got a call that colour is not available and were again forcing to take the black colour. We refused this time again and then they said they will send the mobile on 16-Feb.

                    Note - 16-Feb is not a Valentine Day, so it doesn't make any sense now to accept the mobile, as the value of the moment is not the same.

                    My wife being pregnant by 8 months traveled from vidyavihar to miland mall with high risk just because she wanted to see the surprise gift, which I planned to gift her at 12:00 am. I am sure you think, this is not ezone concern, but let me tell you this is not at all the valuable Customer Service. If you don't understand the customer feelings, then you don't have rights to open your outlet.

                      I have recently visited the ezone in regard of Republic Day offer. They have announced blindfold discount of 10%-60%. According to offer customer will get assured minimum flat 10% off on purchases made at EZONE. I thought of buying some camera and moblie. However when I visited the site today there is a big change in price.
                      Actual MRP for Sony Digital Camera model No DSC S930 is 5990 according to Sony Web Site, but they have listed MRP as 9990 and on that they are giving 20% off, yhis is also case with other models such as DSC W 180 etc.
                      Similarly MRP Price of Whirlpool Washing machine model 650S is 14900, but they are oppfering 10% discount on MRP 15600.also actual MRP Cost for Whirlpool Refrigerator of 180ltr premiur model is 10750 Rs. and for deut Model is 11400 but they have displayed price as 11650 and on that they are giving 10% discount. This is a case with mobile, DVD Player and food processor. Last year i bought karishma food processor for 3590, but today what i saw price is 5990 and they are giving discount of 27%.
                      Is this really an offer to cutomer or cheating...

                      and i have transferred 2100 rupees through my hdfc net banking. Once it debits the amount i got a refreshed window saying Sorry, we could not complete your transaction. Please check your card details and try again.. when i checked my net banking 2100 rupee is debit from my account. Please help me in this. please do not believe this ezone future group.

                        I booked a washing machine (Whirlpool - White Magic 650 h, fully Automatic WM) on 3rd Jan 2010. The outlet e Zone, 2nd floor, Oberoi Mall, Goregaon East, did not have ample stock to deliver on same day. The manager promised us to deliver the product within week but the washing machine have not reached to us as yet. Meanwhile I called up to the shop[protected] many times but the executive (most of the time I talked to the manager also) made excuses (that the company is not supplying the same washing machine what we have booked) and promised to deliver within two days. I am fade up with all the promises because those people don't follow their own commitments. I don't understand what should be done now. My hard earned money has been blocked and I am not getting the product for which I have paid money in advance. Isn't this a fraud or what???????

                          I wanted to cancel a Kitchen Chimney (GLEN) booking ( booking date Aug '09) from Home town Kolkata, however was denied a credit or cash back of the advance amount - Rs 2000.

                          I was told this amount will get forfieted being an old booking, even though there was no such clause behind the invoice copy. Above all as per the norms ( not displayed any where); I would have to make a purchace of the entire Rs.5700 ( balance amount of the booked invoice) to avail the credit adjustment of Rs 2000.

                          Due to my past experience of the service from Home town kolkata with regard to delivery and installation, I have decided to cancel the 3rd booking. ( I had booked 3 chimney, off which 2 have been installed)

                          My question is why would I spend further to get a refund of the said amount??

                          Does any where in retail industry such rule prevail?

                          I earnestly request to give me a suggestion on the above concern since I dont want myself to forge once again into the worst of service experience with Home town.

                          Unfair Trade Practice is the only mantra to their success.
                          I would never buy anything from Future Group especially (e-zone) or recommend anybody . Any discount that they might offer is far our done by the extremely poor customer service and delivery .

                            on 3rd Jan 2010, We book LG LCD Tv from eZone, chinchwad Branch by paying 60,000/-.
                            They promised to deliver the product on 11th Jan 2010. But till now they have not delivered the product. Again they have not communicated anything about late delivery.
                            Pls look into this matter and resolve the same ASAP.

                            eZone — bad customer service

                            We booked an LG Refrigiator-GL-408YTQG4, for an amt of rs28438, booked from E-Zone-v3s mall, vikas marg,Delhi-110092.Dtd:22/8/2010.
                            The fridge that was delivered to us on 23/08/2010, had a dent right in the front, after umpteen calls, the replaced fridge was finally delivered.
                            The sales person: mr.samdeep&Manjeet took initiative to resolve the problem, but a lady called: Sharda, took the matter as an everyday issue &instead of empathizing with the customer started back-answering &arguing.

                            This kind of service &Harassment is not expected from a Company like E-Zone.

                            We ordered a fridge from Ezone on 17th Oct, 2010. They promised a delivery on 25th Oct. On 27th Oct they called and said Fridge is not available in stock, can you take some other model.

                            We agreed on some other model, as we desperately needed a new fridge before Diwali. They promised to deliver the fridge by noon on 28th Oct. However, after 15-20 follow-ups, we got the fridge by 8pm.

                            The fridge which was eventually delivered to us was of wrong color and is not working. Today, it is 10th Nov, and we still dont have our fridge, for which we have paid the full amount.

                            I will strongly advise all customers to NOT buy anything from ezone.
                            We agreed.We ordered one Samsung washing machine and they promised a delivery on 10 Jan '2011.But till now they have not delivered the product.

                            At least they have not communicated anything about late delivery.But every time we have to call them to know the status of our product.

                              Hello,

                              I made a deal with Ezone for two laptops. They agred and i paid advance also. After giving full payment they delivered only 1 laptop. They refused to deliver the second one.
                              Also they promised to give accesiories worth Rs 10000 with both laptops which they did not deliver at all. They just refused from their comitments.

                              This is highly unprofessional.

                                I have purchased 4 items from Ezone bangalore on 13 september 2009. Promised delivery date was within a week. But luckily i got 3 products within 3 weeks. Now one item pending is one food processor. After continous calls to the shop also, product was not delivered to me(even after 2 months). So i would suggest all customers to have a written statement anbout the time of deivery. I hope in 2009 i will have the opportunity to use my food processor.

                                I have purchsed LG Refrigerator ezone Rajaginagar Bangalore on 2nd april 2010 promesed delivery date within 2 days but till now i have not received and not even single call from showroom.I tried to contact them since 2 days nobdy picking call also finally i got toll free number and now they are telling our system having problem not able to do invoice so we will delivery next week..i never seen this much wast service after sales..It was purchased to give gift to someone marriage gift..After continuous calls to the shop also, product was not delivered to me..I would suggest all customers to PLEASE DNT PUCHASE ANYTHING FROM EZONE

                                  This is the not the first instance from E-ZONE. When I went to Koramangala E-ZONE, they said that the price of Sony LCD TV 40V550A is Rs.73, 990 (according to what Sony website says). When I asked them if there is any discount, they told me that there is no discount on Sony LCD TVs. On the same day within an hour or so, I went to Sony World (BDA Complex, HSR layout) and found that the same LCD TV costs Rs.69, 990. When I asked them for a discount, they said, they will further give Rs.700 discount on that. After I negotiated about the price, I asked about what E-ZONE people were saying. They told me that Sony had cancelled the dealership of E-ZONE due to this issue and E-ZONE is selling old stock with the same old price.

                                  Customers, please be careful while visiting E-ZONE in any of the branches. From the day I found this price difference, I decided not to visit E-ZONE in any circumstance.

                                    i had purchased a nokia e63 from e zone which is situated on the 1st floor of milan mall santacruz(west)on 16th of august as they were giving a speciall offer on that particular day on that phone in the brotchure the maximum retail price of the mobile was stated as 15, 629 and there was a 17.5%discount on it and there was a aditonal offer that they were providing a nokia bluetooth headset for re 1 if we bought the handset so i purchased the handset and paid rs 13000 for the handset and re1 for the bluetooth after paying i was told that bluetooth is not there and u will get it definetly by 2 days and due to tomuch of rush i dint borther much to check the piece in the store latter when ireached home i saw the box and the maximum retail price was 14339 inclusive of all taxes i realised i was cheated as i was given discount on a wrong mrp i had paid rs 13000 wher as i was supose to pay only11830 and after that i visited the store a couple of times but they are not giving me my bluetooth for which i have paid re 1 they are just giving me dates and are haraasing me and the staff is not cordinating withe instead they are behaving in a rude manner and have chalenged me to do what soever when i requested them not to harrase me by giving dates

                                    e zone — lack of knowledge about the product

                                    Few days back I went to buy a mobile phone in one of your ezone stores in Karol Bagh ;Delhi.At the store where mobile phones were displayed , I asked the salesman regarding the particular model LG KM335 . The salesman pointed me the at the direction where the dummy of the model was kept and walk away. There was nobody to attend me.I needed to know some specific feature of LG KM335 so I called another salesman who was standing at a near distance , but he was unmindful of the fact that I am calling him.So I went to him and asked about some specific feature , but he was totally ignorant about it and was very casual in his approach.

                                    I left the store immediately for two reason:

                                    1)Casual approach of the salesman.
                                    2)their lack of knowledge about the product.

                                    I would also like to point out that it was not that the store was crowded and salesman was finding it difficult to manage customers ; was morning hour around 1130 HRS and there were very few customers at the store.

                                    I was purchased Samsung LCD 32 Inches from e zone Indira Nagar Bangalore. and they was committed me to deliver the LCD next day and the installation will done with in 2 hours from the delivery. but i was chased e-zone team to deliver the LCD. Every time they were giving a false commenting the like " Delivery team is on the way. the same false commitment they were give me more then 8 hours.

                                    So never trust on E-zone team or buy from there.

                                    e zone — Very poor for handling consumers in AC section

                                    We went to perungudi e Zone shop on 8th May 2011 at 4.30PM, One guy asked, what you want, I said; we want to bye an AC , he told enna AC, here we don't have any stock, if you want it. Book it now, it will deliver after 10 days and installation will take if next 5 days. totally 15 days will take it for chiless.

                                    I shocked about the E ZONE, people are thing abt the E Zone is good electronics shop but its very wort shop in the country.

                                    I thing some penname is running this shop.

                                    Very worst in sonsumer handling.

                                      I have ordered supply of LG make dishwasher on 22 06 09 at Ezone, Koramangala, Bangalore making an advance payment of Rs.2950. They promised to deliver the equipment with in 10 days and collect the balance on delivery. They did not do so even after 20 days. When I contacted, they informed me there was delay in importing the equipment and it is now ready for deloivery. When I asked to deliver and collect the check. They refused and asked me to remit it first then only they would dispatch. Accordingly, I remitted the amount, but the delivery is yet to take Place even after a lapse of more than a week. Whenever I contact and try to talk to the manager, every one says he is the manager and gives some rude replies and to not respond properly and eticatly. Now it is more than a month after placing the order. I am at a loss who takes responsibility and whom I should contact for dellivery of the Dish Washer.

                                        I PURCHASED ONE SANYO WASHING MACHINE FROM EZONE, V3S MALL, DELHI ON 14.06.2009 AS PER ADVERTISEMNT PUBLISHED IN HT (DTD 13.06.09). AS PER SCHEME, 5.5 KG CAPACITY SANYO MACHINE WITH MRP OF Rs.14989.00 WAS TO BE DELIVERED TO CUSTOMER UNDER EXCHANGE FOR THIS CUSTOMER WAS REQUIRED TO PAY AN AMOUNT OF Rs.7990.00.

                                        I PAID THE AMOUNT TO EZONE VIDE RECEIPT NUMBER [protected] dtd 14.06.09.HOWEVER SANYO WASHING MACHINE BEING OFFERED WAS ASW-80SRT WHICH IS 5.0 KG MACHINE AND NOT 5.5 KG .MOREOVER PRICE OF THIS 5 KG MACHINE IS ONLY Rs.9190.00 AND AVAILABLE AT THIS PRICE WITHOUT ANY SCHEME.

                                        I FEEL CHEATED SINCE I AM NOT BEING OFFERED RIGHT PRODUCT FROM EZONE AS PUBLISHED IN ADVERTISEMENT.I POSTED MY PROBLEM ON EMAIL TO EZONE ON SAME NIGHT OF 14.06.2009 ASKING FOR MODEL NUMBER UNDER THE OFFER.THEY HAVE AVOIDED GIVING CLEAR INFORMATION OF MODEL NUMBER IN REPLY TO MY EMAILS DESPITE REMINDERS.AS SUCH NO MACHINE HAS BEEN DELIVERED TO ME TILL DATE AND THEY ARE STILL OFFERING 5 KG MACHINE.
                                        IT IS WORTH MENTIONING THAT MACHINE MODEL NUMBER IS NOT PRINTED IN ADVERTISEMENT AND AS SUCH CUSTOMER CAN ONLY CO-RELATE WITH 5.5 KG CAPACITY AND MRP 14989.00. NONE OF THESE IS BEING MATCHED IN MY CASE.

                                        IT IS REQUESTED THAT A SANYO WASHING MACHINE OF 5.5 KG CAPACITY WITH MRP OF 14989.00 IS DELIVERED AGAINST PAYMENT MADE BY ME AS PER SCHEME PUBLISHED.THE FREE GIFT OF Rs.4990 (42 PC.DINNER SET) ALSO TO BE DELIVERED AT THE EARLIEST.
