      I have purchased a Sony Bravia 22 inches TV from Ezone Marathahalli Branch on 6th July'2014. The product got delivered on 7th July'2014 and a technician has come on the same day and installed the TV. The price told for the TV in the branch was around Rs. 13500/- with free home delivery and the billing person asked us to pay Rs.13220/- at the time of billing and remaining Rs. 300/- he has asked me to pay on product delivery. But when the product was delivered, the bill amount was only Rs. 13, 220/- and when enquired he told that Rs.300/- was delivery charges. I wondered why your providers has promised for FREE HOME DELIVERY at the time of purchase. Later on the same day it was observed that when I turned ON the TV, there was a small green dot at the center on the display screen. As it was late, immediately on the next day i.e. 8th of July I have called up the sales person(who has done the billing on 6th July) and reported about the issue. The sales person sounded very irresponsible and told that it needs to be checked from some Sony Technician and no action can be taken right now and asked to wait for some technician to reach at my place. After waiting for long, there was no communication on this and I called up to the showroom (landline no.[protected] and to my surprise the sales person has not reported anything about my complaint in the office. The showroom person has logged my complaint then and informed me that the Sony technician would be visiting my place on 9Th July by evening to confirm the defect for further action. He has told me that the product defect would be rectified soon which I did not want because I want my product to be replaced with a new one as it is unused. I do not wish to take a product which has been repaired within 1 day of purchase and I believe no one else would accept that. As the communication made was not satisfying, I reached your Marathahalli branch to know more about the same. The person sitting at the Customer service desk was iterating that the product could not be replaced as it now comes under the responsibility of Sony and not EZONE. He has asked me to log this issue with Sony when the technician would be visiting my place & I need to request Sony to provide me with a new piece which then Sony would decide & it will take 7 days from the date of decision to get a replaced TV. My question is Why am I suppose to do all this?? Did I make any deal with Sony here?? I have not paid a single penny to Sony, then why would I expect them to resolve my issue?? The story doesn't ends here..The Sony technician whom your Branch person has called up did not visit my place on 9th as promised due to heavy rain - excuse provided by your person (I would suggest you provide some necessary aid such as rain coat to your technicians so that they can visit the issue place as promised on time). I was not informed about this and I was still waiting for him. After I lost my patience, I called up to your branch and as expected he was not aware that the technician has not reached yet!! Later he called me and after giving excuse of heavy rain, he told that the technician will attend my product today(i.e. 10th July) morning before 11 am. I did not get any call till 11 am and by late 11:30 am the technician had called up which I missed first and then immediately within 10 mins I called him back & provided my address and he told he will be coming in 5 mins. After 10 mins, I gave up a call again & he said he is not coming now as he is busy with some other issue and will be coming in the evening before 5 pm. I would like to know as a supplier if you could not take up the responsibility of a product which you had sold just 1 day prior then how can I expect a good service from you during later time or anytime further in future?? If this is the kind of service EZONE provides to all customers then I am highly regretting why I took a product from you rather than buying it from some other trust worthy supplier!! I believe it is your responsibility to address Customer concerns and take proper action which ever appropriate rather than wasting Customer's time!! This kind of service is highly disappointing & irritating to the customer. Now I want my product to be replaced at the earliest and if this is not possible then let me know, I will get the product at your branch investing my money and time and I would like you to repay me the amount I paid you including the home delivery charges i.e. Rs. 13220/- + Rs. 300/-.

              I bought a 1.5ton Hitachi 5star split AC, model no.- RAS518EUDA on 02.05.2014 from EZONE NOIDA (The Great India Place Mall, opposite Atta Market A2 lower ground floor, sector-38A, NOIDA-201301, UP) and when the installation happened on 7th May, i came to know that the indoor unit is damaged one(gas leakage) immediately I complained on EZONE Customer Care number [protected] to replace the damaged indoor unit of split AC, my complain no. is 5052235.I telephoned several times to replace the damage one but no replacement has been done yet Every time they ask me to wait and they would get back to me.                 'm a regular customer of Ezone. Even though there are so many Electronic shops like Reliance, croma, jumbo etc. I used to buy from Ezone only. My trust is gone on 10th April, 2014 when I bough a sony earphone. The cashier was supposed to give me Rs 205 change back and he don't have change. He went to get the change somewhere. After waiting for 15 minutes, he came back with Rs 5 and gave me. I asked him that how about Rs 200 and he said that he has given already which he didn't give at all. I was shocked with this kind of cheating and behaviour of the cashier and was speaking to me rudely and he dont want to admit at all. Such a careless and attitude Employee which I never expected with the Brand I trust. I bough most of my electronic items like DSLR Camera, Smart phone, Router etc.etc...PATHETIC EXPERIENCE! Don't ever go to Ezone..They will Cheat you!

                  Dear Sir, This is in reference to the Whirphool Professional Sport washing machine that i had purchased from Ezone Alwarpet, dated 02.11.2012, invoice no[protected] Since the time of purchase this machine has been consistently giving problems and i have raised complaints with Whirlphool for the same on numerous issues . My final complaint number is 20648 ( SR number : CN [protected] )registered on 15th October 2013 . The company said the machine has to be replaced because main board is damaged and they could not source the board as the machine and model had become obsolete . Today we are on 24th of Feb 2014, it is more than 4 months since the date of complaint registered and my machine is not replaced . Whirlphool has come up with a reason stating that Ezone has given me a discount that is not acceptable by them for replacement. They are now asking me to play Rs.17, 000 to replace the machine to a equivalent model as the bought model is outdated and not manufactured anymore . As a customer i have bought the machine with a warranty of 2 years and i was not told during the purchase that the discount will have any impact on warranty . I am due for a new machine in all rights . I have been very patiently running between Ezone and Whirlpool trying to sort out the issue which is actually not my problem at all . Now my patience has totally run out and if this issue is not sorted out between Whirlphool and Ezone within a week, i will be forced to take this issue to the Consumer Court because I'm being penalized as a customer for no fault of mine . These 4 months i have had enough trouble at home without a washing machine and i am not willing to wait any further . I would further like to mention that i will not accept replacement of the board or the machine of the same model as Whirlphool has clearly stated in their conversations to me that this model was a failure and was not advised to be sold .They are questioning me why Ezone had sold the product that Whirphool had called back from dealers to me . This is clearly an issue between Whirlphool and their dealer Ezone. Please consider this my last effort to be nice either to Whirphool or to Ezone . I have attached a copy of the invoice which i have already submitted in person to Mr.Elyas of Ezone and Mr.Siva of Whirlphool . Please do the needful ASAP. Regards Anita [protected]

                    Hello, The issue hasnt been resolved yet. After speaking with your representative over phone last week, I was told to submit pics of the damage. I did it. I was first told that the pics arent good enough and you would send someone in to check. Then I got a call yesterday that your customer care representative that he will be here today as agreed at 10:00 - 11:00am and replace the refrigerator and that he would call before coming. Its 12pm and I have not received any call nor has your representative visited me. This is totally unacceptable, you expect me to be available on a weekend based on whims and fancies of your firm. Its unbelieveable that first you deliver the product late, then when you deliver a faulty product, you then dont replace it for over 1 week, and now your person doesnt come on time to deliver the new product. Meanwhile, I have suffered a loss of over Rs. 5000 on food products gone bad, I have been made to eat out everyday for last 10 days (you told me not to use the refrigerator if I want it replaced), and spent huge number of hours calling and chasing your customer care executives on your helpline numbers and over emails. Who is going to compensate for all this?? You guys have no credibility in the market and I would urge users not to buy anything from ezone or else be ready to pay for damaged products and an amazingly pathetic service.

                      I had purchased from ezoneonline website on 3rd Feb. Whirlpool Neo 425 Club 410L Refrigerator - Real Steel. I was given order no. 1701735. Before purchasing the connection, I was informed twice by your representative over phone that the refrigerator would be delivered within the next 1 day. After making the online payment I didn’t get the refrigerator installed for the next 4 days. I emailed you several times but didn’t get a response. I also called up your helpdesk number on 6th Feb and was told that the product is yet to be shipped and I would be informed about it later. I was then told that the product would be delivered on 7th Feb. You said that the product would be delivered at 4pm on 7th Feb. As I am working, I came back from office and waited for your staff to come. However, they only came at 5:30pm. This delay caused me great problems in office. To my great surprise I found that the piece you gave me is damaged and we aren’t able to use it. I emailed you on 8th Feb and didn’t get a response. I then called you on 10th Feb morning. I was told by your representative that she will escalate the matter to the highest priority and I will get an email response on details of resolving the query by today. However, I haven’t got any response. Because of the delay from your end, we are not able to use the refrigerator and cook at home. First you delayed the delivery. After my repeated attempts, you got it delivered. Then you delivered the product at a time which wasn’t agreed upon, making me miss office. After this you delivered a damaged product which you aren’t replacing despite me emailing you and calling you. I would urge anyone to consider twice before buying anything from ezone.

                      Dear Users,

                      The story doesn't end here. This is what happened over the weekend. I got a call at 5pm from ezone asking me to come home as he has got the refrigerator for delivery. I had to leave a movie I was watching and come back because I desperately needed the refrigerator. However, it turns out that the refrigerator... yes the replacement piece was also damaged. This one was damaged from inside. The ezone staff saw it and agreed that it was damaged and then took it back. Thank god I checked it again... if you leave the detail and trust that they would deliver a working product...you will be in for a shock.

                      They connected me to someone from their team. I asked him about the issue with timing. To my strange surprise, the blame was put on me in the morning for not picking up the phone. When I vehemently denied and told him that if he doesn't disagree, I would publish my call records online which shows that I never received any calls from them in the morning...he backed down. Later, I was told to be at home on Sunday at 4pm for the third refrigerator to arrive.

                      The refrigerator finally arrived on Sunday afternoon and so far its working ok. I will keep you guys posted once it stops working...its expected given what has happened so far.

                        This has with reference to original EZONEONLINE order no. 1610673 for prestige kitchen in a box product where they delivered product after 1 month badly damaged in shape. After a hardship daily by calling and mailing ezonline they replaced the product which was again a damaged product. THEIR CUSTMER CARE IS TOO LIAR. They don’t respond the emails and I have no options left except with writing review to make aware others not to become fool by shopping on ezoneonline. NEVER NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM EZONEONLINE. THEY ARE FULL FRAUD.

                        Ezone online is big cheat. The intesion of writing a comment here by priyasevak123 is only to show the public that they do care the complaints. But it is not true at all. EZONEONLINE IS BIG FRAUD AND CHEATER COMPANY. THEIR USUAL PRACTICE IS TO SEND FAULTY AND USED PRODUCTS. THEY DO NOT REPLY AT ALL AFTER DELIVERY OF THE PRODUCT WHICH IS ALWAYS DEFECTIVE.

                          On 09/11/2013 I purchased one Apple Iphone 4 from Bhawanipore Store(Ezone: Merlin Homeland Mall at Homeland, 18B Ashutosh Mukherjee Road, 2nd Floor, Bhawanipore, Kolkata); vide Receipt No. 0292183 of 09/11/2013. The packing of the product looked shabby and when inquired, it was explained that the packing is original packing by Apple, and it was looking shabby due to lot of handling. The sealing of the packing by mere couple of pieces of cello tapes looked inappropriate for Apple. However, I did not pay much attention since I was buying from an established chain of E ZONE. But, to my surprise, I observed few serious discrepancies on handling the set after reaching home. The serial number printed on the manufacturer’s paste on label on the packing is not matching with the serial number of the set. Secondly, the IMEI number of the set mentioned on the Receipt No. 0292183 of E ZONE, Bhawanipore is not matching with the IMEI number of the set. The details are as below. 1. AS PER PASTE ON LABEL OF THE PACKAGE, SERIAL NO OF THE SET IS DX3JWBAHDP0N, WHEREAS SERIAL NO AS PER DETAILS UNDER SETTINGS OF THE SET IS DQJKC37TDP0N. 2. AS PER Receipt No. 0292183 OF EZONE IMEI NO OF THE SET IS [protected], WHEREAS IMEI NO AS PER DETAILS UNDER SETTINGS OF THE SET IS [protected]. There might be other mismatches also, which I am not aware of. The above indicates that the set and the package were for two different sets, and I WAS NOT GIVEN A SEALED PACKAGE, INSTEAD, AN UNAUTHENTIC SET HAS BEEN HANDED OVER TO ME. Further, there are serious consequences. The set with the IMEI number mentioned in my bill no 0292183 is with some unknown person as well as the set I was handed over might have already been used by some unknown person. In both the situations, in the event of the earlier as well as future use of either of the sets is related to any anti social activities, I shall be dragged into it for no fault on my part. I cannot resist a feeling of having been cheated. The so called customer care of EZONE is also of no use. The mails addressed to [protected]@ezoneonline.in and [protected]@futuregroup.in on 10/11/2013 and 12/11/2013 remained UN-acknowledged and UN-replied. It appears that there is no governance in the organisation.                             This is with reference to my recent experience with Ezone store at Pantaloons in Senapati Bapat Road, Pune, I would like to bring to your kind notice that I have booked a Sony Vaio laptop (Model No SVF 153184) ref order no [protected] on 29 October 2013 as I was told that the model is currently unavailable at the store and would reach me within 2 days of purchase i.e. 31 Oct 2013. I would also like to inform you that I had received an automated message from the customer support team on 30 Oct 2013 stating my laptop will be delivered to me by EOD on 31 Oct 2013. However now I am being told by the store executive that the laptop will be handed over to me on 10 Nov 2013 tentatively and incase I cancel the booking the amount shall be refunded in 45 days.                                 I HAVE BOUGHT A 42 INCH LG LED TV (MODEL NO.- 42 LA 6910) FROM EZONE, HOMETOWN, KOLKATA ON DTD.[protected]. BEFORE BUYING I HAVE SEARCH INTERNET FOR THE PRICE AND FOUND 78K IN INFIBEAM.COM. BUT I HAVE SEEN THAT IN THE STORE THE PRICE IS QUITE HIGH ( RS.83690 AFTER DISCOUNT). SO I ASKED THE SALES PERSON AND HE AGREED TO PROVIDE ME A GIFT ITEM FROM THEIR STORE. I MADE A CHOICE OF A SANDWICH MAKER OF BAJAJ MAKE (MODEL NO. -BAJAJ PLATINI PX 41 T SANDWICH TOASTER). BUT WHEN I RECEIVED THE BILL THE SAME HAS BEEN CHANGED TO PHILIPS TOASTER HD 4168 AND THEY TOLD ME BOTH ITEMS(TV AND THE TOASTER) WILL SEND TO MY HOME WITHIN TWO DAYS.                                   i bought a mobile from ezone S.B.ROAD, pune in June 2012. and i lost my original bill. and i requested to ezone to provide me duplicate bill of my mobile. i have a scan of my mobile bill but i can not read cause of misty. reason to ask for duplicate bill is- i had given my blackberry mobile to authorized service center for minor problem. on 21 march 2013. and they given me delivery on 1 june 2013. when i took my mobile from service center. and check my mobile, the mobile is showing different IMEI no. that is not my IMEI no. please help me to provide my duplicate bill so that i can claim for my original mobile to service center.

                                  e-zone — Delivery Delay - No proper response

                                  The issue was I have purchased LG Refrigerator & Washing Machine on 19th Oct 2008 in Total Mal @ Mysore Road. and on the day your gentleman had committed with us that he will deliver the goods by 22th itself…

                                  But till now no proper response from no one..
                                  I have bought 2 Onida split AC from E-zone Goregaon Mumbai, I was promised that the delivery will be done in 7 days.

                                  On 7th day I was told we can deliver only one and another will be delivered after 3 to 4 days.

                                  Till today I dont have any idea when they are going to deliver the product.

                                  Very poor customer service from E-Zone, no response, customer need to call e-zone and check what is the status, even after the way e-zone replies back is in customer unfriendly manner.

                                  I had a very bad experience from E-zone.
                                  i purchased a LG washing machine on 2nd november, from e zone koramangala, they ahve taken full cash and have promised delivery on 5th november, on calling them several times almost 7 people there was no response and finally they are telling that it will take another 3 days and are puting the blame on LG.
                                  Horrible store to buy anything... After 3 weeks.. still not delivered my LG washer & Dryer.

                                  Ezone — Faulty Washing Machine

                                  I went to buy a Haier washing machine at E-Zone on August 15, 2009. The display piece was dented from the top. The sales person assured me that he will ship a new piece to me. The machine was delivered three days later (Aug 18, 09). The company person took 3 days to arrive for installation. When he opened the machine, I could recognize that it was the same dented demo piece.

                                  Instead of offering the new piece, the company person repeatedly offered me to repair the dented top, in spite of saying a firm NO for repairs.

                                  This kind of lackadaisical attitude or even worse, forcing consumers to accept damaged piece stinks. My sincere requests to consumers who buy from E-Zone is to check the product on delivery itself. I am going to fight for justice.

                                  i bought a Morphy richads electric cooker they gave a 7 day delivery guarantee but its been 11 days. order no:[protected].worse no communication from them.

                                  future group Ezone — Non delivery of item

                                  I ordered Canon Ixus 110 IS Camera on 12 June 2010 from Ezone website (ezone.futurebazaar.com) during Ezone zero margin sale and I was Guaranteed delivery within 21 days , however after 3 weeks and much follow up, I was informed that product is unavailable and I was offered replacement model, to which I agreed.
                                  I was told and confirmed (by mail) that replacement model would be delivered latest by 13 July 2010 . However till today (12 July 2010) when no dispatch details was communicated to me , I called customer care executive and I was told that the product has not even been received at their warehouse and therefore there will be further delay before I receive my order.
                                  I am still waiting for my order to be delivered.
                                  After searching the internet , I found out that they have cheated many people in the same way. I hope that legal action be taken against them to make them pay for their wrongdoing.
                                  Very right I have too ordered at the time of margin sale and same commitment is done to me. After long debate what they saying is unbelievable that we cant commit next date it will be available very soon its happened first time and if you want we can revert back your money... ahhhhhhhhhhh this is my first and last deal with them... third class service
                                  Same case with me. Highly unprofessional.
                                  I have placed 2 orders online with ezoneonline.co.in (order numbers [protected] on 21Jul10 and [protected] on 22Jul10). Both the orders ended up in some error and my credit card was charged blocked for the amount.

                                  I have been calling up these people and nobody gives a proper response. Its almost 3 weeks, I have not got my money back.

I was assured that the blue tooth and the case would be delivered to me by 2 weeks. It is 18th January now, I still have not recieved it. Mr. Kishor Biyani...is this what good service is all about? Sir, your outlets are giving you a bad name. I am tired of calling up. When I call they take doen my name and number and say that all teh senior staff are in a meeting and they will call back later. The call never comes. Alas! Now what shall I do?????

                                    Am an unfortunate customer who bought AC from your showroom located luz Church Road, Mylapore , chennai 600 004.

                                    The model chosen was hitachi Kaze plus RA vide receipt number : 0000317 . SO no : [protected]. Date of purchase : 13 April 2013. It's 20 April today and still I haven't got my product delivered nor installed. It's a totally frustrating experience doing a transaction with you. Worse still, I have been promised delivery next week after repeated follow up this week by atleast 10 times. I have been told delivery will be by thursday, moved to friday , then to saturday and now to Monday.

                                    As a reactionary measure, I am writing this in every online forum, quoting your shop, transaction details & this nasty experience so that people can be incepted with the thought of thinking twice before choosing e zone.

                                    Contact person regarding AC - Bala . Mobile no[protected]. Its totally sickening experience - Selling a product which you dont have, then placing a order to buy it and then quoting delay in that order.

                                    Kindly note that no customer is guinea pig to your bania business tactics. We pay money and expect product to be delivered at the earliest. thats it.

                                    eZone — Scrapped Product delivered

                                    I wanted to Gift my Mom a Microwave Owen for Ugadi, I went to a Ezone-Hebbal(Bangalore) for a purchase on 21/03/2009. A sales rep Chinappa suggested a LG microwave owen. which was really good... i inquired the price he told me that we offer at a very reasonable price..it will be very cheaper price compared to any other showroom price.. he offered the product at very good price.. i was about to make a payment than i was told that they don't have stack now, it will delivered in next 3 days. I paid whole amount with a confirmation that i will receive the microwave Owen in another 3 days.

                                    There were no signs of getting Owen on promised date. It was a 4th day(25/03/2009) i called up the ezone guys in the showroom.. No one responded to any of my calls.. later i called to ezone customer care, they promised me that they will respond immediately.. nothing turned up.

                                    on 5th day Chinnapa(sales rep) calls me that he was not aware that product was not delivered yet he assures me that by 27/03/2009 you will defiantly get the owen.

                                    On the 6th day. again chinnapa assure me that it will be delivered by 4 pm.After being waiting for 6 days it arrives finally at 6.30 pm. My mom takes a delivery. Owen was loosely packed, and in the altogether different owen's pack. my mom asks why it was not packed properly, ezone guys convice her telling that they got the product directly from there warehouse.

                                    After Ezone guys left we realize that Owen as scratches every where and also it doesn't have all the items listed in the manual. and it was looking very old. They had delivered the scraped display Owen to us.Now chinappa doesn't answer to any of my calls.

                                    Initially they had told us that they don't have a new Owen, to get a new one it would take max of 3 days. after been waiting for a week they have delivered the scrapped display piece to us..

                                    when we revisit the store initially everyone was in denial mode, later they accept that they had made a mistake.. They tell us that they don't have a new model, as we were pushing to deliver the product soon. so they had delivered this scrapped Owen. After a great argument with staff and manager we returned the scrapped Owen.

                                    Be careful, they may be finding a new owner for that scrapped Owen!!

                                    e zone — Non delivery of 2 LG 19 inch LCD screens

                                    Hi Ibrahim,

                                    This has reference to the Non delivery of 2 nos. LG 19 inch LCD screens from last one and half months. I have been continuously following up for last so many weeks and I have been promised every week that the same would be delivered soon.
                                    I am now totally disgusted at the type of service being provided to a customer who has made purchases of over Rs. 2 Lacs

                                    I need a concrete commitment in writing as to when this will be delivered as I have lost faith on such a reputed brand E zone.

                                    I was further shocked to note that the same 19 inch LG LCD were being offered as a part of fresh scheme from the LG under some exchange offer and were also available at some of the E zone stores. This is really very bad treatment for customers.

                                    If you still do not have the same 19 inch screens, I was ready at the time of purchase to buy a bigger LCD by paying differential amount of some other brands also. Pl. recheck if I can do the same at least now.

                                    Hope you will escalate the matter and deliver the 2 LCDs at the earliest.

                                    e zone — Non Delivery & Evasive Replies

                                    Dear Sir / Madam,

                                    We purchased a Marantz AV receiver & speakers last week & paid in full for the same vide receipt no [protected]. We were assured delivery by Sat the 15th May 2010.

                                    In spite of repeated follow ups over the phone no one has taken ownership to address our concern which is non delivery of the product.

                                    The people who answer the phone assure that it will be delivered by end of the day & keep us waiting. This is happening every day.

                                    The store manager at Koramangala refuses to come on the phone & address our queries. The pain is waiting for the product, while we have made the full payment.

                                    Moreover while on the phone i have overheard staff talking to other staff ridiculing me by saying that customer is very “Garam, Cool Karna Hai”.

                                    There is no RESPONSE AT ALL on the toll free number which is [protected].

                                    This kind of behavior is unacceptable & unfortunate to say that service rendered is pathetic.

                                    I had made the full payment for IFB washing machine at EZONE, Rajajinagar,Bangalore on 14/08/2010 vide-Receipt no-[protected].As per commitment by the showroom the product would be delivered within 48 hours.

                                    Hi,

                                    I have purchased Samsung LCD worth 33, 000 Rs from E ZONE located at Indira Nagar Bangalore on 06th March 2011. They have committed me to delivery and installation will be done by next day. However they have delivered till now only. I have contacted them more than 20 times. Every time E-zone Manager " Moshin" and Service engineer "Vijay" they give excuses "Delivery team is on the way" and promise to deliver the same with in 30 min. It is more than 10 hours now and I am still waiting for the Supply. I would like to Logde a complaint against the E Zone for deficiency in Services.

                                      I had purchased a Bluedio Headphone from your Amanora Branch in Pune. They did a very shoddy job of evaluating the headphones for defects when handing the product over to me. When I reached home and used it for a few days. I realized that there was a hairline crack on the headset due to which it would not sit right on my head.
                                      On contacting the personnel at your branch. They showed a complete lack of interesting in addressing the issue. They insisted that it was not their problem and directed me get in touch with Bluedio claiming that they had a toll free number.

                                      I am seriously disappointed in the absolutely unprofessional way in which I was treated.

                                      Needless to say I seriously considering NOT purchasing any other items from a company which suffers from a serious lack of empathy towards us the consumers.

                                      What would the term "soon" mean ? A couple of days ? Or a few weeks ?

                                      Multiple follow ups but no answer other than ... "we will get back to you". Doesn't look like they take complaints seriously.Best to avoid buying thing from these eZone India folks. Even their feedback mail id seems to be un-manned.

                                        Hello,

                                        I had purchased a Samsung phone from ezone located at S.B Raod on 13th Aug 2012 costing 12099 with my HDFC Bank Credit Card.

                                        I requested to avail the offer to convert this purchase into EMI without any processing fee (i.e. refundable processing fee for amount over 5000 ) and 0 % Interest.

                                        But when your cashier at the cash counter swiped my card he mistakenly swiped it twice, 1st with amount of Rs. 120.99, and 2nd time 11978.01.

                                        I was charged a processing for of 1000 Rs for each swipe i.e. Rs 2000 total, according to policy 1000 Rs was refunded in next bill. But due to the mistake that amount 120.99 which is less than 5000 was swiped I was have never refunded the other 1000 Rs.

                                        I called up HDFC Bank Credit Card Department and they said it’s a mistake by ezone cashier so the ezone has to resolve this.

                                        I have been chasing this issue since October now but I haven’t Got any Solution as of yet.
