But today I taken my cibil report showing as my personal loan is still active, Current out standing balance is 17, 894/- how it can show like?

Please advise regarding this issue, immediately I need explanation . otherwised I will go through advocate.

I take a bike loan from ur family credit bank as on march 2014, 7th day of every month installment of Rs. 2465.00 is colleced by bank. upto current date all my installmnent paid by me. but after that bank executive called & harrased me & telling me that my chequ was bounce. If it is not stop, i take legal action against family credit bank.and when i say how balance is remaining so they say at time of purchase you should think about that if you are not eligible to pay loan amount so dont buy any thing.

I take a auto two wheeler loan from family credit limited as on Jul 2015, 5th day of every month installment of Rs. 1927.00 is collected by family credit limited. But in the month of Oct 2015, executive officer of family credit limited inform me that my EMI was bounce while the mode of payment is ECS and i have kept sufficient fund in my account. and charged rupee 350 as penalty. This is happening again in the month of sep 2016 and again in now, Jan 2017. He asked me to deposit the emi amount in Family credit ltd account using NEFT. What is this?

I have submitted total 18 cheque towards loan taken by me. Yesterday I went to family credit ahmedabad branch at third eye building to get n.o.c certificate as a proof of my loan completed.they are showing that 750 rs to be paid as a cheque bounce in January 2016. So I need totally in detail.and also need reason behind why the cheque bounced because I never got back that bounced cheque since January 2016 and you are charging 750rs of penalty for one cheque bounce which should be 350rs.

Due to ATM and liquid cash problem in the whole country I was not able to arrange liquid cash. I informed them about that. In initial stage they told me to arrange, they will wait for the cash arrangement.

After 4 to 5 days I was able to arrange liquid cash and requested them to collect it from my office address as I was not able to go to their office location. The distance between their office and our office is barely 15 mins. The executive in call assured me they will send a executive to collect the cash but it been more than 7 days they didn't send any personnel to collect the money. It's been more than one week and end of the month too I am waiting with the cash.

One female executive named Nusrat Parbeen called me up one day and started shouting on me on the office floor that they can't send any executive to collect the money. She not only made a worst behaviour with me but also started threatening me to do what I can do. Such behaviour is very unprofessional and unacceptable. I was really unable to go to their office.

I will go to consumer forum for this. Such kind of behaviour is really unacceptable form FamilyCredit Limited.

This is in regards with my alto 800 loan which i took two years back from family credit and they were deducting 5800 every month last 5 months they have not deducted nor reminded on the same .. Now they have sent a notice to my dad regards cheque bounce .. they never intimated us on the same our account was always filled by min 10000 they never deducted now they are asking for over due payment and cheque bounce charges. They are doing fraud for my dad just because he does not have internet knowledge.. Now we have payed last month a cheque and that got cleared also but now they are again started not to deduct . My dad money is a hard earned money and he is 55 years old now .. these guys are torturing like this need solution and help from someone .. Please help on the same.. my number is [protected].. I have taken a car loan from family credit and I have paid my loan completely before couple of years. But today morning some amount has been debited from my account in the name of Family Credit mentioning as some bounce back charge. But when we are paying our EMI if the cheque bounces back that charge would be taken an the same day usually, was unsure why it has been taken after years passed even after completion of loan.When we went to the branch where we have taken loan we dint get any proper answer from the branch and the employees and manager says "Money will not be refunded, 'DO WHATEVER YOU CAN'". Is this the proper way to speak with the customer for taking money without any intimation. And we are treated very badly in front of all employees over there. If we take loan from this company do we need to pay our self respect in return. The employees in the branch also states that we should have taken NOC document. But we are not informed any like that. Is it our mistake that we have not been informed. Proper action should be taken on the company, branch manager as well as employees who have not responded properly and also need proper explanation or refund of money in any case. It is not at all appreciated. Very very very wORsT experience with family credit. only company who takes charges even after completely paying the money back and with no response. They made us to wait the whole day in their office who are above 40 years.

Hi we have taken a loan from family credit last year now from 5months they are not deducting the loan amount and every time asking for cheque and also now they are charging a lot of interest..
