Hi, Your website is slow and hangs practically all the time.. The limitation of 30 mins doesn't help coz but the time you move from one page to another it takes 5 mins... If one needs to place multiple orders then forget it.. I tried 5 time to place order for 10 items and by the time I reach to the payment page either product is removed or payment page hung up... With frustration called customer care and while I was talking to the executive the product kept dropping and he expected me to rebook all of them where as he could have at least saved once in the cart... Very disappointed... Hopeless strategy of expecting people to buy in 30 mins where as website is too slow and crappy

    I ordered LEE SHIRTS AND KUTRA AND MANY. but i got only 2 items and shirts were not there in the packet. And everytime when i am calling the customer care they are telling that they have shipped the product.they are not at all accepting their fault. i didnt get the get the product. i asked for refund but they are telling that they will not give the refund. who is the responsible for this ?i want the refund .plz help me to get refund. they are talking roughly to customers. instead of providing any solution everytime they are telling that investigation team is working on that.       I had placed an order on September 13; and still I haven't received the order. Further, FnY website says the order is dispatched and the courier site says its delivered, whom should the customer believe???? This is highly objectionable. I also confirmed with my security guard, there was no courier person on 14th September. Are these people just fooling around??? What surprises me more is that they mailed me a proof of delivery which carries my forged signature.

          I tried to purchase on Fashionandyou.com and money has been deducted but order not placed. even tried to contact fashionandyou.com, they said Payment has done to Mobikwik. Transaction Date: 03 rd Aug 2015 Amount: Rs 237.20 I need my money back I raised the request but never received any money back.. the site is cheater and no one is there to stop them. This is happening for 2nd time from fashionandyou..And there very irresponsible when we asked them our problems.. Please take serious action against them...please friends don't do shopping from FNY.its my humble request to all of you...

            I had placed an order with fashion and you on 24/08/15, bearing order no.[protected], and they have dispatched the same through safexpress on 29/08/15, and of which i am yet to receive any status from your end, let alone the delivery of my order, and the hilarious part is that your "portal" is not even tracking my order. I have never come across such a pathetic and invaluable service ever. This is going to be my "only" experience with safexpress, and i will make sure to check the courier partners before placing any order online, to ensure that my order is not being delivered through such a careless courier service !

              1.I bought a pair of Reebok shoes from the above portal and I paid in cash (COD) on receipt of the parcel. 2.The said shoes were bought for my son Suvidhi who was about to travel abroad. 3.When he was in abroad and after using the shoe for 3-4 days, the bottom of shoe sole was coming out and it was impossible to wear the shoes. 4.Immediately my son has to buy a new pair of shoes at abroad. 5.i immediately informed the Company about the said incidence . 6.The company says that they are having 7 days return Policy and thereafter they cannot do anything. 7.Here the matter is that I had accepted the product as it was sold to me. It is either Substandard or fake quality of the Said shoe pair supplied by the company and due to which I had requested them either to return my money or Replace with genuine pair of shoe. Kindly guide me in the matter.

                Dear Fabulous Team o[censored]ltimate Shopping destination 'Fashion & You', This is regarding order number[protected]. Its been a tremendous first experience while shopping with FNU. Now, let me tell you a story. One day, a person (That's me 'Naveen Jain') just browsed a site Fashionandyou.com and found some befooling offers displayed on the site. He dramatically got befooled and placed his first order with this pathetic site on 3rd Aug'2015 which is not received till date (19th Aug'2015) He found an offer on sunglasses which he has seen in the market (M.R.P. Rs. 7590 in Market). Its of Tommy Hilfiger brand. At that moment he was getting discount of 25% in market and that comes out to be Rs. 5692. (THE OFFER IN MARKET IS NO MORE) On this pathetic website, the product is wrongly displayed as MRP Rs. 9600 and then they gave a discount of 40% and the product came out to be Rs. 5759 PLUS Extra25% discount and that ended up the product cost as Rs. 4300 around. Poor me thought myself as Smart chap and calculated that I will anyway save Rs. 1300 effectively by ordering from world's infamous site fashionandyou.com. BUT, At that moment I didn't knew that it will end up to be a big mistake by dealing with such a pathetic site. Now, cut the story short, I have called your customer care exactly 7 times to know the status of my order. Every time they say that give us 24 hrs - 72 hrs. Issue has been escalated and we are following up. I believe, if we are associating escalation word with something, it must bring out some result, BUT not here. I tried calling the courier partner of Fashionandyou several times. It was an horrible experience to call them up. They never pick up the phone OR its busy always. Anyways, after many tries someone picked up. They kept on telling the stories that they are trying to find the shipment in there warehouse, the delivery boy is on leave, Delivery Boy has misplaced the shipment. After all these non sense excuses, I don't know what's next excuse they will tell me. Customer Care of fashionandyou is so pathetic that I can write few pages essay, if I write regarding the 7 calls I made with them. I would like to make a special mention of Mr. Sandesh from fashionandyou.com. He is the customer care executives supervisor. He gave a ray of hope that I will definitely receive my order the next day. I had a word with him on Sunday (its Wednesday today). He told me that he will himself call me up, BUT next day, I had to make a call myself. I am tired of following up with them. I don't understand here that Can't they deliver another piece of same product. Its a several crore Rupees setup company. I live in Gurgaon only and company is also setup in Gurgaon, So why it is taking so much time in delivering an order. Also, fashionandyou says that they deliver the product within 7-14 days. 14 days have past by, BUT I have not received my order. Now, what's the penalty on fashionandyou. I asked them to give an apology in written and some compensation against this bad experience and they rudely denied for same. They said, its not possible for them. Thank You for such a lovely experience. I will try my level best to copy this all across the internet, so that other customers should not dare to shop from fashionandyou website.                   19th august 2015 i wasted my 2 hours searching for products on their site as i had received a personal voucher of INR 250 from them that according to their mail says expires on 1st september. Firstly in a months time of august this voucher never showed up in my account. Secondly today when i called up their customer support executive by the name of Rakesh said that there is some technical fault on the website the server is slow so he will place the order and call me back. But after 4 hours he did n ot bother to call me up, so i called back again after wasting an hour with executive named Rakesh over the phone. Another executive again wasted my time and put me on mute and did not even bother to respond back . First he said one of the products was not available then i said i can see all three products in my cart he suddenly stopped replying. This site is a mental trauma that just mints money and has pathetic product delivery and customer service. It should be banned.

                    Hi, I am a regular customer at Fashion & You online shopping site. I had ordered a Georgette suit with Lining on 12/07/2015 and after receiving it I requested for a return. The product was picked up on 30/07/2015. But still I have not received the refund. It's 14/08/15 today, still I am waiting for my refund. Everytime when I send an email to the customer care, they just say that they will look into this and get back to me. Now they are insisting on the return receipt given to me by courier guy, but i dont have it, i have thrown it away, means will i never receive my refund????? I must have sent 10 mails to them. But no use. I now insist on a direct refund in my bank account coz my trust from this site has completely gone. Hopeless site, pathetic service.

                      I returned Athena long dress & Georgette suit with Lining as its very long and very loose. The image shown in site is quite difference. Through AWB NO. FNY[protected], reverse pick took place and now they are not refunding money back to us. I used to do online shopping thorugh Jabong, Flipcart, Amazon and Myntra, but face very bad experience with Fashion and You Company.                         Just because discount is alluring doesn't mean you will get the product. I had placed order or CROCS and they CANCELLED MY ORDER saying the product failed there QC and the vendor didn't have stock!! Had placed 6 orders with them and went understood the below points, hard way. 1. Placed ordered can be cancelled for reasons best known to them. 2. Orders seldom reach you by the specified time. 3. Return is tricky and many a times you be said the product cannot be returned. Even if you return the product you wont get back money it will only be refunded as store credit. You have to literally follow up on the orders else product under procurement will stay there forever They are not at all serious about the delivery time . Had place 6 orders over period of time and had to follow up on 4 items to check when will they procure the item and ship. They just CANCELLED MY ORDER when I tried follow. Product was due by 9th July and till 13th July it was showing under procurement only and finally they cancelled If you Order and forget then you will have a pleasant shopping experience, you will be surprised when you receive. As you wont remember when you had ordered in the first place!

                          I had ordered from fashion and you website on 22-May-15 and paid the amount using my debit card. The website guarantees product delivery within 7 days. After writing several mails also I got the same reply that my order would be delivered shortly. Finally on 27-June-15 for one of my mail they said my order has been lost in transit and the amount will be refunded with 3-5 days. They have still not refunded my money back. Please look into the matter

                            Hi I had placed an order with you guys on 17th June 2015, it contains 2 products. Order details - ID - manish.tiwari.[protected]@gmail.com Date - 17th June 2015 Order No.[protected] Product Code[protected] and[protected]C Initially I got intimation that 'Product Code[protected]C' got cancelled as unavailability for the same. I was waiting for delivery of the another one 'Product Code[protected]'. which didn't happen since long. So I tracked the same on your site. It came to my shock that Delivery Status updated as RTO on 1st July 2015. I am unable to understand that how this happened. When I went through details it showed that Shipment Out For Delivery on 27th June 2015. But I didn't receive any call in regards for the same. I was at home since 1 month so there is no chance of missed door bell or knock. Even if I consider worst situation than too the shipment must have been delivered at security of my apartment. I check regularly with my security guard but he never came that any of the courier guy came and went back with undelivered courier. Yesterday I called your customer care executive for the same nd he updated me that it was shipped via ECOM courier partner of yours. How they can directly redirect for RTO without the concern of the receiver. I didn't receive any call or intimation for the same. In worst condition also they must have informed or intimated us for non delivery of the shipment. Its mere forgery from the side of ECOM courier in regards of the delivery of my shipment. Is this very normal to you guys or everyday routine of making fools out of your customers. Initially I used to shop with you but due to some or the other drops from your end I stopped shopping with you. Just thought to give another chance I ordered again with you and again disappointment from your end. I am highly disappointed with you and never ever going to shop with you. And even going to share my experience with you. But above all I need an answer and action for the same ASAP.

                                Fashion and you are a highly irresponsible, and the most inefficient customer service ever. My basic complaint is against these kind o[censored]ntrained staff who do not know their job. I have already faced tremendous difficulty during an order which took a lot of effort on my side to resolve the conflict. Thankfully it was a cod order so all it costed me was mental anguish and harassment. Now another order no.[protected] is up for a refund for past one month and these cheats have been most callous and non reactive. They send me a wrong product n then said you return the product to us. When I refused stating its fny's fault they reluctantly agreed to pick up the product. They did this on 27th May. Now if you track the package, wayward bill no [protected], you will see that the product was recieved on 3rd June. I have been calling y since then and they keep telling we havent recieved your package. This is the kind of cheats and thiefs they are. I want to take legal action against them and maybe then they will realise treating a paid customer like this is unacceptable. I will never buy anything from this site ever again and urge you to do the same uf you dont want to be cheated out of your hard earned money.

                                Again a case of fraud and cheat by fashion and you. Inspite of repeatedly telling them i will never shop from your site, they have refunded store credits. I did not pay through COD. I paid through credit card and I even enquired at customer service and was assured that I would get the money back into my bank account and not store credits. They mailed me saturday and I again raised complain that I do not want store credit. All they do is send you automated apology replies and dont actually do anything till you get after their life. And by the number of complians here.. you can see even a consumer complain does not make sure they do their work. Please leave me a line here if you also think we all should take legal action against fashion and you. If a o[censored]s bring a class action suit.. or sue them, they will take us seriously.

                                    My order booked with fashionandyou.com, Air Waybill No :[protected] Order No :[protected] I had placed the order on 15th May and was promised the delivery in 11-13 days. I'm still awaiting it. I've called the customer care number multiple times to chase them for the order but was told that once the shipment is handed over to the courier partners they do not have any control and can not track the courier service's progress. The courier partners ecomexpress.com has been extremely irresponsible .The site has updated the status as shipment undelivered for 2 days wheras I was at home waiting for the shipment. I received a mail from ecomexpress on 6th June at 2:07 pm that the shipment is sent for delivery and I'll soon be receiving it ..but still waiting for the same.

The colour of bag shown on website is pure white.However, I was let down once I opened the parcel. The bag is made of a poor quality material, and it looked like 100rs bag bought from street. the bag is in unused condition and i requested for return on the same day of delivery we can't check the quality just by looking at the pictures so i asked them for the return cause I refuse to accept the bag in this condition and quality. but they refused so i request this bag should be returned and refund should be made and this website should have policies like all other websites which have no question asked return policy
