This is regarding order number[protected].
Its been a tremendous first experience while shopping with FNU.
Now, let me tell you a story.
One day, a person
(That's me 'Naveen Jain') just browsed a site Fashionandyou.com and found some befooling offers displayed on the site.
He dramatically got befooled and placed his first order with this pathetic site on 3rd Aug'2015 which is not received till date (19th Aug'2015)
He found an offer on sunglasses which he has seen in the market (M.R.P. Rs. 7590 in Market). Its of Tommy Hilfiger brand. At that moment he was getting discount of 25% in market and that comes out to be Rs. 5692. (THE OFFER IN MARKET IS NO MORE)
On this pathetic website, the product is wrongly displayed as MRP Rs. 9600 and then they gave a discount of 40% and the product came out to be Rs. 5759 PLUS Extra25% discount and that ended up the product cost as Rs. 4300 around.
Poor me thought myself as Smart chap and calculated that I will anyway save Rs. 1300 effectively by ordering from world's infamous site fashionandyou.com.
BUT, At that moment I didn't knew that it will end up to be a big mistake by dealing with such a pathetic site.
Now, cut the story short, I have called your customer care exactly 7 times to know the status of my order. Every time they say that give us 24 hrs - 72 hrs. Issue has been escalated and we are following up.
I believe, if we are associating escalation word with something, it must bring out some result, BUT not here.
I tried calling the courier partner of Fashionandyou several times. It was an horrible experience to call them up. They never pick up the phone OR its busy always. Anyways, after many tries someone picked up. They kept on telling the stories that they are trying to find the shipment in there warehouse, the delivery boy is on leave, Delivery Boy has misplaced the shipment. After all these non sense excuses, I don't know what's next excuse they will tell me.
Customer Care of fashionandyou is so pathetic that I can write few pages essay, if I write regarding the 7 calls I made with them.
I would like to make a special mention of Mr. Sandesh from fashionandyou.com. He is the customer care executives supervisor. He gave a ray of hope that I will definitely receive my order the next day. I had a word with him on Sunday (its Wednesday today). He told me that he will himself call me up, BUT next day, I had to make a call myself.
I am tired of following up with them. I don't understand here that Can't they deliver another piece of same product. Its a several crore Rupees setup company.
I live in Gurgaon only and company is also setup in Gurgaon, So why it is taking so much time in delivering an order.
Also, fashionandyou says that they deliver the product within 7-14 days. 14 days have past by, BUT I have not received my order. Now, what's the penalty on fashionandyou.
I asked them to give an apology in written and some compensation against this bad experience and they rudely denied for same. They said, its not possible for them.
Thank You for such a lovely experience.
I will try my level best to copy this all across the internet, so that other customers should not dare to shop from fashionandyou website.
I will go to consumer court also against this.
Will give the story in newspaper and will try that this gets published with more powerful words.
