i ordered 10 cotton tops vide order no.[protected] on 23 december 2014 and on 29 december 2014, i got an email from the company, stating that a part of my order has been dispatched.
i waited for a few days for the delivery to arrive, finally when nothing came, i sent a reminder on 4 january 2015, to inquire about my items. there was no response. i then called their help line no. and i was told that there was a pin code mismatch, hence the courier has been returned. i was not informed of this status
on 6 january 2015, i again sent a reminder and got a courier tracking number, in return and stating that the goods will be delivered within 3-5 days.
till 12 january 2015, there was no clue of the goods, so i wrote to the company again. on 13 january 2015, i get a response, saying that they are dependent on a third party service provider and the delay was caused at their end and they needed sometime to sort it out. how much is sometime, that was not defined. a point worthy to note here is that the company did not take any responsibility of informing me regarding the delay.
again, till 15 january 2015, i kept on following-up daily and on 16 january i am told that the courier website says the order is out for delivery. this status was reflected right from day one. finally after rigorous follow-up, i get my partial goods on 20 january 2015. this was the time when i realized that my card was over-charged by the company. and i asked for a return and explanation and this has been lingering on since then. they are offering my a 100rs voucher, which i dont want.
in the meanwhile, the company cancelled a part of my order on 7 january 2015. they returned some money in my account, the calculation of which is beyond my understanding.
how they calculate the cost of each item, what was the basis of reimbursement for cancelled items, how they over charged my card, is still not clear to me.
