I had purchased a shoe from FNY on 14th feb 2015 (fashion And You webiste) online which was on regular sale flat 399 a sitewide offer of extra 20% off on that day (order no.[protected] I had earlier ordered the same shoe of different size and delivery address (order no.[protected] which I received and was happy with the product hence ordered again for gifting purpose. I made sure it had the return option before placing the order now, due to sizing issue I would like to return the product and wrote to FNY customer support. I got a reply as since, it was purchased under special offer no returns are accepted. I had purchased under regular sale and no condition as such was mentioned anywhere on the website or product details which I had verified while placing the order. I have the screen shot of same sale for different product & no where it's mentioned as its non returnable compared to a product with the clause. Please help to get a refund for the same. Thanks.

I' be also ordered spykar jeans order no.[protected] in a regular sale. But the product is unfit and seems to be fake. now they told me that product is under no return policy. However no such policy is mentioned over there. Totally fake product and fraud services.

    I had ordered for a skirt and had got it returned, purchased on 02/01/2015. I had to literally, mail these guys every two days to get my points returned to my account. Then after a lot of follow ups i got them back after almost 10 days. Then I order a top using those points which doesnt get delivered to me after a week and i get a cancellation message on my phone. Again I followed up to get the points returned which i get back after many days. So now i ordered a bag using the points again, of which i get a cancellation again!!! Rs 100 which i had paid extra gets refunded to my bank account. This happens TWICE now! What kind of online shopping site does this?? This is absolutely disgusting and the worst kind of way to handle customers and their orders. Fashionandyou keeps fooling customers and harassing them with their money. They do not refund the money back to the bank accounts and give their store points, which eventually after using gets cancelled and this cycle keeps repeating itself.

      i had made purchase on fashion and you site vide order no 4331064, in the month of October 2014, the parcel received was damaged in transit and when i raised a complaint, i was asked to discard the product and was assured that the amount would be refunded. i have submitted my bank details immediately. Since then, 4 months have passed and i have not received my money. everytime i call up their so called customer care, they put me on hold or give a false assurance that money would be refunded in a days or two time. the following are some the executives to whom i have spoken 1. Priyanka Singh 2. Ashish 3.Rajan 4. Himanshu 5.bindu satish 6.Rishab Dubey If these people are not in a position to refund an amount of thousand odd rupees, how can we trust the site of Fashion and You for making purchase. This site is nothing but a , where they dont care for the customers and all the poor call center employees are paid to bear the absuses of angry customers for the deeds of Fashion and You

        This is for order id[protected], woodland jacket for(Rs.2474.25) was ordered which was of sub-standard quality (may be fake) so i made return request, within 2 days it was reverse picked up by courier and now its almost 20 days has past and atleast 10 mails sent to them but in every mail their unprofessional CC made lame excuse of technical difficulties n blah blah… which clearly seems false. I went through many complaints on this website and can make it out that FashionandYou.com is not trustworthy site and never make expensive order or order more than Rs.500 because in expensive they intentionally sends sub standard product and upon return they dont give the money back. I can clearly say this Fashionandyou.com is fraud site. Other sites takes only 1 or 2 days for store credits and 4 days for bank return..but FnY take unlimited time for refund and more over they give expiry date of our money in terms of credit

          @FashionAndYou is completely fake site. I placed an order[protected] having 3 products. After several follow ups they delivered two of the products. Even after 2 weeks placing the order I did not receive third one.I contacted FnY on 15 Feb, 2015 then I get to know they have canceled my product. I asked why you have canceled my product, they said it failed in our quality test and vendor not providing this product under the promotional amount. They even lied, they said we have sent you a mail regarding the same on 11th Feb but when I checked my inbox. I do not have any email from FnY. I also checked in my order history there is nothing mentioned about the cancellation of that product. This is ridiculous without informing customer how FnY can cancel a product and even lying after that. Its a customer who has to approach and to take follow up for the order not FashionAndYou. I don't even know what to do now, their customer care supervisor keep on saying same thing sorry for the inconvenience, but the consequences of that product cancellation I have to face.

            I placed the order on 20th december 2014 for a Nell Wedges shoe and the shoe was not fitting correcly, the length of the buckle was small. So I returned the product on the Jan 6th and i was promised to get a credit for that amount. Its been a month now, I have not received a credit so far and I'm still waiting for the refund. My daily routine now is to call Fashionandyou every single and enquire about the credit and evey time I call them I get fake promises from them saying the amount will credited in two days time..this has been happening since January. First of all, the service is hopeless. There is always delay in delivering the products. The orders can take up to sometimes a month also..

                i ordered 10 cotton tops vide order no.[protected] on 23 december 2014 and on 29 december 2014, i got an email from the company, stating that a part of my order has been dispatched. i waited for a few days for the delivery to arrive, finally when nothing came, i sent a reminder on 4 january 2015, to inquire about my items. there was no response. i then called their help line no. and i was told that there was a pin code mismatch, hence the courier has been returned. i was not informed of this status on 6 january 2015, i again sent a reminder and got a courier tracking number, in return and stating that the goods will be delivered within 3-5 days. till 12 january 2015, there was no clue of the goods, so i wrote to the company again. on 13 january 2015, i get a response, saying that they are dependent on a third party service provider and the delay was caused at their end and they needed sometime to sort it out. how much is sometime, that was not defined. a point worthy to note here is that the company did not take any responsibility of informing me regarding the delay. again, till 15 january 2015, i kept on following-up daily and on 16 january i am told that the courier website says the order is out for delivery. this status was reflected right from day one. finally after rigorous follow-up, i get my partial goods on 20 january 2015. this was the time when i realized that my card was over-charged by the company. and i asked for a return and explanation and this has been lingering on since then. they are offering my a 100rs voucher, which i dont want. in the meanwhile, the company cancelled a part of my order on 7 january 2015. they returned some money in my account, the calculation of which is beyond my understanding. how they calculate the cost of each item, what was the basis of reimbursement for cancelled items, how they over charged my card, is still not clear to me.

                      i ordered two Hiba anarkali suits vide order no.[protected], on 15 Dec 2014. They had advertised saying they were offering up to 90% discount. i got attracted by the offer and saw that suits worth 14, 999 were sold for 1, 599. firstly, the product came only after follow-up secondly, to amazement, the price tag on the suit itself was 1, 599, instead of 14, 999. this is a very smart way of fooling a customer.

                        Hello, Fashion and You is big fraud and cheap. I got my products in time in December 2014. However, the they were of poor quality and not as per my requirement. So I returned the products on the next day. My order no is[protected]. I was told that I will get my refund back within 7 working days. Today is 27th January 2015, I returned the goods on 12th December 2014. It is more than 1.5 months..Still I have not got my refund amount back. I called their call center number of times and also mailed my concern to them. I only got a promise that we are looking into your matter and sorry or the delay, we will get back to you. I was also told to credit my points in my account to which I refused. After undergoing such a bad experience who will want to buy anything from FNY? Therefore, I insisted on transferring my money to my account. I mailed them all the required details. Still till date I have not received a single penny and not a word of acknowledgement of my concern. Such a pathetic and useless fellows they are. FNY people do not know how to deal with customers and the call center guys are useless and hopeless. They do not even understand the gravity of the issue and they just keep on doing fake promises. Till date I have not received a single amount. I mailed them all the details and asked for the refund numerous times. But these people are cheap and do not value their customers. I strongly urge all of you not to buy a single thing from FNY. Please go shopping elsewhere like Myntra or Jabong for example. They are very professional people and resolve your concerns quickly. I returned few things to Myntra and I got my money back within 2 days. FNY guys should learn from Myntra. How they work and how they resolve issues. FNY is the cheapest and useless online shopping website. You will not get what you want. The products are of cheap quality, and the return procedure is worst.

                          I had ordered 2 products from F&Y in the last month. Soon after receiving the first product, I cancelled the second product and had requested for immediate pick up. Since then I have been following for my refund but never received it.I was assured by Support on 2nd Jan'15 that they have initiated the refund and should get credited in my account within 5-7 working days. I have yet to receive what I paid for nor the refund they admittedly owed. I did not hear back until 19/01/2015. Y'day I called customer care number and spoke to one of the supervisor; wherein, it was assured again that i ll get my monies today. I have tried numerous times to reach them and check on the status of my refund, but they have seemingly cut off any communication with me. I simply want the money I spent refunded. Stealing my money is not an appropriate response, considering how patient I have been throughout this process. It has now been 20 days since our last dialogue and they have still not completed what I have requested. I have been more than fair with my timeline, considering that it was supposed to be completed in 5 days and it has now been close to a momth. Because you have not honored your word, we have no choice but to pursue other options. I would kindly request that you refund the amount that i have paid. I hope that you will, at least, honor this request.

TWICE THE TRANSACTION GOT FAILED AND GOT DEBITED FROM MY ACCOUNT AND THIRD TIME THE TRANSACTION GOT SUCCESSFUL. . SO THE TOTAL OF RS 898.50 SHOULD BE REFUNDED BACK TO MY ACCOUNT. IT HASN'T BEEN DONE YET. AFTER DEBIT OF THE AMOUNT, THE WEBSITE DISPLAYED TRANSACTION UNSUCCESSFUL.                               Hi People, I had ordered from fashionandyou. Today, after multiple religious follow-up with helpdesk for more than 20 times, I just heard from the helpdesk over phone that they have cancelled the order due to quality issues. But thier website is selling the same product right now but with a price escalation of Rs 1000. This is my second order in que to meet same fate. Even after expressing my absolute no interest in shopping again with them, the phone executive and his supervisior offered me a coupon of Rs 150. When I said I need my product, they said they are cancelling the order as the FAQ's published and I could not do anything further. I can say this absolutely disappointing experience in my online shopping spree, in India, in past 12 yrs. To all those who shop online, I advocate not to buy from such fraudulent companies.                                 I had ordered for a boots, however, they were of the same feet. I called the customer care and asked for a replacement. But they said that they don't have a replacement policy and they filed a return. I want the same boots, however they are not available now. Can you please advise or give me the shop contact details so that I can ask for a replacement.

                                  Hi, I want to file a strong complaint against Fashionandyou, the online fashion website. They have caused unnecessary inconvenience to me from past 2 months. Every time I have place an order, there is some or the other issue. Let me start from the beginning. 1. I placed an order and I returned the product. But it took them 2 months to get that money back in my fashion and you account. 2. When I some how got the store credits of 599 and I was supposed to get 457. I was not aware that why this happened but I thought as they have solved the issue in two months, may be it is some promotional thing. I was completely an issue from their side. Now I placed another order using that store credit on 31st Dec 14. Till date there is no clue of that order delivery. Today when I inquired from Customer care, they said that as the money in your store credit was more the invoice was not generated. Now we will be cancelling the order and you have to place a fresh order. I was waiting for that order but there was no information from their side. 3. I ordered one Pepe jeans and that did not turn out to be original. I placed the return request and told them to return the money in my account but they simply refused that this money can only be given you as store credit. 4. Whenever you try to use store credits, the transaction never gets completed. I have made around hundreds on call to customer care as hoping to get the solution. But this is a pathetic site and I will not be a returning customer now.

                                    I made 2 purchases from fashionandyou.com. The payment was mede through payment gateway (PayUMoney) the amount has been deducted from my accounts however the orders are missing from my ordered history from fashionandyou.com. When i inquired about this transaction from PayU i came to know that the transaction was successful and the transaction has been made against the merchant fashionandyou. Also my bank statement shows that the amount has been deducted from my account. The details of those purchases are as follows:

                                        Order numbers are[protected] and[protected]. Customer care is not entertaining and i am not getting refund for both my orders. They keep on telling me that I will get my money in next 2 days but these 2 days never came. I don't know how to contact their top management for my complaints.
