I have ordered combo of 5 shirts online last week...the ordered delivered to me was completely different in terms of design, colour, quality, fittings when compared to the picture shown by them in site...also when we issue complains against such order neither they recieve the calls neither they reply the queries, mails, fb comments, infact the delete the comments..also neither the accept the return nor they provide anu feedbacks...

FAshionandYou have stolen my store credit worth Rs 950 and says that its expired. However, in their earlier telephonic communication, they said that store credits never expire and nowhere in the website mentions expiry of store credits. So, on 12th october, i raised a return order and it was collected after 2-3 days. On 25th october, the product reached fashionandyou and i got a confirmation from courier company that it reached. I ordered something from fashionandyou.com in April using my store credits, then cancelled the order before it was dispatched. I still have not received the refund, even after emailing them multiple times in last 6 months.

As per the company policy if the customer does not like the product he/she may return the product and get the refund.
