I had ordered two Items from Fashion and You and after I received them, the size turned out to be small and bigger size was unavailable. Then I requested a return and they did not initiate it when I submitted the same on their site helpline.Then I called them and the customer Executive said that the return has been initiated, it would be picked up soon. It is 27 today and I have not received any refund or any information regarding the reverse delivery.
I inquired 100 times about this and the customer care executive always asks for some time to look into this but no resolution is provided.
