I had ordered two Items from Fashion and You and after I received them, the size turned out to be small and bigger size was unavailable. Then I requested a return and they did not initiate it when I submitted the same on their site helpline.Then I called them and the customer Executive said that the return has been initiated, it would be picked up soon. Then no response came for many days. Then I again called and again he told the same thing. I also emailed regarding the same with no replies. Then after many days I received a mail saying that the reverse pickup has been discontinued from the area where you live in, so you will have to mail it back yourself (email snapshot attached). I did the same, I speed posted the order to them (scanned receipt attached). I checked the speed post status, it showed delivered (Snapshot attached). They did not revert back for many days. So I again called; This time the customer executive said that they have not received anything. I highly doubt it as I have sent the post to the address they gave me several weeks ago. Kindly do something. This is highly unacceptable and unprofessional. My Order Summary is Order No. 4321462 of amount 948.00.

I returned two products on November 17, Order#[protected] and Order No.[protected], Refund: Amount-1700/-.
It is 27 today and I have not received any refund or any information regarding the reverse delivery.
I inquired 100 times about this and the customer care executive always asks for some time to look into this but no resolution is provided.
The reverse pick up has been done but the product has not yet reached the warehouse.
I am greatly disappointed by the service provided. I placed this order on November 5. I received it late, I initiated return on November 16 and since then there is no update from Fashion and you.
I keep calling the customer service. I am put on hold for 15-20 minutes. I am certainly not buying anything from Fashion and you ever again.
Please stop fooling customers and take immediate action to refund my amount or else I'll have to think of a severe step.

i have a bought a belle gambe loafers order number 4353176 and they provided me with the wrong size and i've returned the product through blue dart parcel services on promise that they'll return the cash to my fashion and you account, i bought the shoes on 22nd of October and till datei've not received my payment trasferred to my account, and i've made repeated calls to the customer care number and the company number but no one is replying..

I had ordered Mug Cozy from fashionandyou.com for Rs. 798. The delivered products were very different from the images shown on the website and the material was of extremely poor quality. I sent an email to them on 4th Nov 2014 to request for a return and refund. Their customer helpline does not work at all. After receiving a reply on 5th Nov 2014, I provided them additional details and reason for return. I did not get a reply from them and again wrote to them on 7th for a call back. Meanwhile their phone number was never working. And they never called me back. I again wrote to them on 16th Nov 2014 to urgently respond to my complaint. I finally got an email from them requesting for pictures on 20th Nov 2014. I immediately sent them the pictures on 21st Nov 2014. On 26th Nov 2014 they finally say that they can't see any difference and won't initiate the return of the products. This website is clearly cheating its customers because they sell false products and their customer helpline never works. Kindly refer to the attached pictures to see the comparison. Please DO NOT buy anything from this website because it is clearly a fraud company.

I had placed order No. 4382243 on 31st October, 2014 of INR 5, 397. I have still not received this order and inspite of sending so many email to customer support for cancellation of order, I have not received any reply from them. The customer support No.[protected] does not exist. I have tried this no. in the morning before 9 am and they say dial after 9.30 and when we dial after 9.30, the no. does not exists!!! This is the highest o[censored]nprofessional behaviour. I am never going to buy anything from Fashionandyou and I will suggest all the people not to buy anything from them. I need my refund immidiately as INR 5, 397 is not a small amount. Regards

I had ordered 2 kurties from your Fashion And Your Site, and due to the size and the quality issue I had to return the product. When I called the support line, a support rep informed they can not credit the money to my bank account and they will credit it to fashion and you account which is a total , I agreed to it and even after 10days of cancelation the money was not reverted back to my account And I have sent so many emails requesting for an update and got no response at all, and when I called in again requesting for an update, the rep says money is credited to my fashion and your account which again was not TRUE. Order No 11001712 which i got right now is having defect as there is red color thread on the front and also the color and design is different from the display in the site . Hi Support, As per my discussion on Friday in FNY call centre below product has been delivered to wrong address somewhere in Bangalore and not to me at Delhi address. Also as per him this issue has been escalated please let me know the action taken or latest update.. I placed my order for the product on[protected] vide Order No. 4237325 for Faux Georgette Saree with Blouse. Product Code RT8704 - Pink colour saree with silver and cream dupion silk material blouse. I got my product delivered to me on[protected] but the received saree was a different shade of pink and blouse colour golden and cream. Same day i intimated your company about wrong product delivered to me. Your company claims of " 7 day easy returns" Since no reverse pick up was made I have sent back the product to your address on[protected]. There is no intimation from your end about the receipt of the product nor any store credit available. I have confirmed with the courier agency and they said the product is delivered at the shipping address. More than one month has passed by. I had to pay Rs. 350 for courier charges. Wasted around Rs.100 calling your customer care people several times. Sent Numerous mails. Absolute no response from the company. This is my worst shopping experience

Vishnu I placed an order in fashion and you.com with Order no:[protected] on 4th Oct'2014, they mentioned that the product will be delivered with in 2-4 business days but still didn't received the item. My order was of 400 bucks and my call charges for reaching customer support crossed 70 bucks. They are repeating the same words whenever I ask about my delivery. The first time when I used this site faced the same problem they delivered my items in 30 day. Please don't do shopping on Fashion and You waste of money and time.

This website is the biggest online fraud I have encountered till date.product 4356604 was ordered on October 25th!there have been hundreds of calls from my end to track.everytime a different story from a diffrnt customer care representative.they sent a mail to me on nov 6th saying they have received it from the vendor and they are running the quality check.till nov 11th I was told that prev mail was wrong and they have still not recorded the order.suddenly the online status on nov 11th was "QC done"I kept tracking it till nov 15th just to hear from them that their systems say that they haven't even received the product from the vendor.i repeatedly asked why was it showing online that QC is done.reply was-"mam we haven't received the product yet but if you are saying may be the QC is done" What do they mean by "if you are saying"??? Finally mr. Ankur vashishtha took the responsibility of tracking the status.he confirmed the product is in warehouse.i begged him to send it in a 24 hrs express delivery courier at my expense!that happened in nov 15th.2 days later, today I have been given a tracking no.i enquired with bluedart, they said they have not received any such parcel from fashion and you. I have called the customer care thrice today.all three times my calls were disconnected after 30 mins of wait/talk.i have lost 100 bucks today itself in calls to fashion and you and approx 700 bucks on past calls! Mr.ankur vashishtha had taken the responsibility for the courier delivery on Monday to me.he hasn't done any follow-up either.i tried reaching him.i was told he is busy on another call and will get back to me shortly. That never happened! At 6 I was told he has left the office 15 mins before.the representative I spoke to that time kept me on hold for half an hr. and disconnected! To cut the long story short, this is an absolute case of fraud and negligence!highly unprofessional.i am not going to let it go this easily.this is ultimately a big mental torture.i have wasted my time and money which doesn't seem to have any value according to them. THE WORST online shopping experience thus far. My Mum's anniversary is on the 9th of Nov, I pick up a bottle of perfume for her on fashionandyou, com as it conveniently depicted a delivery of 2 days. (LIES) Post payment debit, I did not receive a single message confirming receipt, delivery date etc. After being in the dark for 4 days I call up the call centre - They say it will be delivered by evening. After 6 days I call & they say the Pin Code was not serviceable and the product is going back to them. My Mother lives in a posh neighbourhood in Chennai - so to say that the pin code was not serviceable only goes to say that their supply chain is PATHETIC. All this while fashionandyou has done nothing to let me know the status of the order. Now they say I will get my money back on the 21st. Will I? What about interest? Are they sitting on customers money for a fortnight? If I had not called, I wonder if they would have pocketed the money. CHEATS!

I have had the worst shopping experience with fashion and you. I am their customer since 2011, and i think they are going from bad to worse.
I had ordered two suits, order no 4331417 and sending the complain from 4 nov but till now my query not resolve.

I had received the two suits to my friends address in gurgaon, but in the one kalyan suit is incomplete and and bottom colour is different form the image as shown at the time of order and pic available in packed suit.
2nd suit also in complete in lace which shown on image on neck and border of the suit and pic available in suit cover.
How to the check the quality of the product at the time of packing. The amt of the 2 suits is not minimum value, plz arrange back for return the products as soon as possible and plz send my money in my bank account. This is your fault for the suit incomplete and different so plz refund my money in my bank account not as store credit.

Sir My 12th class up board mark sheet n certificate lost somewhere then I applied through mediator and gave him good amount but when I received, it seemed fake (normal paper n color quality is poor ), roll no is different. I told him roll no. is not same, he replied they issued other roll number in duplicate case. Plz verify this number 0503387, iintermidiate, 2002 passout

I and my friend had ordered suits from Fashion and you website. This is a useless website to order from. They say the product will be received in 10 business days. It is already 20 business days and there is no sign of shipping. They blame on their vendors but they actually take so many days and always blame on others. Mostly you will forget what have you ordered from Fashion and you because they take more than a month by that time customers forget what have they ordered for. Customer service is pathetic and they will force you to cancel order if they have no answers to the questions. They do not agree to refund the amount in your account from which you have paid but would be willing to give the credit in fashion and you account which will bound you from buying from fashion and you only. This is the most atrocious website ever. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ZERO SATISFACTION.

Instead od sending apologies mails plese look into the matter if this would continue then one day no one will shop from Fashionandyou mark my words its really pathetic i cant waste my money please return me my credits as early as possible.
