Hi Team, I ordered a Nike tracksuit from the website fashionandyou.. I paid in full using the credit card.. But when I received the product the track pants were missing the nike logo which was there in the actual product image which was displayed in the website.. Then I realized that the product was not genuine and I called up the customer support and told them the issue.. But to my surprise they seemed indifferent and failed to respond to my query..ALl I wanted was to replace the fake product with a new original one.. When they said a replacement is not possible I demanded a complete refund to my bank account.. The customer support executive said it is not possible and offered to refund the amount as store credits so that they can force me to purchase from their website again..I tried to reach them many times but every time they offer no help and just keep repeating the same stuff.. This is a serious issue and I am ready to move legally if I am not offered a proper solution for this.. Kindly help me solve the issue and bring justice. I place 3 orders on fashionandyou [protected] [protected] [protected] Transaction was successfully completed and payment is done from my bank account. But fashion and you is not delivering my order from last 12days I place order on 21st dec 2014 When i call customer care they said we wont deliver any product as more discount is given on order. But i applied coupons ans rate which was on website. And as per rule product final price In cart during payment must be consider as final. Pls. Deliver my ordrs asap

I ordered (ID :[protected] a product from fashionandyou. I did not receive my product. I called several times and got complaint transaction number maybe 10 to 12 times.they kept me lingering for more then a 20 and still i haven't received my product .what the am i supposed to do.customer care people have failed to give me any surety. this is so frustrating. And wrong promises given to customer. this is second time i am facing the issue. i always receive order after 20 to 25 days but this time i haven't received till now. Worst experience for me. and i will suggest other customer not to purchase from fashionandyou its totally fake. I want that is there any regulatory committee or any check imposed on e-commerce website, or they do whatever they want to. If yes than these type website should be blocked ASAP who is making fool of customer and also cheating with the customer. I am really frustrated now.It has been 12 days since i have returned the product i.e order no.[protected] with shipping no. FNY0014578 .The product has reached to you on 23 Dec as i can see on courier site Nuvo Ex but my money has not been returned as of now. I need the money to buy another product ASAP but your pathetic system is not able to update me regarding my queries.Every time I call up customer care they say that the system is not updated and it is pending with quality team. I want to ask how much time does quality team needs to check the quality. Please return my money back to me as per policy and stop harassing customers like this. If i don't get my money in 1-2 days i will have to take action against you guys.

Hi Team Need urgent help in refund back my amount from[protected] 18th DEC i have purchased 2 shots through and order No:[protected] created got message successfully. Amount 538 been deducted but i haven't received any product.Then I had called and emailed Fashion and Fashion customer care many time, they said order been cancelled. I was confused i got order successful mess ann have screen shot of that, but they are saying ordered was cancelled, i have asking for refund they never turner on refund my amount back and keep on prolonging it.And they keep on said they will arrange a call back on this mater but they never did it. The surprise matter was amount deducted twice 23dec where i haven't done any shopping . but never refund back yet. So request to file a case against this fraud sites. I had given a different delivery address . However when I checked my orders page the delivery address was the same as shipping address.On calling your customer executive, A person named Sanjeev picked the call and he was extremely rude. WHAT IS THE RATIONAL EXPLANATION FOR YOU REFUSING TO CHANGE THE SHIPPING ADDRESS. IT IS A TECHNICAL GLITCH AT YOUR END AND NOT MY FAULT. IHAD GIVEN A DIFFERENT SHIPPING ADDRESS WHILE ORDERING. Hi, I think you need to close ur site as ur unable to ship the orders in time as i had ordered two t-shirts on 1December 2014 and still i even had no received the order no to when contacted to ur customer care had not received the proper info as the amount has already debited from my credit card. As the concerned no is CAS 121645- N5W1J0. If the order is not delivered in 48 hours, I just wanna get back the twice amount which i had paid. Regards, Alen

Hi, I had cancelled this order months back ...i.e september 2014. The amount has not been credited to my bank account yet. I contacted the customer care several times and they arent responding . Please find a solution. thanks, Pooja

I have ordered 2 products from your website on November 14, 2014. Via order no.[protected] I had Rs.900 as my credit store and 259 as reward points then which I redeemed for the ordered product. After claiming my credit and reward points I was suppose to pay Rs. 251.28 and I chose to pay the remaining amount by COD. On november 16ur courier boy came with the order but with invoice of Rs. 698. I called up ur customer care executives but neither they nor the courier boy cud help me out, so I have returned the consignment back to get the correct invoice. It's over 25 days now but neither I have received my consignment nor have the money been credit back to my account. Ever since I have been complaining them and they are saying that the money will be credited to my account very soon but nothing happened till date.

I am very much frustrated calling their customer service and following up the status of return order number[protected]. People in customer service just provide status to wait for another 24 hours and its been more than 15 days hearing the same statement every day. I have wasted enormous number of time calling their customer service. Their people are making fake promise every day to me. They put me on hold and then disconnect the call. Please provide me your head email ID or I have to lodge the FIR against them for cheating as on every call they promise to return my money but they are not doing so. Every time they say refund has been made but after research they say it will be done in the next 24 hours. There is no number to escalate any issue on the website. Every time we have to call the pathetic customer service where they just know to put us on hold and disconnect the phone. I have recorded each and every call made by me to their department.

I paid the amount on the day itself, but they cancelled my order without any intimation( like message/call). When I called the customer care, they are saying that the product quality was not good so we cancelled the order. Today, again they placed the same item on their website with the same cost. After receiving i found ...it was not striched properly and not having finshing.So i request to fashion and you to return it by calling on its customer care number. Worst online company " Fashion & You " experience in my life. Even after making payment, consignment not delivered for one month although commitment was to deliver consignment with in 14 days. Every time you call at call centre you would get reply that it will reach within 7 days. Most fraud company as after getting money they are not delivering consignment. I HAD MADE A PURCHASE FOR RS. 1799 ON FASHIONANDYOU.COM ON 04 NOV 14. HOWEVER AFTER DEBIT OF THE AMOUNT, THE WEBSITE DISPLAYED TRANSACTION UNSUCCESSFUL. I CHASED UP WITH MY BANK AND IT GAVE ME A CONFIRMATION THAT TRANSACTION HAS INDEED HAPPENED IN NAME OF AWARI TECHNOLOGIES. I HAVE EMAILED AND SPOKEN TO THE CUSTOMER CARE OF FASHIONANDYOU.COM. Hi I ordered one suit from Fashionandyou.com on 18th Oct 2014 they delivered wrong suit on 19th Nov 2014 since then i am asking for refund but they are not responding the suit was of Rs3299. I placed an order on 13 November 2014, order #[protected]. And I mentioned the shipping address of Ghaziabad, UP (for my brother Salil Agrawal). First they delayed the order. Then today when I checked, it was showing as delivered where as my brother didn't received it. I checked with customer service they told me it has been delivered on some address in Lucknow. They were not ready to accept that they have delivered it on some wrong address. I told them that how they can deliver to some address that does not exist. But they are not being helpful. they are not cooperating.

I have been following up with Fashion and You for a cancelled order # 4289083 for which the online payment was processed on 6th October 2014 but no refund was made to my account. I have even provided a copy of my credit card statement, Bank transaction code and Bank confirmation code to confirm that the payment has been processed. I have sent multiple emails and called the customer service multiple times only to be promised that they are verifying with the accounts team and the money would be refunded in my account in 5 days time. They have even acknowledged that they have a new payment gateway/system due to which this issue might have occurred (not sure if this is true). Now I feel this is not going anywhere as every call just increases my frustration level with the portal. Appreciate if this complaint is taken forward and escalated.
